The most peaceful, quite and pretty place you're ever going to see will be the Khel gao marg and not many people know about that place and in that place there is a cafe by the name old town cafe near their community hall, and the ambience of the place is really good, with so many games to choose from, and few novels you can choose to read. The service of the place is really great but you cannot expect any music playing in the background. The food is really amazing there especially their peri peri fries and hot chocolate is just yum.
Beautiful cafe with an old world charm. Loved the ambience and service. Good food.. Tho tea needs some upgrade. Can work on it.. Sandwich and toast were delicious. Kiddo thoroughly enjoyed the cupcakes.
Good place to hangout .
Food is good quality wise.
Clean and comfortable.
Iam Surely gonna go again.
And also recommend my friends 👬.
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Perfect place for a small party . Very much satisfied with the ambience , food and staff. had a birthday party for my 11 year old kid . we all had a very good time at this place.
A cute little place. It's interiors are really tempting and is a lot different than others. It gives the feel of a British bakery. ❤
Ambience is good.
As for food we ordered only the Hazelnut Brownie Shake. It wasn't as good as the interiors but still a nice effort.
Plus the cook was really polite and welcoming.
Its a quaint lil place tucked away amidst d many boutiques of shahpur jat... very limited seating area but no complaints whatsoever regarding that... loved d quirky ambience .. kinda just makes u smile when u walk in here... tried the bacon, chorizo and olive thin crust pizza and i must say it was very very satisfying... and at 220 bucks i say its a must try for pizza afficionados.. move over all u pizza mnc's lol...the peanut butter shake wasnt exceptional (too sweet for my liking tbh) but d rocky road cupcake is a delight for those who favour chocolate.... the staff was xtremely good natured n friendly... definitely will drop in again!
This place is located inside of the lane, near Ivy and bean. I'd say it's more like a meh-time place
It's super calm and helps in wandering.
It's pretty reasonable. The waffles are really nice, except I like mine a bit crunchy.
The decor is kind of vintage which makes it even special.
It's a cute little place, I liked their decor and was really excited about the food but the pasta we ordered was so bland that I had to ask for salt. It was just tasteless. On the contrary, the chicken & ham sandwiches were superb. Flavours were popping the mouth with every bite.
Fabulous food and place. Cup cakes are amazing, very cutely made and tasty. Cool place for small groups, efficiently managed by two people. Would love to visit again.
Starting with the interior which is fabulous and attractive too. And the food! They are just amazing, if you come here with a friend or friends, then have a long chat and enjoy their delicacies. Try their quiche you would feel like repeating it again and again. And their summer chillers, those jar mugs and inside those mugs there is a lovely chilled drink. You would definitely pray while drinking it that hope it never ends! Be a good eater and if you are a good eater, you never eat the same thing.
Faulous food n experience ! Every item was spot on..the pot pie n cup cake waz just amazing! One of the few places that i know of that serves such fantastic breakfast.
Had a wonderful work lunch here. The small cafe is tastefully done, and the kind team of two manning the place were efficient and courteous. We had the Chicken Pot Pie, Bacon Waffles, and a Bacon, Chorizo, Eggplant baked Pita dish. Everything tasted delicious and was carefully prepared. Only suggestion would be a chunk of hot bread to mop up the delicious Pot Pie with. Will be back super soon! 🙂
Amazing thin and light waffles with many different options to choose from....amazing toppings and this is a cool small place.. one feels the warmth..the service is a little slow but one can enjoy the music and company of friends or loved ones.
Following my sweet urge, exploring the streets of Shahpur Jat, I stood outside Old Town Cafe. The cupcakes here, satiated the urge in a jiffy!
Best cupcakes in Delhi.. I can vouch for them!! So fresh and so adequately iced and sweet. On days when one wants some alone time, this cafe is the best bet.. cute and cosy at the same time one could curl up with a book, masala chai (which by the way is awesome) cupcake/quiche and be at peace. After a hard day at work I often find my self unwinding here!! The owner is very involved with operations of the cafe and ensures comfort of customers.. I have seen her customising food options as per the likes of customers very often!! This place is a must for everyone who still prefer places which focus on quality in all aspects!!
