Tried their rice noodle chicken salad with garlic peanuts. Was fresh and in very good portion size. However I did not like the dressing served with it. The dressing options can be paired better with the salads.

Quick suggestion, please send the croutons on the side and not mixed with the salad. The croutons lose their crispy texture and become soggy.

Fresh ingredients, amazing seasonings - the salads are amazing (my pick being the santa fe). The sandwiches are also large and filling however the baguettes are sometimes extremely hard to bite into.
Keep it up guys. You are the most consistent resturaunt I’ve come across in delhi. I’ve ordered on a daily basis/ and at random intervals, each time it’s been excellent. Please keep up or raise this standard, so that other resturaunts can also adapt your ethics. It’s rare to see, and hope to continue seeing it in salad days

The best place in Delhi for salads and sandwiches. The blackened chicken salad with peach and avocado is my absolute favourite, closely followed by the orange almond chicken salad. The fruit bowl is delicious and the Chipotle chicken baguette sandwich is insanely good. Black, green, white, red... spectacular juices. I could eat this everyday. I order a lot from here and everything is always fresh.

The salads here are the best I had. have tried variety of them and all of them are super delicious. Indian Earth Bowl and veg caesar salad are my favorite ones to order. juices are great as well and the delivery has been consistently on time too.

One of the better places in and around GK1 for ordering salads! Great options for both veg & non veg salads. I particularly liked the non vegetarian Asian noodle salad and vegetarian green veggies & pasta salad option is also quite cool to try. Look forward to trying more options!

You will be amazed by the guaranteed high quality and freshness of the ingredients for every single item in the salad. New favorite salad place! I waited until my second time to review it, to make sure the first time wasn't a fluke.I ordered cottage cheese & Grilled Veggies salad and Pesto chicken & olive Salad and everything was very fresh and the portions was enormous but very tasty and worth the money.
The Jumbo veg baguette sandwich is just amazing, Authentic baguetter bread and the filling is just perfect too including my favourite asparagus. Orange 001 Juice is the best juice ever, was delivered cold and on time. Also the juice has no added sugar so perfect for someone like me.
I had the Farm Fresh Strawberries from Salad days for my mom who love strawberries and she loved it. The taste was far far better than what I used to get from market and It wasn't too pricey either. Arrived on time and fresh too. Will be ordering the strawberries again for sure
I order from here a couple of times in a month for an inexpensive salad or sandwiches. Ingredients are always really fresh and portions are huge. The delivery has been on time on most occasions and the packing is perfect too. No complains in general and I would recommend this place to all my friends

This is with reference to my order that I placed and received almost half an hour back. I ordered the berry smoothie and I've ordered it before as well.
I was sitting on my desk and casually opened the bottle and to my surprise, half of the smoothie inside the bottle came out. It was extremely fizzy and kept coming out of the bottle.
I have no idea why this happened. It has never happened before. This was very strange. I'm not sure what was inside the smoothie that caused such a crazy amount of fizz. I don't think it's normal. Request you to kindly issue me a full refund. I ended up throwing the bottle and whatever smoothie remained inside.

They're actually very good. Ive been eating their exotic fruit bowl salad and watermelon+ basil salad for a while now and they've been consistent with their quality and taste. The appe+ cinammon smoothie is a must try.
I always love this fruit bowl. Everything fresh and healthy. This is just a perfect collection of my favourite fruits- Kiwi, Grape, Apple, Pomegranate etc...truly amazing.

I am a big fan of their salads. But I’m really disappointed that they have discontinued their greek salad. As a vegetarian, the greek salad made for a really fulfilling meal for me. Struggling to find a good replacement for it. Hope you guys bring it back!
Amazing selection on the menu, good quality ingredients and good quantity. The prices are a bit on the higher side I believe they can do better on that, but saying so i feel it is worth paying that amount if one eats salads occasionally. But again pricing can be a little better.

Another great place to order nice and tasty healthy food, have recently discovered their Pita Pockets like the Veg Falafel Pita Pocket and the Lebanese Chicken Pita pockets, both are really light and an absolute delight to eat in a nice, light Pita bread and comes with some salad with lettuce, cucumber, etc. My favorite place these days to fix my Falafel, Pita cravings. Really nicely packed too. And the Smoked Chicken Pita Pocket was even tastier than the above two, enjoyed this one even more with really juicy, Smoked Chicken slices. Also find their cold pressed juices much tastier, healthier and refreshing than the other healthy outlets i order from, absolutely love their cold pressed green, orange (with Egyptian Oranges and this one is really pulpy too) and yellow (with Pineapple and Kafir Lime) juices. Their Baguette Sandwiches are quite unique too, the bread has a unique taste and feel, rough from the outside and smooth from the inside and to bite, my favorites are the Jumbo Meat and Chipotle Chicken Baguette Sandwiches. Also find their Exotic Fruit Salad as one of the most refreshing and amazing Salads i have ever had with a lot of fresh and exotic fruits and tasty walnuts added on top.
Excellent salads, both fresh and filling! I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken salad and the Pesto Chicken salad, both of which were delicious! The watermelon and chia seed drink is great and the mango pudding is a perfect breakfast! The portion size is perfect for one person. Will definitely order again to try out more salads!

