I would like to write about a partially disabled staff named Aditya, who does listen to customers and tries to do his best, other staff members talk rudely, branch manager (Sardar Ji) appears to be well behaved and polite.
This branch was shifted from Nehru Place, Kushal Bazar . This was originally a mid corporate Branch of erstwhile SBP. This branch deals in forex and have all the facilities under one roof. This branch had excellent customer service and has a team of polite and courteous staff.
Excellent behaviour of staff
Personal Banking Branch is much better than normal SBI branches. However the place is getting a bit worse as the crowd is increasing.
