Food was ok.Manager was wonderful but place was quite dull .As per manager place was booked for a party at late night so there was nobody in restaurant .we landed around 8 pm and we stayed till 11.30 but couldn see a single bird there.was quite surprising.

I went to this gorgeous place yesterday . The food was amazing we ordered a chicken tikka and smoke house pizza . The staff was very sweet and came to us multiple of times to ask if we are liking it or not . The place is very beautiful and its quite huge . Perfect for a party purpose . Definately going to this place super soon . We had a great time . š

The Nest became Villa Del. Went here on Choti Diwali. It was empty but it felt like home.. Its a huge place and has a lot of potential to be the top club in Delhi.
Ordered the Sangria pitcher. It was well made. The tandoori non vegetarian platter was good. Kartik suggested the spicy tequila mist, it was delicious. They gave a complimentary shot!

I selected roof top setting .Ambience was great dim lights , light musicd ,good food and ,service everything was gud. Our host was mr. Mangalam and he represnt everything very skillfully. Had visited for a family dinner. Ambience was very good, spacious, service was also good. We have tried Italian food, they need to work on their Italian cuisine and on variety, As we had very limited items. Place is not recommended for authentic Italian food though they have speciality in Indian foods.

The place is huge. Awesome ambiance and decor. Especially, the sitting arrangements are done in a very nice way. Light music. Now coming to the food, we ordered Bruchettas in starters. It was refreshing and good in amount. Then, we ordered Dal Tadka, Mix Veg, Tandoori Roti and Lachcha Parantha. The food is really very good. The breads were soft. Mix Veg is having a good variety of seasonal vegetables.
Little disappointed with the dessert as I want to eat Banofee, but it was unavailable. So, we all have to go for Brownie with Ice cream.
In total, a nice experience. It is the place you can hangout with both family and friends..

The ambience of the place is magnificent. The place is unbelievably huge and offers different kinds of seatings indoor and outdoor to choose from.
Coming to the food, we started with "Crispy Spinach with Melange of Melon Salad" wherein the combination of spinach and melon sounded weird but once we tasted it, the combination just looked perfect. Next we tried "Exotic Wild Mushroom Broth" which was a soup consisting of wild mushrooms and was presented so beautifully that we fell in love with it. Though as far as the taste is concerned, the other soup "Thai Spinach Coconut Soup" which we tasted was far more superior in taste and had amazing flavours.
For the starters, we only tried their "Bangkok Spring Rolls" which were very crispy and had amazing filling inside which included some nuts as well making the spring rolls crispier.
For the main course, we tried their "Thai Red Curry with Sticky Rice" which was quite good, though a little too sweet to eat without the rice. But once mixed with the sticky rice, it tasted astonishing.
They had some nice mocktails and cocktails options on their menu, but we sticked to the mocktails and tried "Apple Soaked Mojito", "Mango Freeze" and "Watermelon Cooler" which all were presented beautifully and were very refreshing.
They serve a complimentary dessert platter on each table consisting of four sinful pastries which looked amazing, but had egg in them, so we couldn't taste them.
Overall, The Nest is definitely on the of most elegant, stylish and biggest standalone restaurant available in Delhi NCR. Be it a weekend party or a romantic date, this place serves the purpose to the fullest and definitely is highly recommended!!

As we enter the restaurant I didn't expected it would be such big and beautiful. The restaurant has different seating arrangements to cater your requirement. The place is a landscape by itself. The ambiance is calm and romantic.
Coming to the food, as it is. A fine dine restaurant the food here is very nice. We tried Thai Coconut Spinach Soup which had a strong flavour of lemongrass which was refreshing. Crispy shredded Pork Soup, this clear Soup is one thing I recommend. Som Tom Papaya Salad was equally good. Mezze Platters and Bangkok Spring Rolls are recommended appetiser. For mains Burmese Khao Suey and Red Curry with Jasmin Rice were delectable. The desserts here were to die for. Red velvet, Chocolate, Raspberry and Coffee pastries were one of the best. Some recommend drinks are The Nest, Mango Freeze and Watermelon Cooler.
Overall an excellent place.
Ever since this place opened up I heard people going GAGA over it for the ambiance the atmosphere the setting and what not but there was not a single person that talked about their food, the only answer I got was, The nest is not a restaurant to eat out at, it indeed is an experience of a lifetime.
They were right, starting from the location on Aurobindo marg to the decor and everything else was just suave, I mean leaving me spellbound for a monotonous amount of time.
The burmese pork Khao suey to the Ceaser Chicken salad the wasn't a single thing you could raise eyebrows on.
The desserts section too had a huge variety right from the red velvet to the truffle and the tiramisu and not to forget the blueberry cheesecake, even though these are supposedly outsourced but who cares if they taste great!

