Apsara Restaurant is one of the famous restaurants around Rohini Sec-16. I have visited it twice now. Usually I did not have a proper main course dine in both the times because I was just in hurry. We were 5 of us and all we decided to have is some starters, we had Honey Chilli Potato, Pasta and much more.
Everything was okay, but nothing very good. You can try. The quantity is a bit little than as it should be, but the prices are okay. Four stars are deserving.

The food is good for the price. DTUites get 10% discount here so itās a go to place for us to celebrate almost everything. Their North Indian is their best offering with Malai Kofta being a the knight in shining armour which saves us from the otherwise above average taste here. I ordered mini pizza and chilli potatoes.The mini pizza was very tasty and worth a try. It was full of veggies (onion and capsicum). The base sauce was tasty as well. And I liked the fact that the pizza was loaded with cheese.The chilli potatoes were average and a bit on the sweeter side.So I didn't like them much because I prefer a bit spicy and saucy. So it's for someone who likes it milder and sweet. Overall good experience.Will look forward to ordering more from this place (especially the pizzas. )

It was great. In special thali they gave, shahi paneer, dal makhni, 2butter naan, 1butter roti, and raita, With chatni and onions.
Food was well packed and wrapped, the naam and roti were still hot when they delivered it shows they are punctual with time.
This restaurant serve great food.. the best part is that they give 10% discount for the dtu students. so all the dtu visit once .. u will not disappoint with the restaurant.

They have 2 seating areas.. one for the regular restaurant 2nd is for small parties. When there is no party they replace it with regular dine in area. My experience is for this 2nd area only. The person serving you is very well behaved. Unfortunately i didnt ask his name.

This one my favourite bakery in locality. Since it was the only for quite a long time thus prices are on a high note. Still it serves the freshest cakes. I'd highly recommend this place if you want some crazy design. I ordered a cockroach cake for my friend and it was delivered on time without any hassle. While other bakeries in the vicinity were charging double and some refused to accept the order. 1* deduction because of high price tags.
