Momo!!!!!!!!!!
Yummmmmmy yummmmmmy!!!
The best Tibetan food you can get in Delhi. I am going to this place since 2010 and they give you the best food. Its Fresh and tasty ๐
Staff and owner is kind and humble.
Must visit place if you are around south x or green park.
Amazing ambience and lovely food. We ordered pork dishes... The place is Worth the money.
I highly recommend it. The staff is polite as well.
1. Ordered Fried Buff Chili Dry, Yo Tibet Special Mixed Fried Rice, Mushroom Aema Datsi and Fresh Lime Water.
2. The fried buff was excellent with the perfect amount of chili to it.
3. The mixed fried rice was brilliantly prepared as well with pieces of egg, chicken and pork in it.
4. Mushroom Aema Datsi is a Bhutanese dish that has a sweet flavor with a spicy tinge to it. It essentially contains Cheese and Peppers. Would recommend it.
5. Pricing is reasonable and service is quick.
Would definitely recommend this place for good and cheap Tibetan and Bhutanese food.
The ambience is good and the place is easy to find. The food is fantastic, the helping is massive . Budget wise , pocket friendly restaurant. Things to try : laping and shapta
Food is always good. Pork and chicken devil's momos are always ordered from my side due to it's tasty gravy, along with chilli garlic noodles (chicken/pork). This serves as a great combination to eat.
I had ordered Buff shapta and tigmo together which is also a great combination.
Their fried rice varieties are also good.
A plus point, their food quantities are really good and the prices are really pocket friendly.
The only default in this outlet is that their staff service is very slow and unprofessional. It takes a very long time (sometimes) to even receive a simple dish that has been ordered. And at times I even need to remind them of the order, which I feel is very irritating especially when I've waited for a long period of time and am hungry.
P.S.- if any other good food suggestions from this place, please let me know in the comment section.
The food was delicious and the quantity was also adequate for two people. The staff was polite and courteous. The only thing that was a problem was the time they took to serve the food rest everything was good. Interiors were basic and there was nothing amusing about the ambience.
Being a foody, I always search for new places and this time came across about this place. Hot momos and soups in this winter are blissful, especially when it given in Tibetan style. This place really have that essence of these cuisines. Just love the food here. Different style momo and thupka was super delicious and prawns were very fresh and juicy. If you are a momo lover must go place in Delhi.
I have been here twice and what I most like about this place is how cozy I feel here. It feels very homely and comfortable, the staff is polite and generous. Food is excellent and you should once definitely visit here.
I honestly love this quaint and humble ambience of this place. The service is quick and they have everything avaibale from the menu thedisplay. I have to recommend the chicken thupka here which tastes like a winter night, warm cosy blanket and your favourite book. Imagination apart the broth is quite good and portion size justifies the price. I alsl recommend laghing and ema datshi ( this one bowl might fill you up and you might not be able to try anything on the menu. The noodles are very good too. People here are very polite and always speak with a smile on their face. The momos are on point, please do not ask for mayo and insult the authenticity of this place. Try a fruit beer on the side ( although its too sweet for my liking )
Best Tibetan food in area.
I love Laphing and chicken drums of heaven.
We tryed here amazing soups
Momo, pork fried rice also.
In south delhi if you want yo eat something different then you should visit here.
Ambience is very clean
And service is little late. But its ok if you want to eat good then you should wait.
Very nice food
Pocket friendly
Anyone can visit.
And
I love to visit again.
#DilliKaAadi
They have the best pork momo .. nobody can beat them
The place gives you the best vibes and ambience of Tibet. The soupy laphing is exceptional but sadly the dry laphing was bit too salty. We also had veg thenthuk and it is just mind-blowing..you won't regret it at all. And the momos are just too fresh and yummy...its like one of the best thing you can have there. The mojito is expensive for its flavor and taste, so if you aren't obsessed with a cold drink while eating. You can avoid it. It's worth a try. And I am writing this review after visiting the place three days continuously and eating the exact the same everytime.