The Nest is located near Lado Sarai at Aurobindo Marg. The Nest is a very beautiful property with a lot of options as far seating is concerned. They have a nice and cosy indoor loungy seating, a terrace seating along with a lush green garden area as well. It is actually a huge restaurant and the ambience is impressive.
As far as the food is concerned they have a big world cuisine menu. The Thai Spinach coconut soup was just superb. It was one of the best soups possible. It was actually very close to Tom Kha Soup. Exotic Wild Mushroom Broth is a good option for vegetarians. The presentation of this soup is fabulous and it tastes good as well. Crispy shredded pork soup was just ok. Nothing great about it.
In salads Chicken Caesar Salad and Baby Spinach with Milage of melon as recommended.
For starters we had Veg Spring Rolls as a Veg option and it was good. Non Veg Mezze Platter was also good. Chicken Espetada was the best of the starters. Lost hill chilli twigs Chicken was fine but not that great. They Burmese pork Khau Suey without mixing it. They serve all the ingredients separately and you can mix it according to your liking. Corn Fed Chicken was a good soft and succulent Chicken cooked to perfection. The marination was superb. Assorted Veg in Black Bean sauce was good.
The Desserts we to die for. We had Red Velvet, Chocolate Truffle, Blueberry Baked Cheese Cake and Tiramisu. Each and every bite was just loaded with goodness.

It was a hot afternoon, I along with my friends jumped into this fabulous restaurant for lunch as we were very hungry and it was the nearest option we had. Having heard a lot about this place finally visited. It is a beautifully done place with indoor and outdoor seating as well.
First we started with Thai spinach coconut soup and exotic wild Mushroom soup, both of them were really prepared well.
Later we had Caesar salad and baby spinach with melange of melon salad, which were quite refreshing and tasteful.
In starters must try dishes are Veg Bangkok spring rolls, Chicken espetada and lost Hill chilli twigs.
In the mains we went for their Non veg Mezze Platter, Burmese port shrimp Khao suey, corn fed chi and Veg Thai Red curry with sticky rice.
Their must try mocktails which we had, were their Watermelon cooler, Mango freeze, Apple soaked Mojito and Mandarin magic.
In the end we had some really scrumptious and divine desserts which included Red Velvet pastry, Blue Berry cheesecake, Chocolate truffle and Tiramisu. The desserts were served complimentary to our meal as per their policy. To sum up my experience I would say that this place is definitely recommended to try as it offers some really good food and very hospitable staff with efficient service. Nest is all revamped and ready with its new avataar. The place which was known as one of the party hubs of Delhi, has now become a new foodie destination to check out. The newly revamped menu has a lot of influence from the Oriental cuisines and we are absolutely loving them.
Things to Eat
1. Baby Spinach With Melange Of Melon Salad
First of all the presentation of the dish is absolutely beautiful and you can see the amount of effort the chef has put in to make a salad for you. Each and every component is very cleverly planned which gives a unique texture to the salad. The crispness of spinach leaves with tangy sundried tomato pesto with the crunchiness of amaranth pops balanced with Melba toast. All the ingredients used in the salad are really healthy and it'll be any health conscious foodie's delight.
2. Spinach and Mushroom Dumpling
A dish which is staple in all the Oriental cuisines. Nothing new about the dish but absolutely loved the preparation of it and would recommend it to all dumpling lovers.
3. Asparagus Tempura Sushi
I am a big fan of fried asparagus Sushi, so when I was served the same at my luncheon, I just couldn't stop grinning like a small greedy kid (who gets hold of candies :p). The crunchy crispy tempura asparagus with the soft sticky texture of the rice is such a beautiful combination. A must try for all sushi lovers!
4. Burmese port khao suey
Again a very basic Oriental dish but if prepared right can absolutely win your heart. The fresh turmeric with coconut milk and veggies on a bed of noodles served with an array of condiments. Absolutely must try if Burmese is your thing!
Things to Drink
1. Asian hook
This was an absolute favorite of the afternoon. Absolutely enjoyed the fruity flavors of this Malibu based cocktail.
2. Paloma
I love when fresh ingredients are used in cocktail rather than preserved ones. This gin based drink with the Grape fruit ginger is absolutely refreshing on any hot summer afternoon or evening.
3. Kao Jia
Now this drink is reserved only for people who have an appetite for non-conventional cocktails. This tequila based drink with charred pineapple and curry leaves is a burst of flavors in the mouth. Would recommend to start the evening with this drink and enjoy it solely without pairing it with food.
What I loved about the new revamp?!
1. I absolutely loved the fact that the menu is quiet basic but each and every dish is prepared really well. Despite being positioned as a lounge, you can expect a good restaurant quality food experience.
2. Each and every dish is quiet healthy. If you count the calories, you wont think twice before eating. They have introduced ingredients such as Amaranth pops in their recipes which is gluten free and high in protein, Melba toast which is healthier than the regular breads served. If you bring a health freak here, they'll actually indulge in food here without hesitating.
3. I absolutely loved how the food tasted really fresh. You can sometimes taste the preservatives or staleness in food (especially in the monsoon season) but everything here tasted so fresh. You can actually feel the freshness in each bite that was served.
Absolutely loved my experience here, would recommend this place to all foodies who are tired of eating Mughlai and European snacks at lounges. Come indulge in authentic Oriental cuisine (along with Indian and European cuisine) at the Nest 2.0.
Extremely peaceful location and quite a big restaurant . Recently the old place has been converted into.a fine dine oriental food restaurant. The Chef is a talented guy and has done some great menu.
We started with the Dimsums both veg and Non veg. The Chicken wonton and the water chestnut were awesome.
The Khao Suey here is really with having and very good I must say.
As per the Chefs suggestion we had the Duck leg Confit, Australian Lamb chops and the Pork belly.
All the dishes were done very nicely and presented well. Though for me the presentation was too much on the plate.It can be more elegant otherwise.
Flavors of the meat were coming out very well.They have some good Drinks in their menu too.

