Watching the chef come through the curtains with the salmon sashimi and the miso soup already made us believe we were in the streets of Japan... the ambience is as good as it gets but sadly not many people visit the place as it's on the pricier side.. still give the food 4/5 !! Mr. Achin and other Resturant member were really welcoming and we got one of the best service . They explained their Resturants concept and gave us a tour of the place , which was soo beautiful

We ordered Salmon sushi and dragon roll sushi. It was so nice looks but taste and quality against price was less for me. But the concept watching movies with Fresh sushi roll is quite nice.
Good sushi and sashimi, enjoyed it. Fresher fish than other places iâve tried in Delhi. Delivery was packaged well, so the food wasnât thrown around in the box.
Ordered as i was craving some good sushi, did not mind the extra price i was paying while ordering. I was expecting a better presentation, but other than that the sushi was good. I ordered the cheese asparagus tempura rolls and the crispy shrimp rolls, i liked the asparagus rolls better!

I tried their salmon rolls, cream cheese asparagus rolls, and crispy shrimp rolls.
First thing first all the sushis were really fresh, and no other sushi brand comes close to that experience.
Out of the ones I tried, crispy shrimp was the chart topper without a doubt. The other two sushis were also really good.
So the next time you visit PVR, give this place a shot. Even if the movie would disappoint you, these guys will not.
If you havenât tried Simply Sushi, youâre really missing out on some delicious sushi that is freshly made, right in front of your eyes.
The chefs here do a brilliant job at making sushi, and theyâre swift at what they do.
I tried crispy shrimp rolls, cream cheese asparagus rolls and salmon rolls.
I have to say, the crispy shrimp rolls were my favourite. The cream cheese asparagus and the salmon rolls were really good too.
It felt fresh and light even after I ate about 12 pieces of the variety I had ordered. The sushi is absolutely divine and worth the money too.
What I did not enjoy here was their lavender iced tea. It was too sweet.
I would still want to visit again for the sushi I tried. It was one of the best I have had.

As its well said health is wealth, japanese food do offers this in their variety of healthyfood. Dragon roll are my all time favourite. Also, their matcha is superbly amazing. Love eating from this place.
Great food, wonderful service and presentation at the restaurant and good delivery. I will happily return to this little sushi counter outside of directors cut, itâs a gem. I absolutely love their tofu in sesame sauce, their carpaccioâs are outstanding, and the miso soup is delicious. Good sushi and nigiri. The price, though on the high side, is right for the quality.
And finally Simply Sushi happened and I am glad I tried their finest Sushi. So I have been to their Saket outlet and was pretty impressed and there they recommend to visit here for more variety.
Located in the most Plush Theatre the ambiance has to be mesmerising. You have the option of having sushi at the counter or inside PVR Director's Cut.
Took the high chair on their counter and started ordering. So we started with Cream Cheese Asparagus; veg sushi is never my favourite but this one was made well. Followed by Dynamite Rolls, Tuna and Crab rolls were nice. What i felt amazing here were Eel Sashimi, a must order here. Also try their Matcha and Sesame Ice cream.
I love their sushi to the core and the fresh ingredients used is the reason behind such outcome. Coming back again for sure

Food tasted perfect and the presentation met expectations.
The Chef personally came to explain about the sushi and that was the cherry on top of the cake as it's always good to know more about what you are eating and also to see how involved the chef is :)

We recently tried Simply Sushi before watching a movie at PVR Directorâs Cut and opted for an assortment of veg & non-veg sushi. Their sushi are fresh, refreshing & delicious. Out of curiosity we checked with the server on the secret of the amazing taste and got to know the dish is prepared with pure ingredients that are imported from Japan. Our favourite in Vegetarian were Dragon Rolls which had shitake mushroom, cream cheese & asparagus tempura while in Non-vegetarian, we loved the Bigeye Tuna & Salmon Sashimi which were delectable.
There is an open-kitchen as well where you can see your sushi being prepared live in front of you. For sushi lovers this is the place to be and chill as you enjoy your movie!Â

Simply sushi is the perfect place to give those hunger pangs a rest if you are in for a sushi hunt. Located inside the PVR Directorâs Cut at Ambience Mall this place is a paradise for sushi lovers. If you like pairing your sushi with a glass of wine youâll like this place even more as they have a huge wine cellar with best of wines across the globe. The sushi rolls were perfect and were served at the right temperature.
Unlike the Saket branch this Sushi Oulet is a fine dining tokyo style live kitchen and Sush Bar which only seats 9 persons .So it is pretty exclusive .

Nigiri - Eel Nigiri ,Salmon Nigiri, Tuna Nilgiri and White Fish Nigiri - Nigiri has hand pressed sushi rice topped with pieces of Fish or vegetable etc .Â
not recommended for first timers but the taste is good.
They have a great selection of green teas to accompany the Sushi and I had the Matcha Tea .
Desserts - White sesame Gelato and Matcha Tea Gelato - loved them specially the Matcha one
I have recently visited this place when I went to watch a movie pvr directorâs cut. We tired a couple of different sushis including veg and non-veg. I totally love how delicious were the sushis and it is a great place for sushi lovers. The presentation was to the mark with great taste.

