Sitting arrangement is not huge. It was compact.

The place is quite compact and is little hot inside the place. The queue is very long for the turn. The food is tasty and the service is very fast. They offer wide variety of authentic indian food. Overall experience was good.

Unbeatable experience at unbelievable prices. Waited for more than a hour and it was worth it. Some interesting pointers to note are that they do not have any branch outside Connaught place. Even I didn't know. But that's the fact.
Had heard a lot about this joint and finally decided to give this a try! Dived directly to their Naan and Butter Chicken and instantly loved it. The Butter Chicken wasn't the extremely sweet type that you'd find anywhere else, but had a homely taste to it. The highlight would definitely be the fact that they refill the gravy!
Overall, a busy and old joint, with quick service and great, affordable food!
I don't usually eat palak paneer but this was the one that changed my mind. This was hands down the best palak paneer I've ever had. Definitely recommend this place to everyone but would advice to reach before time because there's usually a waiting line at the place.

Kake Da Hotel is one of the old restaurant in Delhi, the food served is awesome and made in desi ghee. Further these guys don't have any other outlet beside the one in Connaught place still there are many kake da hotel mapped so guys if you are looking for great taste you must visit the kake da hotel in Connaught place. They don't book any table online. They serve on first come and first serve basis. You need to wait at least 15-20 minutes at peak time outside restaurant. Moreover they have variety in non vegetarian food. Approximately 1000-1200 INR is the estimated budget for 3-4 people.

The food is completely authentic and you can feel that not just in taste but also in the looks. They serve a variety of North indian dishes with a prime emphasis on non vegetarian dishes. You should definitely try their chicken and fish as they never fail to impress.
The ambience might not be great but the quality of food compensates for the same.

It's been a while I wanted to visit this place. Last week got chance to visit this place. After waiting for almost 30mins we got a table. It's a small restuarant in a dhabha style set up.
Coming on to the food we ordered dahi meant, paneer tikka, dal makhani and pudina paranthe. Paneer tikka was disappointing but rest of the dish was finger licking.
Would definitely want to revisit this place to try there chicken masala, heard a lot about it.
Great hotel and what a tasty food!!!!!. This hotel near Connaught Place is one of the best food provider restaurant. I had lunch here and there were long ques waiting for lunch. I enjoyed butter chicken, butter naan, and mix vegetables. I really enjoyed there, great servive and above all, very reasonable rates. recommend all travellors to visit there
Fabulous food, especially Butter chicken which is out of the world. I tried almost top ten place where the best butter chicken are served of which I found '' kake da Hotel' at CP to be the best.
The place is small but the staff welcomed as well and had the courtesy of cleaning the table before we're seated. Swift service and delicious food will be served with a smile.

The place usually has a lot of waiting during weekends.

I had heard a lot about Kake Da Hotel @ CP, New Delhi, so decided to give it a try.
There's is a long waiting line outside and then when you enter, dirty tables, broken chairs and waiters in their dirty clothes are there. We had to ask the ever busy waiter to take our order and our order came in overflowing not so clean dishes.
The food was excellent but cleanliness is NOT very HIGH on their list, the turnover is very high so everything is fresh & nice. The staff are not the most polite in the world and would recommend you to wipe your plate yourself before eating .
They need to work a lot on the hygiene, space, service & cutlery which will improve the overall experience..

Got a little disappointed with cold, uneven & half toast Roomali Rotis. Yet, KDH is one of the 'must-go-to' places in town!

For someone who eats non veg a lot, the food at Kake Da Hotel was just okay. Ordered butter chicken and chicken curry and both were good but not as good I was hoping for. Quick service and the prices were reasonable as well.

I had a really good time and great food at this place, for any reference kindly try the Dahi meat it's better than chicken and my personal recommendation would be some rice as it comes with ghee overloaded, and not only non-veg they have good vegetarian options as well so your vegetarian friends can join you here. With all this great food comes the wonderful service and believe me you will be made to feel special with only just the service after entering inside this place, the staff is good and clean. Overall I had a blast at this place, and would highly recommend your precious time to spend at this place.
A must visit place in Delhi serving mouth watering, finger licking Non vegetarian food. Their Butter Chicken, Mutton Rogan Josh. Tandoor items are just out of the world. Service is super fast and they do serve plate, half and full portion of dish , so quite pocket friendly as well as give you option to try multiple dishes without over eating (although you do over eat once you start eating the tasty food )
Seating is quite limited and mostly the first floor is best place to sit but you have climb narrow high steps to reach there.
Parking could also be a problem and you will have to park at CP circle parking. Best to reach via Metro with metro station at hardly 3-4 mins walking distance.

However, the hygiene and service are purely functional and coincidental. So, warning you there.
Do not care about the looks, the methods or literally anything. Zoom past everything and climb up to the upper level. Order their unparalleled saag mutton and butter chicken for the best curry in your life. Their brain curry is an acquired taste but may be good for health. The best thing is that everything is made in 100% desi ghee, and not unhealthy oil. Give the pudina paratha a go.

Visited this iconic eatery in Connaught place for lunch. Well the wait time was approx 20 minutes, there was alot of rush but people were quietly waiting. Finally our turn came and we ordered our food but before that, on the aspects of cleanliness the place is not kept well. We got seat at the first floor seating area and it was extremely hot and with minimum ventilation. So with one hand we were eating and with the other hand wiping our faces.
There is an option of taking seat at the entry itself but because of heavy rush and long waiting time we couldn't get that.
