Three boys from Dubai stumbled at this place before going to watch the IPL! It was that good that we watched 14 overs of the game and came back. The owner is great, very welcoming and the beer is top notch. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting dehli

I'd visited 'Tap House Cafe' after our team had won at IDA (Indian Digital Awards) and believe me apart from finding this cafe, everything was quite fantabulous. If you"ll find it, you"ll love it. Perfect place for a group dining and parties. Separate space had allotted to us; staff was quite friendly, fast service with good music. Food was quite okay, and drinks were also available at an average cost.

Tap House Cafe is a cafe in K block in Connaught Place. This pretty little space is on the first floor and a bit tough to find.
The ambiance of this place is cozy with quirky ceilings and comfortable seating. It's one of the few places that are still serving hookah.
The staff is very active and very helpful.
Now let's talk about the food and drinks. The drinks are very reasonably priced. The food is great.
Cheese Rolls- the 3 pepper cheese rolls were delicious. They had the right amount of cheese and the right amount of breading on the outside.
Veg Spring Rolls- The spring rolls were a backed and therefore not at all oily. They were very yummy.
Raw Papaya Salad- The salad at first was extremely spicy. I told them to change the dressing and make it less spicy and they did so by following my instructions.
Vegetable Quesadilla- The Quesadilla were alright. The tortilla were thinking and crisp.
Three Cheese Pizza- The 3 cheese pizza was one yummy thing on the menu. The pizza base was thin and well baked. The toppings were delicious too.
Kalmi Chicken- The chicken was dry and too sweet. Didn't like the chicken at all.
Drinks- The drinks are reasonably priced. I had a Green Apple Martini which was good. They don't have a lot of wine to options to choose from.
Great service, food was average. Loved the 3 cheese pizza, spring rolls are okayish.. They don’t have so much variety in wine though. This is a small quaint place, easy to miss.. one of the few places that Is still serving hookah!

I discovered this place when a guy walked up to me with a flier saying the three words a woman loves to hear, “Free drinks, Ma’am”! And they had amazing Cosmopolitans on ladies night. The pita bread is great, so are the nachos. The staff is friendly and it’s a great place to chill.

If you are a group of crazy friends who want to celebrate togetherness for quite sometime, then you must visit Tap House Cafe. A separate aloof area here, is a perfect spot to eat, drink and merry.
I had honey chilly potato, dahi k sholey and pasta, all tasted yum. The virgin mojito was good too.
Alcohol served though is a little diluted but everything is covered by food they serve.

1) dahi kai sholey:- basically bread roll filled with hung curd an spices . Crispy and soft together ❤️ 4/5
2)penne arrabbiata non veg:- quite dissatisfaction with this dish as it was not good in taste and chicken was not visible 2.5/5
3)bbq chicken wings:- fine but quite sweet 😐 3.5/5
4)drums of heaven:- good taste and good quantity 4/5
Overall it was a nice 👍🏻 place to chill out with friends with soft songs playing in the background make you feel good but the staff is quite rude and not even cooperative so that's a diss appointment

Thumbs up to this place. Fairly infamous and lesser known to people it's a great place for an after work break. It's an old school ambiance, decent music and volume (heaven to my ears). Pocket friendly , good service and decent food. You will not be disappointed by this place.

Certain beers were not available, for which I don't blame them as most of the pubs have this trend in order to maintain equilibrium in their stock.
The food which was served was well cooked, wasn't very greasy and tasted good. Service was good. The surprising element was that there were nobody inside except me and my friend, there was light music which helped in making good conversation.
A new flavor a new place a new brew to try and taste. The outlet staff being courteous doesnt quite make up for the low portions they serve. The outlet is good and needs to up the ambience but needs to formerly increase portion size.

