I have been visiting this place for fairly long, I really love the taste of all the Kulfi flavours they serve. However the best one is jamun and they put salt on it which makes it even yummier 😍😍. I feel the portion size is small and overpriced for that portion. But you can blink and miss it as it’s a Cycle and Van parked just opp Miniso outlet. Overall great place to enjoy fruit based Kulfis.
Kulfi wala in South Ex. Market serving since 25 years.
One of the old and famous in delhi who serves till 12 AM.
Kulfi were simply amazing, be it falooda or any other flavour.
A must try place if you are passing by the market.
An important point to note is that this outlet doesn't have a physical presence and is just a bicycle and van duo that sits in the D Block Market in South Ex II. We didn't know this and spent a considerable amount of time looking for it before realising the cycle was the shop.
The classic falooda is a must try and is the right amount and quantity. They serve it in a flimsy bowl with an awkward set of wooden things to eat it with, but it's a literal cycle based enterprise so you probably shouldn't expect much in the first place. Satisfied with the first try we went back for a mango falooda, which is a mango kulfi instead of a the regular one chopped up and added to the falooda, which makes for a decent combo.
I felt it was slightly overpriced for the general quantity and two wheeled ambience, but it's worth a try.
Charan Singh Kulfi Wala has been setting up his van in the South Ex Part 2 market during evening from many years. I have been visiting him from my childhood and this place is my most favourite in Delhi for having chuski and kulfi's. I have tried almost every kulfi they have in their menu. But the Jamun Kulfi is just out of the world, it has natural flavours, Jamun chunks and their best. Also, Kala Khatta Chuski is one of my favourite. I always hop in here to have chuski to get respite from summer.

Charan Singh ki kulfi is very famous across Delhi. Have seen people coming from far off places , late night, just to have his kulfis. Kaala khatta Gola is amazing to have in summers. One of his best.

Right in the middle of the parking lot of South Ex 2 market, you would find a white van parked during the evenings. Though it is very easy to overlook, the people who have been coming to this van for its delicious kulfis, will always vouch for the taste. While the prices have really gone up over the years, they have managed to maintain the taste. What is great about their kulfis is that they all have actual fruit pulp in them. We recently had two of their most famous flavors- jamun and sharifa (custard apple), and were simply blown away. The jamun one was more of a sorbet instead of a kulfi, and it was packed with flavor, and topped with a delicious chatpata masala, and had lots of jamun fruit in it. The sharifa one was also really creamy and tasty, and the chunks of fruit in it were great!This is a nice stop-over to have a quick dessert post dinner, and should certainly be tried!
Innocuous, easy to overlook and difficult to find is your Charan Sing Kulfi wala. These guys offer their Kulfu/chuski from a car (van) that is parked in front of Ahuja & Sons at South ex-II. Stationed from evening till midnight, they also do home delivery (travel cost to be borne by you).
The Jammun Kulfi is just phenomenal, natural jammun flavor with chunks of jammun in it, more in the nature of a frozen fruit dessert than a kulfi. Have tried their Anar, Strawberry, Pineapple and other fruit flavours, but the jammun kulfi is a standout. I also tried their mango kulfi which was average. I am told that their chuski’s are also pretty good.
Definitely try their Jammun Kulfi, for the rest I will say decent fruit flavours/kulfi.

There are kulfiwalas and kulfi joints all across Delhi, some being very popular in their trade.
However, this is one place which has outstanding kulfis and a lot of variety as well. Been here number of times in last 3 years and have had mango kulfi, stuffed mango kulfi, jamun kulfi and falsa kulfi. All are very nice, with jamun and falsa being the tangy ones sprinkled with masala.
The best out of them is the mango stuffed kulfi, with a whole deseeded mango stuffed with kulfi! Very unique and delectable!
Perfect place to go to at nights in the summers. They take their name "natural" kulfi quite seriously and one can taste the fruit in the kulfi very well. We tried the phalsa kulfi, the chikoo kulfi and last but not the least kulfi inside mango. The mango with the delicious kulfi stuffed inside it after removing the seed is not only brilliant conceptually but also very appetising.
Have been visiting this place since years. People from far too come to have his very famous Kulfis.
Jamun kulfi and Kala Khatta topped with masala and nimbu is a must have.
The man serves it in his van which is parked opposite Domino's.

My favourite kulfi is fruity jamun, creamy strawberries of this place. Person is selling their delicious kulfi's in a car which he parked in a parking of south extension part 2 and especially people comes here from different place to have their kulfi's.

Superb mango, fruity jamun and creamy strawberries. Had stuffed mango which shall try next time. Strawberry seemed synthetic though.... Good find thanks zomato.
Been visiting this place for some 10 years now ...this man sell kulfi in his van ...come at around 4 pm and leaves at 12 ...now his kulfi cost rs80 each ...but the kulfi is amazing ...u will love it ..specially Jamun and gulkand...u will not get such natural flavours anywhere else ...it's really tasty ..the kala Katta in Delhi summers is a must have ...it's a must visit for food lovers ...u don't get anything like this anywhere else ...but remember to go only after 4 pm ...!!
I m loving kala khatta from past 20 years since my college time ...... Disappointed this time . Either staff is changed or something is wrong ....... You guys try lovely kala khatta on India gate . Better than charan singh . But variety of kulfi charan singh is having is awesome

The kulfis are also very good.he has a good variety of flavored kulfis like anar jamun apple chiku.but his tilla kulfi and kulfi faluda is the best out of all kulfis.
Its in the main southex part2 market.

One of the best places that serve Kulfi and Kaala Khatta in Delhi. The fruit flavored Kulfis are just amazing and the chuskis are as good as the Lovely Chuski at India Gate.
Have been going to this guy for his amazing fruit flavoured kulfis for 7 years now and he boasts of impressive 22 years of delighting his customers. He has got quite big wigs as his clients, i myself bumped into ajay jadega once. Coming to his kulfis, just love love them! The taste is so authentic , its like someone jus served frozen fresh fruit. My favourites are Jamun , Falsa , Mango and Chickoo. Try you must!
I was amazed to see this kulfi wala small place I. South extension part 2 and more surprising was that I was not aware of this kulfi wala though prity much aware of this location. Well wat to say. Special things don need big introductions. In short n crisp wrds. It's awesome. I tried jamun kulfi. Loved it. Perfect dessert, or say pallet clinser. Enjoyed every bit of it.

Natural ingredients, the taste was more than good. Prices are okay. You can go there after having meal to have some ice cream with friends or family just casually.
