It was in December that I had visited Champa Gali for the very first time, and amidst the various options chose to dine at Patta Cafe. So, this ia an awfully late review.
A quaint little cafe, serving good food, and the service is great.
I ordered momos, shyapta and tingmo. The food was fresh, delicious and spicy!
The service is what impressed me the most. I was attended by 2 staff, a male and a female and both went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and ensured that I had a great dining experience.
The place is a bit small to accompany a group of 4-5 people. So that is a problem and has no washroom facility.
The food was okay but I loved moktu momo and the Tibetan vibes the place has. It is indeed very pocket friendly for students.
Used to go there atleast once a week. I have never felt more at home anywhere else. The food is out of the world and the staff and the kindest I have seen. I don't know how long I'll survive during lockdown without a taste of their pork thenthuk. Was told that they would start delivery by now and am a little sad that I can't get food from such an amazing restraunt.
Amazingly warm service and wholesome homely food. Cant wait to get back there once the Delhi lockdown is over!

@patta cafe definitely has some yummy momos. I completely enjoyed the experience. Staff here is very polite. Food quality and food service is impressive.
Must Try
Steamed Momos
Tingmo
Shredded chicken with schezwan Sauce
Chilli chicken
I love each and every dish
I had chilli garlic noodles and they were worthit must try!
Very cute little place, tucked cozily in a cute, little corner of Delhi. Definitely visit this place if you like cozy, little corners and hideouts. Cozy ambience, very sweet people attending to your needs. Great food.
I love this quaint little place tucked in the left corner entrance of Champagali. It isn't a fancy place but serves amazing food. I have been here quite a few times and was never disappointed. I absolutely love their Phing soup with vegetables and Paneer momos. Their food is freshly made and with premium ingredients and one can feel it the moment they take a bite. The ambience gives out a vibe of a cafe in the mountains. I believe the service could be faster but nonetheless I am willing to wait a little extra if they keep serving quality food like they always do!
Patta Cafe serves Himalayan cuisines and we tried Tibetan food here. It was actually pretty good. Staff was friendly too. The space is a bit small but comfortable. Definitely coming back
This place serves authentic Tibetan food which is delicious. I tried veg thenthuk which was total delight to my taste buds. I enjoyed it a lot. Their ambience provides a total authentic Tibetan experience and the staff was very friendly greeted just with a very nice smile.
Ema Datshi @ Patta Cafe, Delhi

Verdict - Must Eat This
Patta Cafe serves food from North-East & Tibetan-Nepalese-Bhutanese region. The interior is modest but the food is fantastic. We ordered Veg Ema Datshi. 'Ema' means chilli and 'Datshi' means cheese in Bhutan, so this Ema Datshi had a soup (or curry?) had the cheese as the base alongwith some veggies. Don't be deceived by the white color, the soup was really hot & spicy. This soup had to be eaten with plain rice. Overall the dish was very unique yet delectable.

A really good cafe in champa gali, loved its variety of tibetian cusiene. Ordered Veg noodles which were mindblowing extremly tasty one of the best noodles I had, I also ordered for chicken thukpa which was delicious. We also had one devil momo which were not excactly what we thought but were provided with a devil sauce and it was really good. Overall loved the experience. Staff was too sweet while serving us.
Visited Patta for first time and liked the sober ambience. Small food joint with north raste red cuisine. Food is average, place is good to chill out. You can go alone and enjoy too :)
Great food. Friendly staff. Must visit for Tibetan and Chinese food lovers.
A very pretty cafe situated in Champa Gali. The ambience was nice, soft music was an add on. We ordered Phing which tasted amazing and the flavours were authentic, shakes were average.
Cozy little place with great Tibetan, naga and nepali food..
Patta cafe... I had been hearing about a road called the Champa Galli... and as the name itself is so interesting it had been on my todo list... although I went to check out some other places then I glimpsed on this small joint called Patta Cafe... it's a Himalayan food joint run by a husband-wife duo... The best part about the place is ...it feels like the small quaint joints in the hills...I had the lemon coriander soup and the phing with vegetables. It was such a wholesome and refreshing meal. I have been told the pork Shapta is as authentic it gets. I’m planning a trip soon anyone’s welcome to join me! @ Patta Cafe
The place remind you of Mcleodganj. It's quite, nice and the food is authentic. The staff is polite and courteous. They have something other cafe's from that area does not offer.