It is hard to find places that do interesting things with their drinks and The Nest is definitely one of them.
Their food is good too. They pay careful attention to the presentation and try to combine multiple flavour palettes to make fusion food. They pay special emphasis on how to visually stimulate the senses before you actually eat the dish.

They have private dining areas for those special occasions. I started my meal here with a cream of mushroom soup with truffle oil. The soup was flavorful and the mushrooms here were the hero. I had a repeat serving because it was so delicious. If you love pizzas, then do try their mushroom truffle, it was all about the mushrooms! The four cheese pizza was all about cheese and it is a must try if you are a cheese person. The pepperoni pizza was decent. The prawn dimsusm were a little salty for my liking. The chicken dimsums were juicy and delicious. The enchiladas again were a little salty for everyone at the table. The Khao Suey is one of the best I have had in recent times. The presentation alone will wow you. Mushroom Risotto with Truffle Oil was my fav from the mains here. One hearty dish with such simple flavors. If you are looking to spend some nice quality time with your partner then this is the place to go!

I planned to go to The Nest, a number of times, but one way or the other it didnt panned out ........ And, finally for a friends birthday we got there and were spellbounded by the location.... IT'S BEAUTIFUL.
We had a wonderful evening packed with delicious food, lovely staff , awesome crowd and live screening of India vs Australia t-20 match.
Personally i loved it.
Must try are:-
Red/white sause penne pasta.(bread is overcooked though).
Pizzas(any of them).
Mezze (hummus) platter.
Main course - dal makhani was delicious :p.
Hukkas(TERRIFIC). one of the best we had.

Thai style spring rolls(too oily).
I didnot try non veg that day, but would surely do the next time.
I would have given a rating of 4/5 but decided to give extra (0.5) because when they opened months back, they gave an invitation for a specially organised event, but unfortunately i was unable to attend. Even after that they continued to give out personal invites 2-3 times. This courtesy earned them that extra rating.

Had slices from two different pizzas - Wild Mushroom, and Quatrro Formaggi Pizza. The base for both the pizzas was crispy and fragrant with olive oil but Wild Mushroom was the noticeable one. You enter this place and the first thing you can possible say is wow!! Very good ambience huge with a pool side lawn and then open seating along the water fountain.
And you gotta pay the price of being here. It is super expensive when it comes to drinks and hukka and especially food. The portions are very small and not that tasty. Definitely can be checked out once for the grandeur of the place but maybe more preferred for pleasant summer evenings or winter days. We were freezing out there even though coal was burning next to us.

Tried almost every signature dishes. This place is highly recommended by me as a professional blogger.
A random invitation... A sudden plan and there we were, @11pm,finally, arrived at Nest ! And every review,every thing I heard about it...was almost true to d core!
It is..huge...mini resort say? A lawn with a pool,glass house lounge and outdoor Arabic tent s for fine dine - 3 separate sections for different moods !
I would not speak of the food as I did not consume any this time,but yes,their collection of alcohol was credible... Although definitely very expensive... Probably its the real estate price that percolates to the customers,but all in all...great music, good crowd,spacious...must visit!
The place is huge very well built up into 3 separate siting areas . It has a lawn with pool , fine dining and a glass house with lounge setup . The Snaks both veg and non veg are very well made . The resturant is slightly on the higher side and avg bill for 2 shall be around 3500 . This place is good and a must visit cheers

