We were a party of 6 and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner experience at In-Q. We all had the chef's menu (some tried veg, others non-veg).  All of us felt that our expectations were well exceeded.

The food both flavour and presentation was exquisite.  Each course served on creative platters or plates, were a work of art.  Multiple flavours blended together to perfection.  Would definitely be back.  The service was impeccable, courses were served at the right juncture and the chef came to meet us as well.  It wasn't just a dinner it was an experience.

The ambiance is soothing and relaxing, flows well with the food.

In-Q at Manor Hotel, NFC is one of the best fine dining places in South Delhi with its state-of-the-art-infrastructure, food and drinks. I recently visited the place for dinner with my husband to try their Signature Tasting Menu and was taken my surprise seeing the detailing which goes in every food item and the perfection of chef.

We started with palate cleanser – Chocolate balls with spiced mint water. The palate cleanser was a little bomb of white chocolate with spiced mint water inside. The chocolate ball bursts into the mouth leaving behind refreshing mint water.

After the cleanser, we were served a beautiful looking chaat with fruit salsa and yogurt on top of black pebbles giving a feel of Delhi smog.

Next, we were served Kuttu which were buckwheat golgappas filled with tamarind, avocado and wasabi. The presentation of the dish was one of its kind.

The next dish on the tasting menu was one of the best take on green salad – Frozen fermented vegetables - cucumber, radish and red cabbage served in a tin can, submerged in ice with fermented carrot dressing.

Starting with the main course, we were next served Gobhi – the gobhi served is beyond imagination or impossible to guess – the gobhi was served in a cube form with ginger coriander glaze and yoghurt dust.

Next, we were served smallest looking nano idlis in a clear sambhar broth immersed from a French press. The whole dish is an Instagram delight and the sambhar broth was really soothing.

Ending the main course, we were served tandoori paneer with apricot, mango and mint; along-with crispy okra topped with lababdar curry. It was indeed a memorable ending to our main course.

In the end, we tried three types of desserts – Coco curry, which was a coconut dessert served with curry leaves, apple and chili meringue along-with air dried halwa which was a berry yoghurt kulfi served with strawberry.

Saving the best for last, we had snow-balled srikhand which is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

The best thing about In-Q is its service – all the servers are well versed with the menu and also go the extra mile to make the whole experience worth remembering.

Its about few days back, i was at IN-Q for dinner, i tried few latest food items. i started with Chocolate starters which had spiced mint water inside, it was totally different and unique in taste, than i tried sambhar with masla idli it was bit tangy in taste 😍 in main course i hd butter chicken which had tomato gravy and gravy was creamy and it was very tasty.
i would love to recommend Chocolate which had mint water and butter chicken both were my top pick, so if anyone of you going there try these items too.
this property was very beautiful and peaceful, staff was very humble and prompt in service.
thanks IN-Q ❤️

I heard from a few foodie friends about the launch of In-Q and was immediately curious to visit this restaurant, located at The Manor Hotel, a boutique property that I had visited for Indian Accent many years ago.

As we entered, I found In-Q to be a perfect quiet retreat away from the commotion of the malls and usual restaurant hang-outs. The place has aesthetically designed interiors and a warm intimate environment for small as well as big groups.

We went in a group of 11 people around New Year's time and opted for the Chef’s Special Tasting Menu offering 14 courses but didn’t come out feeling overfed or stuffed at all! With each course came an absolute surprise on the table in terms of visual presentation and an unexpected blend of tastes and flavors.

The unique ingredient combinations left us inquisitive to see what the next plate of food would look like. Our group absolutely loved the puchkas, watermelon consomme’, adraki gobhi, braised lamb, barramundi fish and pretty much everything that came on the table and the sequence in which it came.

The food also led to interesting conversations around food culture and unique recipes as it left everyone amazed and thrilled about what they tasted. The desserts, especially the Kashmir themed Srikhand was nothing like we had ever seen or eaten before. The service and extremely polite staff made the evening even more comfortable for us.

