This is the shop that offers wide range of dishes along with a lot of veggie that are prepared and presented in a wholesome hygeinic way. I love everything on their menu.
Would like to mention Few dishes one should must try at Raju Uttaranchal Caterers ..PANEER BUTTER MASALA,SHAHI PANEER SPICY & KADHAI PANEER. They have not done any compromise with food quality and quantity too , place is hygienic , good staff , every thing is just so nice .
ordered paneer butter masala and garlic naan ! everything was so tasty ! . a proper meal with exactly what you need. i think it is one of my must visit place. Affordable+Tasty
Mezbaan is a place I have loved going to since I moved to Delhi 12years back. During my trips to the North Campus, this has been a must visit place. They serve Mughlai style food like Karims. The spicy and juicy chicken burra, the melt in the mouth mutton seekh kebabs, the chicken stew(gravy made with opinion paste, curd, red chillies, spices and no added water), the chatpata paneer tikka, sheermal and phirni are among my favourites there. When I pack something from there to eat at home, the yummy uncontrollable aroma wafts through the house. Looks like I need to plan a visit soon. Big thumps up
This place is an old delhi style restaurant with good ambiance. The food used to be very delicious, but the quality has lowered over time. The butter chicken they serve is very sweet now and it felt like it wasn't freshly prepared. The afghani chicken was good and jhangiri chicken is something that we really enjoyed. The staff is good here but the service is quite slow. Overall it's a good place considering the pocket friendly prices.
This is an old-delhi Karim's style restaurant that serves mughlai cuisine. It's a little bit cramped but the taste is authentic. We ordered mutton stew which was delectable with laccha parantha and roomali roti. The mutton seek kabab we ordered was very tasty too.
I find this place not to be pocket friendly for students and slightly over-priced but if Mughlai is what you want, then this could be your den.
Awesome mughlai food.best butter chicken i ever had the creaming of it love it not so sweet and also not so spicy and the other one is mutton jhangiri yumm..
The quality of khamiri roti is so soft.
But seating was not so comfortable
All around taste it
4stars for food quality only.
Come here only to taste unique and authentic non veg couisien. Sitting space is too tight and substandard quality. Good for small gatherings. Parking space is there in from and near the outlet. Washroom is there but a bit tight. Costs around Rs. 500 per head. This time we tried their tarka nihari. It was good to taste. Their mutton seekh is my all time favourite.
I went in there a couple of weeks ago hesitatingly and it turned out to be a great experience. We took away chicken burra and it jas authentic mughlai taste. It was cooked to perfection. The portion was heavy enough for 2 people (8 pieces in a full plate). It is quite exoensive but worth the price. Will go back there soon.
One cannot say enough good things about this place. It has no extravagant decor, just an old forgotten aura, with soft instrumental music playing in the background. While this might appeal to just a few, the phenomenal food will surely keep anybody going back for more. From their chicken/mutton Jahangiri, the nehari, koftas, every item has unique tastes, not just a rampant chaos of spices and oil like other mughlai junctions. Even the tandoori roti is out of this world. To me, even Karim's pales in comparison. It already has a cult of faithful customers (obviously!). Dawaat e Mezbaan is a must for any true mughlai lover. I cannot stess more on this!
Very nice dineout experience ordered mutton stew and chicken stew and khamiri rotis bith dishes were excellent and cooked well mutton was soft and not over spicy and authentic muglai yaste and chicken qorma was equally good but for me mutton was better do try it guys if u r near Delhi university kamla nagar
Over all it was good experience ambiance was quite good like I love the music collection which were being used but they guys should change there furniture as it was not as much comfortable as it should... Food was ok not soo good as I heard about this restaurant
Its one of the best place if u wana have mughlai food. Tasty and yummy. If you are foodie and love non vegetarian food then this is the place for you.
A small outlet serving Mughlai and North Indian food is a sort of a family restaurant.
Ignoring its ambiance and concentrating on its food is the best thing.
Their butter chicken with khamiri Roti is one of the best meals I've ever had. Seriously it's a must try for every butter chicken lover. ❤️
Tried their chicken Nihari too and it's also good.
Because it was very close to my college and PG, I used to visit it almost every 3-4 days. The place is well maintained, and the staff very polite. Chicken jehangiri, mutton stew, chicken burra, chicken biryani is what is recommended from my side. A must visit for North Campus people.
This place was beyond the definition of mezbaan as they claim them to be , food though was more on an average side (taste wise) but the quality of ingredients and hygiene was actually to that of domestic level .
The interiors are minimally done to give you a maximum pleasure( it gave to me atleast) so aptly chosen colour and the thing that much impressed me was their habbit of changing the table cover after each customer leave ( even the big restaurants skip this hygienic step) .
I order the chiken biryani (only) there which was pretty much average on taste since it was missing some major spices like daal cheeni and elaichi and more importantly fried onions on the top but still being a less spicy affair its quality chicken and freshly done eggs and the freshest of the green chutney that accompanied are compelling me to give this place several other attempts , which I shall surely give and would recommend to many other people.
