Yesterday I went to Chawla's in Karkardooma, I ordered Hot & Sour Soup, I wanted to take away the soup. So when I ordered it took almost 20-22mins to just prepare 1 soup. But when I had the soup at home, it was really very delicious 👍

Recently went to Chawla to have dinner on weekend with friends. It was quite crowded even after the lockdown, though the things were well managed and safety and hygiene was taken care of.
We enjoyed the food in car, the server served the food in disposable plates in car.
We tried :
1. Afghani chicken : it was well cooked and fill of flavors. It was mildly Spiced and creamy making it fit for all ages.
2. Handi chicken: it was a creamy gravy like butter chicken gravy but slightly spicy. Perfect combination of spices, bringing out delicious taste. We got the boneless one and along with the chicken pieces it had pieces of chicken kebab 😍 absolutely delicious, definitely a must try.
3. We had butter naan along with the gravy and it was great as expected.
Overall the experience to dine in car due to the current situation is a bit difficult but the quality of food takes the experience to next level.
I have been waiting to try this joint since long . These spring rolls were slightly different from the regular ones , the filling was really good and the rolls weren’t oily and were soo crispy😍
So the outlet was very amazing 👌.
Food was very tasty I ordered hakka noodles and chilli paneer gravy both the dish was very tasty 😋. quality and quantity both was very good. Packing of the food was perfect 👌.

We ordered mutton kebab in starters and chiken tikka with romali roti in main course. Mutton were juicy, spicy and flavourful. Chicken tikka was chewy with outer crispy layer. There was no space to sit. It was crowded with people who either pack their food or eat them in their car as they have wide parking space. I will definitely recommend this place for people who are in their initial step of becoming nonvegetarian.

Chawla's tandoori junction does not need any introduction for people living in East Delhi. This restaurant is famous for its north indian food especially its non veg.
So, we were 4 people to visit this place today for a dinner. It has a seating area on first floor as well. Although the furniture and interior is normal, yet the place is clean.
We ordered magic malai chaap and shahi paneer accompanied by rumali roti.
Their magic malai chaap is stupendous, chaap is well coated with malai and has good amount of spice in it. It melts in the mouth and gives ultimate taste of spices. My rating will be 5/5. This dish is highly recommended and trust me, you wont regret after eating it.
Shahi paneer was average, it tasted more like tomato sauce with cottage cheese in it. It was bit sweet than normal. So, I will recommend you to try their other paneer dishes. My rating will be 2/5.
Their service is bit slow. So, you may have to wait for your dish to come on the table. We had to pester the server again and again for our dish. For service, my rating will be 3/5.

Chawals karkaduma is small dine in and takeaway restaurant which serves some really amazing Tandoori items and they are special for their mains.
I went to this place with my family to have a proper dinner. Heard alot from my east delhi friend about this restaurant , so finally decided to go their.
Talking about the ambience they have a fine sitting of approx 30 people with centralised AC. The sitting is also very comfortable and we had a good time.
Coming to the food we ordered the following dishes :-
Crispy Spring rolls : We all had spring from our childhood but these are something different , they have a different layering outside and the filling inside was damn good. It was served with mayo and one another dip.
Tandoori allu : This is a nice dish which I come across. The allu was filled with paneer masala filling and tastes really yummy. A must try if you visit here.

Rajma Chawal combo
Dal makhni was very buttery and Creamy and tasty so yummm with naan. Chicken was also soft and had good spices. The rajma chawal was the best in mains , they were super duper tasty and rajma were little spicy which I really liked it.
Overall I just wanted to say this restaurant is a must visit if you put up near around.
Chawlas tandoori junction is a delight for all North Indian food lovers! This place is located very close to karkardooma metro station and has a very comfortable seating. I went there with my family for lunch and totally loved the variety of food we ordered-
1) Kadhai Chaap with rumali roti - Literally one of the best Chaap i've tried so far. It was tangy and scrumptious in taste. Goes perfect with rumali roti
2) Rajma Chawal - Who doesn't love Rajma Chawal? These were spicy and too good in taste
3) Butter Chicken - Gravy was thick and so mouth watering. Goes well with butter naan
4) Mutton Roham Josh - Perfectly made with balance of spices. If you are a Mutton lover ,you should definitely try this out.
Quality and quantity of food is amazing. Staff is very cooperative and friendly.Overall,it's a great place to relish good food with your friends and family.