If you like a cozy place where you can enjoy warm bowl of soup with noodles, this is the place to go. The waitress over here is always smiling and is always there to listen to your queries. This place might not very extra fancy like the place next door but i would certainly choose patta cafe and it's phing over any other dish.
this is my favorite place to order veg momos from. I never order from the same place twice and like to experiment, but I have and will definitely be going back to this restaurant. there are a very few places that serve authentic momos just as I like them and this does that. The quantity is pretty good for the price as well. My only complaint is the red sauce; it's too spicy to sense any other flavours that might've gone in it.
Good ambience and great food.Loved every dish that i ordered here. Try mokhtu momos and aloo momos for sure...they are really awesome
Ambience is quite mesmerising.
Great Food! This small cozy place wil surely make your taste buds go wow! Must visit if you want to try on something new..they won't disappoint you. Courteous and helping Staff. Great place with reasonable rates. We ordered phing with vegetables and tingmo, Chicken Shapta and Cold coffee..each and every dish was unique and amazing!
A small little cafe serving delicious food, the service was amazing and the servers was very sweet. The momos were pretty amazing but the datchi disappointed a bit.
Amazing place in a nutshell.
Courteous staff like literally very generous.
Food was good.
Positive vibes with good food
Outdoor seating.
Plus you get to increase your knowledge about Tibetan culture too.
This is one of those cafe which can serve you the traditional and authentic north east, Assamese and Himalayan food.
Must a try.
Very cute and cozy cafe with not a lot of tables but still can easily accomodate about 20 pax at a time.
Food is freshly cooked, which I could understand since the delivery was so late that we ordered 2 dishes and it literally took us 2 hours over there, the only reason it got 4/5 from me.
🌶️🌶️••EMA DATSHI••🌶️🌶️
Made from "EMA" means "chilli"🌶️🌶️ and "DATSHI" means "cheese" 🧀🧀 it is the most popular dish in Bhutan. .
🍘🍘TINGMO🍘
Tibetan steamed yeasted buns 🍘 that are savoury spongy and are called Tibetan bread..
If you love spicy food trust me you gonna love it !!!! 😌😌 It's really too spicy ...
This place is a lesser known gems. It is a very nice place with good ambience and ‘happy to serve u’ staff. Everything we ordered right from chilli garlic noodles to fried rice to thenthuk to shapta and timgmo were right on point from taste to service. Would love to visit this place again and would recommend it further. Thank you
A must visit restaurant in Champa Gali .. serving amazing and authentic Tibetan food with amazing Tibetan interiors.. you'll definitely get a ladakh vibe sitting here... Prices are affordable too😍
Mokthu momos are a must try here
Such a cool ambiance❤
Loved the interior
The tiny plants were only adding to the beauty of the place🌸!
The food was great especially the noodles and it's mind blowing chutney🔥.
Shakes were amazing in taste.
Momos were slightly not up to the mark but over all I had a great experience.
I simply adore this cozy place. The food is served hot and overflowing with taste. The devil's momos are succulent and juicy, simply to die for. I even love their Mokthu Momo, a simple mono soup with a dash of flavors. And to add the the ambience, the staff is always smiling and staying, polite as ever.
Cafe is located in champa gali I ordered for dragon momos and they were amazing in taste, stuffed with fresh vegies, ambience is good staff is so polite
Ladakh theme based cafe
Cost for 2 appx 1000
It's a cute and small restaurant which serves some amazing delicacies, I have tried their Momo's, spring roll and chilli chicken. The quality and quantity is well maintained. The taste is lovely! The food tastes good. The only draw back is the dish is not the same everytime you order.
When I first had the spring roll it was more delicious for some reasons.
I have been craving for it from so long that I went again but the taste wasn't as good as before.
So will never order it again.
Rest the chilli chicken dry was super delicious and yummy. Loved it to the core of my heart it's less salty and good in spice.
First of the the food was very tasty. Very relaxing ambiance. Momos was very delicious.
Spring rolls was just so fresh and mouth watering.
Tibetian tea was also nice.
I just love the seasoning . The chicken was also very fresh and delicious.
I would love to visit this place again n again.
