A really wonderful place to visit for any conference/meeting. The ambience, environment is simply outstanding. Equally excellent service is their lunch services. Their taste of food is good with the exact quantity of spices in foods. Hygiene conditions are simply excellent. Reception Services are very courteous in providing responses. Reaching out to the great Hotel is quite easy as it's near to the Metro Station.
I stayed twice..my first stay was upon arrival to Delhi. The airport pickup was so much appreciated, as soon as I landed I received a call stating he was at the pickup location and was waiting for me. Travelling solo this put me at ease. The transfer to the hotel was very seamless. Upon arrival I was greeted by one of the staff member and since I had booked a taj club room I was escorted right to my room. The room was very clean, warm and inviting and she arranged to have tea delivered to my room. The next morning I headed down to the Capital Kitchen and enjoyed a huge variety of breakfast items. The staff there were equally attentive. The hotel boasts ambience..music in the evening, the decor all make it perfect. One my way back to US I had booked a suite and that again did not disappoint. The staff is truly amazing, they cater to your every need. The cocktail hour and afternoon tea was amazing.
Everything about this stay was perfect - the staff go over and above to make sure your needs are met. Even if there was anything wrong with my stay that I could normally add in the review for improvement, I think given how amazing the service was, I can’t think of anything wrong with my stay. The food, rooms, staff, front desk - everything about this hotel was top notch. It was my first time visiting India but I know culturally we say “we treat our guests like god” but this hotel literally makes you feel like a queen!!! Wish I could live here full time

Easily approachable. Five star ambience .food is super delicious. Service is very good.kids friendly environment. I liked pool also..lawns are so big.markets are nearby.overall we enjoyed worth it
Taj Mahal hotel was one of best choice to choose it for staying 2 days and one night. Hotel was so cool and clean. All staff behaviour was calm helpful and they provide services as per our needs.
I had their 3 times meal and that was great and delicious also varieties.
Have been to this Hotel and what it was before it, it was a beautiful boutique Hotel called Fonseca Hotel before NDMC tore it down and made the monstrosity that is the Taj Man Singh today. Building wise. Anyway, things change but not always for the better. Deçor has changed over the last 40 years or so but something like acces to parking or alighting: woe is me. More later.

This hotel is one of the best in New delhi.. Their staff are so well mannered and well attentive to their customer.. The room was very clean and smell is good , calm and cool environment is maintained by their staff ..
They also very helpful regarding transportation service and local requirements...

Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor staffs were very friendly
The hotel ambiance is so good. The rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean. Their services were good. The food served was tasty and worthy. Overall, it was a good experience.

It is one of the best Hotel in India. Rooms are too comfortable and lighting are vision friendly. Wodden furniture gives the comfort and feeling of nature in lieu of plastic furnitures. Staffs are well educated and mannered. Room Service too good. worth for money in the locality