I was seated at the open air restaurant from where the entire view that is mentioned above was clearly visible. Just imagine how romantic this dinner must have been.
We started with drinks like Sangria (White & Red), Cosmopolitan and Watermelon Mojito. Perfect way to start your meal - sip away.
Soup - Khao Suey and Cream of Mushroom (neither too thick nor too creamy). The ingredients for Khao suey were served traditionally and one could select one the basis of their preference.Ā Rating 3.5/5
Sliders - Both Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian were served. Rating 4/5
Pizza - Bolognaise goat cheese pizza, Four Cheese Pizza with corn and Mushroom Truffle.Ā Rating 5/5
Chicken Tikka - Marinated well in Indian spices and served with onion and mint chutney. Rating 4.5/5
Kebab - Both Vegetarian and non vegetarian were served. In Vegetarian - Mushroom Galouti were a melt in the mouth ; Non Vegetarian - Mutton ones were soft and juicy. Rating 4/5
The staff is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Music set the tone for the evening with Sufi songs in the background with a Live Tabla player, who was amazing!

What a pretty place!
I swear this place is done up really well.
Perfect for a romantic evening! The atmosphere is such that you will immediately get in the mood.
This place has got different sections like you can dine by the pool , they've got cabanas where you can spend time with your loved one(s) or you can chill and party in the glass house or enjoy your meal in the open air restaurant. All the seating arrangements are presented really well. Loved the ambience !!
The drinks were made and presented well. Loved the spicy nest martini and the sangrias were good too. The white one was better though.
Coming to the food i had here, it was delicious. Atleast most of the things were!
I had the cream of mushroom with truffle oil soup which was yum.
Their mushroom truffle pizza was delicious. The four cheese pizza was fairly average. The pepperoni pizza was very salty for me. I totally dig their bolognaise goat's cheese pizza. Tasted fab!! Highly recommended!
The lamb dimsums- another item I enjoyed devouring.
The chicken sliders i had were done up well and the falafel ones took a backseat.
Mushroom galauti kebabs were surprisingly better than the mutton ones.
The peanut butter chicken (for the mains) i had was delicious but cottage cheese in a similar curry just did not do it for me.
The breads were made well and generously filled (referring to the stuffed naan bread here) .
The khao suey was presented well and i had mine with a few chopped garlic cloves, noodles and nuts !
The music played was great and added on to the experience.
The service was great. The waiters were learned and did their job really well.
You just gotta visit this beauty.

This review was ought to be coming :) We visited this place for food tasting event and it was definitely a pleasant one. Be it the locale, the service or the ambient everything was upto the expectations and the food was orgasmic.
The property has a glass hall , open seating and pool side cabana. It's located away from the hustle bustle of Delhi traffic and pollution.
The open oven which is visible from the outdoor seating reassures you about the freshness of their breads.
The food definitely overwhelmed us and must say that they have global mix to their menu.
We ordered the following things :
1. Chilly chicken : The chicken was tender and juicy. The spices were done right and the chilly was never harsh on the pallete.
2. Bolognese goat cheese pizza : The crust was fresh and soft and the combination of the cheeze was just divine.
3. Galaouti Kabab : I have been very finicky especially about kababs but must say the mix of dal & meat was just right. The spices were blended nicely and the aroma was seraphic.
4. Lagan ka meat : What a way to describe this preparation the person serving this dish explained the preparation by saying " Australian lamb prepared in Indian style". Doesn't matter where the lamb was from but the dish was indeed delectable. The garlic naan went extremely well with this dish .
5.Cocktails : We tried few mock tails like screw driver, nest martini, watermelon mojito. Loved the watermelon mojito.
The service was great we got lot of pampering I hope they carry this level of service forward.
I have just two suggestion for them :
1. Their portion size needs to be taken care off
2. Though they have a global mix in their menu I still feel they should have more depth in one of their cuisines and that one should be their speciality .
Rest had an awsome time here and will soon visit here again.

I was here for my colleagues Birthday celebration and I was blown away by the food and service here at The Nest. Just Brilliant. The food is simply the best you can get in Whole Delhi and the servers were very prompt and have deep knowledge on the menu items. Great place and Must Must visit

