I had visited this little cafe while in the middle of my IELTS exam 🤣 (won't forget that I spent two hours in a cafe, whilst waiting for the second part of an exam, speaking of living the good life sometimes 😬)
The place is cozy anr has that distinct bakery aroma which, for people like me, is simply too beautiful to be in. I had ordered just a cold coffee and a croissant and the cost was mid range as well. I wanted to try some things more from their vast menu but I was not too hungry. Maybe some other time for sure!
We as bloggers went there to celebrate our milestone success. Such a great experience. The staff was really humble. The chocolate pastry was great. Also we took the pasta puff which was very different and delectable. Coming back soon.

Flavours of Yangtza - Chinese Food Fest @ Eros, Nehru Place !!! 14th till 23rd September '18
Me being from HM PUSA and a passionate hotelier for over three decades always associate hospitality with warmth and courtesies extended to the guests and invitees to the fullest where guests go with happy memories to cherish for long, which I find missing in many big brands too these days, which is quite disappointing but #eros is one old property with great team and always serving with a smile and warmth and has got regular guests who have been patronising them for years.
Chef Nikhil and Chef Tenzin have been working with their heart and soul and do a thorough research of local cuisine of the region for which they host a food festival to bring in the flavours of that region after trials n trials to get the perfection.
On going "flavourofyangtze'' is the Chinese Food Fest from the region of Yangtze river, which is the longest river flowing across China and they have brought the most liked and famous food of that area. And on menu is the cuisine of Yunnan, Hunan and Sichuan in particular.
Crystal dumpling was the first starter we tried which had the filling of Tofu and Asparagus, was steamed and looked nice and tempting and tasted good. Then came Quenching Chicken which was marinated in Soya Sauce and tossed with Sichuan pepper and dry red Chillies.
Vegetable Soup with goji berry was a light clear soup with lots of veges. Mains had Jiangxi style whole fish in Soya Sauce, yunani chicken, Sichuan egg plant, Tofu stir fried , Veg Lomein ( Noodles) and veg fried rice. One has to have a taste for Chinese Food to enjoy the local cuisine.
In dessert Tangyuan which is a sweet rice dumpling which I had for gghd first time and didn't like much but Pumpkin cake was yummy which was slightly boiled then deep fried and coated with bread crumbs and looked nice too.

This bakery is part of the Eros Hotel. I was actually quite full after a heavy lunch but needed to kill time - around 30-45minutes.
It was a hot afternoon and other than restaurants there were no decent place to wait. It was quite empty other than one or two tables which I presumed were also killing time like me as they were in the vicinity for the same purpose ;)
I ordered Watermelon juice and just waited there in this cool ambiance of the bakery. The juice was good :)
One thing I should mention here, I was not carrying my purse so didn't have any change with me, the lady in the counter (I should have got her name) paid me some coins extra and told me its okay as she understood that I was helpless. But as I promised her...once my purpose of the visit was taken care I got some changes from a road side vendor (gave me 8 rupees in exchange of a 10 rupees note :() and returned the money to her. Kudos to her for this gesture of her. :)
Chef Izhar from Bakery is always a innovator with great taste. I order all my cakes from here. Great place with excellent customer service and quality!!

A cold coffee worth trying, chocolate truffle that never disappoints and salads that are fresh. Sweet & crusty helps suffice my mid day cravings when no other place can.
Ordered the caramel cake a few days back, could have been better. Considering their chocolate truffle is one of the best I’ve ever had, I expected more.
Excellent environment, friendly service by the F&B executive "Ms. Savita", great menu choices and really decent food and at affordable prices and atmosphere, definitely hope to go back. The pastries were YUMMY!!!“

Very pleasant place to hang out with family and friends both!! Pita falafel was worth eating with their peach ice tea... their Service made it a luxurious experience.. Mayank did a very appreaciable job... though he was a trainee still cared so much...Will visit soon.. Cheers!

Beautiful and great place to grab a bite if you are looking for quick meal. Pizza sandwich and sheekh kebab roll are must tried items from from newly introduced combo meals menu. Their flourless chocolate fudge is to die for. Staff is so humble, courtious, friendly and service is really promt...!!
It is a must visit place if you are at Nehru Place and surrounding. They have a nice collection of quick bites. My favourite is chicken sandwich with multigrain bread with a cup of freshly brewed cup cappuccino .
Coffee was good but Multi Grain Sandwich was not fresh.
Staff was good and served very well.
They had very good options of sandwiches, cookies and cakes.
Well I am quite abused towards this little place for their coffee is truly wonderful. The range of deserts laid out, make you forget your diet resolution and tempt you to eat ever single piece. Staff is pleasant but guess they should work on their pricing they should be able to attract more customers.
The range of breads available for sale are also fresh and exciting I love their focaccia bread.
All in all value for money and good food with pleasant staff makes it a place in my to go

nice bakery but not the best in town. best to buy from here when there is a discount in the evening (happy hours). chocolate truffle cake is nice while fruit florida is average. fruit florida could be lighter and more fresh.Â
chocolates are good but too expensive. truffle cake is spongy and moist...like it and order often for bdays.
Loved it! Great assortment of food and the desert was fantastic...we had the mango cheesecake per suggestion of a friend and it didn't disappoint.Very, very nice spot.
Ordered a cold coffee and grilled veg in fuccia for a quick bite. The person at the counter is very sweet. Loved the cold coffee anf ordered another one for myself :D