The food is every bit sophisticated, delicious and very well conceptualized by Chef Aditya Jha. He presents very effortlessly, a refreshing take on the good old Indian flavors, crafting them artistically into beautiful plates of food and leaving an unexpected burst of aromas and tastes with each dish.

I would highly recommend the Chef’s Tasting Menu paired with wine for a special occasion or a celebration with a group!

I had their gucchi mushrooms with matar kulcha. A must have dish.

Gucchi mushrooms were differently prepared and turned out to be the best one. Matar kulcha has stuffed of coiled green peas and it was soft and easy to eat.

In dessert i ordered shrikhand. It was prepared in the form of foam ball with was sweet and salty in taste. This dessert was light with mildly flavored.

Ambience was great

The temper of this place is all the way classy and it's just above most high end restraunt in terms of services and quality. It has an indian fusion take on food and uses molecular gastronomy to achieve the same and they do an amazing job of it.

The starters are small in portion but can be termed as super taste starters as only a bite full of portion has a blast of flavours and taste. Try avocado puchka, it's just phenomenal. Also the food here is exciting and makes use of indian components as red sabutdana

This place mesmerized me with its ambience and excellent food and service.

I has a huge Seating area which is divided into three parts.. from one part you can enjoy the greenery all around in the huge lawn.

I ordered spinach kofta with a different fusion of gravy and qinua pulao. This was something out of the world experience. The fusion was done perfectly and it had great taste , excellent aroma and quantity was good enough.

This combination is a must try. This kofta is not available anywhere else.

Will definitely come back to this place for this particular dish.

in-Q offers you an unmatchable gastronomical experience for your palate to relish with fine dining at its best.
Enjoyed a lavish signature tasting course menu spread by chef Aditya Jha at In-Q at The Manor New Delhi. The menu showcases traditional food from states of india and focus is on flavors and ingredients.
Enjoy the live music with lavish spread of bites, finger foods, canapes and an elaborate table buffet. The dishes we tried were the chicken pizza, lamb dumplings, guchi braised lamb, veg galouti, roasted chicken.
In desserts, we loved the Snow balled Srikhand with pistachio flakes that is texturally smooth on the palate and extremely soothing on the eyes!

In-Q in Manor is one of the best fine dining places I've ever been to. The premium luxurious vibes gives you a very royal feeling. Their ambience is just so nice. Calm and cool ambience with fancy lights are just mesmerizing.
The food here is just next station level, it's something you've always imagined but doubted the existence. The presentation of the dishes itself is a great affair, they do it so well. I'm in love with their food.
The service department needs no improvement whatsoever, the staff is best at their job and are very courteous, really loved their hospitality.

Experimentation with food to serves the most flavorful variants of the Modern Indian cuisine and Desserts. InQ at The Manor is all about reinventing the food with the refreshing flavours.

During my visit, I had the following dishes and beverages:

1. Amuse Bouche - A unique way to start off with their own amuse bouche - a chocolate golgappa filled with flavored mint and garnished with matcha. As one expects this is served before the meal to stimulate the appetite.
2. Ginger Kombucha - In its original avatar. Made with fresh ginger portions is well-fermented and has a slightly alcoholic & sweetened taste. This drink has a unique refreshing taste and pairs well with the food to be served onwards.
3. Avocado Wasabi Puchka - Probably one of their most unique dishes. An elevated variant of the Kolkata golgappa with a blush of avocado and the wasabi, which bursts on your palate.
4. Chaat; Fruit Salsa with Light Yogurt Delhi Fog - Aptly prepared the chaat is served on a bed of pepples with a dense fog which resembles the Delhi winter season. Too good to resist.
5. Idli with Clarified Sambar - A floral bed of deconstructed Idli which is then poured-over by a warm-spice-mix of sambar. Great in taste.
6. Kurkuri Bhindi; Potato with Lababdar Curry - Bhindi is often overlooked but here you get a completely different form. Crisp bhindi shredded and prepared with potato and a side of lababdar curry. Tastewise; a great mains' dish.
7. Quinoa Bisi Bele Bhath with Mysore Spices, Tamarind and Vegetables - If you are looking for a much healthier version have the quinoa bisi bele bhath. Made with rich Mysore spices alongwith tamarind and a mix of vegetables and nuts; the bisi bele bhath is great to satiate the hunger.
8. Air Dried Halwa with Berry Yogurt Kulfi and Strawberry Tequila - The traditional halwa with a side of berry yogurt kulfi and a dash of strawberry tequila. Perfectly sweet halwa is balanced with the sour hints of tequila.
9. Snow Ball Srikhand with Pistachio Flakes - Nothing like you may have ever had srikhand. This resembles like a white chooclate' but is completely different. A large airy soft ball of srikhand served on a bed of pistachio flakes. Break it and have it. Great to end the visit.