This restaurant is beat for families, couples, and friends. A budget place for anyone with a Great taste of food. It a small restaurants but have a great taste of service.
So In my Small Review
Food : ❤❤❤❤
Ambience : ❤❤❤
Services : ❤❤❤
Budget : ❤❤❤❤
Accidentally tried this place one day. It's mostly empty except for only a few tables occupied. But the experience turned out to be good.
Though as pricey as an expensive CP restaurant, the food is extremely delicious. We ordered their specialty chaap. It was awesome. The service was excruciatingly slow, though the waiters were very helpful and courteous. Slow service generally means the food is freshly cooked which was also evident here.
Overall a good experience because of the food. Must visit.
Located in a crowdy market but I was able to find the best item of their menu. I went their many times and always order Chicken Jahangiri and Khamiri. It has got an awesome taste. A must try place.
I usually visit to have lunch, with my family and friends. I find it very good in price and food quality and quantity is very good. Service is also good. The best item I like is chicken stew there. Pieces are fine. Half plate is for two will go. Very Nice place and must go there
Low on ambience but very good food. The ordering time is also quite a lot. But the afghani chicken and their tandoori rottis will make up for it.
It is a paradise for Indian and Mughlai food addicts!
I ordered chicken handi and chaap curry here and it was delicious!
We went there around closing time so they were running out of breads but it was all delicious
It is located in kamla nagar so mostly pg and college students form the part of crowd and so the items are reasonably priced as well
The ambience is decent like any local restaurants, simple table and chairs instead of plush sofa seats and jazzy interior
If you want good non veg go here!
This place serves great mughalai food! Must try are sheermal, mutton nihari, korma, malia tikka, khamiri roti! In short if you want to eat mughalai in kamla nagar this is the place! I have been here umpteen times! The service is good and ambience alright!
One of the few places in the campus which serves mughlai. Please don't expect it to be a very lavish place with fancy seating arrangements. It is not really a place where you'd take your whole family for a meal. More of a I'm-bored-of-the-hostel-food kind of a place. A very simple, no frills place with good mughlai food. I have had their butter chicken, palak paneer and chicken roll. The butter chicken gravy is thick, buttery and slightly sweet (not malai kofta sweet). I personally love their Palak Paneer. They give a generous quantity of food too. Chicken roll is okay-ish.Do try their sheermal, it is not exactly what I've had back at home. This one has a lot of ghee and a strong elaichi and sugary flavour to it. Also, the dough for their rotis and naans is different from other eateries', in a nice way though :)
Will edit my review when i try more dishes!
Really good authentic mughlai food served here. Though the prices are murderous. They use fresh and flavour rich marination for chicken to taste amazing! Chicken burra is a must try! But the prices of dishes kills you. Really going by the name it's for once in a while daawat.
Earlier being a 'Karim's the food is pretty good by normal standards...Chicken burra being really delicious and also the amazingly flavourful mutton nehari. By the way the tandoori roti is to die for
Good Food; though the ambiance leaves much desired.

Awesome as it can be..the food is very tasty and there is a lot of variety of non veg..from tandoori to main course..this place offers the best meals..has a special dish for each day too..located on the main road..it has a small parking too..do try the traditional mughlai dishes here..even the desserts are mouth watering..
Great place for non veg lovers, especially mutton dishes. Kamla nagar have a very rare restaurant serving this kind of food. Reason behind I am rating 4 star is that it lacks little space it's quite narrow specially when its crowded.
The restaurant is small but has seating space for 8 people. The food had variety but was mostly north indian. I ordered the brain curry and the service was neither fast nor slow. The taste of the food was good but there wasnt much variety present in the beverages section. I ordered a blue lagoon mocktail and the taste was okay-ish. The ambience needs improvement but is not entirely a deal breaker on its own. Good option overall for non vegetarian foods. Just dont expect much in the beverages section.
As they say the best Mughali rests with the like of Karims etc, Mezbaan included. The place has some sort of linkages to the Mughal rasoi. The place is down to earth and basic restaurant ambiance. Try the Kababs or the Nihari, Nargisee or the Jahangiri, ll are good and better than most with their own unique taste. For a more grandeur celebration why not order the Raan in advance! Must eat if you in the north for some non-veg delights
Must viait place they serve you Royal foods at very affordable prices.
Must try Dishes - Chicken Burra, Reshami kebab, Butter Chicken and The delicious keema paratha.
A very good restaurant with its simple and elegant profile.... best option for mughalai cuisines near University of Delhi
Very nice family restuarant, serves delicious Mughlai food, must have: Chicken korma, Nihari and briyani.
Shubhashree g dastidar
+5
Food here is authentic mughal food. Best Savior for good chicken recipes in the heart of bungalow road
Small restaurant with ample parking on road, very good location and out of the world mughlai food !!
Here is a good facility to get pizza and receive by order but only 12_15 people take pizza at same time in restaurent bcoz there is no more place
Good food on compararive price..expect 250-300 per person.
Best mughlai food in North Delhi. Must try mutton burra.
The Food is good and the price is also affordable...
