Sabzi heritage is in the outer circle opposite k block. They serves best vegitarian food. Though they had very less things in their menu but eveything in their menu is way too delicious.
Special juice wali sabzi - this sabzi has juices( instead of water) with paneer.
Special dry fruits wali sabzi - this sabzi is almost same. The difference is that it includes dry fruits and fried paneer.
Both of them were too good, i couldn't choose which one is the best.
If you love spicy food, go for pyaaz ka parantha with these.
Also, I had namkeen lassi and then gulab jamun in the dessert. These were amazing too.
Not everyday I visit a pure veg restaurant but when I do, I make sure its as great as this.
Sabzi heritage serves lip smacking veg food with lots of desi ghee instead of oil and they use freshly squeezed fruit juice instead of water in there dishes and you can actually taste the rich flavor of the juices in these dishes.
The breads they serve are fresh and very soft, khoya naan was defiantly one of my favorites here, it was flavorful and really tasty.
The dishes here are reasonably prices and the ambiance here is peaceful, staff is amazing too!
The dry fruit sabji was exotic. it's party in the mouth. Rotis layered with shudh Desi ghee was another USP I was madly looking for.

This place is a hidden gem in Connaught place which is full of cafes and restaurants offering the same items . Although the place is small but the food doesn't disappoints you .
Coming to the food we ordered lassi , juice wali paneer ki sabzi , khoya naan and butter roti . The khoya naan just melted in my mouth . It's heavenly . The paneer ki sabzi tasted different and I liked the sweet and tangy flavour .

This cosy and warm place is hidden gems among the giants of cp. It is a very small place and one will face difficulty reaching there but i must admit that all the efforts are worth your efforts. There service is very warm and they describe the dishes such that you automatically got excited. We ordered there special juice paneer sabji,dal makhni, namkeen chaach, oreo shake,bread basket and chai. And paneer sabji and khoya naan were awesome. This cozy little place isn't very spacious but has this amazing homely feel to it. The ambience was warm and inviting and the food was really delicious.
¶ Tandoori Paneer Sandwich: This was a crunchy surprise. I've had paneer sandwiches before but this was so much better than them.
¶ Drinks: The Virgin Mojito was way too sweet. The coffee frappe was great though. I wished it was served much colder than it was.
¶ Honey Chili Potato: These were weird. They had an unfamiliar 'sabzi' like taste to them, not the quintessential chinese taste that I expected.
¶ Paranthas: These were the bomb! Properly stuffed, hot, dabbed with butter and amazing in taste. The only reason I'd go back to this place have to be the paranthas.

~ Cold Coffee - Quite a good in taste.
~ Virgin Mojito - Not that good as it is more on the sweeter side.
~ Chilly Potato- It was as it should be the nice and sweet mixture of honey and chili (Recommended)
~ Paneer Sandwich- It turned out to be great in taste. (Recommended)
~ Aloo Parantha and Paneer Parantha- It was awesome in taste as it was tandoori parantha and it was served with Ghar ka Makhan. (Recommended)
The ambiance of this place is quite good. It has a sitting capacity of around 10-15 people.
The service of this place is superb as they know when they have to serve which dish and the people are very gentle.

So I went to this place with my Friend and her Mom for a lunch date and we got quite impressed with their unique variations in the food. They had the most unique variations in their North Indian dishes, that I personally, have not witnessed before.

And, Gulab Jamun
All of these are highly recommended except Gulab Jamun ( it had the regular taste ).

One of the best compact restaurants that I have been to till date. the restaurant has done a wonderful job with respect to space utilisation and I was impressed by the number of tables it could accommodate within that space. The menu was also compact but had had everything from starters till sweets but I liked the fact that they included only the stuff that they were good at making. being hungry as always, I was not impressed by the quantity of the subzi but was still fulfilling for two people. we ordered the paneer subzi which had dry fruits and I was happy that it was not all sweet as I thought it to be. The lacha paratha was a little little hard so I wish if it was softer so we ordered the saadhi tandoori roti which took care of the softness. We also tried the Mint and Anaar Raita and it tasted great! the point to be noted is that it was served in almost the same sized plate in which the subzi was also served. I wished be paneer subzi has lesser gravy and more of paneer pieces as we left out most of the gravy on the plate on which it was served. not that it was not tasty but it just wasn't good to have it without paneer. I also loved the golden or brass plates, spoons and bowls as it brought richness to the entire dining experience. The piston serving is was courteous and nice and I think he owned the place because he also did the billing for us. I also loved the fact that this place is pretty pocket friendly. So, of you are at Connaught Place and looking for a good budget vegetarian restaurant, this is one of the hidden gems that you must look out for!
Okay it’s hard to find this restaurant in the middle of NDMC market but hey its worth it once you find it. It is something of a hidden gem and the food will make you come here again and leave the Murthal Dhabas since Amrikh Sukhdev degraded it's taste and is a tad bit far. Anyway with a hungry stomach I went there. And as soon as I entered. I got amazing calm feeling. Anyway I sat and I ordered Aaloo Paratha. Waited and with quick preparation I had it in front of me in less than 5 mins( which usually turns out like 25 mins at the Murthal Dhabas) anyway as soon as I had the first bite i was absolutely into this feeling of my soul being happy the I stumbled upon such good food and that too pretty much Affordable.
I would totally recommend it to everyone who wants to have best possible paranthas in our around CP
This place is so unpretentious, all genuine and so authentic. Food here is so simple yet delicious and the people here were very nice to us. They let us in even when they had not started. Paneer ki juice wali sabzi must be tasted. Even though the place is small yet they have great services.
This was my first time at this restaurant. I stopped in for lunch and I ordered the kadhai paneer and it was one of the best I have had in a very long time. I also loved the Aloo pyaz parantha.