Altogether, InQ is a great place for some lipsmacking preogressive Indian dishes.

In-Q is a fine dining restaurant in The Manor in New Friends Colony. I went there with my friends to try their degustation menu. The chefs here use molecular gastronomy to create innovative versions of Indian dishes and the results are absolutely stunning! Before speaking about the dishes we tried, I must mention that we received a warm welcome from the staff. The settings at In-Q are classy and comfortable. It’s a lovely place for a date.

We started the meal with an amuse bouche. It had white chocolate balls filled with tangy water. It created an explosion of flavours in my mouth. Loved it!

Then came chaat which was served on black pebbles reminiscent of the streets of Chandni Chowk. It was probably cooled with liquid nitrogen which created an impression of Delhi fog! This dish was a visual delight and jam packed with flavours. It had a thick papri with fruit salsa and yogurt on top. We liked this dish so much that we ordered it twice.

The next starter was Buckwheat (kuttu) kachori stuffed with avocado, wasabi and tamarind. I found this dish alright.

Then came clarified sambar, which is fermented for many days to develop a naturally sour taste, with miniature idli, vada and fried pumpkin and eggplant. The sambar was delicious.

Butternut squash egg with quinoa was the next dish. It was served on a bed of fried leek seasoned with togarashi. This dish was crispy on the outside and had a mildly sweet flavour and velvety texture on the inside. It was one of my favourites from the evening.

Next dish was the confit duck paratha served with aloo rassa, mint chutney and cranberry sauce. The flavours of the dish were spectacular and we gobbled it down in no time.

For mains, I had chicken tikka masala with mini garlic naans. The naans were extremely soft and the chicken had a luscious gravy.

Then we tried the spinach kofta with lemon peanut couscous. The kofta was soft and the gravy, delicious. The couscous was good enough to be had on it own but with the curry it tasted even better.

Then we has paneer tandoori which was stuffed with apricot and had some mint sauce on top. It was served in a plum sauce which was so good I could eat a whole bowl of it. This dish was served with amazing black pepper naans.

For desserts we had air-dried halwa. It contained a yogurt-based kulfi stuffed with berries. I enjoyed this dessert.

The last dish we tried was their snowball shrikhand. It was made entirely with yogurt, had a crisp outer coating but was soft on the inside. The dish was decorated with pistachio flakes and edible flowers. It was mildly sweet and we really enjoyed it.

The chefs at In-Q are masters of their game! The technique of preparation, and the presentation and flavours of dishes are sure to wow anyone. The ambience and hospitality are amazing too. I highly recommend In-Q.

Indian food is very rich in itself and when it gets into the right hand a modern version of dishes comes into existence which makes it more delectable. If you agree then you can continue reading, where I will talk about my recent encounter with Modern Indian food. What makes the food better – is it spices or Raw-material or Ambience or Service? For me, it is the balance of all the things. Recently I was in New Friends Colony to enjoy the hospitality of In-Q and to try out some Indian cuisines.

Challenge well-accepted, to replace the restaurant like Indian Accent and still make a mark for itself is what In-Q has done, resting inside Hotel Manor in one of the Poshest locality of Delhi and serving such fine food with exquisite ingredients. The 11-course food we had was full of innovation from starters like chaat and chocolate to mains Sambar broth or lamb and then the desserts like dried halwa or very special snowballed shrikhand, the chef has done exceptionally out of work with world-class innovation in food... loved the place and recommend everyone to must-visit In-Q.