The place is quant and cosy ... tucked away in a corner ... pleasant music and good service to catch a good cup of coffee and nourish your sweet side with indulgent waffles . I found the Power smoothie tasty and well made . Would not mind going back again
Wow. The food was so good. I had never tasted Waffles before this, because I am not very much into meetha, but I really liked it. And this menu had something new, Pot Pie, again never tasted it, and this was love! 👌🏻You will have to walk down the streets of Fashion Street to find it, and the walk is worth walking when you find this. 😻
Pasta white sauce and herbs. It is really excellent. It is very fulfilling. It can be eaten by two people. Very well served. Can be taken with the family.
A very small cafe located in Shah pur Jat. A quiet place to go with your friends for some alone time away from the hustle and bustle. It's a place to just sit and have a nice cup of coffee with your friends.
A cute little quaint cafe hidden somewhere in the middle of the madness of Shapure Jat. The decor has definitely got a very homely kind of feeling to it. Food isn't exactly great, although milkshakes are quite decent. We ordered a dark chocolate milkshake and . I wouldn't really recommend this place for the food, but definitely if you wanna get a cup of coffee or gorge on some good milkshakes in this is the place!
Your budget buddy in the covert niche of Shahpurjat is Old town Café. It's the cutest eatery I have visited in Delhi, literally so small yet so adorable. The prices can be considered as petty keeping in mind the quality of food they offer. Do try the cupcakes!
A small cafe with old touch, Nice place to relax. We had White sauce Pasta and along with Caramel Coffee and Frappe coffee, both were very good. The place should play music which was missing. But overall a nice place for a quick snacks.

Old Town might have interiors and decors that make it look a bit old and outlandish, but serves you delicacies that are fresh and new. The idea of visiting the Old Town Café came to me through a friend of mine who happens to be a frequent visitor of this place. I had heard him talking about the amazing range of desserts that these people serve and hence decided to visit it a few days back.
Here is a list of items that I tried-
Spaghetti Pasta- Served with mushroom and chicken, tasted good.
Chicken Ham and Bacon- The bacon was good and the ham too.
Basil Pasta- Made in pesto sauce, tasted fine.
Belgian Chocolate Cupcake- A nice one indeed. Just how I like it.
Caramel Coffee- Had a rich taste of caramel, tasted fine.
Peanut Butter and Oreo- How can a dish with oreo in it be not good?
Ice-cream Sunday Cupcake- A nice one for the ice cream lovers.
Altogether, it was a nice visit at Old Town café and I believe that it should be visited by everyone looking
forward to trying out a rich range of desserts.
My final ratings would be as follows-
AMBIENCE AND INTERIORS- 3.5/5
SERVICE- 3.5/5
FOOD- 3.5/5
OVERALL- 3.5/5
Good cafe nice place to sit and for a quick bite with coffee going to shahpur jat is tiring every time this place is quite cozy we had great time there after shopping
Visited this place long time back. This place is hidden in the streets of Shahpur Jatt. Old Town Cafe is known for its cupcakes so we ordered Belgian Chocolate cupcake and Red Velvet cupcake. We liked belgian chocolate more because it was soft and tasted fresh. Red velvet cupcake was just okay not so good as belgian chocolate.
Overall experience-
Presentation-4/5
Taste-3.5/5
Food: I had desserts here. They were okay. The waffles were somewhere between what-am-I-doing-here to I-think-they-are-fine. The options are cool.
Service: I wouldn't compare it with the service in a proper restaurant. So it was fine. The staff (there was only one person) can be a bit more enthusiastic and welcoming.
Ambience/Seating: It's nicely furnished and decorated. But it's not much cared after. The water bottle on the table had some dirt inside the bottle. The chairs also had dust on them.
Value for money: Uhmm. Yea. Maybe. I don't know. Whatever.
Go for: A short visit.
Verdict: A differently styled urban village cafe. One can go there with a friend who is too dull for anything.
Good thing: It's in Shahpur Jat?
Bad thing: Quite of them.
Go or pass: Your call, mate.

Very cute place , in the middle of the market had two cup cakes , the Belgium chocolate ganache & peanut butter Oreo, the cake was moist and the cream on top was heavily not to much not to less just perfect ! Do give it a try !
