I have so many memories of this outlet. This place is always being the best answers to my cravings. They really serve the best south Indian food in Shalimar bagh. They offer a different verity of dosa. Mine fave is onion Rava masala dosa, lemon rice and pao bhaji. Must try if nearby.

Had ordered various types of dosas from here from time to time and everytime I have been happy about it , however some of the new chinese things that they have added are not up to the mark , but the south indian delicacies are a must try and one can go for it without any doubt .
I went to this restaurant with my wife and children last weekend for A south Indian brunch. The restaurant was entirely full but the owner was very friendly and got us seats in 10 minutes.
We were surprised to see the detailed menu of this restaurant and menu looked quite authentic. We then ordered Madras special Dosa , chilly potato, Onion utappam and Idli sambhar.
Honestly, their dosa and utappam were the best and I would recommend everyone to try this once. Very original and very Authentic. Also, the owner didn't mind serving us additional sambar and chutney.
Overall, it was an amazing experience and this shop is really Old with an amazing food.
I go to this place since my childhood specially for there crispy masala dosa. It's must try. Uthapam was good. Topped with a lot of onions and tomatoes. Spring roll was crispy but bit oily. However I love masala dosa of this place.

This is the best outlet for South Indian foods in Shalimar bagh. The way of serving these dishes was as we are having food in South India. This restaurant is also good for Chinese dishes. It is also pocket friendly restaurant.

Apmle quantity with multiple serving. Have tried the south indian cuisine which is really appreciable. The dishes I personally recommend are idli, vada, masala butter dosa, filter coffee, coconut dosa, rava dosa. It's a nice family ac restaurant. I star it 4 because there is a little more scope of improvement but the food tastes really well. Thank you!

The dosa packaging was nice as it came in a box and they sent two types of chutney along with dosa.
The preparation was good as was the taste.
The place serves really good dosas nd their coffee is pretty amazing. Also read about the pav bhaji to be pretty amazing too. On my list, next when I'min the area.

Good place for dosa and chinese. Very nice menu with lots of variety. They offer special cheese dosa and pao bhaji dosa as well. The place is spacious and nice but they always ask for tip at the end of the meal.
I and my family all liked the dosas and idli was also very soft.the food here has a real south indian taste .Ambience is not very nice but the taste of food nullify it totally
It's great. They serve authentic south indian food. I have visited it once. It's located quite near to Shalimar Bagh metro station. Idli, sambhar and vada were good. Sitting is also good.

I got a masala dosa and vegetable uttapam delivered to my place. The order was quick to be delivered, and was packed well. The food was good. But what I liked was that it didn't have unnecessary spices. The sambar was sambar and not water. Overall, was a good experience.

Try their Idli Sambhar. It is the best you would have ever had. The taste of all their South Indian Dishes is actually unique and this is in a good sense. Their dosas (try Mysore Masala and Rava Dosa) are delicious as well. Have an Idli, a dosa and a can of Red Bull as a beverage to gulp it down. Would be an ideal meal.
This place serves one of the best southindian food with the authentic taste intact, their masala dosa is perfect to taste and their chutney are too good.. Idly is soft and fluffy and Vada is perfectly crisp.. If u love southindian do try here
The South Indian food is something to die for. The food will always exceed your expectations. My personal favourites include the Sambar Dosa and Sambar Vada. Quite economical too. The ambiance though is not that great but the food pretty much makes up for it
Wot to say abt dis place. I love its dosas n chowmien.. n d fresh nariyal pani dey serve. Now dey hv strtd wd rasam papad too.. n its awsum.. i visit too frequently der coz i m hell addicted to der chowmien now.. its too yummy
I usually visit Madras Dosa and Chinese when I have to eat some South Indian food . I like the masala dosa , it's crispy and has a good amount of potato stuffing . The dal vadas are very good , crispy and delicious . The sambar is sometimes very good and sometimes it way too liquidy ( like water ) , it's served with some white coconut chutney and another Orange chutney ( don't know what that really is , but tastes good ) .

Nice place for South Indian food lovers. They have a good place for sitting, and the staff are cooperative. You can try it once.
They have a new rule that if you buy one dish, you can share it with only one person. If you are asking for extra sambhar and chutney, they will charge you Rs. 30 extra if you share your dish with more than 1 person.

A little overpriced as compared to quality of the food and ambience, feels like sitting in a local Dhaba. Food was good as compared to other South Indian outlets near by.
I will highly recommend it for South Indian food as everything on the menu is made available in minutes and is fresh and hot served. Courteous staff, you can always ask for more nariyal chutney and sambar; didn't tried Chinese there. Parking area is a bit far so try to come in public transport, though two wheeler parking is easily available.
