Can't believe a place like this exists in India, gr8 food, lovely ambience. The fish was fantastic, melt in mouth tender & the lamb burger was the best I ever had.
Awesome grub man. Totally authentic American BBQ experience, ate like a pigš·. Lamb Chilli & smoky sausages, yum. The pulled pork was the star of the show. Great host, what fun.
Quaint little place, totally different than any in Delhi. The fish & chicken are served whole, cut in front of you, super tender n juicy. Killer honey mustard Wings & the burger... man... to die for

Hidden gem inside Sainik farms, excellent place to spend time with friends and family, carry your own drinks. The menu has amazing veg and non veg bite size dishes. Their chicken sausages, chicken wings, ribs, pizzas chicken n veg, mushroom with mustard etc were very good ..!

Smoke Trailer Grill is a BYOB place opened in Sainik Farms. The location was a bit difficult to find as it was in a bylane, but once i reached there i was pretty impressed by the huge parking area and different types of seating arrangements (both indoor and outdoor).
Coming to the food, most of the dishes are barbecued or grilled and the best part was that they have a lot of pork dishes on their menu.
Since we were in a big group, we ordered a large variety of dishes.
I especially liked the Southern Fried Fish, Pork Spare Ribs and the Grilled Chicken.
Since we took our own liquor, the bill was also on the lower side.
Overall due to excellent grilled starters, i consider this one of the best BYOB joint in the city.
Yepp..once again a great venue for a party, gettogether or just casual dine out.
Food, ambience and service gets a major thumbs up.
The pork ribs were the best i have had slow cooked for almost 11 hours with perfect sauces.
Even the chik burger was more than what was expected.
Worth your while and a must visit, will be a repeat for me specially in the winter time.

It's friend get together so can't be refused for me to plan a meal at Smoke Trailer Grill.

I was order repeat as wanted to had more. the whole chicken was nice juicy and tender. like chicken wings much though I am not very fond of wings . it's amazing and lovely taste in wasabi and bbq sauces.
what I find not really good was Pizza as it's very typical one with thick crust. and cheese was overly on it which not tender at all.
other okay items was some burgers, hotdogs and some pulled pork on an open sandwich except mushrooms one . you can try once but can't be repeat again.

It really is a wonder not many people know about this place. It's tucked away serenely into a calm farmhouse setting with rustic feels to cradle your anxiety into sweet barbecue submission.
The furniture is laden with plush pillows that you can sink into, and immediately unwind from the long day you've had, and temporarily mute the thoughts of the work related rigmarole that awaits. One can bring their own poison (alcohol, if that wasn't clear) to the party. In an effort to be slightly less naive, I suggest red wine with the red meats that are served here.
Mr. Dheeraj, the owner of the property, is enthusiastic about the food. That he is very good at it, is a boon. For the evening, we ordered most of the non vegetarian dishes on the menu, such was the quality of the food. The items that remain unvanquished shall be consumed unquestionably, and despite my waist size - unregretfully.
The highlight of the evening was the preparation of the Pork Spare Ribs.
Taste, it's as subjective as any of the other 4 senses. However, this, I review objectively as being the softest set of ribs. Mr. Dheeraj deserves all the complements he gets for his creation. The flavour packed into the meat is extraordinary. The burst packed into succulent sections is exciting and the charring of the skin that introduces fresh bitterness into the mix will leave you speechless. And not just because you have a mouth full of food :)
The Spatchcock chicken, is prepared patiently and grilled to tenderness while maintaining the crunch of the first bite into the skin. It's food that sounds good when you bite into it. At this point it seems like you're spoiling your senses. Taste, smell AND hearing?!
By visiting the place, you'd be doing yourself a favor. So instead of me describing the feeling of eating the food, why not keep just the recommendations in mind and discover the menu for yourself? It's worth the visit and the effort.
Folks travel far and wide in an effort to engage their taste buds; it's strange to think about some who have a problem going to a slightly secluded part of town to do the same.

The staff is very friendly and helpful plus they know about the food they are serving unlike most restaurants, and i wont call this place a restaurant its like you are having a backyard BBQ which we all miss.
The host is the most humble person you will come across..
kudos to them for running such a fine establishment, will be a repeat customer for a long time.

When one talks about barbecue in Delhi, its usually a discussion on tandoors, masala, tikkas, basically Indian flavours. American style barbecue and smoked meats are not very common here yet (and i dont mean smoked deli meats). It could be the lack of easy to find smokers and the skills of using them.
Holy shit I wanna come here just looking at the menu.. Please don't close down... !! Dumb vegetarian minded Indians would do anything to get even famous chains like fatburger to close down. I will try the spare ribs. Keep it waiting for me..!!

Ok I don't know how this place has a low rating. But in my books this place was a hidden gem.
Though the location is a bit far off, but when you get there you feel like home.
The food and grills are insanely tasty. This is one of those hidden places not too fancy but the best and most original quality of food.
I loved having the following :
1) Whole skin roasted chicken (Must try)
2) Pork Ribs (Must try)
3) Pork & Lamb Sliders (Must try)
4) Chilli Hot Dogs (Must try)
And the best part is you can BYOB and not spend huge amounts of money on alcohol when you can just bring your own.
Enjoy the best of both worlds here. The owner is a sweet person as well. Do visit this place is worth the trouble.

You ever had food so good that it made you feel ashamed of your existence and put tears in your eyes? That's the only way to describe eating here on a winter evening, straight off of a meat board, with fats dripping though strains of meat down your wrist.
UNREAL place for people who appreciate slow cooked food.
So where do I start from..Iām writing this in middle of my meal ..I canāt stop raving about the place and eat the awesome food till itās end of the meal

Absolutely awesome place for a winter brunch party. Comfortably accomodates 50 to 60 people. Has a fixed Menu, which is fantastic by the way. Can play your own music . It's lovely get away place surrounded by huge trees, you get a feeling you are in mountain s.

This restaurant is situated on the periphery of Sainik farms and it is a nice place. Food choices remind you of an American grill. Service is slow, though the food is good. The ambience could be better, and the serving time made faster. Unfortunately that is not possible as the items served cannot be cooked quickly unless it is a fast food place, which this is definitely not.
This is a good place to visit if you have the time to sit and savor your food while relaxing with family and friends. The location is both its pro and its con. Pro is its quiet ambience, Con its accessibility, as it is far from public roads. Prices are also not wallet friendly.
A fantastic find tucked away in Sainik Farms. I was apprehensive Being a Vegetarian...but i was pleasantly Surprised! The potato wedges and Cottage cheese were grilled to Perfection, so we're the cauliflower and Broccoli.
The mozzarella Pizza was delectable and had a smoky flavour owing to their cooking style! Yumm

It's perfect for Delhi Winters as the outdoor seating is rustic and blends well with the Barbecue Theme.
