We ordered cheese dosa, rava dosa , masala dosa.
And rava dosa was the best.
Chutney of sagar ratna was the best
Cheese in cheese dosa was very less,
Sambar was also tasty
And service was also very quick.

I always thought going to south indian restaurants especially Sagar ratna was too overrated. I tried Sagar ratna Defence colony 6 years ago and returned home with regret of wasting my time and money. Last week a friend forcefully took me to Sagar Ratna Dwarka and made me eat their thali and i was spell bound. Service, ambience and food everything gets an A+. I am going back to thisplace to try their Dosa next week.

This is shocking and eye opening experience for me to learn about the fraudulent ways Zomato has started to adopt to loot,befool and lie the loyal customers who spend money blindly trusting without realising that Our 800 Rs,the feeling of celebration or the quality of food carries zero value and on the top of it we get cheated and receive message on my mobile that the order has been delievered and the support staff is so insensitive and ill trained that they first argue ,start blaming us and keep chatting instead of talking on phone.
Today my sister was feeling better after a long time remaining unwell and wanted to have south indian food. After confirmation from the restaurant ,i got a call that my order der will be delivered late and when i asked how much delay ?? the caller did not have any idea and the caller was least interested in talking any further and plainly expressed his inability to tell and disconnected the call. when i rung up the restaurant the lady ho received the call was equally anxious about the pick up as the food as ready but the delievery did not take place. As i am a regular customer of sagar ratna she happily agreed to get it delivered by their own staff. Now as we were talking for 10-15 minutes ,A pick up boy who claims to be from zomato asks for the OTP and was talking rudely with the lady and when i asked her to make me talk to him he said hello and returned the phone to the lady stating the reason he would use his mobile.after some time i get the message of food got delievered and review request which was the heights of cheating, malpractices and distrust ,fraudulence ,I called him up the person was reluctant in telling his name(rakesh as per my mobile ) and started misbehaving .
Then came your chat support goons who are habitual liars and instead being supportive was rather asking me to prove things kept wasting my time and my mood was spoilt and i have decided never ever to order from zomato.You have hired Potential criminals who can be risky without verifying or training them.
keep these 150 points with you and better spend on your ill trained and ill behaved staff ,You will surely be in trouble soon if you kept on manipulating and cheating your customers.

Which was 2 small size vada n 1 idli which was served with sambhar, coconut chutney n red chilly chutney(my fav)
N davi vada. Yummy that was, water dipped vada drowned in slightly sweet dahi topped with ginger julienne, green chilly n boondies..

Deliciously awesome food ordered my breakfast from here and I was fully satisfied with its quality and quantity. On time delivery, dosa was still crispy by the time of delivery, instead of normal dosa try paper dosa with any of the filling of your choice.

Tasty south Indian food and quick delivery. It would be helpful if add or modify options are enabled with combo options as somebody who doesn't want to consume sweets can replace it with another choice.
I had ordered two plates of Sagar Special Thali. There was a strand of hair in one of the lemon rice bowls. I request the Kitchen Staff to please look carefully before packing the food.
Sagar Ratna is a highly satisfying dining experience. The quality of food and their service is commendable. The staff here was highly responsive and courteous.
We ordered ggee roasted masala dosa, masala dosa, and Mysore masala dosa along with mini idlis. The idlis were soft and smooth and were well complimented by the sambar and coconut chutney. For me the standout dish was the ghee roast masala dosa as it was filling yet the ghee didn't make it feel heavy. Overall the a great option for dinner that does not burn a hole in yoir pocket.
I went over for lunch with my colleagues.
Nice staff, clean and nice environment. We had:
Lemon rice: amazing! Raita was nice too
Coconut utpam: that flavour!
Masala dosa: just like always
Onion dosa: just that same taste
Sambhar vada: soft and good
Cold coffee without ice cream
Everything was really nice, quality and quantity was good. We really enjoyed our time over there.
Family dosa is very good and excellent, making is very good,Staff behavior r excellent. Mysore masala dosa is nice and coconut chutney good ,every thing r excellent. Restaurant cleaning r well.
I cut one star because of the price but still if i compare it with the service they provide then it is reasonable to me. Other then that i love eatting food in sagar ratna. I had odered for idle, dosa and sambar. It was just out of the world. Can not express the feeling of taste in words. You need to experience it once. You will surely love it.
Nice place good ambiance.. good food. Manchurian is must try. I didn't expected is to be that good. The quality of food was really good. Must visit.
Update:
Just came to know, the food comes from a little too longer way than conceivable. Hence the food was cold. Secondly, the second time, the food has its distinct flavour, with the appropriate amounts of salt as promised. I did like the concept, but, maybe the food is for Delhiites, cause my taste buds have been taken over by my South Indian friend's mother and her recipe. I'd prefer ordering at her place than trying out this cuisine outside. You could give this place a fair shot, and enjoy the delivery.
I am completely disappointed in what I just experienced!! A disaster!! First of all, the quantity is too compromised, next, everything is cold as ice, adding salt to injury was extra salt in everything!! Shameful experience, will definitely skip this place all the time!!
For South Indian food lovers this is the best place to visit. I have ordered many items but, idilli chat and rava kesari is the two which I order in every visit. These are awesome in taste. All types of dosa and thali’s are great in taste.. Service is also good.. spacious ambiance.. Staffs are helpful.. must visit this place!
For the love of South Indian food this place is really amazing,i tried so much of option of sagar ratna like it's whether uttpam,dosa,vada,idli even the north indian dishes and the noodles everything is filled with flavours of South just like if I feel to have something south indian I prefer sagar ratna ...❤️❤️❤️
The food is really good here, but the staff messes up the the menu quite a few times and take sometimes to register if there's any custom needs of the customers. The south Indian dishes are worth it and the tomato chutney given with dosas is pure work of god. The ambience is nice but the staff isn't well aware of how to use the ambience properly.