I have visited this place 3-4 times. They serve one of the best laphings in Delhi. Their Kothey momos & special tibetan breads are also amazing!!
I keep on coming back to yo Tibet for Mushroom tomato garlic fried rice and their laphing. It was such a distinct savory taste and I'm obsessed with it. Kudos to Tibet
Very tasty variety of laphing. Really better than majnu ka tila. Also very clean and hygienic food serving.
Discovered this gem of an eatry with genuine taste of Tibetan delicacies...served with humbleness and warmth by the team of excellent workers and the chefs in the kitchen... planning to visit again for repeat of tasty experience...
One small Tibetan restaurant right at the begining of the small Lanes of safdarjung (humanyunpur). Not hard to locate. Very pocket friendly and people serving the food are also very sweet.
About the food:
Laphing a traditional Tibetan snack, spicy with choice of vegetarian or non vegetarian. Spiced up to your choice. It is served cold!
Chicken steamed Momo: One of the best Momo I tried in Delhi. Juicy and the chutney served along with it was delicious and spicy. If you're into chilly it's a must try.
Pork Chowmein: was probably the best dish we tried here. Very flavourful, tasted like a typical street style Chowmein you get in the Northeast. You get to choose the kind of meat you want along with it.
.
Buff Gyuma: traditional Tibetan delicacy. Mixture of Buff and rice served in intestine. It's an acquired taste. Worth a try but depends on person to person.
Chicken Manchow soup: again tasted really nice. I added a bit soya sauce and pepper to enhance the taste.
Overall 5/5
Taste: 5/5
Quantity: 5/5
Value for money 5/5
Pork Ribs with Bamboo Shoots ๐
The pieces are huge and the sauce is very oily (because of fats) and spicy, also the bamboo shoots and leaves give a prominent, earthy flavor with a crunchy texture.
This is a must try for pork fans at Yo Tibet in Safdarjung Enclave; Its amongst the top places in my list that serve authentic Tibeti food.
One from the hidden gems in Safdarjung Enclave: Yo Tibet serves one of the best north eastern, tibeti and nepali food.
Their mutton and pork momos are to die for!
Best features: Thinnest and softest outer skin, perfectly steamed and served super hot with very nicely seasoned and mashed pork filling that has a pleasing essence.
You know your food is delicious when it looks so vibrant, i mean no filter and look at these colors! ๐
Chilli Chicken from Yo Tibet in Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi.
The taste was so authentic and unique, the chicken pieces defined every bit of โchilliโ to it.
And ofcourse it was topped with the most aromatic and strong garnishes i.e bamboo shoots, spring onions and dried red chillies.
It was quite a nice experience to be at this place. Pork ribs was yum. They serve decent portion size where order for 2 can feed 3 person. They also give an option to use chopstics, but these were of plastic, which could be avoided due to hygiene issues. Rather disposables wooden chopsticks would have done the job. Overall a good place to be
Very delicious Chinese/Tibetan dishes at highly reasonable rates. Big fan of their mixed thukpa. Delivery gets the food cold, so better to eat at the restaurant only.
One of the best outlets for authentic tibetan cuisine in Delhi. ๐
.
๐pork mokthuk
๐buff chilli
๐chicken drumsticks
๐la-phing dry
Happy fooding peeps! ๐๐ .

What a place for having lip smacking Tibetan food that doesn't burns a hole in your pocket.
Try Shabalay as it's too good for it's price along with chicken momos.
Overall a great place with nice ambience, the problem is the order time is too long, kind of kills your appetite
Else a great place for date, family dinner
Nice little place that serves super affordable food. They can work a little on the hygeine of the restaurant and they're good to go. The laphing was a little too salty for my taste, but everything else was good and isna great option for people who are looking for budget places in Safdurjung.