The just turning crisp air, the sound of percussion instruments and some mood lighting to guide your step - these were my first impressions of The Nest. Went here on a weekday evening with some friends and was pleasantly surprised to hear such peppy nice Sufi music with the elegantly put together seating on the deck.
Food wise had the Mushroom Cappuccino, which was slurpilicious and should be a must try on any mushroom lovers list. The next item was a juicy morsel of a Chicken Tikka with a different herb and dry spice rub which was good. Then came the melt in your mouth Mushroom Galouti's, which in my opinion were more delectable than their version of the actual Galouti's which were slightly on the dry side. The Main was a Grilled Chicken Breast with a creamy pesto sauce along side which were some grilled veggies - the compilation was delicious.
The cocktails here were a tad sweet for my palate, but on asking the server for a tarter more oomph version - they were promptly changed. Tried the Spicy Nest - the spice component packs quite a wallop on the way down - be careful not to guzzle a large mouthful. The Cosmopolitan was its elegant complex self and delicious. The Red Wine Sangria was missing the juice mixer and therefore was rather too tart for me.
All in all a great place to come chill with some friends - the atmosphere is perfection and the music will make you wanna shake a leg.

Nestled alongside the Qutab Golf course, this is a perfect winter getaway when work bogs you down! Get a feel of the winter air while you enjoy live music. The place has huge open lawns where you can have complete privacy and also a semi-open seating.Ā
The Food -Ā
The Wild Mushroom Capuccino soup - Albeit a little too mushroom-y, it was smooth and went down easy on the taste palate.
Mushroom Galouti - A first for me, was a brilliant veg take on the Galouti. Tad bit dry though.
The Homemade Falafel sliders were too dry, need to be made more juicy.
The Chicken Quesadillas didn't make a mark on me, but the Taquitos definitely made it to my must-have list!
Now on to the best part - The Peanut Butter Chicken, a fresh take on North India's staple dish - done really well to create an amalgamation of flavors that go perfectly together.
Didn't really get to taste desserts, might just make another trip for that!
Service was prompt and friendly.Ā At a slightly above-average price point, you won't have to worry about burning a big hole in your pocket. Worth a visit!

This place is located away from all the hustle and bustle of Delhi which in itself is pretty amazing. This place has a lovely ambiance with classy and elegant interiors. The food is beyond ordinary.Ā Dining at The Nest was a pleasant experience.
Now Let me just share what all I had here.For the drinks, I had Spicy Nest Martini- Ā It was perfect blend of pineapple juice, vodka and chili. The cocktail experience was warming, exciting and delicious! I was perfectly happy with the amount of blend spicy and fruity balance of the Spicy nest martini. There wasnāt too much heat to make me uncomfortable nor to put my mouth on fire, but just enough to make me always CRAVE a spicy martini. I also tried the Watermelon mojito. It was quite a refreshing drink. Red wine sangria was just perfect!Now moving over the food-
Being a Mushroom fan, I ordered Wild Mushroom capuccino(Mushroom blend flavoured with thyme,parsley and cracked pepper). This soup captured the pefect essence of mushrooms. I would rate this soup 5/5. And I am definitely coming back to this place just because of this soup! Every spoon of this soup was so warming and comforting.
Next I tried the Mushroom Galouti-velvety mushroom patties, I didnt liked this. Somehow it was too bland for me! Quesadillas were fine.
The Pizza on the other hand, were kick-ass. The thin crust was perfectly baked to crispiness. I tried the Quattro formaggi Pizza- feta, gruyere, goat cheese and Mozzarella. ALso the wild mushroom pizza-mushroom paste feta truffle oil. This pizza is must-have for mushroom lovers.
These pizzas were woodfired. So delectable and delicious!Ā
Next I tried the Falafel sliders- paprika hummus, iceberg, burnt garlic yogurt and sumac. This was average!
The service was impeccable. All in all a wonderful experience.To sum up, a truly enjoyable experience and a place worth a visit! This place is perfect for romantic evening !
There are innumerable good places in Delhi but The Nest is simply stunning and exceptional overshadowing every single restaurant- be it stand-alone or located at a five star property. With a glass house, lounge by the pool, a waterfront cabana, this open-air restaurant is all set to drool you over by its ambience. To be honest, "cheap" isn't the the catch here, the place.. the ambiance.. was rather perfect ... it is the memories. They say that during a food tasting event, people are usually served a lot of alcohol so that the memories are pleasant even if the food isn't. I did not have any and hence everything is "as is".Ā
Ā Had very high hopes of being in such an amazing property; I mean the place is so out rightly romantic that it would be really tough to beat it down; only to be devastated by quite an average food experience.
No no !! It wasn't bad ...no ... but keeping with the proportions to the awesomeness and prettiness, which The Nest is, the food kinda lost it.
Here is an account of what I had and then how I felt (btw it is purely my taste and my perception and if there are any differences, please be settled)
1. Surya - Welcome drink, it was orange juice with mint and masala. Liked it.
The alcohol segment was - Water Melon Mojito, Sangria's, Majestic, Spicy Nest Martini and Cosmopolitan
2. Pizza - 4 cheese / bolognaise goat cheese - Well, the pizzas were alright; however; the base was not as crisp as I would have liked.
3. Dim Sums - Chicken / Prawns / Black Mushrooms - Prawn ones were a lot salty, not just me, everyone complained. Mushroom's one were just okay nothing with an out of the world experience.Ā
4. Slider's - Falafel - Very dry, very very dry. I never complain, but then it was so dry and all that I had to tell the chef and the caretaker.
5. Taquitose - Veg - This was nice. Fresh and crisp veggies and tangy and spicy sauce.
6. Quesadillas - They were alright nothing which could term them very nice ... just alright.
7. Enchiladas - Nope, the tortilla were having this huge corn like smell, 100% were out of retail and not fresh and very very salty.
8. Mushroom Galauti - It bagged mixed reactions, I did not enjoy them. The texture was like fine clay.
9. Mutton Galauti - Ordinary at its best.Ā More like mutton shammi kebab and not galauti.
10. Cream Cheese Chipotle Chicken Tikka - This was nice, The chicken was juicy and the marinate was good too.
11. Khaou Suey - Alright once again, The broth was quite pungent and very 1 dimensional.
12. Peanut Butter Chicken / Paneer - Felt like a Goddamn Snicker's bar to me. Nope.. a big nope