I would surely recommend this place for cakes. Especially Chocolate truffle and Fruit florida. Price seems to be on higher side but if you consider EROS hotel name and taste then you say it's OK. Fruit means fruit. In order to cut cost, you can order during their happy hour. I didn't knew about this as i ordered over phone. Anyhow no regret. Thank for making my daughter b'day special.
A small shop but a big eye catcher... selective offerings but tasteful and nice. The cakes here are a must try... live the coffee and quick bites they have. Happy eating
Sweet & Crusty is a bakery by Eros hotel, the best part being that it serves as a stand alone bakery as well. This is the best place to get cakes. They even have happy hours with 50% discount everyday from 6:30-8:00, which makes it very economical and pocket friendly as well for everyone. Red velvet cake and tiramisu are the most recommended. The sandwiches, especially egg tuna and chicken salami are great in taste. Other desserts worth trying are the caramel donut, chocolate truffle and the fruit tart.
Got this amazing cake customised at Sweet & Crusty. It turned out awesome and everybody liked the design and taste. This cake was ordered for the showroom opening event. Amazing design and amazing taste Thanks to Chef Sanjay At Sweet & Crusty.

This small bakery is the pastry shop located in the Eros hotel and never fails to impress me. The cakes they make are divine and always very fresh. I have tried almost all their cakes and was pleased by each one of them. I have never been a fan of black forest and fresh fruit cake but this place has made me change my mind , the black forest is the best i've ever had . The fresh fruit cake is delicious and one can taste a slight banana flavour in the sponge itself which i think is their secret. The cakes look beautiful and taste even better. Sandwiches are great too and always very fresh and flavoursome. The staff is polite and is there to please.

Ordered a chocolate truffle cake and it was the best cake that I had in my life. It was so soft and chocolaty that as soon as you put it in your mouth, it will dissolve.
I am sure that my future cakes will be ordered from Sweet and Crusty only. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience.
The place has the ambiance of a cozy street side cafe that houses pretty delicacies. I tried their mushroom brioche and it was simple and flavorful. The service is a bit slow though. Will visit again for their sweet treats.
Sweet & Crusty located inside eros hotel is one of the pastry shops i have been visiting since the age of 6 or 7. This bakery never fails to serve me & family in superb way.Â
From the staff being super friendly to the quick service provided, its just amazing place to hang out.

Have been going here because of work in the past couple of days...
Pretty much middle of the road bakery and cafe. Staff average, NO AC on three days out of five [shall try this place in winter again :) ], which was a disaster, choice rather limited and prices a tad on the higher side because of the supposed location, affiliation to a star hotel and the usual loyal coterie of customers who do not have much choice in the area.
None of the regular coffee shops in the immediate vicinity go beyond the usual cardboard-tasting badly cooled cakes so maybe here 'Sweet n' Crusty' does feature as the number one!
I usually gauge my food-jaunts into the following categories and then note them based on a maximum of 5.0 points:Â
1. Ambience [decor, acoustic and overall eye-worthiness] 2.0 [boring and a very weak AC system]
2. Menu Choice and Variety 4.0 [varied but refilled in surges and starts depending on the crowd]

Personal note: I have been asked as to why I never put up pictures. Frankly, I do not believe in them. A frozen slice of time never justifies the 'here and now', which is why one goes to eat and enjoy. Make your own opinions on presentation, taste and experience and be happy with it.. :)
It's a nice bakery with beautiful seatings. The moment you enter you will be treated with enthusiasm and friendly staff. Here i tried coffee with SnC Veg sandwich and later green apple lemonade with Mushrooms Pinwheel Brioche. Since it's a part of Eros hotel you will feel you are visiting a 3 star premise and so are the prices which are much above than any other places nearby.
They have the most exclusive cakes & Pastries in the town... Be it in the terms of the taste or creativity, it is a must try outlet for all the people who have sweet tooth... I am in love with their Chocolate & Pineapple Cake..
My review is for this tiny outlet that " sweet and crusty" just outside international trade tower! Though the outlet is small but trust me its a relief for people standing in long queues right outside this building sweating out in Delhi heat!
The outlet is nice and clean unlike other small outlets. Has couple of quick bites options including muffins, pastries , veg puffs!
Best part they serve you decent coffee. Nicely decorated for a small outlet. You can even have some juice if you are not fond coffee.
I ordered for a quick coffee was very relieving and nice to have. There is a single person on the counter handling everything nicely.

Though I barely make visits here - but just to collect their famed Chocolate cake - my family friends - local national alike - can't get over it!this visit - stop by - all I could marvel was and is what I highlight here - the breads - haven't seen anything look so fresher and aligned!Each display was such a pleasant delight to admire - the pics explain - though unfortunately their fruit tart was missing.but was pretty tempted to try out the caramels,raspberry and pistachio flavoured ones... Relatively reasonable but impeccable quality.
I went here when I finished my turn at the OFC Center in Nehru Place and was looking for a place to grab a quick bite. I tried chocolate croissant and peach ice tea. Both were above average but did not give me a reason to come back again.
Had mixed experiences with coffee there. Recent ones not that good. Snacks are good as well. Quite a bit of variety with quite a few eggless options as well. Worth a visit. Doesn't give a five star feel though. But the prices aren't five star level either.
Its a nice little cafe in Nehru Place, but certainly has an exquisite appeal to it.
I had a good old cold coffee. Tasted delicious! And a butter croissant plus a slice of Veg. Pizza, both were comendable.
Bread was so soft, you could cut it like butter with knife, aww inspiring.
Had this rich feeling of a 5-star, no less, at Sweet & Crusty. Thanks
Decent place in the Eros Hotel compound, Nehru place. The have baked stuff, cakes etc and a salad bowl. Not much to choose from though. Also they can only give what's displayed on shelves, the actual bakery and kitchen is elsewhere. Lots of places to sit, and they had a 50% discount on, when I visited. The food is OK. Nothing to write home about.