I have been here several times and it is usually busy, their service is quiet okay. The food, I feel is worth the place and the ambience. I personally enjoy their soups very much.
This place deserves a 5/5 for its lip smacking food but is let down by the hygiene. The Pork Aema Dhatsi with Tingmo is amongst the best dishes you can have. The Chicken momos and chicken fried rice are also quite amazing.
Absolutely fantastic place, it's cheap, tasty and authentic but I would suggest calling ahead to enquire about the wait times. It can get quite busy.
Authentic Tibetan flavours!
Amazing taste.
You will have to give them around 20-25 minutes for preparation but its totally worth it.
Staff : 9/10
Food : 9/10
Must try : buff momos | chilli buff | pork ribs
Wow what amazing food. Ordered pork and chicken momos, thupka, laphing, and prawns. The prices were very reasonable and the ambiance was soothing. Hope to visit this place again .
I loved the place it has really nice ambiance and cooperative staff i highly recommend devil momos all blended with nice flavours and spicy sauce
These last two months I have visited this place umpteenth amount of times. I have tried a lot of dishes here starting from the laphing to the fish in oyster sauce. My favourites are the buff chilly, laphing, pork fried rice, shrimp noodles, pork momos and of course their fruit beer.
One of my favourite places to visit and i'll keep coming here.
Pocket friendly too.
Best pork ribs you'll ever have. Also try their juicy chicken shabale and pork momos. Sweetest people and juiciest food. Perfect for a fine evening.
Lovely aura and atmosphere of the whole place! Must try the non veg mixed noodles and laphing. They are breathtaking. The chilly pork is amazing as well. Very humble service and good decorum!!
Best place for tibetan food in Safdarjung enclave.
La phing is one of the Tibetan delicacies to try here
This place is mostly crowded sometimes have to wait also.
Recommended dishes.
Shredded chicken with sesame seeds- perfectly fried spicy chicken with sesame seeds
Thukpa- it is very lightly flavoured with all kinds of vegetables and a mix of chicken, eggs and whatever you order
Cream of mushroom soup.
Their lemon ice tea is refreshing.
Good hospitality and yumm food ๐๐ป
If you crave for pocket friendly tibetian food in south Delhi, this place is it ๐ฏ!!
You might find rush in a weekend evening.
Amazing place!!!!!
Ambiance and food both are amazing
They have a dish known as laphing but its not there in the menu :(
I would recommend all of u to visit it at least once
Cozy place will remind you of your visit to mcleodganj or kasol. Beautiful setup by girls in the house. I went to have dimsum and some ginger lemon honey tea. Not disapointed at all. It just service was slow. took 45 minutes for dimsums rest must go place in a amazing locality with asain cusines and market
A must try place when you are in safdarjung if u love Chinese and Tibetian food...we ordered many dishes and all of them were very yummy...we ordered chili chicken, chicken fried rice , tomato mushroom fried rice, fried chicken momos, tingmo, peach ice tea, lemon soda, and veg shabalay, the food was extremely good with perfect quantity and at very reasonable rate ...also the ambience is good with good staffs , they also have got a cute place outside to sit..a nice experience and definite visit if I go to safdarjung again.
I came here for the sole purpose of trying out my first laphing cause it was very popular. It was super spicy (you can choose the spice level) but tasted really good and cost just 40 bucks a plate.
Eaten so much at so many different times i can believe i'm just getting around to reviewing this place!
Located very close to a colleague's this place is a religious order every time we are working from his place, to the extent that our south delhi meetings are planned around a lunch order before or after from Yo Tibet!
Extremely good Momos (i think we have all the varieties), Shabaley, Tingmo and Aema Dhatsi, and the pork ribs.
The fact that they serve everything in meat options including Buff and Pork is great.
In comparison to other places with the same cuisine the place is extremely reasonable and makes for a hearty midday meal thats easy on the pocket.

