Had yellow dal, Shahi paneer with roti. The dal is good, the rest is ok. Not a very good ambience though the AC works
Its a really old eatery which is famous for its Maa ki dal, which simmered for hours giving it a rich creamy texture and excellent taste even with very less butter. If you visit, you absolutely must try it along with kheer, which is also excellent.

The place's food is very nice but the place can get crowded because of their famous dal makhni you can go with a car just park it in front of the dhaba and you are good
Tasty food at resonable price . If u love home made type of food or can say punjabi food then try this fantastic place. They serve mouth watering dishes at low prices. The only draw back is the sitting ...they put old wooden benches for sitting uncomfortable &ugly looking
Best Dal makhni in delhi , kheer is just so so , Raita is one of the best I have eaten .Menu for your reference . Not to forget , try Missi roti I have never eaten roti that taste
The makhni dal which is made only in evening that too available only for an hour is the best. My dad use to have it in his childhood and we are also having it since our childhood. it is consistent in its taste,still taste delicious. people from other areas also visit just to have this dal.

Amazing place for foodie as each and every items are authentic to best of the flavors. The best is black Dal , palak paneer , laccha paratha. We make it a point to eat whenever we come to Delhi as it's our favorite.

Easily accessable from the Adarsh Nagar Metro station.if we talk about food. The food is good but not like what they used to server earlier. Quantity has been also reduced.
They should take care of the quantity as per their rated.