In-q at The Manor boutique hotel offers Modern Indian cuisine. I went here last night with my husband for a meal. We started with Puchka, it was quite a surprise for us. They were white chocolate balls filled with tangy water. The tangy sweet and spicy flavours all mixed together was a treat to all the taste buds. I could feel one flavour then another and then another. Beautifully presented and quite an art. After that we had Chaat which came on top of pebbles which represented streets of chandwani chowk and had white smoke which signified Delhi Fog. It was flavoured crackers topped with fruit salsa and fluffy yogurt.

In mains we had Chicken Tikkas Masala with baby plain naan and burnt garlic naan. The chicken was well prepared, it was light on spices. The thick gravy with onions went well with excellent breads. In dessert tried Musa Cake and Coconut candy. Both the dessert were less sweet. The cake was topped with caramelized bananas and went perfect with the scoop of vanilla ice-cream. The candy /modern kulfi was light as air made with pistachios and dusted with matcha. It was a great experience overall. Recommended for dinner on special occasions.

A peaceful Serene location, away from the city chaos right in the city – That’s what is very special about this Boutique Hotel – The Manor. And its latest offering In-Q is a great hang around place for it’s amazing curation and presentation of Food, ambience and uniqueness of a one stop for all eating out.If you are looking for a perfect corner for a romantic date with a green view this should be your pick. Wanna come around with kids , then this is your pick. A cozy big bang family eating out ,then this is your pick. A hanging out option with office gang , then this is your definite pick.Let me quickly move to the food that it offers.Well the menu is a fusion menu and brings a lot more stories to the table along with delicacies they serve. Our first course of food started with this Milk chocolate and what was inside it was absolutely unexpected. Well just imagine when you first tasted the pulse candy. Sweet outside and tangy inside. Well this palate cleanser is an absolute milk chocolate bomb, filled with tangy golgappa water inside and topped with celery dust makes it look appetizing and delicious at the same time. ( I had 2 and I am not kidding )And then came most presentable assortment of well curated meal.Phucka Twist : Not always I like it when a #StreetFood gets a bit sophisticated with modern presentation and a twist to taste with new addition. But this #phucka won me over.Presentation off course is great . The Phuchka is served as is without breaking it too much unlike the way our street golgappa is bursted. In this case the filling inside goes with a keep and is done in layers.Layer 1 – #Avacardo bedlayer 2 #WasabiLayer 3 #Tamarind that seals the opening and little herb that seems like a newly germinated seed.Put it in your mouth and close your eyes for a roller coaster of taste. You would love it even if you can’t handle wasabi …. Believe me or try it.ChaatServed on the black pebbles. And the significance of black pebbles is with the Old Delhi roads, and the fumes is the Fog / Smog of Delhi. The #Chaat has the base made of Maida and Cumin seeds , and then it has layering of fruits salsa further topped by yoghurt , served with Californian based salsa and it’s delicious for sure.We enjoyed it with all it’s drama. Served with 5 prices this is worth a try. And I told you this place is a lot about stories .Getting to the main courseCrisp Okra :Crispy is the best way Okra is loved by everyone. Now imaging Crispy Okra, crispy Potato things and serves in layers of yummy gravy loaded with onion and spices. And its a do it yourself mains. So before you have it you need to mix it thoroughly to infuse the spices from the layered gravy into the main dish… Isn’t it Amazing. And was truly delicious.Paneer Tandoori :While the name may sound more like a appetizer but it’s a dish from the main course and is truly delicious.Stuffed tandori paneer served in the sauce made of Plums & apricots and topped with the green froth made of mint. A perfect amalgamation of sweet, minty and spicy flavors. Served with black pepper naans to add the hotness of this dish. This picture is just to show how well a dish is made that from outside you can’t see the layering that’s so important for the flavors. And getting on to the last course and that’s my favorite, save yourself it’s dessert time.Even before I came here I was going through the Zomato menu of the place and checking the pictures and I was amazed to see the amazing dessert pics. And looks are deceiving. As looking at the pictures you can’t judge what it is… But I assure you it’s tasty to the core.Air Dried HalwaYou look at this and you will not call it Halwa . Air dried Semolina halwa and then it’s rolled over a yogurt kulfi and on side is tequila Strawberry. Be careful sensitive tooth… Yummy and chilly it is.Snowballed SrikhandIf you love Srikhand then you must go to this place just to have this snowball Srikhand. Big size ball of Srikhand that is hard on outside and super creamy and soft inside. The best Srikhand I ever had undoubtedly. And also you can’t finish it all b yourself so take someone along.Overall had an amazing amazing time at In-Q and this is my place to go for some our time.We had a great time and the service was amazing. This place is not for you if you want to have a quick meal, it’s a boutique property so visit it when you want to indulge in warm ambience, soothing music and breath taking dishes. A place that really lets you to slow down for a meal and enjoy it in otherwise a fast paced world. The chef has really put in a lot in every dish and it is really heart warming.