No matter how many times you visit they will always amaze you with wide variety of north east dishes, amazing food quality and supportive stuff, i love the sitting arrangements inside and outside, its a budget friendly place for all north east food lovers, its a must try place, thank you for making our day with amazing good food always. Keep up the good work ๐ฅ๐๐ป
We were in Humayunpur to try out some Nagamese food, but the couple of places we went to (one of them involved a steep climb up iron stairs to a barsaati, with a 2 year old in tow, was not what I'd bargained for) had no sign of a host in sight (so, yes down those stairs again!). So, we decided to chuck the idea for now and hit Yo, Tibet - which we'd heard quite a bit about.
Up the short stair case, and into rightly described as a cozy place - we were warmly greeted and then informed we'd have to wait 10 minutes. The place was small (I'd say about 30 covers) and full, but we were offered a small table to wait on as well as the menu to start ordering.
We decided to order a couple of bottles of thums-up while we waited (the coziness was bordering on being rarther warm) which turned out flat...but Aadu (my 2 year old daughter), was enjoying her maaza from a short glass and straw so we didn't mind too much.
Time to order! A very polite individual (with a lovely t-shirt proclaiming the joys of marijuana) noted down that we wanted a plate of pork momos, buff noodles (apparently the dalai lamas favourite at one point), and double fried pork.
A table had opened up by then - and the first dish showed up a couple of minutes later - the double fried pork - with the pork fat intact, exactly the way we like its. Paired with a orange spicy chutney on the table, the wife and I lapped it up. A great start.
Up next, a large soupy bowl filled with wantons, Pak choy and other vegetables. We figured Ganja man had misheard us and given us the momos which came with the soup. Since they were yummy, we decided to just dig in.
And then...another plate of momos, with a clear broth in the middle. Very odd, and we asked the waitress for an explanation. Confusion reigned till our order that was noted down was retrieved, and of course, the buff noodles had transformed into buff momos :)
But, the waiting staff were so polite throughout, that we decided to chuck it. They were clearly very busy and the second lot of momos were great too, so all no problems.
Overall:
Food:4.5/5
Service:4/5 (warm staff, but deducting a point for the order mix-up)
This is my go to place when ever I'm around the locality. Dumplings has always been my favourite and trying out Devil's momo was the best thing ever. Being a 'Lots-of-spice' kinda person.. I finally found my bae in Devil's momo. I love the ambiance.. Its cozy, the owner is really friendly and so are the helpers. Definitely coming back again and again and again.. โค๏ธ
Yo Tibet is a gem among the throng of restaurants in the bylanes of Safdarjung. When my colleagues suggested Tibetan food I jumped for the offer. Back home we hardly have any Tibetan restaurants.
Ambience :On a weekday they had a full house & we waited for almost 30mins.
Hues of red dominate, along with dim lighting. The large picture of The Dalai Lama above the cashier's counter is a sign of the warmth.
Staff : The wait staff is friendly & well informed especially if one is unfamiliar with their cuisine. We chose to wait outside in the chill & sip on their apple cider. They were more than happy to take our meal orders while we waited.
Food: please stay off the Indo Chinese stuf my & stick to the authentic Tibetan fare. My colleague is a regular so I can't recall the names of the dishes. However I do remember us eating our hearts & stomachs out. Everything we ate had such distinct & unusual taste. Yet it was delicious, the best part was the bill. This place is a total VFM. The chutney deserves a special mention, it left us with watery eyes & a runny nose but we continued to lap it up. The pork shafalay & momos were my favorite.
I visited Safdarjung for the first time last month and the food was amazing. You enter in a lane and you will find this cute little restaurant.
We ordered chicken momo, pork momo, chicken thukpa and la ping (must try). Ambience had pretty little corners.
