I went to pind balluchi lajpat nagar n as always i had great experience over there.
I tried dal makhni and dhaba meat, i liked the taste and authenticity of both the dishes. Dal makhni was thick creamy and delicious dhaba meat was spicy with well cooked juicy mutton pieces.
Must try n highly recommended 🤩✌🏻

Nice packing. Loved the taste of their Navratri thali. Enough variety for a single person and even enough to fill a single stomach🙂. One extra desert could have been added though. Only one flaw is that the kottu puri was a bit on the harder side. Recommend for ordering!

We had dinner on 20/9/19 food was excellent Mr Prakash kanti is right balance of friendliness and efficiency. Even looking every table in restaurant he was always ensure my glass of beer filled on time. Even at times I was busy talking to my friend, he quietly pour my beer and other things. Today i am went to again this place for dinner. It's quite nice restaurant and was quite packed. And I am again meet to my polite server Mr. Prem, whose that greeted us and took us to the sitting area is perfect with comfortable sofas. The menu is exclusively designed by pind balluchi. Server(Prem) recommend us. Murg tandori and dahi ke kabab, in main course butter chicken and dal makhani all food fabulausly cooked food with beautiful presentation style I appreciate the chef for presenting perfectly cooked cuisines added with exotic ingredients. I like the taste and flavour of chach and lassi , but food test is mind- blowing thaks for pind balluchi team speciely Mr Prem, I am visiting again🌹👈🌹

I went to this place called Pind Balluchi, Lajpat Nagar outlet . First of all i'd really like to appreciate the ambience of this place, you can say wow at this place. They have made sure to provide you a royal experiene. The paint on the wall, their lighting, seating arrangements all are just fabulous.
Talking about the food their starters were all superb with some refreshing mocktails.
I really liked Pind Special Crispy Chicken it was better than KFC fried chicken and chicken tangri one of my all time favorite, in starters and their Cranberry Caprioska is something one must try.
In the main course we had Dal makhni, Punjabi Mutton Stew, chicken biryani, butter naan. Again the main course too was great. Everything well cooked, balanced spices, served hot and fresh, and beautiful presentation.
Coming to desserts, they have some really good desserts. I tried and tilla kulfi(kulfi is something I'd really recommend everyone to have)and thandi kheer amazing in taste.
Service:- Quick and fast , I was feeling like I m king there, what a great hospitality management they have, staff was also friendly and help full,
Overall I had an amazing experience at this place and would suggest everyone to try it out. You won't mind paying them for the food and also the royal feel is complementary with food.

They deliver what they promise. Service is very matter of fact. The food is yummy and tickles your taste pallets. The dal makhni is best in league. Also dahi ke sholay is one very yummy starter.
However I have tried their homedelivery as well. In that case the the quality is inconsistent.

The ambience of the place is top notch true to it's name, the decor gives a rural feel of eating at a village place but at the same time catering to all the amenities.
We are tried Paneer Tikka Masala and Dal Makhani.
Both the dishes were truly Delicious. While the Paneer tikka was full of delicious spices, the Dal Makhani was rich in its texture and taste.
Have been here a multiple times and each and every time has been a delight.
Also would specially like to highlight the awesome service. We were served by Ram Raj, he was really patient in knowing are taste and recommended the perfect dish for us.

Food was very good. We ordered dahi ke kabab, daal makhni, malai kofta, pineapple raita and breads. They had great mango fusion drinks. Kacha mango butter milk and laal mirch paratha is recommended. This is amazing restaurant. I had ordered in starters murg tandoori, fish tikka, aloo Chana chat, all starters were very damn testy and nicely cooked and spiced. Amazing presentation and quantity and testy was very perfect in main course I ordered mutton Biryani, mutton rara malai kofta in breads lachha paratha all food was hot and testy I am very very happy and service was very nice and staff is very perfect and very polite with guest smiling faces😋😋😋😋 good job. I had totally given up the idea of pind baluchi after i went to the saket outlet, i was highly dissapointed. That dissapointment has been undone to a large extent by lajpat nagar outlet. I ordered aam panna and pineapple panna for drinks. Both were okaish. For food I ordered veg biryani and paneer (I don't remember the name). Paneer had an amazing flavour. Biryani was sort of veg pulao but the taste was really nice. I loved it. However I am a bit dissapointed by the fact that how pind baluchi, over the period of time is slowly amalgamating into popular culture and is not maintaining the authentic punjabi aesthetic which they used to do; in terms of their ambience, their utensils etc. The plates are now steel plate rather than brass plate. The glasses and spoons are still the same. The tree and dholki is intact but the other artifacts are totally gone. I wish they could redo with these things and maintain the traditional authentic punjabi style touch.

I went to this outlet of Pind Baluchi for dinner. The place was relatively empty. The setting and ambience is quite nice. The service is fast and the waiters are super polite.
Kadhai Paneer: Nice flavour. Properly cooked and good quantity.
Dhaba Meat: Strong flavours. Nicely spiced and tender chicken.
Pind Special Crispy Chicken: This was meh. The batter was fine but it was nothing special.
Crispy Paneer Fingers: These tasted very good. The paneer to coating ratio was a bit off though.
Chicken Biryani: This was quite lovely. Though I've had better biryanis, this one along with the refreshing raita was a delight to have too.

Boy they don't keep you sit idle. They keep on bringing the awesome tasty snacks and food. We were group of 16 , served with smile, the snacks were so tasty we filled ourselves with them. Just spend lot of time to enjoy everything they bring to table.
