Satyaniketan as we all it is famous for their cafes and uptown is one of them ,providing a very good quality food with reasonable prices , the pizza was so tasty that i am planning to visit again there😍
I loved this place & it is super affordable on the same time food is good too & quantity is enough according to the prices. I celebrated my birthday there & it was actual fun.
Uptown Cafe is a nice place to hang out with your friends. I went here with my whole team to celebrate event success. We ordered so many dishes along with hookaah. We enjoyed a lot and cafe was decent enough and served scrumptious food. Overall it's a nice place and also a pocket friendly place.

My cousin suggested me this place, satyaniketan has a complete lane filled with cafes and hookah parlours.
We got a offer of ₹1000, in which with the food bill of ₹1000 we got double flavor hookah free.
Food prices are nominal, we had to order so much to reach a bill of ₹1000.
Hookah was not that strong as compared to other places I have experienced.
We orderd mint panner tikka, Noodles, crispy fries, pizza, white sause pasta with some beverage.
We were all alone, match was projected on screen. Good place to hangout.

Visited this place with friends. Price wise its a place you can take your whole group to. Butter chicken pizza and chilli chicken are a must try and for vegetarians, I'd say Margherita and chilli paneer. Ambience wise it's good too, 4/5.

We went there late night craving for some drinks. Needless to say, we weren't disappointed at all. Their service is amazing and special mention to courtesy of the staff. This is a big property. Satyaniketan has tiny restaurants and then comes this one which is huge and serves everything with ease and on time. Service is good and quality is good enough. A little overpriced as compared to other good restaurants in Satya but then you pay for better place. Place that has space to move around and well lit ambience.
Nice to place to hangout with your friends and a decent place for couples also...they have recently change the ambience that have worked for them in a positive manner...Chicken tikka pizza is a must try

One of the loud cafes of Satya with loud college students. The place plays such bad music and it's so loud in there so the ambience for me is a total turn off. Also, this cafe is literally uptown being at the third floor I think? We ordered a Pesto sauce pasta which was kinda nice. And chicken tikka pizza, I think. Overall not that great an impression.

Satya Niketan has become the hub of youth. You go there and there is no crowd, that seems a rare insight! True thatt! So me being a student of a DU college always prefer this south campus hub for chilling. On my pick this time was the Uptown Cafe.
The cafe lies on the top floor towards the end of the market and you ll notice a staircase leading us to our delicious destination. So when you enter, you ll get some good music but is that all ? Doesn't good music with good food makes a perfect combination? Indeed it does.
What we ordered -
🔹Chicken Ceaser Salad - Salads are always healthy to eat. Here, it was good enough. The chicken was appropriate with lettuce and veggies properly drenched in the ceaser dressing.
🔹Nachos with cheese and salsa - Personally, I didn't like the cheese. That is why reversed my rating from 4.5 to 4.
🔹Spinach Alfredo Pasta - This was lip smacking. I loved it to the core. The taste of white sauce blended with spinach gave it a mouth watering taste. It got finished within seconds.

Being with your vegetarian buddies has just one minus point, that you can't order non veg with them. So this time I only tried the garlic bread, we had pasta and pizza. For me the best was Garlic bread and I was feeling like something is missing in the pizza. Since it was a veg pizza so I missed Chicken pieces in that. Ambience and music were cool and was satisfied with their service also.

I organised my baby's first birthday party here.. It was absolutely a great idea.. and worth it.. timely service provided. In a gathering of my 20 guest.. I did not had to wait or ask for anything because everything was provided on time. Food tastes amazing.. complete value to money.. Also, I think this place was quite spacious than any other cafe in Satya Niketan. The manager was very cooperative too. Thumbs up to you guys.. thanks for making it happen so gracefully. 😃
Long way to go before you reach your destination. It's above the town, 3rd floor basically. That's third world "uptown" , if you know what I mean. Great food, extremely chilly #chillychicken , #breast =good taste , #kitkatshake really need to improve that thing which they call as shake, it should be thick and smooth to satisfy me at least. Satyaniketan is my go-to place when I'm on a low budget as all the places here are quite pocket friendly. I happened to visit this cafe in Feb for dinner with a friend. The food was decent. In fact the pizza was pretty good but the whole place was damp and dull. The tables had a layer of dust and just not a place for two girls to visit at night. They can do a lot in terms of cleanliness and improve upon their ambience. They do serve good food but the whole experience was average.
Visited Uptown with my friends on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. I was expecting a monotonous ambiance just like any other cafe, but to my surprise, this place is amazing. We started off by ordering drinks, I tried the Virgin Sangria and loved it. For starters, we tried the cheesy mushroom, it was cooked to perfection! They do need some improvement on the Nachos, but, apart from that, all starters were good!
For main course, we have Chicken Sizzler with noodles, it was delicious!! And Baked Lasagne which was heavenly! We tried the Chicken Tikka pizza, which was really yummy and juicy!
We tried the chicken dimsums, which were the best dish at the cafe!
For dessert, we had the evergreen chocolate brownie sizzler and that surely made our sweet tooth happy!

The place to meet up with old friends and catch up. Hip music. Soothing Ambience, Not much of a rocker or dance place. The staff's real quick and nice. Plus the Sheesha here is the best I've ever had at any place in Delhi. Kicks like a crazy horse. Recommended for a casual hangouts and Sheesha.

Today is India vs Pak, the most awaited match of 2017! Ordered cheese nachos and mix sauce pasta.. Cheese nachos were super cheesy and the pasta was lip-smacking. Nontheless enjoyed the live screening to the core.

Went there strictly for food but the ambience caught me by surprise it's actually quite sauve for Satyaniketan's taste which is a good thing.The food was good,though most of the things we ordered weren't available their red pepper penne pasta and chilly chicken turned out to be better than expected.Later we even got a complimentary hookah and few tricks in an offer.To sum up,good classy ambience,but don't expect too huge a seating,good food,quick friendly service and nice music(in between).

Another place you can go to in Satya Niketan when you want to eat out, drink have hookah at a nominal price. The arrabiata pasta is nice. Soya Champ with cheese is tasty but too heavy to be shared by 2 people. The service is where they lack and need to buck up. They have a beautiful terrace too.

I went there few weeks back and I really liked MAKNHI SAUSE PASTA , garlic bread was okay , HUMMUS WITH PITA BREAD is a must try at this place .. Located on the top of the building(third floor) this place is indeed a hidden gem. The place dazzles with beautifully designed interiors as well as the adequately prepared floor space. Seats are good. The balcony gives a great view to the outside and provides an ideal spot for snaps and stuff.
Wide food and beverage options to go with. Honey chilly potato combined with fruit punch is a treat to the taste buds. What I loved about the place was their playlist and well paced service.

Seeing ; how there is a space restriction in satya niketan , it's an OK location with a decent ambience. There are better options available ambience vise. I feel not all lounges are good in Satya but I find upTown cafe best among the 10 best. Service, food , ambience, and staff were friendly. You may go without any hesitation from my experience.
