Masala Dosa was OK,
Fried Idli was also Ok
But Chilli Idli was very Good, with good quality vegetables.

Took away some Idlis, Vadas & Mysore Masala Dosa for lunch. Idli and vadas were delicious. Quantity of Sambhar was good too. Mysore Masala Dosa was a little bit salty , otherwise was good.

Chennai Junction is a really interesting eatery in the middle of Kharbanda Complex which a blooming food hub. The train theme of this place is aesthetically pleasing and the flavourful food they have to offer is extremely pleasing as well. If you are craving good South Indian Food then this is where you need to be. This place is really budget-friendly with a good staff and good service as well. I have so far just tried their Masala Dosa but I am already in loved. I loved the filling and the crust of the Dosa. The Sambhar was amazing as well. Can't wait to try more varieties off their menu. Highly recommended!

WE WERE ON A LONG DRIVE FOR INDIA GATE AND OUR GROUP DECIDED TO TAKE A REST SO NEXT MOMENT I REMEMBERED THAT WE HAD A GREAT DINE IN AT THIS AMAZING PLACE WITH THIS WHOLE NEW SET UP OF PUTTING A PART OF TRAIN AT THE CAFE.....AT FIRST I ORDERED A PLATE OF CHOLE BHATURE WHICH WAS GOOD ENOUGH BUT WASN'T UPTO THE EXPECTATION AS LOOKING FROM OUTSIDE.....BHATURE WERE TOO GOOD BUT THE CHOLE WASN'T COOKED UP PROPERLY AND THEN COMES THE PLATE OF MASALA DOSA AND THIS IS THE ONLY THING HERE THAT I WOULD COME AGAIN TO LET MY TASTEBUDS DOESN'T DRY UP IN THE MEMORY OF THIS LOVELY DISH. THE SERVICE OFFERED WAS UPTO THE MARK AND THE PRICE WASN'T TOO HIGH OR TOO CHEAP.

Take away. Chennai junction is small food stall in d market with lot's food option. They have lot of in the menu and i ordered paper dosa & filter coffee. Dosa & sambhar was tasty bt nariyal chatni just so so. Filter coffee was good. They have just two tables for sitting. Batter option is order online or take away. Staff was friendly and nice decoration.

I ordered Masala Dosa. It was fab but the masala Stuffing was way too salty. Chutneys were good and balanced the taste of sambar. The packing was magnificent. The order was delivered by Zomato. It was on time which is highly appreciable. It was quite affordable. Recommended.

I ordered mysore masala dosa from Chennai junction. The packaging was well done with train themed box for dosa, which delivered the dosa as it was, nit even folded. Sambhar had that right amount if spices .
The only lowdown was it's coconut chutney. It lacked flavour and was watered down.
The service was quick and the dosa amazing.
The food was really worth a time to eat it . It was very delicious. The packing was also neat and clean .I would really order more from here .

They provide the best south Indian food in their area. Their sambar is different, it has a sweet flavour and you love it.
So feel like to eat something south Indian must visit there.
And they decorated their shop like a train box.
We had ordered Butter Masala Dhosa and Normal Masala Dhosa. They gave me a complementary Butter milk. Dhosa wasn't that crispy. But taste wise good . Sambar indeed was quite tasty. Coconut chutney was yummy 😋. Really loved it. 👍

An amazingly rich menu. All the South Indian delicacies can be savoured here. I tried Pav bhaji and 4 different types of dosa namely ; spring roll dosa, chilly paneer dosa, masala dosa and cheese dosa along with idli and Uttapam. You can also try the mock tails especially lime soda as it is very refreshing. I even tried Oreo shake, cold coffee shake , virgin mojito and ice tea. An all rounder package. Try skipping it only when the footfall is insanely high as then you can feel trivial inconveniences in services otherwise a sure to visit place. Tag your family along and savour the South Indian delicacies.

I love Chennai junction. Whenever I crave for some South Indian food, this is my go-to place from where I order. It's sodas are to die for, specially , gunpowder masala dosa, Mysore masala dosa and lemon rice also needs a special mention. It's sambhar is just absolutely delicious.

Awesome n delicious food. All dishes are well defined. Cost is little bit higher in comparison to facilities provided at the shop. Punjabi dishes are tasty. Service time should be improved more. Cleaning is one of most important factor to be treated like the first impression. I couldn't rate due to some reason. But one could try if you don't have any better option.

It is a wonderful place for south indian food. We eat south indian food, half of the time when we eat out, and here I found best and original taste of south indian dosa, uttapam, sambhar etc. with and without onion. It's a small restaurant with some tables outside it and with 3-5 working people. People are humble and to the point, which is a requirement for cooking and serving good food. They also do home delivery for orders of 200 or above.
It's has been running successfully for many years now.

I love the taste of their dishes but more than that I love the consistency of their taste. Been some two years and not even once they've disappointed me. Rawa masala and ghee roast are must try.