In-Q : An Extravagant Dining Affair.

How difficult would it be, fitting into some really big shoes? In this case, In-Q replaced Indian Accent which happens to have won the best restaurant award of the country. The challenge seems tough but the intensions are solid.

In-Q is this new boutique restaurant in town, cropped up in 'The Manor' hotel which sits in the posh....... very posh Defence Colony.

The restaurant itself spells of class with the interiors befitting the perfect fine dine. You are also welcome to be seated in the areas that look less fine and more casual. All in all, the ambience gets a double thumbs up.

Diving into the food that we tasted here :

In-Q has experimented and churned out twisted tales of recipes that you might have tasted often. You might relate to the taste that tingles your buds but every dish is a creation, an art of sorts.

Chocolate : Just don't go by its name. This golf sized appetizer is a chocolate ball filled with..... wait for it..... Golgappa water.

Chaat : In-Q has its own way of serving the street specials. Yes, it is the very same chaat you buy outdoors and yet it is different in many ways.

Puchka - Puchka wth prawn and wasabi in them. Beat that.

Butter Chicken - The lightest form of butter chicken I might have ever tasted. The breads accompanying the chicken too were special in their own right.

Snow Balled Srikhand - Srikhand with an appealing presentation.

In-Q is neither an ordinary restaurant nor meant for peeps desiring an ordinary meal. The food is great. The ambience is immensely impressive and the presentation is drool worthy.

Food - 5/5

Ambience - 5/5

Presentation - 4.5/5

Service - 4.5/5

Value For Money - 4/5

Overall - 4.5/5

Note : In-Q is an experience in true sense.

PS : All my reviews are my personal opinions after taking into consideration my experience as well as the experience of those, be it family, friends or loved ones, that have visited the restaurant along with me. The review holds no bias towards the restaurant, irrespective of the fact that I was or was not called to taste the food at the restaurant. Happy Eating.

In Q has opened up in the Manor Hotel in friends colony. The restaurant has opened up in place of Indian Accent and focuses primarily on Modern Indian Cuisine.
The place has a very soothing and calming vibe to it and also has an alfresco dining area which is perfect in this weather.
Some of the recommendations in the appetisers include the Chaat, Puchka and the Lamb Dumplings. The Chaat was served on a bowl of liquid nitrogen to showcase the Delhi smog. The puchkas were definitely high on flavour because of the wasabi and avocado. The lamb dumplings were no ordinary dumplings that we eat they were finished with rice crispies on the side.
For mains I went with the chicken coriander with baby naans. This dish was highly addictive as I kept on dipping my hot naans in the gravy and was absolutely scrumptious in taste.
Finished my meal on a sweet noted with the air dried halwa which was served with a strawberry sauce. This was exquisite in taste and very innovative.
Verdict - Visit this place for delicious food and commendable hospitality. Try out the new and exciting dishes this place has to offer and you will be in for a treat.