I was here for Saturday brunch and had South Indian thali, idli sambar vada combo, and dahi vada. All the dishes were fresh and tasty.
Worth trying if you want to have South Indian cuisine.

I am editing my previous negative review for a reason, my husband was craving for South Indian food and it was raining heavily so we couldn't go elsewhere. I revisited this place despite having a bad experience the 1st time. To my surprise, everything except the Uttapam was bang on. We ordered Mysore Masala Dosa, Dahi Vada, filtered coffee, Green Apple soda drink and Onion Uttapam. Everything (mostly) tasted good, chutneys were great too. I had visited this outlet in the beginning of this month, posting a late review coz I believe they have redeemed. From what I could understand, we visited on a Monday during lunch hours and earlier we had visited on a Saturday evening. I think this outlet needs to work more efficiently during rush hours, maybe hire more staff/ temporary staff to cater to the weekend rush.

One of the best options in dwarka for south Indian and pure veg. Food is simply awesome , fresh and made of natural ingredients inline other restaurants that add too much food color . Like the idly chat and kesar halwa. Ambience can be improved a bit.
I do not know why this place has a 2.4 star rating, as it provides good hot South Indian food at reasonable prices.
I had ordered an 2 Upmas which were delivered hot with tasty coconut chutney and sambar. I recommend trying atleast once and not paying attention to the ratings.
The customer service experience for online ordering turned out to be very good. They sent, a more tastier masala dosa along with coconut chatni which I really liked. Overall, it will be my first choice for ordering south Indian online. I have visited their place too, their customer service is really good as compare to other north indian restaurants. Food is really good.

The only problem is that the approach to the lift to the 3rd floor restaurant is very narrow and goes through a shop on the ground floor.
Second, the board of the restaurant is not visible clearly from ground level.

Had garlic ghee roast plain dosa which was very nice....podi idlies were soft and flavourful....paper plain dosa was as good and crispy...rasam was little thick but tasty and apalam with onion chutny enhanced its taste....crispy aloo chaat was really yumm...filter coffee was fresh....overall experience was nice. very attentive servers with right attitude....
Food quality has improved, service was delightful, water was clean, plates were cleaned, kids safe, tables & chairs arrangement could be better though. My family enjoyed every bite, we were pleasantly surprised.

Sagar Ratna is the best place to eat if you are looking for a quick bite or a family meal or literally any occasion which calls for good food. It has the best instrumental music, obviously very tasteful and fulfilling food and a family ambience. Kids and adult friendly. Very homely. The South Indian thali is a must must try. Chinese is good too.

Food is great. Nice mouth watering dishes. Tried masala dosa, uttapam, upma, rasam papad, biryani veg and to my surprise the malai chaap was also prepared very nicely. The ambience is something that can be worked upon a little bit to make it more attractive place to visit.

Good place to have South Indian cuisine, and the rasam I awesome especially in winters. Place, service and ambiance was good, preparations can be better.
Food and ambience is great. I came after a long time but small suggestion to please improve the sauce served next to dosa like coconut and other chutney. The taste is chutney was flat.
The overall experience was good. I ordered Mix veg uttapam which was hard as it was re-heated. One more thing they are charging Rs. 100 for a glass of a cold drink which we can easily get in Rs. 20 from the market.
