Seating space is outside and inside as well but due to the current situation there was no seating so we ate in the car ..service was prompt

I ordered Veg Tandoori Platter. It was served hot & fresh. Paneer Tikka in it was just amazing. Taste was above the mark. Everything was perfect.
Located in Sunder Nagar, Kamal's is a paradise for all vegetarians. It's a small shop which serves the best veg items specially tandoori items. The staff is polite. Since there was no seating available at the time we went so the staff provided the food in the car. We ordered Panner Tikka and Mushroom Tikka.
Both the items were drooling, spicy and properly cooked. The pieces of Panner were large in size. Mint sauce was superb.Service was on time. Give this place a shot and you will love it.
Kamals sweets is one a good place on sundar nagar to have amazing food items. The shop is located on the main roads and easy to identify. We ordered panner tikka, kachori, rasmilai & halwa. All the dishes were amazing and made to perfection. Its a good place to have an North India snack at evening with friends.

Excellent food. Good service. It's a dhaba in South Delhi's posh area - Sunder Nagar where you will find all kinds of people dining in and that is the best part! People coming in their BMWs and Porsche simply love to dine at this place and why not?! The food is simply delicious especially their Dal Handi, paneer tikka, Sarson ka saag and hot crispy tandoori rotis/ lachha parantha/ butter naan! It's a great place for pure vegetarians.
Although it's an open air dhaba, they have now partially covered a small part of it.
Best time to visit - During winters when you can truely enjoy their hot, mouth watering food served next to coal angeethis !
Two things that I didn't like - Chaap and Dal Makhani. Instead go for Dal Handi (Also a black dal)
Love the tandoor food here. This is an only veg place right in the heart of the city. Sunder Nagar ❣️. Aloo Tikka, Paneer Tikka, Soya Tikka are really good. Dal & Kadhai Paneer are good too. Indian sweets like ras malai, indian mithaais, fruit cream, ras gulla, etc are great 👍🏻
Had heard alot for this place for it's famous dal Makhani.
The taste is completely mouth watering and the eaters would love to have it with the hot served Lacha Paratha's.

This was my first time at Kamal’s and based on a friend’s suggestion ( who is a regular ) I had “ tandoori mushroom”, “malai Chaap”, “Dal makhni “ and few types of breads. Loved everything I had. Special mention for their Dal makhni. It tasted amazing and wasn’t greasy.
It was a pleasant evening when we decided to give this place a shot. My parents had tried their food and told us to go there, hence the four of us went together. They have about 8-10 tables placed outside on the footpath but the tables were kept clean. We ordered paneer tikka to start of with. Paneer was super fresh and made really well. Moving on to the mains, we ordered their very popular Dal makhni and soya chaamp and both of them were excellent. Dal was just a bit too creamy for our liking but even then, the taste was excellent. Worth a visit.

Kamals is a paradise for vegetarians food lover . I loved the food here . Small joint with few outdoor seating . We tried there veg kabab , mushroom tikka , tandoori aloo , dal makhini , Kadhai soya , shahi paneer and zera aloo . All were nicely done . The best part was fresh breads . Service was excellent . There is a bhel Puri guy just opposite to this place it’s a must try . Well done . I will definitely come again .
Kamal’s has been my family’s favourite place to eat pure vegetation food at in all seasons since a really long time! When there’s waiting we eat in the car, but we never miss out on this. Our staple order is all the Tikkas on the menu and a dal handi with naan or roti. This time since we were just the two of us we stuck to only three. The food quality is exceptional and everyone visits this place again after he first visit itself! For the summer time they have fans all over and coal arrangements during the winters!

Kamals has been an all time favourite place for tikka and indian. The best part being thats uts a totally Vegetarian place. So being a jain we can easily go with family too.
Good staff, though this place is mostly for winters but u can always eat in ur car during summers. I personal favourite here is Paneer tikka and Aloo tikka with their Special onion and mint sauce. Never had anywhere.
Their dal makhni had gone down lately but now its back and good to taste.

I am in love with their mushroom tikkas.
Although almost everything from their menu is delicious. They have a small seating area not very good though and they also have in car service also. The service is quite fast and good.
Kaaml’s open restaurant is my all time favourite from childhood.
It has nice peaceful location along with awesome food to serve. Soya chaap gravy with rumali roti along with payaaz is awesome to have.
And it’s butter also with butter naan is also too good.

