The sweet I tasted there are awesome. You should try Desi Ghee Gujiya, it's delicious and mouth watering, although they are seasonal and available during the month of march only. The paneer jalebi costs Rs.16 per piece and are totally worth it. They are also good in taste.

For Dodha, Sham Sweets is best option in Delhi NCR. Sweetness of Dodha is balanced.
Price Rs 440/Kg. They have many varieties of sweets.
Legacy sweets place in Gurgaon. They make their own paneer, Curd etc. Do try their jalebi, gunjia, ghewar, birthday cake(made of milk cake, not available anywhere else, IMHO).
