A warm and friendly welcome with fantastic customer service. Great service and lovely ambience, tasty food served piping hot- just the way we like it. I will definitely come again and recommend you to friends for their special occasions.
Nice place to hangout , there is different ,presentation is fAntastic , perfect blend of cocktails , masti on , rightly priced , can get good deals also.
The overall experience was good. Some dishes were worth trying for like cigar rolls. They were really crispy and the dips served with them were the charm to your taste buds.
The fish tikka is one thing that you should must try. The dish was very very soft and ultimate in taste.
The mocktails were really good specially the mojito and JJ spcl mocktail.
this place is just above the jungle jumbooree following the theme in a pub manner, and have all of that good music and cosy vibes, food is typically good here, don't know about other cuisines but north indian is something you can follow blindly here and that is one of those good qualities of this place, staff is good here, they don't really question your actions and always there with the welcome faces.
Jungle theme based restaurant offering such a great variety in foods that your mouth'll say just one word WOW!
5 Points of FoodAlive:
1. The Grilled Fish was ultra soft and smooth. Each bite of it was melting in mouth.
2. The J J Special Mocktail had its unique taste and commendable one.
3. The 5 difeerent dips served in the Cigar Rolls were so delicious that you can crave over it even after you have it.
4. Paneer Butter Masala had thick gravy and great taste all in all.
5. Lastly, the chocolate sundae is yet another dish worth waiting and trying for.
A buffet and a jungle themed restaurant, offering stunning experience with respect to ambience and food, the place is a bucket full of surprises.
Veg Cigar Rolls were served in 5 different dips and each of them having a unique taste.
Fish tikka was so soft and smooth that it simply melted in our mouth.
The flavours used in chicken tikka was ravishing and is a must to try for.
Their Jungle Jamboree special mocktail is yet another thing to must have. The fruity flavour of the drink along with vanilla ice cream is wow.
Lastly, amongst the desserts Chocolate Sundae is what you should opt for.
I visited Hunter's lodge as a friend of time really praised this outlet. I really love animals so i was very thrilled and exicted to visit this particular outlet and since it is located in CP, i can reach here easily using metro.
The restaurant is totally made in animal theme like their were giant structures of animals, big aquarium with exotic fishes in it, when the furniture had sea horse carved on it. So 5/5 for their ambiance.
We had live barbecue station on the table where we were grilling our starters like paneer, chilli potato, out of which my favurite was green dumplings. They also had chicken soup, biryani, chineese cuisine and northen as well. Dessrts were ok.
Service was good butnot excellent. And can worked on.
A great and big place to enjoy with your family and friends. The food was delicious and ambience was great.
It is the part. Of jungle jamboree so their quality and quantity both are best They have a. Big space on different floors.
Interiors are very attractive and makes the atmosphere very beautiful.
We ordered paneer ke sholay which were minced with spices ad were perfect in taste.Nest was pasta which was ultimate in taste. In drinks I liked Virgin mojitto and margarita.Over all nice experience.
Hunters lodge by Jungle Jumboree offers ambience of a lounge and food from the same great kitchen.
We ordered from the a-la-carte menu which has a brilliant fusion starters section.
We ordered assorted veg Dimsum pops, cheese Paneer tikka cigar roll, shahi naan e murg mahi kebab, pao Bhaji maska mar ke.
All the starters were quite impressive with pao Bhaji maska mar ke taking the top position for us with Bhaji on top of garlic Bread making it a good combination. Cheese Paneer tikka cigar roll had 5 kinds of dips to go with it and we loved the sweet chilli one. Dimsum pops were good enough and the shahi naan with fish tikka and chicken tikka were flavourful and soft. The fusion starters are great on taste and this fusion is absolutely awesome.
We had Tom yum fried rice along with spicy schezwan sauce (veg) and pink sauce pasta. The main course was Decent and the pasta was really good.
We had virgin mojito and watermelon mojito for drinks and they were brilliant.
We ended up with chocolate brownie with ice cream and the brownie was really soft and flavorful.
A really good place with amazing starters.

I m a fan of the buffet places who serves snacks on the grill and after bbq nation, and pirates this place is another addition to the list
Tried it last week and I was pleasantly surprised by the ambience of the place.. made on the jungle theme the place has been done up quite well...
They start by serving crisps which take u back to ur childhood and then the three courses of the seven are served on the table.. in snack I loved bhelpuri, tandoori mushroom and galouti kebab..
For main course the spread was good too ranging from North Indian dal makhni to Italian lasagne.. they did have an option each for Chinese dish too so the spread was well balanced
Desserts included assortment of pastries, fresh cut fruit, kheer, gulab jamun and eight flavours of ice cream.. my fav has to be the chocolate ice cream in the section
The place is good value for money and u could try it next time when u r in cp!
This place in cp is themed like a jungle as the name suggests and looks like a hunters shack from inside. The service was quick and the waiters were welcoming.
I had many items out of which I liked the best were:
Fried momos: coloured momos, fried and presented on sticks. The presentation was very good and the taste was even better.