Their chutney is to die for. Of the three times I visited this place, I didnโt quite like the chicken momo but the prawn fried rice was very yummy. Their menu has varieties and the prices are not so high. Yes, Iโd recommend others to try their food. But alcohol lovers, they donโt serve alcohols. This restaurant is slightly more spacious than The Chef. Their service is good as well. And do try their chutney when you visit next; itโs spicy ๐ฅต.
Yo Tibet is the best Tibetan cuisine restaurant out there.. the taste is very authentic and is of course very tasty which makes you want to visit again. It's a nice place with good food๐ฑ๐๐
One of the best food joints in Delhi, pocket friendly
The pan fried noodles( you get to choose how you want it medium spicy or more) is a must try and also the juicy pork shabalay.
A place in the heart of safdarjung with foods tasty as they come within "the budget". Those dim lighting and decor soothes the mood making the ambiance solemn and tranquil. And the servers are also good to you even you're a noisy bunch.
In narrow street of Humayunpur , Safdarjung ; this awesome place is situated among other great places. It is a Tibet food speciality restaurant.
Ambience is good (like other restaurants in Majnu ka tila) interiors are also good.
I tasted Chicken noodles and my friend tried pork noodles & buff momos.
Noodles are quite tasty and with better quality. Quantity is much more for two people(1 plate).
Momos are also good and tasty (I can say average in compare to Momos house)
.
Averagely costly. Value for Money.
Veg options are also available and can't resist myself to taste them.
Fully satisfied.
5*
As a tourist, I had to really make good use of my navigation to get to this place in the heart of a tibetan colony in Delhi. It was worth it! Ordered the Mo-Thuk and Pork Ribs and it was the greatest Pork Ribs I have ever had! Huge portions, perfect combination of meat and fat, cooked to perfection! Would surely go back to this place if I am ever again in Delhi!
It was unexpected, ordered septa and thukpa both were great in taste and quantity and the price was very reasonable well the septa was different from my expectations. Anyways, overall it was good.

An all-women staff! So happy to see that. And then you get lost in the mouth-watering delicacies on offer. Their pork dishes are to die for!
All time favorite for Chinese craving. Located in humayupur near safdarjung enclave. Try veg wontons and devil momos if you are looking for spicy satisfactions. Don't expect fine dine experience all you can get is good food and that too quite cheap.
It feels like home. The food is good. The only thing is that they serve really late and take a lot of time. Otherwise it's a small cozy restaurant.
The mushroom ema datsi was brilliant. The chilli pork was tasty & so was the phat thai kai. The pork kothae momos were a bit oily but tasted nice. Its a great place for tibetian food.
Yo Tibet is a personal favourite. I found this place at a time when I was craving some authentic Tibetan food. Itโs a pocket-friendly place with really good food. Their pork momos, tingmo and juicy pork ribs are to die for. Thumbs up!
Amazing thupka, chicken momos and super awesome pork ribs! Great service and affordable price range! Great place for some authentic food...one of the best meals I've had in Delhi!
Great place in south Delhi for laphing. I tried their crispy honey chilli potatoes which was really crispy and delicious. Even their chicken noodles was top notch , the only thing disappointing was their service. It was very slow. But a good restaurant for Tibet and Chinese.
Laphing was so amazing that we had to repeat the order, honey chilli potatoes had some extra honey๐, and noodles were less oiling and chicken in it was tender totally the way i want...
Just the service part can be better because it took more than 30 min in our order
Find it a decent place with some of my favorites! Won't comment much as I don't really went to eat a whole lot. However, looking at the menu - I was really excited about what they have to offer. It all came in good quantity!
Tried the Bhutanese cuisine section from their menu today - Sapta- crispy buff with veggies), timo (steam bread) and Imadachi (creamy sour with fresh mushrooms n peppers). The ambience was great and food was great too. The portions are generous so one portion of meal can be shared by two people. Very efficient n helpful staffs.
It's a really nice little place tucked in the alleys of Humayupur.
We had ordered Phat Thai Kai, Pork Momos and Dry Chilli Pork, Pork Ribs, Buff Shabta, Laphing.