The Food Was Great and Worth a Try!
This place is pretty good and the interiors are pure desi and place is comfortable. I tried their soya chaap with roomali roti and it was so good. Also, loved the Dal makhani and their special golden paneer. The food is actually tasty and I didn't have any complaints regarding it.
Probably my favourite place in the karkardooma market, Chawlas has my heary for all the delicious food they serve. Got to try so many things, and almost everything was so delicious that it kept us craving for more and more of it. Starting off, crispy spring roll, stuffed aloo, tawa chaap with roomali roti, rajma chawal, butter chicken with naan and dal makhni were our order and trust me none of these items disappointed us. I simply loved the rajma chawal, truly felt like homemade ones and the tawa chaapnwas bomb like one of the best i have had till now. So if you're around or stay nearby, do order from this place.

We ordered tawa chaap, butter chicken, daal makhni, stuffed aloo, rajma chawal etc. The food was very delicious i must say, tasted well and perfectly cooked.
The best part was rajma chawal served with onion and mint chutney.
Talking about the ambience, the entrance might by unhygienic but the inside seating is very clean and fully hygienic. Service was very quick and humble.
Overall experience was way to good and I am definitely visiting this place soon.
Well if you're looking for a good starters n as well as main course then this is a must try.

I went here with my friends and found it quite a comfy place to have lunch. Great ambience. We had chicken biryani with boondi raita and mojitos. Biryani had strong flavours and was quite delicious. Service was fast and staff was polite.

I went to this place few days back and tried their Tawa chaap with Roomali and trust me , it was one of the best Chaap I've had in a while. Perfectly marinated and roasted , Adequate Spice in the gravy and I loved it to the core. Paneer Tikka was Also the Highlight as it was Lipsmackingly good. Coming on to the main course , Just loved their Dal Makhani and Chaap masala. Highly Recommended Place to try some Scrumptious North Indian Food.
At last I tried their crispy spring rolls which were delicious. Crunchy from outside and soft from inside. Totally loved it. The best part about this place is that you can have your meal not just in a restaurant which is built on the first floor but also in your own vehicle which certainly we preferred. The food can be served their as well. Apart from spring roll I had creamy chicken with green chutney and onion. The pieces were big and properly cooked.
I also had Kurkure soya chap or KFC chaap and paneer tikka which were delectable thereby I can conclude that this place is on my list whenever I want to have good veg dishes options.

I'd definitely recommend Tawa Soya Chaap with Roomali Roti, Crispy (unique) Spring Rolls, Chicken Lollipop & Dal Makhani. These were my personal favourites from their menu. So I visited this place a while back and there is a review of my experience.
this place specialises in all types of full scenes from North Indian to Chinese to tikkas and malai chicken.
We tried their dragons springrole which was quite amazing.
Also we had their KFC chaap.
From the male course I really like the dal makhani fried rice and their garlic naan.
Also the stuff aloo naan were amazing too.
We also try there malai chicken tangdi and tawa chaap rumali roti.
I really like both the things.
I didn't like the butter chicken as the gravy I had too much tomatoes in it.
Overall it was a great experience and I would really love to recommend.
Good north Indian food is truly hard to find and i stumbled upon this amazing place in East Delhi and really loved it.

This place is awesome! I love everything about them, whether it's their food, service, seating, anything. I love to visit here with family. My personal favorites are their crispy spring rolls, Chick tikka, soya chaap with rumali roti, paneer tikka and chicken lolipop. They also serve this amazing welcome drink which is hella refreshing.
I recently tried this much talked about food outlet in karkardooma. It is very much one of the first outlets you notice in karkardooma complex. They are spread over 2 floors. They have proper restaurant type sitting on the first floor. They have proper North Indian and mughali cuisine food. They serve great vegetarian as well as non vegetarian food. I tried vegetarian dishes there. I tried stuffed chaap, malai chaap, tawa chaap with rumali roti, veg biryani, dal makhni, kadhai chaap and naan. My favourite was their tawa chaap with rumali roti, I've never such good chaap.
Good place to have tandoori items and chinese food at affordable prices.
Chawla's has the best food no doubt. Tikka masala is just so soft and delicious you just can't get over it. It is all time guilty pleasure and whenever I feel like ordering food from outside there is only one name that pop up in mind and that is chawla's.

It’s a heaven for non veg lovers but they also serve veg and we got soya chaap which was too good.
