First time i visited this flavour of southvala.
I just love south indian i can eat idli, dosa non stop but never tried though. I ordered 2 plates of dosa and i just love it dosa was so cripsy. Sambhar and chutney both were so tasty the only thing i want more quantity of chutney then it will be the best. You can try it by yourself if you are south dishes love you also gonna love it
The dosa and sambhar is so good , the owner is tamilian so its a very nice restaurant for south dishes best to go with the family

Good place and nice ambience..impressed with the food taste and staff service..we ordered Masala Dosa, Schezwan Dosa, south combo and chole bathure .. Schezwan Dosa was superb in taste..masala Dosa was good as usual ..all items were good in taste..pocket friendly also..

This is my second review of the restaurant. This time we ordered Podi Idli (basically fried idlis) with sambhar and coconut chutney. And second dish was Kerela Parotta with korma sabzi and coconut chutney. We try both dishes for the first time and they came out delicious. The staff was friendly too however sitting space is less as we went on Dussehra and the restaurant was overcrowded , everyone waiting to occupy free table.
The true Flavours of South Indian food at flavours of southwala with a great ambience and a promt and friendly staff service.
Had Butter Masala Dosa , it taste delicious , flavours are amazing ππ€€

This is South Indian restaurant where you can get north indian & Chinese food. The dosa was delicious tasty. Quality is food is very good. They have north indian thali where you ll get variety of flavours. Their Chinese food also good. This is good restaurant for family & friends.
2 days ago I had my dinner with my family in you restaurant and I'm not so satisfied wid your service... Firstly the food we ordered comes very late and the amount of food received is very less according to the price.. But the taste was good...the staff is polite and the interior of your restaurant is awesome

This place is best for south Indian foods. Malabar parotta with veg kurma is a must try dish. I also ordered chole bature and Rawa masala dosa which was also good in taste. Mushroom Biryani here is not recommended as the Biryani didn't have any veggies and even the taste was not good.
Southwala is amazing outlet. Masala dosa idli and chowmein is quite tasty. The ambience is very good and staff is nice. The food quality is good as compare with price. Overall it's good

This outlet in laxmi nagar is amazing for those who love south indian food. They have polite and friendly staff. We ordered Paneer masala dosa and Sambhar vada. Paneer masala dosa was good in taste as it was crispy and stuffing was nice but i am little disappointed by Vada because it was hard and tasteless.

Michelin Star Michelin Star Michelin Star!!!!!!!!!!!! Malamar Paratha And Rasam Had Podi Idli after 3 years remind me my Bengaluru Days. My mo favourite is DOSA AND RASAM IDLI DAD LOVED RAWA MAN GREAT FOOD. NEVER BEEN TO RESTAURANTΒ BUT THE FOOD WE ORDERED WE LOVED IT.
The Food is delicious.....π.
However, the Masala Dosa could be more "Masalay-Daar". Sambhar is a must-have here.
Also the restaurant atmosphere is very nice.

They serve the best dosas here. The sambar is smoking hot and the chutneys remind me of Chennaiβs Sangeetha. Though a bit on the higher side of rates if you consider dosa pricings, but who cares when you love south indian food and crave for it, and this one comes to your rescue. Polite and friendly staff. Its a piece of the south in East Delhi.

The flavours of southwala is one of my favorite restaurant to eat as it is near to my house and it is pocket friendly for everyone. The environment of the restaurant is pretty loveings as they play songs on low volume which can change your mood quickly. They work very dedicatedly.
The staff is very friendly and polite .
What I had ? I've tried everything in this restaurant whether it is north Indian or south Indian thefood is amazing and I seriously love the balance of spices they give to every food.
The food is totally hygienic , you can trust them by looking at the quality of food and its taste. I recommend everyone to at least visit once. Its just in front of laxmi nagar metro station.

A recommended restaurant for south indian food in this area. The meals here are delicious. This place has enough seats and seems a bit pricey but it's fine as long as there are no good restaurants nearby. Biriyani wasn't up to the mark but all the other food which i tried was delicious.
Located just next to laxmi nagar metro station (if we go towards preetvihar,that side) this restaurantis very nice. The ambience was great,staff served with smile on their faces.The washroom was clean.Ordered pav bhaji and to my surprise it was totally π.
Also,the lemon rice was waao...Tried sweet pan @10 rupees which was fresh and nice.

The food is authentic south indian. I tried masala dosa which was very delicious. Atmosphere is just fine but noisy. Service staff were not attentive at all even after calling 2-3 times they were not listening. The price of the masala Dosa was rs.170 which i found little overpriced.

All south indian Foods are good here ,but parking is very difficult for 2 wheelers as well...
First time ever visiting India (we are British) and this was our first meal in India! It was lovely - we had the dal platter and the butter chicken platter.
We ate here Dal makhni platter and Pav bhaji. In the Dal makhni platter they served 2 butter naan, Mix veg, Dal makhni, Rice, Salad and Papad combo. But, Pav Bhaji was not so good because Bhaji was not cooked properly.
Situated right in front of metro Gate 5 exit, Laxminagar, this place is really great for meals and quick snacks. I had Pav bhaji, Parotta with Veg Korma and Idli here and they were very delicious. The service is fast. The ambiance is nice. The staff is also very polite.
Itβs a very nice restaurant, we are from the US and last time we had South Indian food like this was in Chicago and cost us an arm and leg. But here it was reasonably priced and really great food. The coffee was one of the best,the roasted burnt smell gave the coffee great aroma. Highly recommended.
Perfect place to have south indian dishes with perfect preparation. They have wide sitting spaces for friends and family. The menu is full of variety of south indian stuffs. It will become difficult to choose what to eat. The staffs were nice, kind and attentive. Prices are also reasonable.

So we tried their breakfast menu and honestly it was so good. Everything was just perfect & it tastes so good.
But one thing which bothered me that the dosa which we've ordered first, it became soggy within few minutes and that spoiled our experience.
This is always our breakfast-lunch-dinner stop before heading home from anywhere. Always delicious. Always great service. Always worth the stop.This time I had tamato rice and rasam , worth every penny
