Alongwith the Vada Pav at Ashok VadaPav stall of Mumbai, the Malpua opposite Gau Temple of Pushkar the Chur Chur Naan of this place completes the top 3 street food items in India for me.
The Aloo Pyaaz Chur Chur and the Paneer Chur Chur are beyond words; the chole, the chutney and the raita just add up as little jewels to this crown. Have had it during all seasons (rains can be pretty messy and hygiene issues in the area), but the chur chur naan just doesn't fail to amaze your taste buds every single time. Superb.

Recently Visited Delhi and On My Friends recommendation I went to Chawla De Mashoor Special Naan to try their Paneer Naan and believe it was one of the best yummiest butterly naan I have every had.

Chur Chur Naan available with three different veggies Chole, Dal Makhni and Shahi Paneer, there are various types of stuffing in chur chur naan like aloo, paneer, pyaaz, aloo pyaaz etc. And their preparation of chur chur naan is superb, i had paneer stuffed chur chur naan with shahi paneer and dal makhni accompanied with onion in mint coriander chutney and raita which turns out to be delicious.

I my quest for search of best Chur Chur nan I reached Chawla se mashoor naan at Paharganj..I took a walk from Ramakrishna bAshram Marg metro station..I tried alu pyaj nan...when the small buttery nan reaches you along with dal ,chole raita and pyaaj u can just admire it.filling was great..crispy and tasty.they have a table which can accommodate around 10-12 people..will surely go back with family

My one of the favorite Indian food from Pahadganj. Chawla uncle ke 30 years purane chur chur naan. Full on Karara, buttery, mouth watering. Everything they serve has its own taste. The best part is they make their own spices and started this special chur chur naan and serving it from past 30 years.
Uncle is very humble about his cooking and this business.
They have variety of chur chur naan, eg. Gobhi, aloo, aloo pyaaz, paneer, etc. They serve with 2 sabziz like daal makhani, rajma, chole and paneer. And fresh creamy raita with onion and green chutney. Also they have special raita masala to add on.

I had Chur Chur naan for the first time and instantly became a fan. Naan was delicious. They also served cholle, dal makhani,salad and raita. Everything was delicious.
One of my favourite place to have chur chur naan in Paharganj, there are many other places in Delhi as well in Paharganj but chawla's chur chur naan is one of the best, they serve naan with lip smacking dal makhani, Chole, raita, onion and mint chutney, I am rating the outlet 4/5 due to very less seating space.
Another gem of a place in old Delhi's paharganj area. The most popular chur chur naan place in delhi. Finally i got a chance to try out these super buttery and tasty chur chur naans. I tried the mix chur chur naan and they were really good. I won't say the best chur chur naan that i have tried but yes one of the best in the list. Highly recommended.

Delhi never fails to surprise me. This is the first place that introduced Chur Chur Naan in Delhi. The Chur Chur Naan Thali consists of drool worthy 2pieces of Naan, Dal Makhni, Chole, Boondi Raita & Pyaz Chutney with pocket friendly price. The stuffing was perfect inside the naan's. This place is also reviewed by Vinod Dua of India TV in Zaika India ka.
Dal Makhni & Chole tasted like heaven, it had a pure Punjabi taste. If this yummy Chawla Chur Chur Naan would have been in Mumbai, I would have at least visited it twice a month. Whenever I'll visit Delhi again, I'll surely go & have it. This time I'll even try the plain Naan Thali. Definitely this has became my fav food spot in Delhi.