Dal makhni: this is the dish you should definitely order if you plan to visit this place.
Kiwi mojito: classic mojito with essence of kiwi. This drink was quite refreshing.
Garlic naan: thin naan with loads of garlic. Completely justified the taste.
A nice place to visit with family and friends. Must try.
As it was our first time to hunter’s lodge we were satisfied with the ambiance and the services
It is a great place to visit with your friends and family.
If we talk about the food the starters were up to the mark but the main course was delicious and if we talk about the drinks in one armour those were the shakes which needs a little improvement. The staff was very generous and friendly.
I visited this place with some friends. The theme of this place is jungle and seating area is manicured to look like a jungle shed. The staff is really welcoming. We ordered:
chicken Chandni Tikka which is basically chicken malai Tikka. The flavour were induced really well.
Soya malai champ: champ chunks marinated in mild white cream. This tasted really good.
Dal makhni: this was certainly the best out of what we had. You must definitely try this if you visit this place.
Garlic naan: the garlic naan was just perfect with loads of garlic.
Chocolate Oreo smoothie: this smoothie was more like a mocktail. It was really diluted and not at all like a smoothie. The only thing which disappointed us.
All over the place is good and one should definitely try this.
Well jungle jamboree was the best theme restaurant for me. Now this place has the same auro.
Staff was very pleasant and service was fantastic.
I went there with my friends and we had a great time.
We were little grumpy when it comes to food but they didn't upset us at Ol.
We had some appetizers first. We ordered jungle chuza, all veggie pizza and hazari paneer tikka.
They are really good especially paneer tikka.
Than we had something to drinks chocolate Oreo shake and jamboree special. Which is little disappointed but okay.
But the main course change our disappointment into satisfaction. All the items we ordered are up to the mark. Dal makhni n soya chap are best.
Than its time to have something for dessert and I loved their brownie with ice cream.
Amazing experience love the place
I recently visited the Hunter's lodge on a friend's suggestion and to say the least, I wasn't disappointed at all. It's a themed restaurant and bar right above Jungle jamboree and has delish food. I tried 3 of their fusion starters and couldn't stop eating the dim sum pops and pav bhaji Maska marke, which is a fusion between bhaji and garlic bread. They have an amazing range of cocktails and cocktails to choose from and I went for the watermelon mojito which was absolutely refreshing. For main course, their scrumptious mixed-sauce pasta is a must try! They do some amazing pan Asian and Chinese dishes as well. In the end, I ended my meal with some classic brownie and ice cream sundae which was good enough!
nice place ... kind of a family restraunt ... much kids friendly ... must visit and try their great range of food variety ... mutton curry and dhai k kabab were amazing. .. they have to work on their service it is a bit slow ... bt over all amazing place ...
Hunter's lodge is amazing place to hangout with friends great ambience and decor.
food is really mouth watering specially non veg. food.
chocolate Oreo is really delicious nd fresh.
I like the dressing also and most important the whole staff is really good and friendly.
so talking about this place the interiors are too good , totally based on a jungle theme . As the ambience and staff was too good . We ordered a couple of starters like margherita pizza , spring roll, paneer tikka , Oreo smoothie . Then we ordered a desert Gulab jamun with vanilla ice-cream which was totally mouth- watering . service was fast . I would surely recommend you to try this place .
Tried this place for dinner with friends.
Their starters definitely need some improvement but their vegetarian options in the main course were tasty
We liked their daal makhni and kadhai paneer
Worth a visit if you want to try a good main course
Went here for luncheon with friends. Ordered a few starters but i would say that it needs improvement. Coming to main course, we had vegetarian meal and i loved it!!
The ambience is good and quantity is worth it.
You can go to this place if you want to have a hearty vegetarian main course👍🏻 you will love it.

Visited this place a couple weeks back, with Aanchal Dhingra,
the place is in the same building of jungle Jamboree,
By entering you will get a good feel of a jungle.
All the things were themed perfectly.
Well according to me I found this place a little dull and dark.
This place have surely make in the way of theme.
The things that they have to make good are the flavours of the dishes.
Didn't able to find something unique. Also the tastes were just average.
For staff, I have to say that they managed things well and were polite.
had a good time there.
Flashy cocktail bar with a jungle theme and quirky animal decor, plus a gastropub menu. Serving all varieties from Indian to Chinese and Italian too. The menu has great options with a fun jungle theme bar. The place is great for Live matches or for hosting your party as the place provide great packages. We started with Tandoori Mushrooms they were very well made with great stuffing and perfect crunch on the outside , along with that we had Hakka noodles with mix veg in Garlic sauce very filling and yummy! Altogether a great place to hangout with friends.
This place is huge and can accommodate 10-15 ppl comfortably. A projector and screen is there so ppl can showcase memories there. The ambience is bit kidish but this just fine. The lighting is abit dim. The bar side is quite lit up really pretty. The walls have sculptures of animal heads.
The staff is very polite and the service is quite quick.
Coming to the food we had
Chilli chicken and cheese toast. - a cheese and tender Chicken peices loaded toasts. Loved it.