This place has very yummy variety of food to serve and in a very hygienic and presentable way. The food tastes really good. And moreover the rates aren’t high. This place is totally worth it to have a visit with your pals. A combo of good ambience and great food
I just love this cosy place..so peaceful and calm. can go and read book along with the food... we tried their spring rolls, momos n my frnds tried chilly chickn all were good. though they take lot of time to make. But good thing is that they serve fresh.
Basically "THE BEST" Nepali thakali I have ever tried!!!!! Hands down..... They also give plenty of sides with it. It was an amazing experience. The taste had the essence of my hometown which i truly miss. Thank you for that.
However, just a little dissatisfied with the pork and potato curry. The price and the quantity you serve is marginally poor. Very less for the amount being paid for 4 to 5 pieces of cost 315 rupees whereas 1kg pork costs 220 rupees max in Delhi. And to be fair not much is in the recipe to make up for the extra cost as I myself do make it often. So as a loyal and happy customer I'd appreciate if you look into it please. Nevertheless I love this place!!!!!!
Thank you for your efforts of making it an authentic place
This is one small, cosy and peaceful spot with authentic food at pleasant prices. The chicken steamed momos were near perfect and the masala lemonade and cold coffee were decent too. Also, the veg thukpa was pretty comforting - a tall claim coming from a hardcore non vegetarian. Would definitely be coming back to this place to try out other items on their menu.
Tucked in the rustic lanes of Champa Gali, Saket. This cafe serves Nepali and Tibetan cuisine. A visit to this place was worth the effort.
While entering this place you might get the feeling of a village poorly maintained with bad road and factories and workshops on the sides. But as you move forward you entee the main lane where most of the cafes and designer studios are located.
We got to me one of our friend Ruchi Sawhney who runs her Salon by the name of R's Hair. And her husband is the owner of Morello's Shakes.
So she suggested us to eat at Patta Cafe and we headed to curb our hunger.
We ordered Crispy Honey Chilli Chicken, Chicken Momos & Shapta. Shapta is a dish which has thinly sliced chicken stir fried with garlic and chilis served with Tingmo. Tingmo is a steamed Bun which is eaten with the chicken dish.
The food was fairly good. And the prices were amazing. For the entire food we paid only INR 800 which is superb. Definitely disappointed with the momos as too much of lemon flavour spoiled the taste.
Not so fancy cafe to hang around with friends. Good experience of a different place all together.
Must visit
Very good authentic Tibetan food. Ordered momos and thenthuk for starters followed by red Thai curry rice. The ambience is nice and quite. A definite to do on the bucket list for food.
Nice and chic place . Well maintained given the small space they have.
Nepali thakali was delicious.
Not very happy with the naga pork thali.
The ribs were good but have tasted better.
Very good food, good music and a very good staff. The place is cozy with good Tibetan food and the portion size is good. My personal favourite is Sha Dashi with Tinsgmo.

If you love Tibetan and Nepali food, do visit this restaurant. Just loved this place. We ordered Phing with vegetables (served with tingmo), Veg thukpa, Nepali veg thakali and Tibetian tea. Phing was the best and it is highly recommended.
Patta Cafe serves Himalayan cuisines and we tried Tibetan food here. It was actually pretty good. Staff was friendly too. The space is a bit small and seats aren't very comfortable but I think that somewhat goes with the vibe. I'd recommend it.
This is a small yet beautiful cafe where authentic Nepali, Tibetan and Chinese food is served on your plate. Cafe gives a feel of Tibet with the Tibetan music as well. Tried chicken momos and trust me I didn't have such amazing ones off late! Do visit the cafe, if you are in champagali.
Such a cozy place!! And the food is oh so authentic. I loved the Thakali here .. its so filling, couldn't finish all by myself. I will definitely visit this place again.
Cafes always fascinate me. This is one of the places I always crossed while strolling at Champa Gali but never got a chance to check it out. Patta Cafe is the first beautiful thing you notice on your left as you enter this junkie heaven hidden in lanes of Saket. You might miss it if you're too focused on the popular babies. So, move slowly, get into the vibe of the place, look towards your left and discover the cafe you'll absolutely fall in love with.
Everything's just on point. Ambience, 90s Pop music, the cuttlery and ofcourse the food (oh my god!). It's a must visit. Like yeah! Just look at the happiness on the model's face. :D
Enjoyed my meal at this beautiful cafe to the fullest. Located in Champa Gali this cafe is a cramped up but cute place to hangout with friends. Its named after one of the eight auspucious symbols of Buddhism and it pretty much reflects in how the interiors are done with pictures of The Tiger's Nest and other Buddhist artefacts.
