It was an awsome experience trying chaap from delhi's famous uncles kabab. Its pure 100% vegetarian food. U cant find this type of veg dish anywhere else. Tried spl achari chaap & finger chaap. Both wer good. Its a small setup . Its actually soya.
This truly is a hidden gem in Gautam Nagar. With a good variety of soya chaap and paneer, this tiny little shop is running from past 15 years. They have a board saying 140% Pure Veg which amused me before ordering food here. once I had a bite of their soya chaap it just tastes so much like chicken.
Its a cheap wholesome place which is awesome for those who wish to dine in a pure veg restaurant. The must try dishes are amritsari chaap and achaari chaap along with rumali roti. Ive been going for the past 2 years and the quality is only getting better. One of few places that deserves a 5 star.

Food of this restaurant is awasome, mostly kabab and other mughlai dishes.
Food was really good in taste and quality and the staff was also very polite.
Brilliant veg food. The chaap tastes authentic, spicy and exquisite.
No sitting facility. Either have to go with a vehicle which is tough given the locality and narrow roads or have to stand at their not so clean tables and eat. Still giving 5 stars for the quality of food.
One of my personal favourite place. I don't miss eating at uncles Kabab when ever I pass through Gautam nagar. The unique taste of pudina chaap is mouth watering and second favourite is achaari chaap. It's just simply addiction. I recommend the place to atleast try.
