I have been ordering from 'The Chocolate Haven' for almost half a decade now for various birthdays, festivals and even bachelorette parties, but I do believe my best experience was for my own wedding last month.
To start off with, the creative collaboration with Harshita ( founder-owner) is excellent and fulfilling. No challenge is too big. I wanted a very specific colour combination: turquoise and silver , to go with my decoration and wanted it to be tiered cake. I had some ideas, but needed expertise which was given to me. Finally, we settled on a beautiful three tiered chocolate truffle cake. To add to that, there was an option of a customised cake topper, which just added to the beauty of the cake.Β
When it was delivered, the cake really stood out. It was well appreciated and the flavour was excellent. The details, beautiful flowers, flawless presentation really impressed me. Above all, it was FAR more reasonable, in my opinion, than some of the other places that I had researched.
I would really recommend this place to all those who are thinking of ordering a cake or gifting goodies for festivals from Delhi. The taste is good, but the presentation is always impeccable, which in my opinion is super crucial. Hope you can open a store in Bengaluru soon!

Got a customized cake for our first marriage anniversary from this place, and was really impressed. Not only did Harshita pay close attention to the little details I wanted (logos, motifs, flavour, icing, etc.), but also added her own inputs to my ideas. No wonder the cake turned out to be visually appealing as well as pleased our taste buds too! The cream was light and tasty, and the chocolate flavour came out to be delightfully good.

Since I have had lots of cakes baked from her for my friends and family, she has become aware of my tastes and quality I want. So on my birthday my sister called her to bake a cake for me and Harshita knew what I would love and she told my sister my favourite flavour and that she would love to bake a cake for me.
Such kind of relations she makes with her customers that they feel like family. My recent order to her was an iwatch theme cake and again she nailed it, like a boss!!
I agree to one point that her cakes are costly but hey, when that piece of cake goes into your mouth, you'll surely forget what you paid.

I came across chocolate haven on zomato when I was looking for home bakers in Dwarka who could make customised cupcakes for my husband's birthday. I had specific things in mind which I wanted on the cupcakes and the result matched my expectations. The cupcakes were moist and the chocolate truffle flavour was perfect - not too sweet, a hint of coffee and perfectly baked.
The cakes are priced on the higher end, but when u have specific requirements I think one should be prepared for it. And the quality of work is definitely an answer for the price.
Would've appreciated if the customer response was quicker.

Wanted a nice fondant cake for my sister's bday and was searching for a good cake shop in Dwarka that could meet my expectations and after reading soo many good reviews of The Chocolate Haven I zeroed on this place. And it was a nice experience. I wanted a doraemon shaped cake. The experience was nice and service was also good. But one thing that I felt was that it is a little costly. Minus the nice cake and everything but still I found it costly.
We had ordered a fondant cake for our daughter's first birthday by looking the designs on the internet. Harshita did a fabulous job in recreating that design and the flavour that she suggested went perfectly well for the occasion. The guests liked it too. Though I found it to be slightly expensive, I would definitely recommend "The Chocolate Haven" for all those cake lovers.

Found Harshita Periwal on insta a year back. Since then had been a huge fan of her cakes (designs n finishing) but got to try hands on one of her pieces today..
I just asked for a simple RVC, no requests no demands regrading designs or anything.. N she delivered a perfect, simple yet so elegant piece.
The cake was perfectly cooked, moist n to my surprise it had the perfect quantity of cheese cream unlike the RVCs available these days in market which contains too much cream.

It was my parents anniversary few days back and I wanted to make them try something special, a meal at a fancy restaurant would have done it but due to prior commitments, neither did i have time nor did they so I decided to order a cake. A simple way to celebrate any occasion and a sure shot way to create some beautiful memories because after all its a cake.
People have a family doctor, a family restaurant, but I don't think people have a Family Baker however after having the cake from the chocolate haven, it was not just a cake, it was a black currant cheesecake, each one of us got blown away, it was the best cheese cake, we have ever had. I don't think there's anyone else in Delhi who can whip up cakes like they do, from the flavor, to the texture, every bit of the cake was perfect.
Cheese cakes take a lot of effort and to cook a perfect one like this one, must have taken a lot if time for the chef to perfect the art. I'm sure you've worked extremely hard to become such an amazing baker/pastry chef.
I have heard their designer/shape cakes are also amazing, so maybe I'll order those the next time around, but then I can't get my mind off, from trying their blueberry cheese cake also. All in all I will be trying rest of the stuff sooner or later. I look forward to celebrate all the occasions in the coming days with stuff from The Chocolate Haven (Our Family Baker). But only very few bakers are actually able to get it right and one of them is harshita khanna . I ordered a fondant red velvet cake from her and its one of the best i have had till now. No birthday is special without a big yummy cake , and perfection was added to my birthday with this absolutely yummy and fabulous cake by the baker. Her work is soo impressive and wonderful , the cake was extremely pretty , i LOVED IT. the fondant was very accurate and the red velvet was adoringly yummy . I would recommend this place for sure .
I wanted to get some cup cakes delivered to dwarka on a very short notice,...was just going through the options on Zomato when i bumped into Chocolate Haven where i found cakes and cupcakes really tempting..;)... I called Harshita who was really freindly and briefed me about all the available options..The cupcakes were yumm and the service was fast...I went by her choice of cupcakes and i must say each one was equally teaty:)On another ocassion we ordered a cake made in the shape of Kinder Joy which was truely beautiful and tasty..:) Kudos to their service and quality:) Special thanks to Harshita for being so cordial and freindly...wish to visit the store soon:)
i really loved the taste of the red velvet cupcakes that i had ordered and specially there want that usual white cream on them and the fondant ones were just so amazingly made ! just a bit of a problem was that something else was made on one and also a few improvements could be done in the packaging process . but leaving these two things it was really good :)
I ordered assorted chocolates as a gift for a special friend. We both loved the chocolates esp crackle flavour. Would definitely recommend The Chocolate Haven! Kudos!