JJ Special pizza (non veg) - the pizza was topped with a generous amout of delicious tender chicken and lots of cheese and fresh bell peppers. The base was abit biscuity.
Black pepper prawns - well cooked and seasoned prawns, my favorite dish of the night.
Fish fingers - golden fish fingers, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the mayo dish served along with it, enhanced the taste of the fish.
Tandoori chicken - was a abit dissapointed with this one as it had abit more salt than required.
Chicken dimsums - thin covered dimsums with delicious juicy chicken inside. Loved it! The spicy sauce complimented the dimsums very well.
DRINKS
Chocolate oreo shake - it was a thick rich creamy shake. Loved it
DESSERT
Sundae with brownie - the brownie wasn't warm also it was served wuth a chocolate flavored icecream and jellies. I prefer vanilla ice cream. The chocolate didn't go well with the already cold chocolaty brownie.
Food -4.5/5
Ambience -5/5
Service -5/5
So went here for some nice brunch. And we had a hearty meal.
Everything tasted great.
From the starters to the dessert everything tasted great.
My personal favourite was their black pepper prawns and fish fingers.
Their shakes are thick and creamy. I had their chocolate oreo, and it was very rich, thick, creamy, loved it. The ambience has a dim lighting.
Their jj Special Pizza is delicious loaded with cheese and delicious - tendor chicken peices.
A projector is also provided so one can showcase memories in parties.
The dj is cool and the staff is very polite and service is real quick.
The ambience is abit kidish.
this place is really flattering , i personally loved the theme very much. The woody walls , tables as well as theme based plating gave perfect touch fo the vibe.
food: 4/5
service : 4/5
ambience :5/5
music : 2/5
price worth : 4/5
overall it was nice experience.
A great and polite place to hangout with some forest kinda atmosphere . The food was delicious and service was great . It’s a part of jungle jumbooree so they don’t hesitate in serving the bestest of quality .
Do try there Pav bhaji as they also provide bhaji over garlic bread with it , which is a kind of innovation .
Moong dal halwa was awesome .
Hunters lodge is a roomy restaurant cum bar with amazing food options to try from and equally amazing service . I ordered chilli chicken dimsums and assorted veg dimsum pops for the starters .. dimsums were really light and scrumptuous !! The plating is also very unique here . Then we ordered a classic margarita pizza , pasta alfredo and green thai curry with rice !! Pizza was cheesy and texture of the base was perfect !! Thai curry was very flavourful and rice had a cery subtle yet nice aroma !! The quantity here is great and worth the price !! For the desserts , i went for sundae brownie with vanilla ice cream .. the presentation was very charmind and it tastef very authentic and had an old school vibe to it !! You gotta try it to understand my point !! All in all , my experience here was fabulous and I definitely recommend it !!
Hunter's Lodge, situated in Connaught Place is one of my personal favorites restaurant.
Jungle themed place with woody decor and you like a hunter while dining here.
In drinks, we had Jungle kick and Virgin Mojito. Jungle kick was a very tasty and spicy mocktail. Coming to food, Mewa Dahi kebab, Veg lasangna and fried Dimsums. All these were very scrumptious and were well presented. In desserts we had, Sundae Brownie and paan ice cream. Paan ice cream was good.
Overall it was an amazing experience!
Hunter's Lodge is a jungle themed restaurant. They have some cool woody decor along with dining space. For starters we had Veg Dimsums pops, cheese Paneer tikka cigar rolls, Veg lasangna nd jungle ratan seekh. All these were very delectable and amazingly presented. In desserts, pastries platter and paan ice cream. I will highly recommend their paan ice cream. It was really flavourful. Service is really good and the staff is friendly.
Hunter's Lodge is a great place to visit with friends and family.
Hunters lodge is a quiet and large place for a casual lunch and chilling with friends !! The interiors are dark abd spacious !! The menu is really lavish with all the cuisines imagineable !! The place boasts of fusion food as well !! I went for the virgin pina colada and cottage cheese spring rolls for the starters !! The presentation is really fabulous and so is the taste !! The rolls came with generous amount of dips , each piece with a different dip !! Also the pina collada was refreshing and giving a palate cleanse between the food !! For the main course , we ordered - fish abd chips , penne arabia and chilli paneer . Chilli paneer and fish were really crispy and flavourful .. they were fresh and absolutely amazing !! Pasta was really good as well .. for the desserts - i went for paan ice cream . It was really flavouful and subtle at the same time . It was the perfect ending to an equally perfect meal !! The serves are really kind and do ask for the recommendation as they are bound to be the best they have to offer !! Do give this place a visit soon .
It was my sister's birthday and we were searching a good place at cp. I had heard a lot about Jungle Jumboree. We reached they asked to board a lift for third floor for ala carte orders, as we didn't had the bookings.
It was Hunter's Lodge @ JJ, first things first, the interiors were awesome.
We ordered Paneer ke Sholey aka Paneer Tikka, it was a bit spicy and minced with proper indian spices and roasted to the perfection.
Next was the Pasta, a bit less in quantity but ultimate in taste. Oregano and Chilly flakes were good enough.