What do you expect while going in a small restaurant , We didn't knew much about this restaurant but services and food were amazing, the types of drinks which we ordered were at a very reasonable price, they had a large variety of beers lets say; more than 20 types plus wide variety in draught beers also; Even though we have been in many restaurants but this is the place in CP where we got the Bira draught both white & blonde. Service staff is very much polite and service very quick, interior not very good, it’s comfortable, privacy, Good music. Our overall bill was ₹1,125. Looking for a pub/cafe to sit down with a glass of beer and catch up with friends, we discovered this place. When we climbed the stairs and found the door, I became skeptical on how the place would be. But, different from normal pubs and bars, a nice combination of home kind of ambience and pub kind of ambience, this place surprised me for good. First things first, they had all the drinks available, even BIṚA. That just won my heart. We ordered nachos, chilli cheese sandwiches, and masala peanuts in Vegetarian. And a non veg platter and a couple of other dishes.
Must say, the food was not great but it was very good. Add to it the generally quick service that we got and you can say that the staff made sure that we didn't return disappointed from this place.

I was looking for Bira beer for a long time. And as the name suggest we got freshly brewed Bira and it was amazing. Nice abs quite ambience. I loved this place.

Tap house is an awesome place to spend a good time. You have variety of drinks to choose from and the service is amazing as well. The tandoori chicken momos are a must try for everyone.
I am pleased to actually edit my previous review. My first visit here was not too great but after that I have visited this place atleast 3-4 times and they have not failed at their efforts. It was pretty amazing. Amazing to the food ! Tandoori momos are a blast and finger food and Chinese is also great. They have done a bit of renovation too. The cafe is specially great if you wanna have drinks, they serve real cheap!Just one suggestion- may be you could improve upon your music rest is great. Thumbs up for the great improvement .

It's a small place located just opposite to the PVR plaza. There was nothing at this place which would impress you . Ambience is 0. Interiors are a major buzz kill. The staff is rude. Everything which was ordered was below average. The only plus side of the place is the cheap drinks they offer.

Theres nothing as irresistible as a plateful of piping hot biryani. while the best can only be found in old delhi in our vicinity , I could not wait when cp based tap house cafe’s chefs Mukesh & Naresh came out with delhi dum biryani & kebab food festival. Essentially this post should have been up a week back if not early but time flies dear readers. time flies .
It isn’t big on space but once you take a bite of their delicious food (non veg), everything just seems better. we’ve tried almost all the festive menu has to offer & most of it impresses but GLITCHES exist.
House special pineapple sangria is the drink you might want to nurse along with your fried savouries. The amicable Manager who’s also a mixologist expert specially made this for us. He seems to know his stuff extremely well.
Also for hookah lovers, they only do herbal version up here. So be prepared or avoid, as we did not fancy it much.
From the kebabs, #gola jhinga kebab is the showstopper here, with recipe as enigmatic as this, it packs so much flavour, I’m hard pressed to find a word to describe the pleasure. it was so good! its such a shame it hasn’t made its way to the regular menu, but beg for it if you have to ! and try & lurk the staff to get you this !!
Another #jhinga janabi was charred & spicy little prawns, well marinated & with a whiff of tandoor.
#mutton & chicken brandy kebab, a well rendered version of dohra kebab, was moist and slathered on with butter before being grilled. succulent at best.
From the vegetarian, #kabuli paneer was a complete downer & should be skipped at all costs. it was raw & under seasoned from the inside. #soya chap was soft & palatable but the tempering of coriander seeds by a lot, made for an unpalatable experience.the masala coating however was very flavourful.
Think autumn/fall & comfort food your belly craves and dilliwalahs love for #momos is not unknown. so many plates have been polished off clean to yummy in my tummy memories and to reclaim, we gleefully order chicken dumplings, though we opted for steamed, the maida covering is a no cause of complaint, as the mixture inside was delectable & well flavoured. accompanied chutney was tasteful but on asking for refill , we got a knocked out version of the same .
We were willing to go the extra mile & gorge & hence wrap with biryani specials . #Machli Masabi biryani was tender , juicy & flavourful. the fish pieces were moist & flaky & the masala tempered with curry leaves & mustard was beautiful in every bite.
but #Mumbai gosht pulav was a complete let down with death to hard pieces of mutton, but gorgeous flavour, also rice in this, as dry.. Both companied with onion tomato vinegar relish, creamy curd, mix pickle & poppadoms. All very tastefully done.
The whole experience have otherwise been impeccable. Also the staff was tad under seasoned, they aint well versed with the new menu & the service was slow. Everything about the tap house is satisfactory but shockingly, the washrooms are worse you’ll ever experience . BEWARE !