13. Apricot Kofta - Kofta was hard and gravy was okayish. If they wouldn't have told it was an apricot kofta, I couldn't have guessed in like a million years
The pace food joints are picking up and with concepts like /molecular gastronomy and fusion foods and then delivery with really awesome gourmet range ... the age old things of galaoti kebabs and tikkas and same old butter gravy things; unless they are absolutely divine; will never be a crowd puller.
To sum it up, If asked separately I would have rated the property a 4.5 and my rating as a whole is then an average-out of property and the food.

There are always some hidden gems out there, spots you might not know have hidden or tucked away outdoor spaces. Those are the best places to dine outside.
It's the season of eating outside and there's a place to dine and swill wine right around the corner.
The Nest provides a dramatic, enchanted forest-like restaurant setting away from the city life and traffic. Take a table either at the cabana or the outdoor or the indoor seating.
The Nest offers lunch and dinner with exceptional multi-cuisine menu.The Nest can also be booked for private events and it features in live sufi music.
In drinks White Wine Sangria and Cosmopolitan are a a must try. Cosmopolitan was the perfect cocktail with proper proportions of Vodka,Cranberry,lemon juice and Cointreau.
In soups Khao Suey and Cream of Mushroom both were excellent. They served a seperate ingredients plate and one could customise the Khao Suey soup.
Lamb Dimsums are a must try. Perfect steamed dimsums with minced lamb were delicious in taste. The Dimsums were wonderfully curved to perfection.
My favourite dish of the evening was the peanut butter chicken. Boneless Chicken with Gravy eaten best with stuffed naan is a must try for anyone who thrives on Mughlai Food.
Chicken Sliders were exceptionally good. Juicy Chicken inside small buns are just perfect for finger foods. Goes best with drinks.
Bolognaise goat cheese pizza :- Minced lamb topping with goat cheese and the combination goes perfect.
Chicken Tikka marinated in Indian Spices and grilled to perfection. They were served with freshly cut onions and Mint Chutney.
For Vegetarians the Mushroom Truffle pizza,four cheese pizza and Mushroom Galouti are a must try. Best part is the mushroom Galouti was equally good as the mutton one. Tender soft and juicy Galoutis melted in mouth leaving you for wanting more. All pizza's had the perfect base which just the right amount of toppings.
Overall it was an amazing experience.
The staff from the manager to chef and to the waiters is very courteous and generous.
This place is perfect for winter evenings and will definitely set your mood.