In-q is a modern take on the Indian Cuisine using various new methodology of cooking which have developed over the recent years. The place excells in line like Indian Accent cause it was here Where Indian Accent was born and thereafter shifted to the Lodi. The location is very difficult to reach cause it's inside the new frinds colony a small boutique hotel called Manor is where this place is located. Ambiance is typical of a Michellin star place with white crisp tabl tops, high standard of service and a feel of royalty. The chef had made a good effort to recreate traditional indian food ,the food is great in view while the flavours can be still improved. Over all the place is a must viait for all.

The place is iconic cause it was from here that the Indian Accent Originated and later shifted to the Lodi. A boutique hotel with only 12 rooms located inside the new frinds colony is where this place is located. A quite serene place done up to the standard of a Michellin star restaurant providing the best food and service. The food is a modern take on Indian just like Indian Accent and menu has been evolved to make the taste buds tantalise. Tried the summer special 15 course menu which starts with modern take on puchkas, dumplings, salads and soup. The main again try to create a modern version of traditional indian by using cooking techniques like sues vede, poaching, confit and also the making the dish a visual extravaganza by giving different effects to food. The presentation and service are excellent while flavours can be improved. Over all for a relaxed evening away from the maddening crowd the place is aust visist.

Fine dining place with amazing ambience located at the same place where Indian accent was located. We went here on my bday yesterday and we loved the place ambience and seating,

We had their chef tasting menu and it was exceptionally good. I really loved their way they present food and each dish having a unique taste.

The watermelon rasam, chaat and crispy okra are the outstanding dishes at this place ! Chef is very nice he personally takes your preference and make sure things are perfect.

Imagine how difficult it would be to let go off the best restaurant in the country which was nestled inside your Hotel from so many years? It happened with The Manor when Indian Accent, which is touted as the best restaurant in India moved out to a different location a few years back. But now they have come up with a new place to replace it with the same thought process of serving Modern Indian Cuisine which by the way is not as distinguishable as it used to be some years back. With the Modern Indian cuisine becoming this common, it had to be a big challenge for In-Q to distinguish itself, step into legendary Indian Accent’s shoes and come out victorious.

When it comes to a fine-dine place, many different things are to be considered. There should be an ideal occasion to visit such places as its not your everyday place. The prices are more than the normal restaurants but they do provide a good experience in the end. Right from the ambiance to the food, everything has to be perfect. I was reminded of this as I visited In-Q yesterday.

In-Q is a fine-dine restaurant located in the picturesque The Manor hotel. It is situated in the affluent Friends Colony in South Delhi. You will get the feel of luxury as soon as you enter the premises. The place has a feel of ultra-luxury as you will be very well be accompanied to your seats. There will be someone to take care of you at every moment. Full marks to the hospitality.

Coming to the food department, the meal begun with Amuse Bouche. It has become a kind of a mandatory for fine-dine places to initiate the meal with Amuse Bouche these days. In-Q is not far behind in that. A small Chocolate ball filled with tangy water was served. It was a melt-in-mouth experience. You won’t get such flavorful water in famous places. Highly Recommended.

The first dish in starters was Puchka. It was a perfect example of how to do Contemporary Indian cuisine in a grand way. It was filled with Avocado mash and topped off with Wasabi. Top stuff. Then came Chaat. A light and crispy base were pasted with Fruit Salsa and a bit of Sev. The crispiness along with the Salsa made it a delightful experience. Their Watermelon Rasam is also a class apart with the right amount of spices and they pour coriander oil in front of you to give that authentic touch of Rasam.

In drinks, I went ahead with the Chocolate Shake first. As I took the first sip, it was evident they use the choicest of Ingredients. The flavor of Chocolate was really good. I finished it off within seconds and then ordered a Mocktail to try something different. It was a Litchi based drink with a hint of Ginger. It was as good as the Milkshake.

In the main course, I first went ahead with Crispy Okra. The presentation was very good. There was Lababdar gravy which was easily the highlight of my meal. I was amazed by the taste of the gravy. The dish was so delectable that a repeat order was given. Highly Recommended. Then came Paneer Tandoori. It was accompanied with Plum sauce around it. Now that I have dined here, let me give you a tip to make your meal even better - have your main course with Afghani Naan. The aroma and softness are definitely going to win you over.