It was lunch time and I wanted to try something new so I ordered Paneer Chur Chur Naan from this outlet as I have heard a lot about it (I have shared all the pics they way I received my order and after that)
Delivery took a while because I have heard this outlet is very famous so I was also expecting that
Thali was properly packed, the food was still hot and had enough spoons and tissues too
So I got 3 sabzi which was Shahi Paneer, Dal Makhni and Chole I also got Raita (Really important part of Thali and it was delicious) and salad along with it
Let me tell you about the quantity first, so all the sabzi and raita was more than enough. Sabzi was still left after completing the Naan and the quantity of sabzi matters a lot to me (As I eat a lot of Sabzi with every bite)
The taste was too good, Naan is something which you can get at every corner of Street in Delhi but you will realise this is different the moment you will taste it,Shahi Paneer was the Best Sabzi, Dal Makhni was also good and Chole were ok...full marks to quantity of sabzi and Taste of overall Thali
The only point which disappointed me was the Size of Naan...I was expecting a bit bigger Naan (To be honest it was the first time I had Chur Chur Naan, I had normal Naan a lot of times though so maybe this is the size of Chur Chur Naan)

The overall taste and feel of a thali is average. The taste of naan depends upon what option you are choosing. I tried the aalo pyaz naan and it was good, not too heavy as it might seem. I would say it's a place worth visiting.
The ambience might not be very good, but the food served here is just delicious, and pocket-friendly as well. My favourite dish here is Aloo chur chur naan.

Alright so I was blown by the rich taste and the creamy mouth feel of the chur churnaan. The naan post being crushed is smothered with ghee and then the toppings are added. The dahi hari chutney combination with chole is just amazing.

Anyways, if you want to try parathas in a different style then you must try this chur-chur variant with lots of butter spread thoroughly on the surface. They serve the parathas with a simple daal makhani and even simpler chola but I personally ate and appreciated paneer chur-chur naan. It's perfectly cooked in the oven to make it crisp and crunchy.

Delhi never fails to surprise me. Despite being a part of this historic and gastronomically diverse city, it was only after 7 years that I have come to know about this food joint, tucked at the corner across the crowded, infamous lanes of Paharganj.
With a single dish as its only dish and only with a few variations, this place has stood the test of time and made a name for itself.
Street food makes me weak in my knees but little did I know that I was about to meet my match (at the least in the Naan division).

If you love chur chur naan, u must visit this place atleast once, there is a really small seating space available that too in the open, everything being made is right in front of your eyes, the place might not be what you can defibe as hygenic, but then again, sometimes you have to adjust your standards.
I chose the gobhi chur chur naan thali, and the naan were crispy, yummy and the filling was amazing, served with daal and cholle, although i prefer cholle any day but the naan were tasting amazing with the daal too, boondi raita was decent and onions and mint chutney was perfect.
You really have to focus on your thali because there is all the hustle and bustle going on around you, traffic, people, main road just besides you, but still, once you start munching, all goes well.

There are two branches located 100 mtrs apart.Chir Chur Naan comes with raita Chole chutney pyaaj and Dalmakhni.It is very buttery and one plate is enough for one to have a good meal.Also Kulchas are famous here.They aslo have tawa roti.
The owner is humble and accomodative does provide some bit of customisation on request.
Ordered chawla's mix veg chur chur naan at our train seat while leaving Delhi and it was delicious. They did give us the paneer instead of the mix veg but it was good nonetheless. The sides were all also delicious.

They are one of the popular chur chur naan outlet in Paharganj. Personally I found them better than the Amritsari Chur Chur naan outlet in the same street which I covered earlier. Their naan has better and more stuffing. The main differentiator for me was the superior quality of side dishes ie shahi paneer and dal makhni it was much better than the other shop which had bland paneer and dal makhni. Chawla's dal makhni was pretty good and shahi paneer was decent too. They have a decent air conditioned dining hall upstairs for you to eat. Overall the experience was pretty good with minimal wait times. They can improve a bit in side dishes beside that everything is worth the money.
Overall a place to try if you love chur chur naan and if you are around paharganj.

Have been going here since childhood and had no idea that it is a hyped place and this time I saw a major update, they have opened a takeaway at corner and restaurant inside the main street..
Ordered paneer, mix stuff and gobhi spl chur chur naan, all the naans were able to give foodgasm but the chole and dal that came along were average, although for 170 bucks it's a meal enough for one adult.