This huge property snugged into not so commercialized by lanes of Delhi can be flagged as a stunner of a package with its plethora of offerings under one name The Nest.
First impressions about the place upon hearing the name would be one another cafe with a couple of table and chairs butĀ you would be laughing out loud once you put your step inside the humongous lush green lawns with cabanas and pool side dining. This sounds sooo romantic isnāt it.
Honestly the couple of things that come to my mind upon seeing the silent pool are Pool Party & Romantic Diner Date. But with the cloud burst I realized that I am not in my dreamland but is here as a food blogger for the food tasting event. I sooo soo soo wish to come here for a romantic date again specially in the winter chill, sitting outdoors with my beloved one away from the hustle bustle of our ever running city.
The offerings of the place do not end here. The nest offers you the much talked about Cabanaās, pool side seating and also the lush green lawn for parties, birthday celebrations and family functions.
Next up its sleeve it its open air restaurant which is elegant and shouts out for a candle light dinner for sure. The calm and peaceful environment even in their open air sitting gives them brownie points. Additionally on the opposite of their seating they have another open air seating but this one with lit up floor and glassy tables and couches apt for the party mood.
The another gem to their crown is the glass house which houses their bar and dance floor area on the ground floor and a private party hall. Interiors with high roofs, beautiful exorbitant chandeliers, and plush sofas are put together surely with a rich taste. The second floor of the glass house also has an open smoking area which can also be used for having hookas overlooking the entire property in pure luxury.
After roaming around the entire property we sat down to have the food, expectations were sky high looking at the place and after interacting with Chef Vaibhav and his amazing staff who were trying to offer their restaurantās best food cooked in the wood fired open kitchen.
oĀ Ā Ā Honey Chilli water Chestnuts ā First dish on the table and this was amazing. The much needed deviation from the soggy chilliy potatoes which has become boring now. The best part of the dish was that it was crispy inside. Two thumbs up .
oĀ Ā Ā Roasted Mushroom topped with truffle oil and served along with sour cream ā Being a mushroom fan, I absolutely loved the taste mushrooms left after melting in my mouth.Ā The truffle oil gave its taste an entirely new angle and the sour cream along with it. Wow !!!
oĀ Ā Ā Mediterranean Trio Hummus Platter served with Pita ā This traditional wood fired freshly baked pita served along with the peri-peri, pesto and hummus just added to the worthwhile dining experience I was witnessing sitting at this peaceful and beautiful close to the nature place called The Nest
Moving on from the Starters we were served freshly baked thin crust pizza ā I must admit all the pizza ( Pepproni smoked cheese, Bolognese goat chesse, spinach and feta and wild mushroom) offered had an amazing taste and a complete delight to our appetite. But a couple which stole the night for me were
oĀ Ā Ā Spinach and Feta ā The wonderful combination and the quality of feta used made the pizza mouthwatering.Ā Both the flavors amalgamated beautifully to give it a lip smacking taste
oĀ Ā Ā Wild Mushroom ā One of the best mushroom pizza that I have taste till date
Were also served Wild Mushroom Cappuccino Soup in between the meals but it failed to impress. Another item which failed to live up to my expectation was the Plain choutam, I found it too sweet to have, but I could see rest of my foodies friends enjoying it :)
The Kiwi Cooler served was pretty refreshing and left me nothing to complain about, but the drink of the night was the Fisher Bowl ā The huge glass of passion fruit drink mixed with tequilaĀ and kissed by a beer. The chef explained that as we drink more beer will flow out and mix with the passion fruit. It was out of the box truly a MUST TRY.Ā Another drink was LIITB ā the normal LIIT with a red bull punch , was too strong to my liking but I could my fellow food bloggers loving it.
The head chef specially came to present the desserts we were being served ā Mango puree with raspberry jam and macro pone cheese with apricot and strawberry crush. Ii was disappointed by the desserts though. Could not manage more than a couple of spoons from either of the dessert. The expectation was sky high after the sumptuous meal.
But a special mention to the server Anshul who took utmost care of our demands and taste, while managing our questions about the ingredients and the also waiting before serving the food so that we can click photos for our review.
The chef and his army were super awesome and always on their toes to give us a worthwhile dine experience.
The entire place is very well built and with microscopic detailing to every aspect of the place just to ensure amazing experience.