Tried the 'Chicken Pesto Pasta salad' which tasted good and so did one of their bestseller 'Lebanese Chicken pita salad'
But if you're not too fond of lettuce, please do let them know in the instructions as, there was more of lettuce than the chicken fillings it seems in both the salads.
The pita bread had become just a little bit soggy due, but didn't spoil the taste too much.
The sauce which came with this was really yummy.
Visited this place recently and they make really good salad. The quality of vegetables used is simply top notch. The quantity is not that good as compared to the price but manageable. Overall a good place for a healthy breakfast.

I have been ordering salads from them since a long time. In between there were some issues with the quality of dressings and looks like they have addressed it. at least in todays order dressings were not oily as they were in my last order. nevertheless today we ordered two salads and one sandwich. Salads were delicious but seems the quantity has been reduced over time and therefore not filling enough. veggies were also very fresh. and mind you chicken was also good . Coming to sandwich.... hmmm.... what should I say. the filling seems good and tasty. but the bread was hard. a senior office colleague ordered it and had trouble eating it. breads for sandwich should be soft like you serve for multi grain breads along with salad.
So all in all I don't mind salads even though I wish you could go back to the quantity you served in initial months. it used to be so filling. And avoid sandwiches. Also I did not see mixed herb packet in my order which used to. be there earlier.

The Salad was super! Fresh and crunchy lettuce and cucumbers, not soggy or dry at all! The prawns were fresh and not chewy...but perfect. The dressing was well seasoned and tasty. One minus the bread rolls were quite dry... but frankly I did not need them as the salad was enough for me. The delivery was fast.

I was hungry late night but didn’t want to eat any heavy and loaded stuffs. Was craving something Lebanese. Out of whim ordered Lebanese chicken pita pocket and yes i am very happy with it. The portion size was good and the veggies used were fresh and tasty. Hummus was tasty too. I only wish there’s some pickled veggies along with it. Overall i loved it and will be ordering in future too.

However, I am really unhappy with this caption on the bread pack. You have picked up the line from the famous prayer of the Christian community.
I do not know about others, but I would not prefer portions of any prayer printed on food packets. It does not reflect respect to the community and their beliefs.
I was recommended this chain by a friend for salads and healthy food. Ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad and a Greek Feta Pita Pocket from their Malviya Nagar outlet in order to give it a try. Both items were really fresh and good (liked the salad a bit more than the pita pocket). A special mention for their packaging which was certainly a standout feature. All in all it was an experience which made me feel a bit healthier in the end.

Salad days is just like it's name, the days are back for my salad diet. It's good to have the amazing healthy sandwich they have. I can feel the taste of Vietnamese ban mi which is like a Subway but very very different.
The bread taste so different so healthy that I can't tell. It's good to know that there is some restaurant making a different sandwich. I loved it totally.

Honestly, it's the thought that counts. It's also the effort that goes into making your clients happy, and Salad Days did just that. Not only was the display gorgeous, the food was absolutely delicious and that small little postcard telling me that I'm awesome made me smile despite an aggressive sinus infection. 1. Mud Apple Smoothie:
I believe the the mud apple smoothies has some chiku in it which gives it a muddy flavour moreover it has some seeds which give it is a rich texture overall it is a good drink, a milk based drink and seems to be healthy.
2. Berry Granola Parfait:
The desert is packed in a jar which have different payers of dry fruits, granola and parfait.
The presentation is good it has a garnishing of almonds and blueberries on it and it smells fresh.
It should be eaten after mixing it well.
3. Jumbo Veg
The bread used is amazing and fresh,it is full of vegetables and it seems fresh on delivery, the packaging is also good.
Capsicum, tomato, lettuce, cheese and jalapenos can be seen in it
Denver Chicken Sandwich is so yummy. One can really feel the crunch. I have ordered from their Gurgaon outlet as well. Salad Days serves the most authentic baguettes in Delhi NCR. 🥰
