Do try Rava Masala Dosa and Dal idli.
This small cosy restaurant is in the same lane where Aggarwal Sweets is there near to Ansal Classique Tower. My friend who works in the same area called me up for tasting one of the best Dosas and Medu Vada being served in that area, so I landed myself here alongwith him.
Coming to the ambiance of this joint, nothing great but is as similar to small tiffin joints one can find in Andhra/Tamil Nadu. 10-15 pax can accommodate at one go.
Coming to the food we ordered:
1) Special Masala Dosa(INR 70/-): It was extremely good. It had all the veggies with aloo masala in it. Loved it. Though Sambhar served with it wasn't that great. I have heard somewhere during my stay in Vishakhapatnam that the deliciousness of Dosas/Idlis/Vadas all depends on the Sambhar that you get with it. I was quite dissatisfied with the Sambhar actually. Otherwise the Dosa tasted good.
2) Paneer Dosa(INR 120/-): Next up was this beauty. It had replaced the veggies in the earlier dosa with paneer in it. Loads of paneer with aloo masala was surely a thing of my choice. Actual winner out of all. Highly recommended.
3) Medu Vada(INR 40/-): Vada was served cold with hot piping Sambhar. After enquiring that it would be great if you could serve hot vada, it will be actually great by just putting it in the microwave prior to serving. As per them, if they will microwave it prior to serving, it will not be cripsy like what it should be actually. So they are not doing the same. Vada was actually actually good. Very crispy and juicy at the same time. Recommended for once at least.
Overall the experience was somewhat above than mediocre, but will recommend this place at least once for everyone. Service was very prompt.
Price for happiness here will be INR 300 for 2 pax.

The food is pretty good and the joint is kept spic and span. This gives sense of good hygiene. Perfect for weekend breakfast that one would like to have
An average South Indian food place but quite cheap, this is your neighborhood joint for this cuisine when you don't want to go far away or want it at home. Had Idli and Vada and both were okay, as was the Masala Dosa. Only challenge that I see at such places is their Sambhar and Coconut Chutney which is too thin, probably because of the cheap prices they have. Still, an okay option for a quick bite.
A small South Indian food joint in Rajouri.. Good place to have dosas and idli. Love their red chutney.. Tastes like home made Tamil chutney. Love this place.
This placed is generally flocked by pipping tuition kids. It's a reasonable eatery run by South Indians (call me old school but I truly believe that only South Indians can cook a perfectly crisp dosai). Value for money is there. Decent hygiene. But don't go there expecting an extraordinary culinary experience.
Amazing dosas at pocket friendly price. Must try is the rava masala dosa. Uttapam is okayish. Masala amd plain dosa are also good. Red chutney needs a lil improvement.
My Saturday morning food joint , great quality food at reasonable prices. Must try once to know their quality of food. ....................