If there is one place on earth that can calm me down, resuscitate my flagging spirits, get me going and make me feel like myself again, it has to be Old Town Cafe. I have spent countless afternoons here for the last 3 years, and every visit is like being in a calm meditative place, my chakras aligned and all that jazz. There is not a thing on the menu I haven't tried - cupcakes, waffles, carrot cake, gluten free yums, pastas, sandwiches, salads...just about everything. My insta feed is loaded with happy times here 😊 The Baketress par excellence, Garima Bedi, is an absolute delight and the hero behind this blockbuster place. No one can beat the cupcakes here and I mean no one! She can whip up a staggering surprise in the blink of an eyelash just like a fairy godmother, I kid you not. My favourites here are just too many to list but I just adore the raspberry cupcakes, the watermelon cooler, the nutella waffles, hazelnut cold coffee, breakfast eggs in all their forms and also the carrot cake which I have specially requested a million times. Just writing about Old Town Cafe puts me in a happy place. Good luck to you, team Old Town, and God Bless!
Whenever hunger stricken on long class days at college, my squad and I used to rush down the street only to land onto our cosy comfy couch at Cafe Old Town! Yes, it did shut for a while a few months back but only to redo it’s ambience which is now even more homely, vintage based, and has a F.R.I.E.N.D.S.poster hung on the side wall. It’s an absolutely dainty place, and we love it. From coffee cravings to hunger pangs, waffles to cupcakes, pasta to potpie- Old Town Cafe offers everything with a sense of welcoming warmth! The place knows nothing like "bad taste."
My Forever Favourite: Parsley Mushroom + Cream Cheese Sandwhich; Nutella + Almond Waffles.
Morning urge? Brunching scene? Evening coffee? You now know where to stop without second thoughts!

If I am to say where can I get the best cupcakes in Delhi I will point to this place even in my sleep. It's been two years and I'm a loyal. My most favorite cupcake is the birthday chocolate, Belgian chocolate coming in a close second. This place has brought me so much joy over time, all I have to do to take away my blues and grab a cupcake from here.
Cupcake = life
I visited this place long back but could not pen down the experience then.
In the bylanes of this village is located a small Cafe called Old Town Cafe. With merely a capacity of seating 8-10 people and a small service counter this place serves some real nice food.
I liked the sausage , the frankfurter which was presented in a highly quirky manner. The sandwiches are good too and the pasta nice. We tried the coconut water mocktail which was sugar less and refreshing.
They are really famous for their cupcakes so you should definitely try them and order fresh ones for later too.
A super cute place which gives a very warm feeling once inside d door... Jus loved it...We visited this place for tea after a tiring shopping spree but once we entered this cute place we were greeted by d warm staff. We tried their sandwich n pita bread n they were yummilicious... N icing on the cake was their famous cupcake wid chocolate ice cream which is jus irresistible ... Maintain d quality guys....We definitely want to go back ... A must visit wen in Delhi 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Hidden in the streets of shahpur jat is this little old town cafe. It's cute and adorable in its own way. It's always a delight to come to this place for a quick lunch after tiring college classes. I love the sandwiches totally. Also the coffee is truly refreshing. I come here quite often and this place has never really disappointed me. I always leave with a smile.
The first thing that comes into mind when I think of this place is cup cakes, they are Amazing. A cute little cafe with amazing interior. They have nice shakes and sandwiches as well. Definitely one should visit here. It is calm and quite away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Shahpur Jat is famous for pretty cafes with tasteful food and colourful ambience . Last week I spotted this tiny place with super cute floral decor and candy furnish . We ordered the famous rocky road muffin , falafel with pita and chicken paprika lemon mayo sandwich . Food wise we were not happy . Pita was overbaked , falafel was too dry . I dont remember the taste of sandwich , that is how it was . Last but not the least , cupcake was not upto the mark either . Overall , I was disappointed. Points given only for the cozy ambience and the good time I had there , chatting with an old friend .
Owner is really hard-working and committed to this being a quality boutique café. I'm especially happy to have found this place because of the gluten-free baked goods - sometimes they're really available, and all times they can be ordered in advance.
Visited this place during my short Delhi trip. We were shopping at Shahpur Jat and were really tired and needed our evening tea. That's when we saw this small café tucked into one of the lanes!
OTC has a very dainty, cozy feel to it. We ordered for peppermint tea & green tea - both came in small tea pots and pretty cups. To go with our tea, we ordered Nutella waffles (which was decent) and their rocky road cupcake, which was really delicious!