In drinks Pina Colada and Virgin Mojito were tasteless and too sweet but Margarita was at the next level. On and all good place to visit.
Shopping around CP?
You gotta eat somewhere to extinguish those hunger pangs. I had never been to a jungle theme restaurant so i finally decided to give a try in here.
Ambience - it is the main attractive of a place like this as so much have been done on it’s interiors as it really depicts jungle and it feels like we are inside of it. Statues of black beer, tiger, mermaids, sea animals and lot more. They also have big aquarium inside where you can see different kind off fishes swimming.
Food - you can either have it in buffet or Al la carte. I had it in buffet and i can say that it was really satisfying.
Starters - chilli potato, live grill- paneer, mushroom, patato etc., green dimsums etc.
Mains- indian , Chinese, soups all thing were present. You can try out what ever you wanna have. I was pretty much done in started itself so i just had chicken soup their which was really good.
Dessert- desserts were okay and should be improved.
Service - quick. Humble staff :)
Keep it up guys
The place has multiple floors, it actually a part of jungle jamboree. So the ambience is based on jungle.
I liked the ceiling and walls covered with grass giving the total feel of jungle.
I tried :
1) spicy chicken manchow soup: really amazing, it was soft in taste and the chicken was well cooked.
2) ceaser salad : excellent sauce, big chicken pieces, fresh lattice.
3) chilly chicken : it was very oily, perfect spice and quantity.
4 hakka noodles : quantity was very good.
5) black forest pastry : i was very disappointed, it was embarrassingly small.
6) lime soda : perfect
7) pink lady
8) fruit punch : was better than i have had before.
Service was not prompt but not too slow. Staff was cooperative.
This place is a part of jungle jamboree and the theme is jungle which can be seen.
This place is ideal for family and children.
Ambience is interesting and totally fit for a children place.
Food here is not extraordinary but nit bad as well.
I tried several things like: chilly chicken, chicken soup, spring rolls, they have variety of cuisines available.
Service is really good here and the staff is very courteous.
Overall this place is very spacious and is ideal for family outings.
No words to describe this place😋 interior was so awsm that it’s amaze uh a lot a jungle theme is suitable to be different from all the other lounges in the heart of Delhi city ❤️
One fine place to dine in and enjoy a real jungle ambience inside. The must haves will be recommended to you on the menu and so the dishes taste real good in taste too
They’re really good with chicken dishes and potato
North Indian cuisine is one fine experience and so are the mocktails
Must go for a good outing with friends or family!
V nice theme. We ordered snacks . Veg galuoti was v good. Had flavours of cardomom n daalchini. Menu seems to be v nice . Pretty tempting to try buffet 7 course meal here.
I was here the other night for a colleague's birthday bash and everyone had a great time. The staff had no issues managing our large group and our food & drinks were served right on time. The ambience as well as the music was good too..
Really liked the place. Evening was well spent. Service was great and prompt. Especially Neeraj who was waiting our table was courteous and took keen interest in the job
I love the ambiance of this place, jungle theme, live music and a good place for those who are planning to party with friends. Dark place with big space.

The place is sooo good . From food to ambiance everything is top notch .
I like how they have separated it into two sections . One is open bar and other is where u can either drink or have something to eat .
The service is good and the staff is friendly . The only thing is if they can improve on the food i think I'll give 5 star rating . :)
Thank you for reading this review .❤
Good place but a bit pricey. We two fried bill generated for 3780 for 6 pegs 30 ml for 100 pipers 12 yrs and 2 veg and 2 non veg snacks. The environment is good.

I really don't have much to say about the place, like my experience with it was just good, like really just good, this place obviously worth every penny that you will spend here but may be, you will feel better to spend that someone else, although as i told that my visit was good as i had really good food at good environment, the flavours and taste was just like the food of jungle jumbooree that i actually had even earlier, staff was humble to us, and took a good care to our needs, still the few changes are really required that i will appreciate if they make in their policies related to the guests, at the same time, they do serve good food so i still have a corner for the place, i actually tried like a lot of this place, and everything seems fine to my tongue and tummy. At the end, visit yourself and experience the vibes💕
The starters here are decent in quantity as well as taste. Though service could could have been better.
Pleasant ambience. One should take prior reservation on weekends.
India's heart is Delhi and delhi's heart is CP and CP's heart liver kidney is hunter's lodge of JJ amazing ambience nice service staff are too good and helpfull.Every staff of there have smile on face and helpful. My tummy was full before eating food because staff behaviour is important and the respect they r giving everyone is really amazing.Team management is really excellent. Now come on food , I orderd Chicken lababdar that was really awesome and the price is normal quantity was above expectation garlic naan was very good in taste. On 23 april i visited with my family for my daughters birthday treet but all enjoy well and this was my daughter's first b'day till date in past 6years where we enjoy most.We cancelled our drizzling land plan and Choose JJ to give surprise to my lil angel.Every1 enjoyed.Best thing is ambience and atmosphere of this restaurant every one can enjoy in this restaurant family or couple this reataurant is for every age group.Don't have more words to describe how I m feeling now

Came to the restaurant for the third time and was equally impressed. The food was consistently delicious and reasonably priced. The service is great and the restaurant is clean and inviting.
