Located in the mid street of govindpuri, big chow express is a fine Chinese food outlet serving both veg and non veg dishes .
I had order paneer chilly garlic rice and veg gravy manchurian.
The first thing that I loved about the outlet was the delivery. I got my food delivered within 25 mins.
Paneer chilly garlic rice were spicy as the name suggests and the quantity was fairly good in accordance with half plate.
Manchurian too had around 6-7 balls and serving was more than enough for one person, again half plate.

Ordered from this place chicken chilli garlic noodles and manchurian . Food gave me the perfect taste . Manchurian sauce was perfectly cooked and pieces were perfectly cooked .. Delivery service is quick and prices are reasonable .
I tried the chicken salt & pepper in soya chilly sauce for starters! It tastes delicious! For main course we ordered noodles in chilly garlic. It was too good! Then chicken fried rice and the gravy were good too! However i felt it was worth it to have ordered food here. The food was awesome and cost was reasonable.
Chicken Sweet & Sour was excellent with well balanced flavour of sweet n spice, Chilly Chicken gravy with fried rice with gravy was good but had good quantity of chicken in it. The quality they serve is also excellent with well cooked meat, the sitting area with a friend or a college can be a good option, service is very good ! I ordered food from here couple of days back. The food was ok. I liked their honey chilly potato and the noodles and Manchurian were also not bad. But they are not very professional about timely delivery. I ordered through tiny owl. After not getting the delivery for more than an hour I called them up. They made some excuses and blamed it on Tiny owl. Finally, the food was delivered after like 2.5hrs.
Deliciousness!!! Love their Pad Thai Noodles and the honey chili potato is just awesome. Chili Fish is another all time favorite. The service is just amazing. We generally order food to be kept ready on our way back from wherever it is and they always have it ready bang on time! Your food always keeps me coming back for more!
I'll start with a few pros and cons:
Pros-
1. The food is pretty yummy. Go for Chinese is what I'd suggest.
2. They're really reasonable and have offers going on time and again.
3. The staff is polite.
4. They have a decently good variety in their menu.
Cons-
1. You should opt for home delivery because the restaurant is small and the location is a pain to reach.
2. They're not very professional in terms of timely delivery and service. Though they are friendly and polite. So I'm guessing that'll improve eventually.
So to sum it up, individual ratings would be-
Food : 4/5
Service : 2.5/5 (home delivery ideal)
Staff : 4/5
Value for money : 4.5/5
What I tried and will recommend: chicken tandoori Momos, chicken garlic fried rice, chicken with black peas. (Didn't try any veg options :o ).

I placed an order no.of times and every time I find it very tasty no matter what it is. Food is really delicious and yummy as compared to other Chinese restaurants. And moreover the prices are quite good.

Had order a paneer biryani.. and I cant explain its taste in area like govindpuri..
Excellent taste with super fast service....we had few bad experience in past with some resturants in govindpuri like food plaza and many other due to poor quality and services and we were tired of getting better food in govindpuri but from big chow we had always best experience in terms of service, taste and quality.. I would like to share another experience from big chow we had a anniversery party at home and we have booked a restaurant, accordingly we went there but we were infromed that restaurant is closed due to some issue with onwer, it is time where big chow helped us to save our skin and party, in very less time we got our order from big chow and some how we managed to enjoyed that party.thanks to big chow for having a restaurant in govindpuri and serving excellent food. I always appreciate the big chow service. Below are the dishes we love from big chow.

Got a home delivery from here. The food came in a pretty neat and nicely done packing, quite impressive, must say. The food was fairly good and in sufficient quantity. Also, it's pretty light on the pocket.
Asked for delivery. Loved the presentation. Awesome food. Try honey chilli chicken. The guy who dropped the food was courteous. Quality of food and hygiene was commendable.
These guys have improved on their services by leaps and bounds. Their food quality was always good and now that they have improved their services I had to change the rating. If you want good food at a reasonable price this is the place to go. :)
Big chow is a fabulous authentic Chinese restaurant. It's very close by my place and we have ordered food from this place numerous times. All the items are excellent, my preferences are honey chilly potato, spring roles and drums of heaven.
nice place  to order  Chinese food,  on a price point of  matadoor  format (every one will remember their school day) they are offering  nice , fresh , tasty Chinese food , if u put up in south Delhi, let it be kalak ji gk  or NFC  they reach you with you order withing  40 to 45 minutes  which is good for a Chinese cuisine
the owner  of this Shop  seems to have worked  in MNC's  i feel as the Place is Hygienic, clean and tidy too if u ever visit  to dine in  for a meal

ok, so visualize this happening.
i call BIG Chow today and tell them that i've to lodge a complaint. the guy on the phone politely enquires about the nature of my complaint. i tell him that i've ordered food from you guys in the past but since then, there is almost a barrage of promotional sms coming from your side, daily. he listens patiently and tries to reason that you are a valued customer and all that marketing needful. i tell him that no, i want these sms to stop, as i'm getting hugely badgered by them. he agrees, takes my number and promises to immediately take steps to delete my number from their directory.
now this is what i call service.
i mean there food is ok ok, i order from there when i'm gonna be late in the office and don't have much cash at hand. but they've always been polite while taking orders or delivering food.
now they've won me over for good.