Been a lifelong fan of this somewhat oddly located but absolutely brilliant eatery. It stands out as a sore thumb in the posh locale is Sundar Nagar with it's plastic tables on the footpath but I'm glad that it has endured for so long.
This place is a haven for vegetarian tandoori fare. Their paneer tikka is the best I have ever had, so much so that It has kept me coming back for more for over 15 years. The dal makhani is good & the rotis, especially the tandoori paranthas are extremely good.
Their curry vegetables etc are mediocre and best avoided, but then that's not the point of this place. It's the perfect place for some piping hot tandoori fare on a chilly winter evening. Quintessential soul food!

I have been frequenting this place mostly for lunches and occasionally for those Car O Bar sessions though it’s vegetarian. They have a lot of options for main course, I would definitely recommend Rajma and Dal Makhni and for snacks I would recommend their Paneer Tikka. The best thing, you can eat in your car and the service is pretty quick and good.

The outer soya was well cooked and filled to the core with paneer. It was so heavy that we regretted buying rumali roti.

Tandoori veg platter is great.. specially the tandoori gobhi.. always loved their kadi pakoda. And tried paneer lababdar which was good. Best are the tandoori butter rotis ... when eaten hot... Fresh light and fluffy.

Though this place is not the perfect idea for date or lavish dinner, however, it can beat any restaurant by it's food. Have been here many times and it has always stood up to my expectations. Their naans and tandoori rotis are so crispy and thin that it enhances the overall experience of dining here. Not much space to fit many at once, you might have to wait for a long time to actually have the food. The better idea is to get it served in your car itself. Do try their paneer tikka and chaap masala.

This place is one of those family favorites for a perfect vegetarian meal. Though they serve both starters and main course, our all time favorites are paneer and mushroom tikka. They have an outdoor seating area which ia not that amazing, as during summers you won't want to sit there but during the winter its a great option. They also give take away, home delivery options. They also serve in car, if you are parked nearby.
We also like the dal makhani, as it is a great and tasty classic of theirs. It is a great place for a quick and wholesome meal, and a must try when you are in the area.

The ambiance and the seating arrangement might not be worth talking but the food was good enough to return back. we tried the handi daal and paneer butter masala and both were quiet good. The dishes were quiet flavourful and the portions were decent as well.

How ever about food it serves variety of Indian Street snacks and few main dishes (veg only). I had here snacks one was raj kachori. Its a massive stuffed kachori too much crispy and tasty as well and golgappe ( made of sooji ) was too much delicious actually the credit goes to the water. Over all experience was good

Roasted Paneer tikka - Paneer tasted yum and was smoother than what is commonly available in bangalore. The accompanying mint chutney was exceptional, got an extra portion 😀
Thali - Requested owner to give the thali. Otherwise it is only for take away. The naan and laccha paratha was OK. The Paneer gravy was subtle and good, but little bland for a spice freak like me. The Chole was tasty. The Jamoon was well made.
Overall a good experience. I had heard so many great things about this place, may be that's why it didn't blow my mind away

We ordered the paneer butter masala, soya chap sticks and butternaan. This is probably the best place for north indian food and it goes easy on the pocket as well.
Paneer butter masala is served with vinegar onions and green chutney.
I'm not a big fan of soya chaap, but their soya chaap sticks were well cooked, they were very crispy.
Coming to the dessert, their gulab jamuns were yum. Although, I didnt like their rasmalai that much.

This place came to our rescue at 11 pm on a Saturday night! They were just about to close.
We ordered paneer tikka, soya chap, dal makhani and palak paneer. They food was good felt a bit bland though. The butter naan was very good though. I felt the starters we ordered were way better than the main course dishes we ordered.
But the best part of the meal were the Gulab jamuns at the end!!! They tasted amazing! It just melted in my mouth!

The Soya Chap here is pretty good - Both the Tandoori and the Gravy version. The Alu Kulcha isn't bad either.

Well there was a time when naan used to be in single piece and very crisp. This type of naans are being missed these days in modern day restaurants. The service is quick, staff is courteous. It offers a small area with sitting arrangement of nearly 8-10 people, most of the crowd prefer to sit in their cars and enjoy the meal. The atmosphere is not so hygiene friendly, it's non AC, it's kinda roadside dhaba. But, yes the delicious Paneer Tikkas cover all its flaws

I can only say, you have to go there to experience it. It's not a trendy place but worth a visit. It's in sunder nagar very close to paragati maidan. The first thing you have to eat is PANEER TIKKA and all tandoor items. The combination of vinegar onions and curd green mint chutney is the best. I would say a must go place. U rate this 10 on 10.
