Worst possible customer service EVER. Ordered food online via zomato and after 2 hours of being told that food will arrive in 10 mins, they just stopped taking calls. HAd to call from a different number to trick them into answering. To top it all, the manager was horribly rude when confronted about

Recommend by my sister I tried their Lucknowi veg biryani. I opted for the small one. It consisted of long grain rice flavoured with various spices and herbs with paneer, veggies and soya chunks. The ambience is okayish. Food quantity is very good. Quality of food is not all bad, but it has a big scope for improvement.
looks nice. I also would like to recommend users to try viva hyderabad biryani. The outlet is located at punjabi bagh, new delhi...they make biryani's by slow cooking in layers in copper haandi..plus they make use of 40 spices..yum!
