Pehli manzil bilkul pehli manzil pe hai.. nice outlet outside there is an open space for smoking.. inside its bar and restaurant and always crowded.. order drinks at cheap rates with masala papad and peanuts... get all liquors beers.. food is good try chilly chiken, tandori, butterchikken
For vegiess you can have daal makhani, panner always a non vegiee so havent tried more veg dishes but food quality is superb

Food is very good, ambience somehow is not so good because of been old..
Prices for food & drinks are very reasonable.. (or cheap) overall I can give it 7/10..😊
Very bad experience served water mixed beer after serving 2 beers. Please check seal of every bottle before consuming.

Not a place for those who only want to fill their tummy.Food is not that great but it is the most efficient bar.Ambience is average ,service is good and this place remains mostly crowded during a cricket match.It is situated on first floor having separate section one for family and other one for alcohol .Economical place to have alcohol and enjoy it with friends...
Not recommended for girls as crowd is not that great.
But best and economical place for men and boys to hangout..

The Ambience is Fine,The Service is quite good,the food isn't very good but its quite fine,n to be honest once you sip in a Beer you don't require only Gourmet Food you continue to eat anything! Lol!

Pehli Manzil - As the name suggest it is actually Pehli Manzil for people looking at full paisa vasool - Economical ( Cheap sounds better ) Liquor with really good food both veg and non - veg to binge on.
One really get short of words when it comes to explain as how perfect they are in matching the taste buds of bioth veggies and non- veggies , to start with :
In Vegetarian : Must Try
- Snacks - Veg Noodles , Spring Rolls , Honey Chilli Potato .
- Maincourse - Dal Makhni one of teh finest and best in taste, Paneer any dish ( they make it real god )
In Non - Vegetarian :
- Snacks - Ok so the list goes like - Must Try / Have - Mutton Seekh Kabab , Drums of heaven , Chicken Malai Tikka , Fish Tandoori , Tandoori Chicken is somethimg you should not forget.
- Maincourse - Butter Chicken , Mutton Rara , Veg/ Non - Veg Biryani its really goooood.
Pros: Pricing top of all , Service , Food
Cons: Well Nothing so serious to mention, it is a good family getaway if you are ok with the not so average ambience , crowd is ok as everbody is here for the only reason - Pehli Manzil - Cheap Liquor and good food.
Its a Great Deal for a family getaway where both the Ladies and Gentlemen can enjoy savouring on Food and alcohol respectively.

It's good place for guys to hangout and get bit tipsy... Alcohol is cheap.... U get major brands at a reasonable price. Not so great with music .. Didn't like this part, They cud not play loud enuf.. But it's fun and near to where I stay.. So happy I explored it after a long time

Visited this place with a group of 12 people . Had an amazing time. It's a great place with good ambience , awesome food and it is economic.

The moment you take a step on the staircase you will see big advertisement of liquor brands,it sureahots a bar wich also provide food, people only comes here for drinks, the ambiance was shady and dark. We had 3 beers, masala peanuts, papars and karahi chicken and roti in main course, the bill was around 1200 rs, will definitely visit to have a booze but they should also.provide fresh draught beer which was in there menu but was not available, they need to learn from other bars
I love the peanut masala here. Way better than any other dish you can have along side of alcohol. Prices are reasonable, so you don't need to check your pocket with extra caution before checking in at this place.
Pehli Manzil is one hideout for people in rohini who'd love to booze on weekdays too. Food is above average. The place becomes over crowded during the IPL.
Good place to sit with friends to booze. They offer lowest price on IMFL and other hard drinks. Service is bit low. I would rate snacks from above average to good.

This is place amongst the most economic bars around delhi the food is also not too shabby itself . All the dishes we ordered were served on time and the quantity and quality was good . This place is a nice to go lavish or order different things as it really doesn't drills a hole in your wallet . The BREAD or A.K.A. NAAN we ordered were a bit stiff for my liking but the curries we ordered all three were eqully rich in aroma and flavour . They also had this balcony seating for smokers specially which was closed for renovation last time i went . Looking forward to go to this place again . :)
I ordered Butter chicken and it tastes very nice, texture is very smooth. Usually the taste of butter chicken is on sweeter side, but this place offer bit spicy. so overall the experience is good. Though I do order Keema Naan as well but it doesn't task so good because they don't serve gravy with the naan, so it tastes very dry without any gravy....
Overall good experience in taste wise and value for money meal..
PS:- I have ordered for home delivery so not sure about the attitude for Dine in.

Consider this a good ol' Male Club Restaurant/pub, and you'd have a decent time. The main area is almost entirely male drinkers dominated. The crowd are simpletons, mainly from Rohini only, the above average college goers or the young working people. Overall the vibe is neutral.
This is perhaps the only liquor dominated restro in the area (and the sole reason they get an above par rating). The booze is sold at a pretty normal price. They have most of the low/entry level options available.
For the food, the rates are pretty low and the quality is decent. The ambiance is nice, and the overall hygiene is good.
The seating is nice, with quite a few group and couch seating available.
The only downfall for the place is the slow service. The servers are pretty complacent at their jobs and their is no urgency or effort in them. Order well, well in advance if you want to continue the flow of the drinks and the snacks, or you'd be stuck cursing the place.
They have a separate section for families and the other gender, and it is pretty much the same. If you're okay with trying that out, you can give it a go.
The smoking area is an open veranda at the entrance. This is a big plus.
Overall, this place is nice to go to, if you and your male friends are looking for a nice place to booze at and later fill up. If they can work on their slow service this place can become much better.
Well this is indeed a place for boys night out, as the booze is cheap but the food is also good & so it does deserve a rating of atleast 4.
It serves good taste of food. People interested in non veg food might like it more. It is not a great place for family as most of the male drinkers would be there and they provide drinks at cheaper price. The menu has once excellent dish 'Crispy Chicken WIngs'. Another good here is the Chicken Biryani which is served with raita in a black color nice handi.

Hit this place for boozing and some above average food at a really low price.

Quite a good place to visit especially for the college going and young crowd. Not too expensive and have a good range of food to try out from.
The liquor ain't expensive either, the ambience is decent but the pop and r&b at times in place of rock & roll can be sore to the ears at times.

Food is OK not that great but good when you are 4 peg down and when you are 4 peg down you don't care about food anymore. Bar menu is ok ambiance is ok just like typical bar. One of the popular bar around rohini pitampura and prashant vihar, have nice ambience, it is now have been sort of sports bar. Reasonable pricing of all menu, and of course delicious food too. Very cool minded staff specially mr. Chauhan, one of the best guy there.
Standard bar/restaurant. I go there with my friends once in a while. Parking is always available as this is a slightly open area. You might need to park your car a but far but you will get a parking place for sure. They have recently changed their name but the staff and interiors are the same. Just go and ask anyone about pehli manzil, they will tell you where it is . It is very old and I have been seeing it for the last 7 years. Before that, this place was used to have naivedyam(don't know why they left😑 as their dosas are simply amazing). Anyways you can go to pehli manzil with your friends/family and they even use to have a separate seating space for families in case you feel uncomfortable in presence of heavy drinking drunkards. The restaurant would set back you and your friend by 1200 rupees minimum in case you go for a meal and some drinks
Pehli Manzil is a bar & restro. It is a peace loving place. Howerver it is small but much better than others in rohini. I went their with my friends for party. We have enjoyed alot and it is medium when it comes to expenditure. The songs which they r playing was punjabi and bollywood mix so i dnt like that much. We were 8 people and bill comes around 3K. So visit this place once if you r searching something peacefull.