After QDs I have enjoyed tandoori momos this much! Juicy chicken, beautiful aromatic tandoori flavor and served with a nice spicy sauce. Highly recommend this!
DAHI K SHOLEY
This is another excellent starter. Crispy bread slices with curd as the filling. This is midly seasoned and the curd is the hero here. I liked how the flavours were well-balanced here because its very easy to go wrong with curd.
PANERR BUTTER MASALA
This had a little too much oil but I loved how well the masala was cooked. One good, hearty paneer dish.

When I meet my old pals we try to go different places to hang out. So at the end of the night around 10, we crashed in here. It was Saturday night the place was partially occupied.
Ambiance: The interior was good and the seats were cozy. The walls and the ceiling were decorated with photos of music. We were enjoying the match while chilling out.
Staff: Staff was good and helpful. We asked to sit inside a more private area and they shifted us in when it was available. The service was slow when I asked for hookah it took a lot of time to bring.
Food: We ordered just chillis potato as were already full and draught beer. The prices were low as compared to other restaurants in CP and the item was good.
A good place to hang out easy on the pocket as compared to others. But seriously guys it feels that the taxes is killing me wooh they are just too much.

The Tap House isn't a unique place, however what makes it worth visit is primarily their reasonable alcohol and beverages menu. So if you want a place to drink, you can visit this place to have alcohol without burning a hole in your pocket.
The ambience is alright - again nothing great. I had one issue however. Their Air conditioning wasn't really effective.
The service wasn't anything better than satisfactory.
One issue you must think of before visit this place is their over priced food for the quantity they serve. You will be disappointed paying the price looking at the quantity served. I personally ordered masala peanuts and tandoori chicken. I was disappointed.
So if you are a little too bored of my bar HQ in CP and yet you want reasonable prices for the alcohol menu, this is the place you might consider.
visited this place on a Friday night with some friends after reading the reviews. First the good stuff - it is a very small place with two different seating areas. Tap house cafe is a WOW! The music was just perfect to set the mood of the music. Thumbs up to the chef👍🏻 the staff was very courteous and friendly. The place has loads of good and exciting quotes and lines related to beer. Overall i loved d space and food. Loved it. Nice homely ambience. Music playlist was very good, and not really loud so you can chat with friends! Drinks are quite cheap as compared to others.
We were a group of 6 friends looking for a place to drink, eat and chat for a couple of hours after work. Someone suggested this place and we gave it a go.
The ambiance of the place is nothing significant but service is prompt and responsive. They had variety in beer and vodka butu not in wine. the indian wines were out of stock.
The main attraction there became the starters. The masala peanut is literally addictive. We also had spicy mushrooms and tandoori momos. Momos were really good with the perfect blend of spices.
Again another lovely, pocket friendly place in CP. If u are a non vegetarian u have to try d Lal mass curry over here. It's super yum. Lovely staff, and service is pretty fast. They have limited options over beer. But other then that it's A1.
Small place, small menu, slow service. However, isn't crowded at all on weekdays, so is a good place to hang out if you wanna talk.
Nice place to spent some good time ....Staff was cordial and attentive...visit to experience...they have variety to offer and music was also good ...

Taphouse restro bar is very nice. . Comfortable place. .. reasonable prize.
It's always empty and A bit expensive. Other than this it's like most of the other bars around the circle.