In desserts, there was Snow Balled Srikhand first. Serving Chocolate Ball with Brownie inside is passe. At In-Q, you will get something different and unique. They have managed to make Srikhand interesting without compromising on the taste. The last dish of the evening was Air Dried Halwa. Description won’t be enough to do this dish some justice. If you are a strawberry lover, try this on your own and see what I mean.

Overall, In-Q is a great option when it comes to Fine-Dine. Come here for your special occasion and you won’t be disappointed. This place deserves every penny it charges. Recommended.

If you are looking for a great Fine Dine restaurant, the first place you need to check out should be In-Q. It's a brand new offering by The Manor Hotel, one of the first Boutique Hotels in Delhi. You will feel the luxurious ambiance when you are dining there.

I was really impressed by their Chocolate Ball that they served initially. It had teekha Golgappe wala Paani inside. The combination was excellent. We were then served with Watermelon Rasam with Coriander Oil on the top. This is how you prepare a dish with a difference.

In mains, I had their Braised Lamb. I haven't had lots of experience in having Lamb but this one was a classic. The whole dish was prepared with tenderness. It was served with Afghani Naan and i cannot tell you how good these Naan were. Had to order one more portion.

The dessert had Snow Balled Srikhand. I have not tried Srikhand before and this was my first try. There was Pistachios on top which made the dish even more tasty. Ten on ten for this dish too.

Give this place a try and you will also come out as happy as myself. Loved it.

In Q located in Manor hotel, New friends colony near New friends club is a beautiful property. Be it their interiors or their outdoor area, you will definitely fall in love with the place.

A huge sitting space ie their fine dining space, their veranda area or their bar area, you can have a great time at any of these areas. Also the service was amazing and there were no issues.

Coming to the food,
Don't miss their puchkas that had taste of wasabi, tamarind and avocado, I am sure you wouldn't have had this before.

Also their watermelon rasam was perhaps the best and the most innovative dish I have ever had. With cucumber oil in it, DON'T MISS THIS.

Also their air dried halwa which had berry yoghurt kulfi and strawberry with it, can't be missed. Had this dessert twice and literally felt why I didn't have this before, can have this the entire day and wouldn't get tired of eating it.

I visited this place this weekend. It is a beautiful property and the ambience is so beautiful just loved the interiors.

Every dish was beautifully presented and tasted amazing
The things which I loved from the menu are
1. White chocolate - White chocolate with mint water inside it just splashed in the mouth never tried something like this.

2. Puchka - It was not a regular puchka it had avocado, mint and wasabi

3. Gobhi - very unusual and presentation was top notch it was Gobhi adraki and had coriander glaze on top

4. Watermelon rasam with coriander oil which represented the seeds of watermelon. Loved the watermelon flavor in the Rasam.

5. Yam - yam was served with Allepey sauce and coconut oil powder first I didn't liked it much but as the yam staring getting drenched in the sauce it tasted delicious

6. Crispy okra with potato for the main course and served with baby naan best dish I tried

7 Air dried halwa - You cannot miss this beauty so so good never tried something like this and hats off to the culinary skills of the chef.

8. Snow ball Shrikhand - Shrikhand served in a unique way will definitely mesmerise you. Must try

This was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long long time! Super amazing ambience and decor. Very nice service and the food was epic. Would definitely recommend having the Snow balled srikhand (concept of Kashmir valley, firm outside...soft inside and total surprise of classic flavours reinterpreted), avocado and Wasabi puchka with prawns and the Fruit salsa chaat (reminiscent of Delhi winter fog - complete burst of familiar flavours but unexpected presentation and taste). The concept in itself is so exciting and absolutely out of the ordinary. A truly great dining experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking out for an experience based fine dining restaurant in Delhi. Kudos to the team. Great stuff - keep it up! ❤️

IN - Q : A truly unique experience
Ambience: 5/5
Food: 4.5/5
Service: 5/5

Starters

Grilled Prawns : my absolute favorite. Didn’t know prawns could melt in your mouth
Prawn n Wasabi Puchka - Perfect starter and not messy. Simple and clean flavors.
Chaat - Loved the presentation. I feel more could be added it though. I just felt it missed something.