The laphing, thai noodles and chilli pork were amazing. The momos were a little oily but tasty. The Shabta was okay. Overall the food was really good. The service was a little slow.
Great taste!. Good ambience, great view of the streets though. It's a perfect place for an "Asian"non vegetarian! Good value of money!.Service was very homely!.๐๐
With some chinese and Tibetan tastebud we were here.
Food & Beverage Items we had:
Laphing
Tibetan bread-Tingmo
Potato Aema Dhatsi
Chicken Momo
Golden Fried Prawns
Green Apple Juice
Mojito
Each items were equally amazing. And even staffs were very supportive and well mannered.

Very well maintained,

If you are a momo lover then it's for you _ must visite
If you find yourself at YO Tibet, the best Tibetan restaurant at NCC gate, Safdarjung Enclave, do yourself a favor and indulge in a culinary masterpiece โ the Chicken Drumsticks. As a self-proclaimed connoisseur of global cuisines, I can confidently say that these drumsticks are nothing short of a gastronomic revelation.
From the first glance, these succulent delights are a feast for the eyes. Impeccably presented with a tantalizing aroma that wafts through the air, the Chicken Drumsticks at YO Tibet set the stage for an unparalleled dining experience.
The marinade is a testament to the chef's mastery, perfectly balancing traditional Tibetan flavours with a contemporary twist. The outer layer boasts a tantalizing crispiness that gives way to moist and tender chicken beneath. The blend of aromatic spices and herbs permeates every fibber, creating a symphony of flavours that dance on your taste buds.
What truly sets YO Tibet's Chicken Drumsticks apart is the subtle infusion of Himalayan herbs and spices, adding a distinctive touch that elevates the dish to new heights. The accompanying dipping sauce strikes a harmonious balance, enhancing the overall experience without overpowering the natural goodness of the chicken.
The portion size is generous, making it an ideal appetizer to share or a satisfying main course for those craving a poultry masterpiece. Paired with the restaurant's inviting ambiance and attentive staff, the Chicken Drumsticks contribute to an unforgettable dining experience that leaves you yearning for more.
Whether you're a devoted fan of Tibetan cuisine or a newcomer looking to embark on a culinary adventure, YO Tibet's Chicken Drumsticks are a must-try. The restaurant's commitment to authenticity and quality shines through in every bite, making it a beacon for food enthusiasts in Delhi. For an extraordinary taste of the Himalayas, look no further than YO Tibet's Chicken Drumsticks โ a symphony of flavours that will linger in your memory long after the last bite.
It is soooo difficult to find amazing momos and laphing in delhi that remind me of the authentic flavors and taste from manali or Dharamshala, this was it. Every thing we had was amazing, which was made better when paired with fruit beer from their place!
It's a good place to eat with friends and family. But the service is a bit late and lousy. Though the food is great. Especially do try the fried chicken Wonton.
Yo Tibet is a hidden gem in Delhi, offering a wide variety of delectable Tibetan and Chinese dishes. I was blown away by their extensive menu and tried every possible dish, all of which were incredibly delicious. The best part? The prices were extremely affordable, making it a must-visit for pork lovers and fans of flavorful Chinese cuisine.
Those individuals who exclusively seek out momo and laphing, considering them as the sole representatives of Tibetan cuisine, display a lack of discernment. It would be wise for them to broaden their culinary horizons and explore the multitude of other delectable dishes available to them.
Yo Tibet offers a flavorful journey into Tibetan cuisine. With its authentic dishes and cozy ambiance, it's a great spot to explore unique flavors and enjoy traditional favorites. The menu showcases the rich culinary heritage of Tibet. Whether you're a fan of hearty soups or savory dumplings, Yo Tibet has something to satisfy your taste buds.
I tried Laphing: Tangy Tibetan Street Food. The combination of chewy mung bean noodles and a spicy, garlicky sauce creates a satisfying balance of flavors and textures. It's served cold and a must-try.