And the cherry on the icing is the lovely, enterprising owner who makes you feel at home by engaging you in light conversation!
While looking out for a good place in Shahpur Jat in Zomato, I found this hidden gem. This is a small cafe located in one of the small lanes of Shahpur Jat. The place is very small and offers you a good cozy ambiance. It can host around 10-12 people and the owner is very cordial and pay special attention to each one of them. We ordered Hot chocolate with Marshmallows which was a nice concept but the hot chocolate was not that good. Cupcakes were out of the world and were the best ones which I have had until now in my life. Belgian chocolate cupcake and Lemon Cupcake were my favourites which I tried. Holiday waffle made my day with four different varieties of toppings in each piece of the waffle. Pastas, sandwiches, burgers, Lebanese food were also present in the menu but we couldn't try them as we were full. I will visit this eatery very soon to try these delicacies :)
A hidden gem in Shahpur jat. I entered this place while on regular visits to Potbelly when we found this place and entered for the charm of decor at this place. It is small with a few tables but it guves it such a cozy feel. They serve fresh and best cupcakes. I am no hard core fan or cupcakes or anything but this place has the best cupcakes I ever had.
It is a place to drop by for a small bite and the owner greats with a warm smile.
I haven't tried anything else on the menu so far, but I am ready to travel all the just for their cupcakes.
This is a small little bakery place with a woman managing it all by herself. Old town cafe makes the best waffles in delhi. Even though the seating area is a bit small but after having the freshly baked, delicious mouth warming waffles and cupcakes you are only going to crave for the same taste for a couple of days. worth it.
A quite, warm and cozy place smack in the middle of a bustling Shahpur Jat!! Awesome and fresh cupcakes and a good variety to choose from for the health conscious as well... A must visit when in this part of Delhi..
Delicious cakes , cupcakes n
Waffles
It's my favourite place. The place is very cute and cozy. The breakfast is amazing 😊
Must try 👍
Really vast menu
The bestest blueberry rose cake ever n the sweetest owner made it even more special..coming soon for the waffles 😊😊 Must check out the place strongly recommended
Bestest cafe ever...especially the blueberry cup cake..owners takes special interest.....ambiance was amazing...attentive staff....quality food
So a few days back, I stumbled upon this quaint lil' café in the small dingy lanes of Shahpur Jat. And I must say, it left me delightfully happy.
I tried their much talked about cupcakes and they were indeed a treat to eat! Fresh, soft and reasonably priced (80 bucks for Almond Hazelnut). Topped with warm nutella and almond flakes, you really couldn't wrong with this one. Their menu was pretty decent with waffles, shakes, coffee and other munchies. The place is small, can accommodate like just 7-8 people at one time but a must if you're done dying shopping (or window shopping) at high end couture of Shahpur Jat !
Excellent job .. my first time experience and I loved it .. #Garima you r a lovely lady and you make all the cupcakes with lots of sweetness ... you helped me a lot all the way to your cafe Big thanks
I visited this place with my best friends. We were having dessert craving and the word CUPCAKE written in bold outside, caught my eye. The owner is very warm and welcoming.
We ordered a Raspberry Cherry Lemon cupcake and an Ice cream Sundae Cupcake and they were to die for! Soft, fresh and delicious! Although it's a small place, the homely and European touch to the decor was a cherry on top of the (cup)cake :)
Absolutely in love with the cafe!
Excellent cafe...I tried many things from shakes to ice tea...mushroom quiche to sandwiches...everything excellent...very gud staff..don't forget to try cup cakes...everytime you order them they r fresh nd yum...
From their shakes to their pasta to the cupcakes! Everything is lipsmaking yummy. I love this place for a lot of reasons! If you're finding a place that takes care of you and your needs this is the place to be, they have gluten free and lactose free options available too. The owner is a sweetheart! It's been nearly 3 years now that all my cakes have come from here.
Must try - birthday chocolate cupcake, coffee caramel cupcake, pesto pasta, waffles, kit Kat shake and cold coffee.
Yes, after a very boring day in Office.
I went there, the staff is so friendly, I felt amazing being there.