Very small and hidden gem in cannaught place. They have only two options in panner sabzi, one with dry fruits and one with fresh fruit juice. Just 4 tables in complete setup. Cute and very unique restaurant. I think you should try this.
This place was in my wishlist for so long and today i visited it finally. This is a small restaurent with 4-5 tables only but interior is unique. The manager was very nice and coming to food which was just too good. You get dishes cooked in juices and not in water which is unique and you can't get this anywhere at such prices. No complaints. Keep it up😊

A nice, small and quiet place in the outer circle of CP. Good food, specially the North Indian food. Nice preparation, presentation and nice cooperative staff(Diwakar). The seating arrangement is quite limited but still 12-14 people can sit. Their focus stays on quality and they perform well in it. Kudos, I would love to see your place grow.

This is a very small outlet situated in the market between the State Entry Road and the Minto Road. The ambience is good. They have only four tables. We had their famous Dry fruit wali sabzi and Juice wali sabzi. The appearance of the dishes was very appetizing. The Dry fruit wali sabzi was very good and it had a thick and tasty gravy which had a consistency of the chicken curry. The juice wali sabzi is a paneer curry with a lighter gravy having a whole cooked onion . The dish tasted mildly sweet and the sweetness was not overwhelming. Mosambi juice was barely discernible. We also had their Bread basket. The pyaz paratha had pyaz on the paratha instead of the stuffing. Similarly green chillies were on the paratha instead of chili stuffed. Presentation wise good. Never the less all the breads were very good.. The place is also value for money.

This place is a tiny hidden gem for vegetarians. The menu is a bit limited, but they serve everything fresh and wholeheartedly!
There’s a specialty where cottage cheese (paneer) is prepared in fruit juice based gravy instead of water! It’s definitely a must try! The Dal Makhani was good and the paneer Bhurjee was quite as good as prepared at home.
The bread basket was awesome as we could sample most of the Tandoori breads like Missi Roti, Mirch Parantha, khoya paneer naan.
It’s a limited space with about 4 tables that can accommodate 4-5 each.
Although they could use some seasonal additions like saag and Palak paneer and even malai kofta which are found in most Indian vegetarian restaurants, which I think would’ve added a variety to the existing methods of their preparations and something more for the foodies!
Also I suggested that they do serve finger bowls as they’ll help in clearing the greasy fingers that you guilt fully end up with.

I ordered daal makhani with spl. Dry fruit planners sabzi. Both were amazing.

It's not every day you get a pleasant surprise that too by a beginner. Sabzi Heritage is a small, nice & cozy restaurant hardly 2 month old, still they are hitting Bullseye. Their menu is short consisting Two Paneer curries, Two Desserts, 5-6 Indian Breads and Raita, Dahi & salad.
They have two USP, first one is their curries. Instead of water they are using fruit juice in gravy, use of it give a tangy flavour. Although both curries are identical only difference is one having raw dry fruits and fried paneer cubes other one have simple paneer cubes. Second one is their cutlery, they are using Royal classical style cutlery, that enhance the overall dining experience. Now coming to indian bread, Khoya paneer naan took centre stage, it's basically a paneer Naan with little khoya that makes it bit sweet, Pyaaj ka Parantha and Lachha Parantha's are good but can be better. Mix veg raita is very good, it's thick and creamy.One thing I liked is spices are well balanced.

A cute little restaurant in cp! It located in the outer circle! The restaurant is quite small but that doesn’t stop them from being innovative and serving delicious food! The food is amazing with different and unique concepts! The menu is pretty small but still offers amazing dishes! Their onion pizza is amazing and yummy! Also their specialty is the juice sbazi, they cook their Sbzi in fruit juice instead of water which gives it a tangy and unique flavour!

The food here is well priced and the place looks really classy from inside.
Veg restaurants doesn't normally fasinate me much as this one did. The restaurants interiors and the service , everything was top notch.