Awesome place for Chinese and tibetan foods. I visit this place often. The ambiance is good, the staffs are really of good behavior. The best foods that i liked there are yo tibet special chicken, fried chicken with sesame seeds, mixed noodles, chicken momos etc. I will suggest to avoid weekends to go there because it gets too much crowded then.
Tried chicken Thukpa and Pork momos. Both of them were pretty good. The pork momos was just perfect- the melted fat oozing out, the tender minced meat, the savoury flavour, everything was on point. Would love to give them a try again.
Everything tastes so awesome here. Lovely vibes this place has. All the staff are so nice. Love their steamed aaloo kothey momo. So amazingly made. One must be ready to wait for around 20min for momos as they prepare them fresh. Thukpa is great too and itโs broth tastes so flavourful yet light. But it lacks varieties of vegetables when it comes to veg thukpa. Today the veg thukpa only had cabbage, lil carrots, and onions. It should have some mushrooms and other veggies too.
My go to place for authentic Tibetan Food.
Safdarjung Enclave has many North Eastern restaurants, but Yo Tibet has always been my most favourite one. Their warmth of the staff, Their delicious food, the quality of the food, the portion, the reasonable pricing, all together this place is a gem. I have been here couple of times. and loved every dish I have tried till date.
Would definitely recommend to try their Steamed Chicken and Pork Momos. The stuffing is extremely flavourful and its perfection.
Recently tried the Fried Chicken with Sesame Seed which is a great choice for appetiser. Goes well with Fried Rice and Noodles too.
Their Chicken Thukpa is one of my favourites too. Perfect for a chilly evening. Portion size is good and the flavours are mind-blowing.
Also would highly recommend their varieties of Fried Rice and Noodles.
The food is awesome with one of the best quality momos. Their steam + fried + jhol momos are unbeatable in quality and so juicy. Even the noodles were so yum. Only feedback is on the quality of service as it took a lot of time
I went to the temporary one, wish to visit the one that was being renovated.
The food is good a bit pricey but it's worth spending as per its taste.
This place is a very good place for those who eat North East and Thai food. The service is so good, the restaurant is run by the beautiful women of our North East india and they all are very passionate and hardworking for their work. The atmosphere is good and quite North indian style and the food is so delicious, as I ordered phat kai thai and crispy chicken with seasem seeds with mocktails, blue lagoon and strawberry mojito and that was too good and healthy to eat. I just love this place.
Itโs a cool restaurant providing authentic Tibetan/Nepali/ Indian cuisines. They got two menus, one for tibetan, Chinese and Nepali food and the other one for the North Indian food. They have opened up a new restaurant as well which is in the basement and also has a nice vibe. You should definitely visit the place and Iโm sure it wonโt disappoint you. Try the momo for sure, whether itโs chicken or pork, it all tastes delicious.
The price to quantity proportions gotta be the best here. The amazing taste doesn't hurt at all.
My recent visit to Yo Tibet restaurant in Safdarjung, New Delhi, was a pleasant surprise. The cozy and elegant ambience instantly caught my attention. The staff was courteous and welcoming, making us feel at home. We decided to try their fried rice, lemon chicken, pork curry, and laphing.
The fried rice was perfectly cooked, and the portions were generous. The dish was loaded with vegetables and had a great balance of flavors. The lemon chicken was another hit, with the right amount of tanginess and a crispy exterior.
The pork curry was a standout dish, with tender pieces of pork cooked in a rich and flavorful sauce. The spices used were well-balanced and enhanced the overall taste of the dish.
However, the laphing was a letdown. It was oily and excessively spicy, making it difficult to enjoy. Despite this, the other dishes made up for it.
Overall, I would rate Yo Tibet a 4/5 for its delicious food, friendly staff, and cozy ambience. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in the Safdarjung area and looking for a good meal.