And yeah, The cupcakes

Popilar for its cupcakes,I went there thinking its a cupcake kinda day!Beautifully handcrafted cupcakes that are assembled fresh surprised me.We had a Caramel coffee and Double Mocha cupcake, both moist and had the right amount of coffee in it!Since we were hungry after dessert we tried their Gourmet sandwiches and weightless smoothies, both i must say were very good!OTC is a quiet cafe tucked away in shahpurjat that brings a smile on your face the minute you eat there food!Tiny but different from the commercial outlets out there!I would say its more like a food truck or a country style cafe!We ended our meal with some more dessert...ROCKY ROAD SUNDAY!It was loaded with cookie crumbs and their homemade coffee ice-cream...This place has lots of surprises to offer!Cozy country style cafe and a good break from the city madness!
A quiet cafe tucked away in the lanes of Shahpur Jat, OTC is a must have for those looking to satiate their sweet tooth.
Amazing cupcakes with beautiful decoratives!
Having a wedding in the pipeline, I decided to browse Shahpur Jat and before entering into designer showrooms, I thought of entering into a café where I could eat the perfect cupcakes with a smoothie and Yah! Old Town café was the right choice. As soon as I entered, I glanced through the menu and was amazed to see lot of items to which my eyes wandered, I started reading one by one to add into my Wikipedia. There was an option of healthy weight loss smoothies and low fat cupcakes. I did not want to add extra kilos due to upcoming wedding in the family, so I ordered healthy low calorie food. I didn’t have to wait for long and could not resist from eating the moment it was served. I enjoyed each bite and the taste was awesome. Before I could pay, I did take pictures of the item to show to my family friends. This place is not to be missed for sure.. While shopping at Shahpur Jat.
Old town cafe calls me again for its variety of cakes and Masala Tea. This time it was Rakhi day.. I was with my family loitering around Shahpur Jat to explore new designer shops. After visiting two three shops, there was an urge to have tea and I entered Old Town Cafe to have flavoured tea and see if there were some add ons in the menu list. To my surprise…. the face of Old Town Cafe along with interior was changed. The walls were painted blue giving soothing vibes… chairs and table crafted in antique design, table accessories very unique and different. On one side some crockery and other tea accessories were displayed.. Since we were six plus.. we had to wait as it was packed. The day special was displayed at revolving closet which was Carrot cake and Spice cake. I was wondering what could be the taste of Spice cake…is it with cardamom! so we ordered Masala Tea along with cakes. Although it was packed the order was served in no time… The Masala Tea is no different than a tea at Oberoi hotel which I had in Agra sometime back. Carrot cake was so delicious and so was Spice Cake. Without losing too much of money from my pocket I could treat my family with such a quality food. In nutshell.. Old Town Cafe is customer and pocket friendly along with five star quality.
A Tiny cozy little cafe that amazes people who eat there!IIThey make everything fresh in their tiny work kitchen!
ts a cosy place with a elaborate menu!I ordered A Ham sandwich which was healthy filling and VOM!Next came Watermelon lemonade that was fresh and very refreshing! My friend was more hungry than I was so she ordered a Chicken Quiche! As authentic as they sound they are different from a usual commercial cafe! They offer healthy food, good portions, fresh ingredients ,unique flavor and @a good price!I
Next we ordered a Masala chai and a Belgian Chocolate Cupcake, both for which we will come back for!Delhi needs these modest cafe where one can just eat honest food and have a good time without asking for too much Drama! Will recommend going there with a open mind and see what all can surprise you.
Do you know there is a place in south Delhi, where whenever you ask for a cupcake, they will assemble it fresh for you, every time. I have become regular at this place now, to pack myself a couple of cupcakes every now and then. I tried their waffles with four different toppings last time; coffee-banana, nutella-almond, caramel and cinnamon. Their toppings are great but their waffle batter needs more flavor and better texture.
Yesterday got myself packed four of their cupcakes;
Caramel Coffee; soft coffee cake with amazing caramel soft center topped with coffee butter cream
Cherry raspberry: soft moist cake with cherry gel center and light fluffed raspberry butter cream
Almond Hazelnut: Buttery Hazelnut cake topped with loads of Nutella and almond flakes
Rocky road: The king of Cupcakes, a rich soft gooey chocolate cake topped with cookies, Marshmallows and caramel buttercream
I find their cupcakes visually great and they have a great old world charm but the world of cupcakes has gone a few steps ahead every where else and they could with some minor tweaks and innovations in their original recipes.
