Good place for eating good variety of food like north Indian, south Indian, Chinese also. There, you can feel good vibrations that makes the mood for eating. The fume of food is also awesome.
Aura is good .
this place is great for desi food nd south indian dishes spcly masala dosa nd rasam, uttpam nd rasam. allo nd paneer naan also tasty nd yummy. must try. this place is good for couples nd family.
Chintamani is famous for its south Indian food. You can try masala dosa with sambhar. Rasam, Uttapam and idli are a must try. The service is also good. But the decor is not that good.
Chintamani is a great family restaurant with pleasant staff.
I tried their aloo naan and daal makhni combo in which they provide 1 Aloo naan and a little Dal makhni.
The naan was the best naan i had.
They are soft and tasty.
Must try their other varieties as they provide you everything with great taste.
Chintamani is an stress buster it relieves all the chinta i had been thier with my friends and tried their cuisine all them was wonderful and delicious ambience of this place is also nice

This was restaurant with pure vegetarian .it has good quality of food. The service is fast.i ordered shahi paneer , malai chaap, chole bhature, aloo tiki etc.all food has a good quality and good in taste.
This is a good choice for people who like to eat in only vegetarian restaurant. As this is strictly a 100% veg restaurant. The ambience of the place is good.. they offer sitting place also. But most of the times I prefer to order from Chintamani as its one of the best places near my place which does food delivery and also has good quality in terms of items used and product served. Now coming to what i ordered from Chintamanis
Chilly paneer pizza- the quality of pizza was not good. As the flavour very not very satisfying. I personally won't try pizza from here next time as this is not what they are best at.
Dal makhni- it was very delicious and thick in consistency... Perfect blend of all the spices and i totally loved it
Malai kofta - this was also good ...koftas were very nicely fried and gravy was also delicious.
Chinese sizzler- it was Manchurian and noodles ... it was okay okay in taste. It could have been better.
They have a option of combo meals as well. From which i like .. veg biryani with raita. As it tastes Very good and it also pocket friendly.
Feeling hungry, faltered onto this place, essentially due to its intriguing name got my favor while on a short trek to Shahdra with one of my companions for some individual work. "CHINTAMANI" is a two story eatery however connecting the extent of the place with its prosperity quickly exploded backward for me as after entering I observed the eatery to be extremely dull and muddled. Air conditioning was not working either and they had flimsy fans all finished, sound of which truly aggravates you. Since I didn't had some other choice close-by so chose to settle down in any case and requested for Chili Potato and a cool drink. While the bean stew potatoes seemed, by all accounts, to be very great on the main look, they ended up being bit wet and were not crunchy by any means. To exacerbate the situation, even the cool drink was served warm. Still ravenous and still defenseless, my companion at that point requested for chole bhature and of course they tasted extremely awful as well. Bhature were somewhat undercooked and felt crude on the edges while the chole tasted stale, similar to they were 2 to 3 days old. I had an awful involvement with this eatery and penned this survey down when on returning home to help the same number of I can in maintaining a strategic distance from this fiasco of a place.. Chintamani is in mechanical zone jhilmil close MRF Showroom I went to and requested Cholley bhature and sweet lassi they take the greater part hour for such a little request and after that they bring my request the bhature are enormous and plates are little with the goal that they are touching the grimy tables and afterward a bring an additional plate and put there a bhatura and afterward I began to eat I have seen that the bhatura is so oilly it is broken and has holed so in view of that oil has been filled inside and it winds up like crunchy papad its simply misuse of cash and sweet lassi they have made lassi in glass as of now and putted it into refrigretor and the essence of lassi is so terrible stench is originating from lassi and water is going ahead the best appears like the lassi is old like yesterdays I get frustrated here
This is 100% veg restaurant.. making it my mother's favourite.
We had..
Rava masala dosa--.it was good.. tasty and crispy.
Chinese sizzler- it included.. veg noodles with Manchurian and chilly paneer gravy. It was yummy.. i really loved it.
Taste- 3.4/5
Service-4/5
Chintamani restaurant is the oldest restaurant which i guess was famous for their South indian Cuisine but now it was not that good . Overall the prices are ok with less spicy food.
Food : 4/5
Service : 4.5/5
For some reason I find this restaurant to be highly underrated.
For the price, this place has decent ambience, food is hygienically cooked (comparing to what ive seen in east Delhi) and quality is good.
Me and my friends ordered chana bhatura, chintamani sp paneer, kashmiri dum aloo and raj kachori... All of them were amazing.
I've ordered from here on multiple occasions and the only thing so far that I was disatisfied with was it's pav bhaji.
A place where you have a good varieties of indian and chinese food .... I tried ghewar and chana bhatura i quality is ok ok and the service and staff is quite good . Ambience of restaurant is also good it's like a good restaurant for family gathering...
One of the finest place for Chinese and sweets.. Really liked onion kachori as well.. Highly recommended visit here with friends and family :)
Food is very good here. Especially the kachori dhokla chowmein and Spring Roll. Not too oily or spicy. Plus the South Indian food is good as well. Especially Rawa Masala Dosa.
In sweets I really enjoyed Peda and milk Cake.
I just love the chhole bhature and onion kachori of this place. Its a family restaurant and as often required by families has a wide variety of food options in its menu.
It's a great place.....especially the food served is always fresh..... and everyone visiting this place must try South Indian food....it really tastes awesome.....👍 awesome place .
I have visited this restaurant multiple times. I just love noodles and pyaz kachori of this place. North indian is great too. Sweets are also available here.
Place is good. Choke bhature is the fish you should surely have there. You can also get sweets at that place. Dine in is not that good as the place is a bit congested.
Good place to have quick snacks. Had many get together there. Management was cooperative and helpful. Organised functions enthusiastically. Liked golgappas specially!
I have visiting Chintamani since 10 years.. It hasn't changed yet.
The best part about the place is the food is cooked in desi ghee. One can smell the delicious aroma.
The food is pretty okay. The coffee here is perfect. Recently they have added few more items like chaap etc in their menu.
A place where you can have a quick bite with nice taste.
Two storey restaurant located at the main crossing of Jhilmil Underpass. Sitting on the ground floor area will make you feel like you have taken a cheap theatre ticket :) but if you get the seating at first floor, it has much better arrangements. According to restaurant staff, first floor area will only be opened when ground floor is fully packed.
****** Food quality is good
****** Hygienic Kitchen - which can easily be seen at the lower floor
****** Economic meal
Not a bad option if you are looking for a restaurant nearby Dilshad Garden area.
The location of this restaurant is very good. Tasty and fresh food with reasonable pricing.
The sweets and namkeen section is also good. Fresh and tasty sweets. Go give it a try.
Chintamani namkeen is just like a haldirams oulet
Which is a sweets shop cum restraunt...
They are specialized in south indian food...
Their butter masala dosa is mind blowing..
Channa bhatura is recommended too...
Prices are fair,not too expensive...
And their sweets especially rajbhog is very good..
One can buy sweets for festivals and other ocassions...and also purchase packed namkeens like haldirams
So overall a nice experience...