Just recently discovered this place and so glad I did. Their happy hour is amazing - all the drinks and food items I tried were super tasty. The staff here is really great, and the food is also top notch. Would definitely recommend checking it out.
Hunter's lodge is an extension of Jungle jumbore, Connaught place. It is jungle theme cafe where one can enjoy drinks with scrumptious food. They have a wide menu which includes Indian, Chinese, Italian and other cuisines. Their specialty is Indian and I specifically loved their tandoori platter. Mekka k kebab was grilled upto perfection. Indian main course was also impressive. Pizza was also decent to try. I will highly recommend their pan icecream.
Overall a lovely place to visit and spend some quality time:)
Hunter’s lodge is a place where you go to relax after exploring the wild in you. They have some cool woody décor along with some nice dining space. It is situated at around P – Block of Connaught Place. And basically tell me one thing, Where else would you go if you get the jungle itself in your Central Delhi Area. I feel so good that there are places rising in Delhi where you can feel like dining in a jungle. This place has a lot of live wall posters like an artificial Bear hanging on the wall of this Hunter’s Lodge. You probably feel like a Hunter while dining in here.
A very unusual place for a very nice experience. Food is terrific and so is service. Fish Amritsari and Chicken Tikka are a must try. Highly Recommended.
Hunter's Lodge is a good option to have party with friends. The place is huge and can easily accomodate large groups. I loved the music collection of this place. Service was decent. I started off my meal with vegetarian platter. Aloo nazakart was yummy-stuffed potato barrels in sesame coated jacket chargrilled in oven. Soya chap was succulent and tasty. It was perfectly marinated. Malai paneer tikka and hariyali paneer tikka was also flavorful. Veg steamed momos and honey chilli potatoes were also worth trying. For main course, I had paneer tikka masala, pindi chholey, dal makhni-all three items were well prepared , dishes were full of flavors and spices. Special mention for the masaledaar pindi choley which were my fav. Masala pulao was also delicious. EVery bite of it was tasty. For dessert, I had paan icecream which is a must try here. Overall my experience was great and I am definitely visiting again

Hunter's Lodge is more like a close cousin to Jungle Jamboore that is just a floor below. With the ambiance matching the standards set by Jungle Jamboore, Hunter's Lodge is a hit among diners looking for a place where food is accompanied with an experience that will delight the kids and the adults alike.
Hunter's Lodge has been divided into two different seating areas. While one resembles a hunter's lodge with animal heads donning the walls, the other is a simple lounge with comfortable seating area. The place has a large bar at the lodge but the lounge is way more comfortable, especially due to the high wooden seats at the lodge area.
With the ambiance living true to its theme and being all pretty, it is the duty of the food to fall to place and impress the diners. Hunters Lodge serves a variety of global cuisines and includes, Mediterranean, European, Italian, Chinese and of course, Indian. Obviously the menu is super hot and the options are enormous. While the place is certainly spoiling you with such dishes to choose from, it is actually a delight to order any random dish and be happy about how it tastes.
The 'herb crusted fish steak' was delicious and a great choice from the European section. It is served with vegetables, country mash and lemon butter sauce. Tasty.
The pizza options are limited but are to the point. No fancy playing here but choosing any one from the menu will make you glad. Formaggio Pizza or the 4 cheese pizza was simply great.
JJ Chicken Skewers were good. The chicken bites were light but chewy and were served along with onion rings. The JJ here stands for Jungle Jamboore. (Close Cousin stuff).
Mushroom Caps was a delicious mushroom dish served among the starters. The mushrooms were deep fried and stuffed with ricotta and spinach.
Gosht Hyderabadi Biryani was absolutely amazing. It is very easy to go wrong with Biryani but surprisingly, Hunter's Lodge was successful enough in getting their Biryani right.
Hunter's Lodge have various platter options. Be it the kebab platter, mezze platter or the
shawarma platter, hunter's lodge has done justice to them all.
The service at hunter's lodge is very quick and the entire staff seems well trained and very courteous. If there is one department where Hunters Lodge disappoints, it is the presentation. The presentation here is very ordinary.
Overall, Hunter's Lodge is the place to be especially with your family or your precious gang.
The place can also entertain you with buffet but for the buffet spread, you will have to climb a floor down. Have Fun.
a day is is said to be good when you experience good food and this place helped me making y day good as per the ambitious it was beautiful, food presentations was good but the main thing that is the most important element is taste of the food and this place has it all so recommended place to visit
Totally true to it's name and justifying it solely. Not age specific, your visit to this place will definitely blow your mind and impress you till the last. The ambience, food and service definitely gets a thumbs up. From the starters to the main course till the desert it will keep you up for more.
For drinks I ordered virgin mojito, pinacolada and apple margarita. Apple margarita is a must try for all and highly recommended.
For starters I ordered veg bruschetta, veg dragon ball, veg and non veg platter. All the tried starters were full of taste and most amazingly presented.