Main Course
Spinach Kofta -The kofta was soft and amazing. I thought the gravy or sauce served with it would be sweet but it surprisingly wasn’t. It tasted well with breads.
Okra: Loved the texture of the okra and the sauce was great too. However would have loved serving myself and mixing it myself depending on what I prefer more.
Quail in Chettinad spices: I am a huge fan of coastal flavors and not the dish did not disappoint.

Dessert
Air fried Halwa:This was a surprise package. Sweet rolls and could have sinfully indulged in more helpings.
Shrikhand: this comes with the theatrics and the taste together! Cool and refreshing for the eyes as well as the palate

The underdog highlight is the afghani bread! That is a stunner!

A brilliant experience, sumptuous food with room to explore more and great service. Can’t wait to be back again.

Me and my wife recently had the opportunity to visit In-Q at the Manor for dinner and we were really floored with what we experienced. This experiential journey starts right from the warm welcome you receive on reaching the Manor and continues till you bid goodbyes.

The charm of the ambience adds on the interiors but what really takes it to a different dimension itself is the hospitality and mind boggling gastronomic experience. The food here is to die for and with every course you think it can not get better but it does 😊. What makes the experience more compelling is that the food works on all your senses. I have experienced similar degustation meals in other countries and boy now we have a better version of it available in our own backyard.

From a food perspective I think In-Q has set the bar really high and is a must try for all food lovers. Thank you team In-Q and please keep adding on your food menu for repeat guests like us 🥂

We had a wonderful meal at the restaurant at the Manor. The restaurant which has opened in place of Indian Accent is sure to attract many customers, if not for anything but for the sheer curiosity factor to see and compare it to its former restaurant. However we were very pleasantly surprised and impressed with the restaurant.
The menu may be small, but is a list of extremely interesting and inviting dishes.
The chaat which was served as the amuse bouche was great, totally reminiscent of the popular road side chaat but with a refined twist to it. One of our favourite starters was the prawn, avocado and wasabi gol gappas, loved the unusual take on a local favourite dish. The crab legs were probably our most favourite dish of the entire meal. Loved the use of simple ingredients like turmeric and butter to accentuate the hero of the dish which was the crab legs. Also love the non fussy presentation of the dish, while ordering this dish, I was a bit apprehensive that it would be messy to eat, however it came in neat little bite sized stacks which were perfect appetisers. Loved the presentation of the butternut squash and quinoa croquettes too- the air dried celery was a great snack to chomp on while waiting for the main course.
The main courses we tried were the braised lamb, okra and the quail. All were superb in terms of taste and presentation both, especially loved the Afghani roti.
The desserts were excellent too, loved the wow factor in the presentation.
We had a wonderful meal and will definitely be back very soon.

Located in the residential, In-Q is the fine dining restaurant that serves Indian contemporary fusion food.

We were here to try the chef's tasting menu which was specially curated.

It all started with spiced mint water filled opalys chocolate balls dusted with matcha - very delicately done.

The next course was buckwheat or kuttu poori filled with avocado, tamarind, prawn and wasabi - the flavours were very finely balanced in the bite size kuttu poori.

Their take on idly sambhar which was the next course - was something that needs to be experienced personally; not the regular idly sambhar we are use too.

The butternut squash and mince brain mousse served on a bed of dried leeks was very interesting in taste.

For the mains - we had the crispy okra with layers of potato and lababdar curry, chicken in chunky tomato gravy and spinach kofta with lemon peanut couscous. They were served with mini naans - loved the chicken and spinach kofta.

Finally the dessert was coconut pysam candy served on top of the dried half shell coconut - very subtle in flavours; I personally could have done with a little more sweet (being true to my Delhi palate).

This place is located where we earlier have the Indian Accent and I believe they have everything needed to be the next successor - why don't you try it yourself and see if that’s the case.
