Visiting this cute place since its inception, it was on walking distance from our department, love their hyderabadi dum biryani our all time favourite, their chicken burger and of course tandoori chai π
I have been going to this place from a very long time. I am in love with the Hyderabadi biryani, it totally feels like I m having biryani in Hyderabad. The flavours comes on the tongue is unexplainable.. the rice and the chicken and the masala are very well balanced. I don't drink tea but I am a very big fan of the tandoori chai they have and have been taking my people to this cute restaurant for the special chai and biryani. Talking about a year back, I have never missed a day without going to this place for the biryani.
Recently tried the food from Zahra Restaurant and the food was delicious. Tried the chicken shawarma, drums of heaven, chicken biryani and the chicken seekh kebabs. The food was very well packed and all the hygiene points were followed. The chicken shawarma is highly recommended to satiate those hunger pangs and biryani came in an earthern pot done very beautifully. Would recommend you guys to order from this and enjoy the delicious treats this place has to offer.

Ordered these dishes after so long and i am impressed by the hygiene standards and precautions taken in this situation. Coming to the food, i really loved chicken biryani, it has a spicy edge. Kebabs are soft and spicy. The taste of all dishes are nice and serving portion is great too. Tandoori chai was packed very well with kulhads and is a must try.
Ordered so many dishes in bulk from Zahra restaurant few days ago.
My parcel arrived on time and neat and clean packaging.
As you know pandemic is going on , they took all the precautions while delivering.
Coming to the food.
Food was hot, Chicken Dum biryani is my favourite... it tasted so rich and yum.
Quantity was good enough for 2-3 people.
Also ordered Shaami kebabs, Turkish kebabs . Both the kebabs were so juicy and soft. Tasted brilliant.
Shawarma was so refresh ans filling was quite good.
Everything was server with itβs respective sauces and dips.
I would Highly recommend the place to all the non-veg lovers πβ€οΈ

The idea of biryani is quite old and debatable and its very difficult in a metropolitan area like delhi to find a suitable biryani be it mutton or chicken at a cheap price. Its a small food joint with extremely polite staff. The best i would say. They do lack space because of its small area but one cannot complain about the Hyderabadi and Lucknowi Biryaani served here. The recreating of these two variants is quite similar to that of the original one. A biryaani is incomplete without a cup of hot tandoori chai. If chai and biryaani makes you hungry then this is the place.
P.S- Try the Kheer too.

Zahra is one of the most pocket friendly cafe i have ever visited in Delhi. Zahra lies in the students busy corer in Jasola, inbetween a narrow down small street. The place is very small & can accommodate only a few people at a time. One the thing which allured me to this place is their tandoori chai. I went there to try their tandoori chai, but on seeing the entire menu i was literally shocked. They had all type of dishes to satisfy the appetite & the price of the dish was very reasonable.
When it comes to taste of the dishes, everything was amazing & till now in my life ,i had the best baklava here. No other baklava can beat their taste and traveling all way to that place is worthy of this baklava. Every other dish i tried was also amazing ,but can't describe about baklava which i tried here..its simply crafted from heaven.

We had Lucknowi Biryani and Hyderabadi Biryani both are equally tasty but if you prefer lill spicy thn go for Hyderabadi one and if you like pure plain chicken flavour thn Lucknowi is what u want.

One of the finest chicken biryani, I had in Delhi NCR. I am from lucknow and therefore, could not find even one place good for its biryani and other non-veg dishesh in Delhi NCR. But this small resuarent made me remind of Lucknow's food. I had biryani and chicken lollipop. The quality is immensely pure and made with soul. Hat's off to the pure food.

Zahra restaurants owns 3 outlets at tikona park..out if which 1 has nice ambience others 2 does nit have good ambience..rates are very pocket very friendly and taste,is awsome...i tried chickenburger ,chicken sandwich which is absolutely awesome,tandoori chai,corn pizza and last but not least nutella waffle...all the things are really awesome..i will give 5/5...

A small cafe having two joints located at Okhla head and Tikona park is a hangout point attracting crowd of students. Well known and highly recommended for its luscious Hyderabadi chicken biryani and blazing tandoori chai. Other than these, it also serves frozen ice cream rolls, waffles along with decent snacks and beverages. The only drawback is the tiny place with very less space to sit and the traffic in the area with no car park space if you are looking to enjoy it in the car.Would recommend if you are on the go to stimulate your taste buds and suppress your little hunger pangs

So, βtis is a small venture which has established from a very noble cause! This is a Foundation called Zahra which provides food to the impoverished. These outlets will definitely satiate your taste buds and at the same time would not burn a hole in your pocket. It is a small but a decent outlet.

These guys are nailing it with their biryani and tandori chai. Whoever enjoys a good biryani shudn't miss this place.perfectly cooked and not filled with useless spices like everywhere in delhi. I have noticed that in delhi loads of resturant dont know how to choose the right rice in their biryani.Zahra is one place that does it right and they are quite cheap for what they are serving .

Sindhi Dum Biryani with Turkish salad- the salad was made like raita and it was so refreshing and best combo with biryani.

Zahra Restaurant is a very famous Restaurant situated in Okhla near Jamia Miliya Islamiya metro Station opposite to Tikona Park. Zahra Restaurant serves an amazing variety of Mughlai food. They have Motton and Chicken Nihari, amazing Qorma and many more. Their Hyderabadi Dum Biryani is really good and very close to the one which we eat in Hyderabad.
I went their for Turkish kebab i heard alot about their Turkish kebabs but i went in Lunch time and Turkish kebabs available after evening only. So i just got the Dum Biryani. After Biryani i ordered their most famous Tandoori Tea, and it was really fantastic. The Aroma, the Milk Quality the overall taste everything was too good. I became a die hard fan of their Tandoori Tea.
Zahra's biryani has no match at all in the whole of India. They serve delicious, mouth watering hyderabadi biryani with raita and fresh salad.
The best thing about their biryani is that you can't spot oil at all. They use very little oil and the flavours come from whole spices that they use.
Apart from biryani, they serve other mughlai food items.

The food was very good. Both the Chicken (Tandori Chicken) and Seekh Kebabs were perfectly done and very well marinated. The chicken and kebab had absorbed all the spices and every bite was full of flavour. I also ordered a Turkish Tea after the meal which was decent.