Indian Vegetarian taken in an innovative fashion. A rather small and precise menu.
But a wonderland for vegetarian lovers. Their specialities are their subzi made in a very well extracted fruit juice based curry. They are
1) Special Juice Wali Subzi
2) Special Dru fruit wali subzi
Their naans and Roti's are absolutely finger licking good. One could exaggerate and say the naans itself can be an entire meal.
Some of my favourites were :

And a wonderful finish to this awesome vegetarian and tangy delight is their Gulab Jamun and Malpua without which the experience is incomplete.

Sabzi Heritage is one amazing place for pure veg food. The menu and place is small but comforting.
For drinks, the namkeen lassi was quite good and for food both the dishes were amazing, juice waali sabzi and dry fruit sabzi along with breads my favourite being the pyaaz paratha and khoya naan.
For desserts I had gulaab jamun which was quite good.
The prices are less, and the quality they offer is great.

Located in the outer circle of Cp, a delight for all the vegetarians out there.
Although they don't have a lot of options in their menu however the options present in their menu are quite exotic and delectable.
The ambience of the place was great, the staff was courteous and kind.
We ordered :-
Special Juice Wali Sabzi :- This was basically Paneer with a gravy made from juices and i know it sounds different but trust me it was really good and a must try.
Special Dry Fruit wali sabzi :- Another dish which had the same Gravy however, it had dry fruits which made it delectable and exotic, also the paneer was fried. Try this dish out and I'm sure you'll love it.
Their Naan's and Roti's are totally the best part about this place.
We tried their Missi roti, khoya naan and pyaaz ka parantha.
I personally loved their khoya naan, couldn't stop eating it.
In beverages they have yummy Lassi's which you can try and in desserts they have ambrosial Maalpua and Gulab Jamuns 😍
In short try this place out for an amazing experience altogether.
Sabzi Heritage is one small but amazing restaurant in cp. The seating is limited and cozy but comfortable and the staff takes great care of you. The menu offers you a wide variety of breads my favourite being the khoya naan, it was soft and very tasty.
Moving forward with the mains I had two dishes both had fruit juice instead of water in it. The one with fried paneer has to be my favourite, served nicely with mint chutney and salad.
This place offers you really thick and delicious lassi and goes well on the pocket. Recommended specially for vegetarians.
Sabzi heritage is one of its kind restaurant here in CP. Its pure veg and also instead of using water they use freshly squeezed fruit juice and instead of oil they use desi ghee. Its a small place with a small menu but the food here is really nice. The dry fruit sabzi and the juice sabzi both are finger licking good with the soft khoya paneer naans. The rates are less and the food is great!
Decent restaurant with nice ambience and we love to hangout there with our friends. It is a unique restaurant with great ambience and food.

Sabzi Heritage- Located in the outer circle of CP, this place will remind you of old things for example there utensils, personally designed by the owner. The interiors gives it a very classy look the wall paint & props used for decorating the place. The concept is very nice
Now comes the food- Menu is very limited but whatever they serve is delicious.
Their USP is that they use fruit juices instead of water for the sabzi (dry fruits & paneer) which makes this place different from other & it actually tastes good.
In breads their khoyaa naan & pyaaz naan (indian pizza) Must have .
Desserts were little disappointing but my overall experience here was good. Esp the ambience though it's not that spacious but they hai tried to give the place a classical look which I really liked a lot

Must Must visit Sabzi Heritage,i never had such great food,must try paneer sabzi made with pure juices and desi ghee and there black and yellow dal tadka with paneer naan its mouth watering.First time in delhi i had such kind of veg food.Great job,keep it up.
Heritage, yes the name says it all.
The Juice wali subzi is something that will make u lick your fingers. It has all the dryfruits, the juice has the taste, onion peices in subzee is good, and paneer is awesome.
The spices had it all.
The Naan, with dry fruits and pure ghee is the yummier bread you could ever had.
The Pyaaz Paratha, the onions coated paratha I would say. Onion is all coated to the paratha.

Sabzi heritage is in the outer circle opposite k block. They serves best vegitarian food. Though they had very less things in their menu but eveything in their menu is way too delicious.
Special juice wali sabzi - this sabzi has juices( instead of water) with paneer.
Special dry fruits wali sabzi - this sabzi is almost same. The difference is that it includes dry fruits and fried paneer.
Both of them were too good, i couldn't choose which one is the best.
If you love spicy food, go for pyaaz ka parantha with these.
Also, I had namkeen lassi and then gulab jamun in the dessert. These were amazing too.

They offer good tasting veg dishes but better order from swiggy as they have a very small place for dine in, 2-3 tables. you must try their anar-juice paneer sabzi.
After roaming around everywhere in CP at around 12 of the night, I finally discovered this wonderful place. Small one but leaves an ever impression on your memories.
We ordered sweet lassi and paneer paratha. The restaurant claims that it uses pure Haryanvi white ghee.
What I loved most about this place is the ambience and the feel. Wood work, lantern, ancient styled stuff, plates, glass, jugs, everything is just created to leave you in 'wow'...