Simply Sushi at PVR Directorâs Cut, Vasant Kunj is a sushi outlet that we wanted to try for a while. We finally got a chance when we visited this audi recently. Good that we did â since Simply Sushi has sushi of course and then some. Read on.
We recently went to Simply Sushi over lunch, and tried different types of sushi at this place.
We loved their avocado sushi, and the fresh water eel sushi the most. After that we tried their Hotdogs too which is not on the menu yet, but the chef made us try the same.

So Simply Sushi is located just inside next to PVR directors cut, Ambience Mall. An authentic Sushi place which has an open kitchen, where you can watch your sushi being prepared. Really loved it, found it really good in taste. I tried their Aburi platter non-veg, which comes with 5 different sushi:
1.salmon
2.tuna
3.amaebi(sweet shrimp)
4.kanpachi
5.eel
Overall a nice place to have some authentic sushi before or after a movie. Must try place for sushi lovers.
It's a nice place. Nothing much to say about it. A tad overpriced but the ambience is quite good. The sushi was nice but yes i have had better.
One thing is that the service was amazing.

Pretty sophisticated amazing are the words for this outlet in ambience mall. Simply sushi gets an amazing new variety of sushi which might not be available in other sushi outlets. I have never tried such delicious sushi in delhi. It is one of the best places for sushi lovers. The menu is not just restricted to sushi but other items as well, they actually bought japan in the mall.
The sushi were made in in-front of us with such great expertise and while keeping the neatness in mind.
Dragon roll (veg):- the presentation was good on a white plate with good colour combinations. The rolls dressing was green and the veggies were wrapped so nicely which looked tempting. Thy were soft yet din break easily when lifted up with the chopsticks.
Shrimp sushi:- the dressing of fish and the shrimps were beautifully wrapped in the sushi.the taste of garlic and shrimps balanced the tasteless shrimp.
Crab and prawn sushi:- i have not tried this combination ever but thanks to simply sushi for making me try this combo. The dressing was perfect with both prawn and crab wrapped together. It tasted heavenly, must try.
Peach ice tea:- i liked the ice tea. It might seem a normal mocktail but even doing justice to a normal mocktail isnt easy. The flavor of tea and and peach were well balanced. They were careful of the sweet flavor measurements.
Cold coffee:- the coffee was not too milky which is an amazing thing to note and had a strong blended coffee flavor perfect for my taste buds.

Simply sushi is a little sushi corner present inside pvr directorâs cut, and is open for all.It is a small counter but caters delicious sushi and a sitting of nearly 12people. For People looking to try sushi and love sushi, should try this place for sure. The kitchen here is open and the chef prepares it infornt of you. Also if you require and add-ones and subtraction, it is open for suggestions too. Further I recently went there and tried their avacado tartare which is a light sushi with avacado, sushi rice and mayo and is recommended for a vegetarian . On the other side for a non veg salmon is recommended. Further I loved there crispy shrimp roll and one who loves shrimp should go for it.
I love simply sushi for there Japanese hot dog which is know as japadogs, which is a hot dog with a twist of Japanese flavour and sausages. Simply loved it. You should try this .
Lastly I ended up my meal with matcha ice cream which I always love to have.

Though this is inside the PVR Director's Cut, this is open to all. With seating for just about 9-10 people, the sushi counter is small but delivers big on taste. The sushi here is made fresh in front of you and so you can customize it as you want as well.
We tried Dynamite Maki Roll and Salmon and Avocado Maki Sushi which are about fresh and delicious.
Their USP is Japadogs, which is a hot dog with Japanese flavors. Loved the Teriyaki Onion Chicken Japadog and Chicken Teriyaki Japadog. A good fusion, we loved the Japadogs. Served with crisp french fries, these are a must try.
Must try the japadog, innovative japanese flavours in a typicalamerican hotdog. Amazing stuff. keep it up guys! Will order again. Quick service lovely food.

I went to see kahani 2 at Dc and we orderd from simply sushi. The food was really nice. We ordered a tempura fried veg sushi. It was delivered in a sushi box and it was of really nice quality
The only drawback was it was too dark to eat. They should come innovative plates that help the dinner see the food
Quite little place that will actually take some time to find and one wouldn't just find just roaming about the mall. Situated Just where you enter for the PVR it's decorated hust the right way...the cute little counters and the japanese themed crockery would be first thing one would notice. Coming on to the food we ordered a non vegetarian platter and a tempura roll both of them were amazing and the sushi tasted fresh as well. Also The service was fast.
I recently visited this sushi restaurant named Simply Sushi right next to PVR Director's Cut in Ambience Mall Vasant Kunj, and I must say its a one stop Sushi Spot for all the sushi lovers in Delhi. Â I wud highly recommend their Shrimp Roll in Main course nd Avocado Tartare in appetizers. (y) :)