Then later ordered chicken skewers with humus, chicken pizza and red sauce pasta. The skewers were soft and well presented. The red sauce was thick and full of taste.
For desert I ordered pan ice cream and Gulab jamun. The pan ice cream was fresh and felt that you were having a real meetha pan.
This place is definitely a must visit and highly recommended.
Ps- it is not only for children. All age group can enjoy themselves to the fullest at this place.
Hunter's Lodge - The After Hunt.....
Hunter Lodge is where you relax after the hunt and devour what you have hunted. True to its name, the place looks absolutely stunning and lavish and is archetypal to a regular Hunter's Lodge. Hunter's lodge is aptly located right above Jungle Jamboore, where the animals are and this lodge is divided between two seating arrangements.
One side of the place has animal heads adorning the walls and the entire seating arrangement stays right in front of the bar. The seating is a bit high and a little uncomfortable for those who seek the comfort of cushion. The other seating area is the regular lounge with plush sofas and spacious arrangement. The overall ambiance does give a pleasant feeling of the fauna and so this place only compliments its predecessor, Jungle Jamboore, that stays a floor beneath at P Block, Outer Circle, Connaught Place.
With such beautiful ambiance, Hunter's lodge was a major disappointment in terms of presentation. In today's days of Instagram and Facebook, it is but necessary for the food to please the eyes and Hunter's lodge does very less on these lines. But when one speaks of the taste, Hunter's lodge leaves you impressed. They serve, European, Italian, Chinese and Indian food and they excel in every department of cuisines that they choose to serve.
The drinks served here are perfect and for the non-alcoholics, the options are many. Coming to the food section, you need to try their 'European Main Course, or the Oriental Meal in a bowl'. These two sections of the menu produce some stunning dishes which are bound to impress you under any condition.
Although the place does have a super large menu comprising of dishes from far and wide, Hunter's Lodge also offers a lavish buffet for its customers which is basically the buffet spread at Jungle Jamboore.
Coming to the cost, Hunter's Lodge seems a bit expensive. However, the overall experience should leave you happy and not sulking over the heavy cash that you spend.
Kudos to the chef here, who definitely is an expert in such diverse food culture. My only advice would be to improve on the presentation area.

Ordered chilly chicken soft juicy all spices sauces upto the mark. Drums of heaven were good but they were little raw from inside but perfectly made crispy. They need to work on presentation of food. The decor of resto was according to theme. I loved it it was like we r in middle of jungle. The staff was courteous n helpfull. My evening with friend was special. The seating was comfortable music was upto the mark. Will try their buffet soon.....
You are suddenly in another world when you enter this place, no where close to a usual pub in CP. You are sitting in a jungle with ecosystem surrounding you . This place is unique and you can order a sheesha and sit here for hours.
We ordered a non veg platter which had mutton galoti, chicken tikka and tangri which were very nicely done. I would also recommend chicken pizza sliders which were cheesy and yummy. Chicken brushito was one amazing dish. In desserts we had chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream.
Perfect name for perfect theme.
Hunter's Lodge @JJ located in cp is a wonderful place which has a different theme and amazing interiors. The place looks like a Hunter's lodge in the middle of a jungle. Hunter's Lodge is another chain of jungle jamboree and located just above it on the third floor.
Coming to its ambience and interiors I would say wao! Artificial plants all over the walls with some hunter guns on it. Dim lights. Furniture are very comfortable and looked like a half cut tree. Artificial animal faces hanged on the wall.
The restaurant is large and capacious.
The service here was also up to mark. Staff here is very attentive and takes good care of their customers. Everybody look professional here.
Coming to food I had:
* chicken skewer
* non veg platter
* non veg pizza
* dal makhni
* missi roti
Every dish was very good and l really liked it especially the chicken skewers. Their presentation was also very impressive.
I'll rate their food 4.5/5
If you want to have an amazing culinary experience in some hunter's house inside a jungle without travelling out of the city, Hunter's Lodge @JJ is your place. This beautifully and creatively designed lounge that serves mouth watering delicacies from a number of cuisines, is the à la carte section of Jungle Jumboree.
LOCATION: it is located on the third floor above Jungle Jumboree in P block, outer circle Connaught Place. If you are coming from metro, take exit from gate no. 8, it is nearest from there.
AMBIENCE/INTERIORS: this is designed in such a way that it literally feels like you are inside some hunter's lodge. It is wooden hut shaped from inside, dim lit, and various artificial flora and fauna installed on its walls, trophy busts of various animals catching the special attention. Seating is very much comfortable and their in house dj plays some really good music.