This place looked like the kind of cupcake place they might mention in a book. Sadly, we did not have cupcakes from the place. The watermelon lemonade was very very refreshing and the frappé had the right amount of coffee in it. Will surely go back for a cupcake soon. Though I maybe wish they were priced at a little lower than Rs.80.
Old Town Cafe is such a cute place. It's a tiny place with interesting interiors and a warm, cozy ambience. The furniture was pretty interesting as well. So, I ordered a Chicken with Indian Masala Dressing Sandwich, Chicken, Ham and Bacon pot pie and a Belgian Chocolate Cupcake. The sandwiches were amazing, just the right quanity. The pot pie was equally lip smacking. But my most favorite of all was definitely the cupcake. It was BRILLIANT. It was definitely the best cupcake I had ever eaten. So fresh, and so light, it was amazingly made. Cannot wait to visit this place again.
I have been to this cafe more than a couple of times and I must say it is a hideout. I have a friend who is a regular there and she took me to the place and I loved the food. The owner gives a lot of attention to detail and ensures that her guests are personally taken care of. Everything in the menu is to try out. The cupcakes are great and lot of variety, the sandwiches, shakes and all are awesome. I tried a couple of pancakes this time, and had a great evening snack. It is a great place to sit back relax and chat with a friend over a coffee and few desserts. They also do delivery to places nearby.
I visited this cute little cafe with three of my gal pals yesterday, and I must say I loved it. They have a mouthwatering variety of freshly made cupcakes, along with loads of savory food items and also crepes, which I were A-class.
We ordered a belgian chocolate cupcake, and I highly recommend it to every chocolate lover. The crepes were wonderfully done too. We didn't order any of the appetizers or main dishes, but they have a mouth watering selection, starting from tacos to burritos.
The decor is very warm and friendly. And they have a frame of "FRIENDS" picture, which instantly won me over.
Do hop into this tiny cafe if you are visiting Shahpur Jat and relish the cupcackes.
My go-to cupcake place was out of stock and having made the trip specially for that, I decided to stick around and find an alternative. Naturally, the bar was set higher. Not only was I desperately craving a cupcake, I wanted one that matched close to 'my' standard cupcake order at The Wishing Chair. We stumbled upon Old Town Cafe and I remembered that a friend had taken me couple of months ago for her dessert fix.
'Don't judge a book by it's cover', this is the place where one can apply that. After a discussion with my friend about picking out the flavour, we opted for Rocky Road and Birthday Chocolate, amongst Lemon, Raspberry, Coffee Caramel and regular Chocolate. We also opted for a cold coffee and a cappuccino. The server recommended me to order the latter over Hot Chocolate with Coffee and I must admit, it was the best cup of coffee I've had in a long, long time. Rocky Road was covered with marshmallows and Oreos and it was a pure chocolatey delight. On the centre, there was a layer of nutella. Apparently my friend died and went to the heaven. I wouldn't doubt that happened given my experience was close enough to transcending to space. My Birthday Cupcake made my feel like a birthday girl. The rich chocolate icing and the goodness of wholesome chocolate cake is perfect. The cupcake is slightly on the sweeter side, just the way I prefer so calorie conscious and those with less or no tolerance of sweets, avoid and stick to coffee. The cold coffee was well blended and my friend graded it over her staple Starbucks' order. My cappuccino was well homemade coffee, a perfect companion to the cupcake in this weather. Think November, cuddles, Coffee and cake. Mmm.
The ambience is minimal. The walls are adorned with framed posters and images off Pinterest, of cupcakes and some such. The cafe is small, yet accommodating. The music that evening was a mix of contemporary pop rock and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It inspired my friend to get another cupcake for her post dinner fix. The pricing is extremely reasonable for the portion and the quality so complete vfm in that regard.
I am certain, their coffee-cupcake combination is the best I've tried so far. The warm interior (no, literally) added to the mise-en-scene of the evening. Highly recommended to those visiting the area for work/shopping/dessert and for those wondering where to find good cupcake in the city.
Cupcakes are the thing to eat here. No visit to old town cafe is complete without a cupcake. Nutella/ hazelnut cupcake is my personal favourite. Food is pretty good as well, mostly healthy and fresh. The shakes are great too. They have me hooked on to peanut butter healthy shakes. Highly recommend the new zucchini pita pockets and flat breads. Healthy and yummy.