They have a global cuisine menu, catering to all generations. These guys are a perfect bunch of entertainment, food and ambiance. It was a huge property done around the cabana feel further subdivided into three sections-Ā
The Glasshouse catering to the party people, especially for the clubbing lovers followed by a private dining area on the top of the glasshouse and an open terrace for the hookah fans.
The Waterfront Cabanasā A pool side party area, perfect for organizing engagement parties, birthday parties and likewise.
The Open Air Dining area, perfectly designed for couples, families or group of friends just opposite the glasshouse overlooking the open kitchen and wood fired pizzas.
There was a lavish spread of starters crafted by Chef Vaibhav especially for us the Foodies. All the dishes served as a part of Food Tasting Session were nearly perfect but some of them were mouth-watering-
1. Honey chilly water chestnuts- This was a true delight with the crispiness intact in contrast to the regular chilly potatoes served in the restaurants.
2. Pita Hummus Platter- Being a total Lebanese food fan, these in house baked pitas served with three variants of hummus- Peri Peri hummus, Pesto Hummus and the regular one was one of the finest pita hummus I have ever had.
3. Roasted Mushrooms with sour cream topped with truffle oil- That smoky toasty flavor of mushrooms accompanied by sour cream is a total veganās paradise.
4. Sish though & wood fired pitas- There it was the show stopper dish- a Moroccan dish where yummy chicken tikka steaks were served with wood fired freshly baked pita breads and garlic dip. It tasted heavenly and is a definite try!
5. Chicken roulade- Another of the chefās delicacies, stuffing of goat cheese, herbs and spices inside a chicken roll garnished with dips and sauces.
6. Fish Egg wrap- I am not at all a sea food fan, but this dish was finger licking and I would say a must have for all the non-vegetarians. It was a very simple egg coating filled with fish mince with the spices and flavors intact served with soya sauce.
We were served four types of wood fired pizzasā Pepperoni Smoked Cheese, Spinach & Feta, Bolognese & Goatās Cheese Chicken and Wild Mushroom. Without a doubt, the Wild Mushroom which had a Mushroom paste, feta and truffle oil was mind-blowing, everybody just got floored on having that one bite and couldnāt resist taking one more slice.
Wild Mushroom Cappuccino Soupā It was a perfect blend of mushrooms, parsley and black pepper with a tinge of thyme. It resonated with the pellet and acted as a great accompaniment to the awesome food we were eating.
Innovative dish of the dayā Plain choutamā These were chicken drumsticks coated tossed in sour and sweet Chinese dips giving it that tanginess yet sweet flavor. One of the unique dishes I have across after a very long time.
The Drinks-
1. Fisher Bowl- A huge bowl of passion fruit mixed with tequila and topped with a half side down beer bottle is one of the innovative cocktails served on our table. As soon as you take a sip and the level of tequila goes down, the beer starts pouring in making it taste all the more heavenly. I personally loved the Color of the cocktail a lot, it was so lively. The owner of the restaurant āAjay Bindalā drank something similar in Miami and thatās how he got it on his menu. One of the most delicious cocktails I have ever had!!
2. LIITBā I have been a fan of LLIT all my life but trying something with a red bull base was an experiment. The presentation of the drink reminded us of our chemistry lab experiment days in school (Haha.. J) My fellow foodies loved the drink, though I did not enjoy it too much.
Being fully stuffed with the scrumptious spread of starters, we all mutually decided to skip the main course and moved towards the desserts.
The yummy food in our tummy had raised the bar for the upcoming desserts in terms of presentation, quality and innovation but it proved a little disheartening. We were served two of the chefās special desserts and both tasted just average- Mango puree with raspberry jam and macro pone cheese with apricot and strawberry crush.
The staff was extremely well dressed and very much cordial towards all the guests. Our server Ashu, indeed a jolly fellow as he made sure that all the foodies were served appropriate portions of the dishes, got their own chance for clicking the pictures and made sure to share the knowledge regarding the dish.
The operations manager, Shiv, deserve a shout out too as he made conscious efforts of striking a conversation with the bunch of foodies and tried his best to make our dinner event a memorable one.
Lastly, a pleasant visit by Chef Vaibhav and the owner Ajay Bindal, added that tinge of personal touch to the meetup going on.
Overall-
A perfect place with a sophisticated interiors and decors giving that pleasing ambiance, a distinctive menu and serving few of the finest and super delicious dishes. The presentation of the food, drinks is creative and the quality well maintained. The outlet has that luxurious ambiance to it but the prices are not that hiked.

Had my wife's birthday last night at " the nest " and I must say it was an awesome evening , a special thanks to Ajay Bindal for making it happen the way we wanted it , really awesome food , great service , awesome drinks and cocktails, also a special thanks to Vinod ( if I remember his name correctly) as he made sure service was spot on and every time a guest wanted something he was around......guys will come here more often now for sure!!!!!!

Imagine the richest bird there is and now imagine going for a party at her place! I reckon it a 'her' as the place spoils you for choices like an indecisive rich brat girl who took it all as she couldn't chose!
Ambience: There are many places that offer something for everybody but none that offer everything for everybody! This is your dream farmhouse only in real with gates open for you just as The Great Gatsby's !
There is a wooden dance floor with a DJ high sprung into the air over your bar. There is a spacious outdoor seating with enough space for the transit and smoking. The tables are well laid out with enough scope for privacy. So go on and pour your heart out, chances are that the seasoned eavesdropper will also fail!
Well if this wasn't enough the little rich birdie threw in a gargantuan lawn with a pool perfect with ambient lighting! Cherry on the cake is gentry entry and the sparkles over that is the music! Spoilt for choice on Halloween night we had Bollywood in one arena and EDM tucked in another!
Beverages: You'd wonder what night can be complete without food but as it seems it did turn out to be one such!
Service: Observant service is my favorite kind. A place which has servers and owners equally concerned about their guests' having a good time is a recipe for a satisfied belly! The lady guard at the entrance was amiable and gentle. I loved her and met her at the exit and she smiled and bid a fond farewell. Great work!