FOOD:
● MOCKTAILS: i had Jungle Jumboree, Jungle Kick and Apple Margarita. Though all three were good in taste, Apple Margarita was the best of the lot. 4/5
● TOMATO OLIVE BRUSCHETTA: a mixture of chopped tomatoes, basil, and garlic, spooned over olive-oil brushed slices of bread. Made to perfection. 5/5
● DRAGON SPRING ROLLS: these were literally bland..didn't like them. 2/5
● VEG KEBAB SAMPLER: a platter having various different types of veg kebabs, galouti kebab being the best of the lot. 4.5/5
● PIZZA: thin crust pizza topped with loads of cheese and some veggies. 4/5
● PENNE ARABIATA: classic red sauce pasta, so balanced in taste. 4.5/5
● PANEER TIKKA MASALA: barbequed paneer chunks in a spicy masaledaar gravy. Loved it. 4.5/5
● DAL MAKHNI: regular stuff. 4.5/5
● DESSERT: pan ice cream and tiny gulab jamuns..perfect way to end such a tasty meal. 5/5

The place is perfectly as the name describes it, a quintessential Hunter's Lodge like in the middle of the forest. A brother restaurant to the Jungle Jamboree chain, this place compliments the whole Jungle theme that JJ has been entertaining.
The place is not just good in the ambiance, but also excellent when it comes to the food. The food at Jungle Jamboree was more suited to a Jungle expedition theme, but the food here is like something a hunter would have once they return after a hunt. The service too is good here and the staff as well as Chef Santosh have done a great job in keeping the place impeccable.
Coming to the food, we ordered the following things:
STARTERS
◉ Tomato Olive Bruschettas
These were decent. A good dish to order in the beginning.
◉ Dragon Spring Rolls
Way better than the Bruchettas. The Spring Rolls were delicious when consumed with the tartar dip they provide.
◉ Kebab Sampler (Veg and Non-veg)
Both the veg and the non-veg kebab samplers are simply exquisite. The two or three pieces of each of the items were so well cooked, I sincerely appreciate the care taken in making it all
◉ Pizza (Veg and Non-veg)
Small tiny miniscule Pizzas that taste great. Reminds me of a unique shop called Jasuben na Pizza in Ahmedabad.
◉ Skewers
The Skewers were an absolute delight and I ended up having a lot of it.
◉ Golden Fried Prawns
This is what hit my sweet spot. The prawns were beautifully crisp fried in batter and served to consume.
MAIN COURSE
◉ Paneer Tikka Masala
The Paneer tikka masala was nothing short of a beauty. The taste was excellent and the texture of the gravy was simply amazing.
◉ Dal Makhani
The Dal Makhani needs a little improvement here and falls short when compared to the quality of the other items served here.
◉ Herb Crusted Fish Steak
My favorite in all of their main course items, this was a beautiful plate of crusted Fish steaks sprinkled with herbs and served with Mayo in a small bowl.
◉ Butter Chicken
Their Butter Chicken was delicious and I loved eating it up with the Assorted breads that they provided along with it. Unfortunately by now, my stomach was pretty much full.
◉ Ghosht Hyderabad Biryani
With barely any space left in the stomach and me saving some room for desserts, I just tasted a few spoons of the Biryani, and it was fantastic!!
DESSERTS
◉ Paan Ice Cream
◉ Hot Gulab Jamun
My pic of the two would definitely have to be the Paan Ice Cream, which they don't order from outside and the chef himself makes, thus giving it a strong paan essence.
Hope everyone pays this Hunter's Lodge a visit on their way to the Jungle ;)
Located above Jungle Jumboree in P-block outer circle of Connaught Place, Hunter's Lodge @JJ is a lounge, bar and casual dining outlet that serves European, Otalian, Chinese, Mediterranean and north Indian delicacies. It is the a la carte part of Jungle jumboree.

True to it's name, Hunters Lodge is definitely going to transport you to a world of wildlife safari and jungles at night with its master decor. The ambience of the lodge is serene but it does make you feel thrilled and brings the edge out.
One of the very few places that don't only impress you with the interiors but also the amazing food! Honestly the food is delicious! Tried a lot of dishes here!
Starting with their mocktails, every drink is more refreshing than the other. The drinks complement the preparation of the appetisers. My favourite were the vegetarian bruschetta and the veg and non veg kebab platters that they serve. The stuffed potatoes out of the veg one are mind blowing and something I've not had before. The tikkas in chicken and fish are delectable too. Must try these platters when you visit!
Other things to try include their pizzas and spring rolls which are yummy! Even thinking about their food now makes me hungry. Will be visiting again very soon :)
This place is a part of jungle jamboree and is on the top floor. The ambience is good with a hunter theme and rifles and animal heads on the wall. The food was just fine and the cocktails were also decent. Can go once
What an amazing place!!! Simply great service and all the food that we tried was right on point, and we tried a lot. great crafted drinks and thanks to the staff for the great hospitality.
A place to check out n explore, one of the nicest ambience till date, a different atmosphere for those who are looking for a change from regular flashy places, food is served well, music is different, staff is unique.. overall its a breath of fresh air
I always loved the concept of the restaurateur here , A big fan of Jungle Jamboree already and now they opened a lounge named Hunter. Trendy, theme based lounge which definitely remind you a jungle and will give a feel like hunters ..
The biggest plus is the ambiance and than the special offers for parties ..Approx 1250/- per head you can do a unlimited IMFL and food party..Do not miss is you are looking out for a gettogether with your friends !