BEST CUPCAKES AT THE BEST PRICE IN DELHI!
My fav place when shopping in the vicinity, never getting disappointed with cup cakes and the best lattes in town. The consistency remains in this place always, upon my return I was recognised immediately. Offered a discount, and a cookie on the house. This is what we call customer service.
The tea was good and the cupcake was too as good as it looked. A thumbs up for the decor-interior, the chairs, the cutlery and the menu. It is a small place and can hold only 10 people at a time. It is that secret place of yours you don’t tell your friends and keep to yourself for your book reading and teas.

Best cupcakes ever! I asked them to arrange for birthday cupcakes for my boss, they were mind blowing! She did exactly like I wanted without any sweat or worry.
They tasted amazing! We did a three different types of cupcakes, Belgium chocolate, lemon and cream and raspberry. These cupcakes had this amazing blast of surprise in them!
I totally recommend it to all the cupcake lovers!
PS: Don't miss their rocking rocky road!
Wow cupcakes, sweet and small feel, a perfect hangout for girls to wind up after all the shopping. My experience will be limited to the cupcakes i had, however the first trial makes want to go again there.
Pointers now:
Cupcakes:i took up carrying the cupcakes all the way back to home , as i didn't have the time to eat it there. After 1 n half hours i still feel they were top notch
The raspberry cake: a sheer delight for those who don't like strawberry
ice cream level of sweet but like chocolate level of sweet wow. The icing is refreshing and interesting.
Double mocha: its delightful. Personally being a coffee, tiramasu lover you cant deny it at all.
Service:cant rate it as didn't dine there. Also, it doesn't hv much space to sit. Bad as cupcakes are best carried for short distances so they should have more sitting space However,One thing i remember is that my cupcake half toppled in my hand while holding it. The owner quickly helped me by replacing it with new icing.
Owner:Thanks for the sweetness you added to my day???? hope to visit again. This time, maybe for some food.
Nice, cute, homely feel ambience ..
Good food ..
I love the lemon cupcakes here. And the newly introduced sandwiches:) If you're ever in Shahpur Jat, its worth a try. And I wish there were more cafes in Shahpur jat in general. The only downside is hard to have completely private conversations, but with nice music and the general chatter, its a great place to catch up or just take a break from the shopping.
Update: 6 months later. These guys not only do great tea and cupcakes, but miraculously make amazing food in their impossibly tiny "kitchen". I'm a regular here, and while my trips are anchored around the brilliant masala chai, I''ve started enjoying a lot of the other stuff too. Strongly recommend, but suggest that you do not judge the place when you walk in - sit down, try some stuff, and then decide.
-----------------------------
I'll be honest - I walked past OTC many times before finally before giving it a try, because it looked like cute-gone-bad. Actually, I think they have just one problem that they need to solve - the flooring, but it is poor enough to give the whole place feel dilapidated. I finally got around to trying it when they promised me a cup of honest, brewed, masala chai, and it completely changed how I feel about the place. The chai - if you like it this way - not the delicate stuff without milk or the green tea kind of crap, is top notch, and they add a wonderful flourish by serving it in lovely "china". This alone is enough reason to visit, but the bonus is their core competence - the cupcakes. I am not a fan of cupcakes at all, but even I have to acknowledge that these are delicious, and among the best I've had.
All in all, a great a place to have a cup of tea and a cake.
PS Humble suggestion for the owner, if you can't change the flooring, please consider covering it with a rug please - I suspect it will do wonders for your place.
A cute and decent place to pamper your sweet tooth. Must go atleast twice.
Amazing place and Amazing food. This place offers a great all day menu along with selected Indian dishes.
We tried their Dal Tadka which is 'to die for' and their Malai Palak Paneer which is simply awesome. We also had some sandwiches that were good.
The place has some very nice cupcakes and waffles as well.
The decor is homely with a small play area for kids.
5 stars from my side.
Good place for chit - chat. sandwich is very nice.
Absolutely love the cakes and ice creams. They are super fresh, healthy and always delicious.
Situated inside Kel Gaon village, it's a cute and artsy place filled with snippets of childhood. The food is sumptuous, and filling. There is even a playpen for the smol kiddos ;)
This place has some great positive vibes. High roofs, open space and cooking classes for kids.