All the best !
Really it was a mesmerizing experience in every possible way. The place came around to be a fantastic one. We enjoyed so much. We were is a big group and from nowhere we faced issues of any kind, be it the food or the drinks. In fact, we had all of it in bulk. Plus their scheme saved us from spending few extra since we got unlimited beer in their buffet offer. It was a whole lot of fun and frolic.
It was a pleasant evening and we just out of the movie and seek a place to dine. Came in here to try and loved it already. Such a nice, glaring environment with plush scenic beauty. We enjoyed the drinks more than the food and it turned out to be a mini-party for us. Things to try here would be the chicken Shwarma, blue Lagoon Vodka and Sangria wine.
This new kid,,, Hunter’s Lodge @ JJ is known to be adorned with a hunter’s cabin in the wood like feel to it.... Gigantic animal heads hung on the walls give out a forest-like vibe to the space.... With American, Italian, Chinese nd Mediterranean food being served,,, I had an absolute fireworks.......
This place reminded me of some old Hollywood flicks and that was the best part of it. I never had been so much excited before dining at a place. This surely had so much more than what it takes to be a lounge.
With several heads of animals and the wooden work all around, lush green work, this place stole the show. Adding on to the glimmer was the tasty food we were presented with in a speedy time, all steamy hot and delicious. I loved my kebabs. I wanted more of them actually. For the drinks, I must recommend the vodkas. They were something. This whole place was something. It was more than a lounge and so the enjoyment turned out to be manifold.

True to it’s name, this place is a good spot for an avid food hunter. Though this place is themed upon the house of a hunter who hunts in the woods and flaunts his passion as well. This amazing place is located in P-Block just above Jungle Jamboree. As I entered this place, I found its décor totally different from others. This lovely Hunters Lodge was an attractive wood cabin (hut shaped) which has a lounge area and an open al fresco style forest. Its walls are beautifully showcased with head-statuettes of animals viz. Lion, deer and rhinoceros etc., giving this place a perfect look of a Hunter’s House. They have comfortable seating area. We were a group of seven. After making us comfortable we started with drinks.
Visited this place for a dinner. The theme is quite interesting and they have cozy seating.
We first ordered one tandoori platter along with tomato olive bruschetta. I generally don't like bruschetta but this one really impressed me! Tandoori platter had some nice variants of paneer which tasted really good.
In the main course, we ordered indian dishes - dal makhni, butter chicken and paneer tikka masala along with butter naan. I really liked their main course.
We had also ordered one cocktail - jumboree sunrise and one mocktail - jungle jumboree. They tasted average. Not very impressive.
Overall, it was a new place with a totally different ambience which made us try this restaurant and we weren't disappointed.
This restaurant is based on a hunter’s lodge theme and the decor is definitely its forte. Green colour is very prominent for obvious reasons and overall provides a very nice vibe. The bar area is separate and its decor constitutes of wooden barrels. The entrance of lounge area would make you feel like you are entering a cave, and I quite liked that fact. Giant wooden animal heads are placed on the walls in the bar as well as the lounge area which includes lion, deer etc. The seating is extremely comfortable because of plush brown couches. The service is really fast and the servers are quite polite.
In cocktails I tried Jamboree Sunrise which was vodka based, looked good but I found the alcohol content to be low. In mocktails I tried Jungle Kick, coconut lovers can definitely give this a try. Also tried the Pink Lady and disliked it quite a bit. Complete disarray of flavours this was.
Coming to the food, in starters I tried Golden Fried Prawns, the prawns were beautifully cooked and dip along with which it was served tasted heavenly, highly recommended. JJ Skewers, these were chicken skewers in general. The chicken was nicely cooked, overall quite good. Dragon Spring Rolls, this was quite a vegetarian delight, tasted really good and can definitely be given a try. Veg Kebab Platter, which included aloo najakat, veg galauti, haryali paneer tikka and achari paneer tikka. . Out of all the items my preference was veg galouti kebab. Non Veg Platter included murg malai tikka, ajwaini fish tikka, mutton galouti and tandoori chicken. All the items were well made but fish tikka and mutton galouti were my favourite. In veg I tried Farmers Pizza and Non Veg Pizza Pazza Palo. This is two of the best dishes they have got to offer.
Coming to the main course, I tried Herb Crusted Fish Steak, absolutely loved the presentation of this dish. The fish was beautifully cooked and this can surely be given a try. Butter Chicken, the chicken was beautifully cooked but the gravy was a bit too sweet for my liking. Gosht Hyderabadi Biryani, loved this dish quite a bit. The rice was very flavourful and the mutton pieces were well cooked. Dal Makhani, it was creamy in texture and really good in taste.
Lastly the desserts, tried Pan Ice Cream and Gulab Jamun. The Gulab Jamun was served hot and tasted quite good. The Pan Ice cream was quite delicious and can be given a try. All in all Hunter’s Lodge can be given a visit for fantastic décor and some really nice dishes.
Had an amazing evening with my friends!!! As it was my friend’s birthday so we all had the best time together