Coming to the ambience, this place is non air-conditioned which is a bit of a downer but the person at the cafe made up for it by giving us a table of our choice close to the fan and it worked out pretty well.
Coming to the food we ordered:
* Chicken and Pork Thukpa: Delicious noodles in soup with finely sliced meat and chopped vegetables like spinach etc.
*Pork with Raja Mircha: A fiery red main course gravy item that had bamboo shoot pieces and filled with the world famous Bhoot Jolokia or Raja Mircha. It had the perfect ratio of Pork meat and fat and tasted incredible with the Tingmo (a finely curved soft yeasted bread) but tasted even better with Steamed Rice.
P.S. This dish is straight-out- of- hell hot and I was literally sweating and enjoying at the same time😅
In short, Patta Cafe is a nice place to try out some amazing Tibetan/North Eastern cuisine. I guess the menu is very limited when it comes to North Eastern food otherwise this place has the potential to outdo other fancy places offering same cuisine at much higher prices.
What a cute little cafe in saket. I tried the tingmo with shapta, Tibetan dishes and thoroughly enjoyed it. We even ordered some pork momos and even they were mind blowing, just the service was a little slow. Apart from that, it's a cute lite cafe serving some authentic Tibetan, nepali and bhutanese cuisine .
Wow! Wow! Wow! This cafe just surprises you. A tiny, but very aesthetic cafe in Champa Gali which serves you traditional Tibetan food. The food is fresh and tasty. Do give it a try the nest time you visit Champa Gali. The service is great and their staff is very friendly.
Do visit this place if you like exploring Tibetan cuisines. I tried their Veg thukpa and Phing with vegetables. The food was nice but the rustic ambiance was certainly the best part.

I just loved the cafe and its food. The Tingo was beautiful. I loved the ambience and the staffs were amiable too. The hype is real. Totally loved it.
Visited this place a month ago, was really in a mood to relish some authentic North Eastern food and I am glad I landed at the right place. This modest cafe in Saket, served me good smoked pork with fresh bamboo shoots, fluffly tinmo simply complemented the sumptuous meal.
This is the most authentic place in Champa Gali, true to its menu. The whole vibe there is very soothing and food is really good. Their Tibetan Cuisine is delicious
After having not so good experience in Pho King, we went to this cafe.
It is a cosy, not so spacious cafe where the staff always greet you with Smilin' faces.
We ordered Chicken with Potato, Chicken garlic noodles and Chicken dimsums.
The quantity was a little dissapointing.
Taste was good. Not that great but good.
Ambience is average.

You want a good Tibetan food, Patta Cafe in champa gali is a big big yes. The most pocket friendly place with amazing actually superb Tibetan Food.
Tingmo if you wanna try something new. Spring rolls and momos is a must. ❤😍 Go to this place. It's nice. You will love it. If you're going to Champa gali for first time, must tell you, champa gali will for sure not stand on your expectations but the cafes in champa gali are awesome.
Excellent menu, and service. Great dishes. Not as crowded as other joints in the area - a real treat. Everything we have ordered has been excellent.
Patta Cafe is one of my favourite restaurants in all of Delhi! They cook their food slowly and with love, and it shows. Go there or order from them pretty much every week! Delish veg options too.
Went with a friend for a tour in champagali and this beautiful cafe which has such a cute cosy feeling where you can enjoy 4 cuisines. We tried their streamed chicken momos and they were delicious and worth the wait. Go n try this place soon.
Had a great experience at Patta Cafe. This little restuarant in Champa Gali has different and good interiors. I tried Chicken Manchow Soup and Chicken Dimsums. The food is divine. The staff is welcoming and obliged to my special request of not playing music for a while. Looking forward to coming back here and trying some new dishes.
I am a huge fan of Tibetan food, and hence my trip to Champa Gali would be incomplete without going to this place.
And without any doubt they did not disappoint me.
The service was pretty slow but the taste compensated for that.
Absolutely stunning dim sums.
I visit this place at least once a week just to have their Dimsums.
Their menu is really fascinating and is worth the money.
Whenever you visit patta cafe, sit outside and enjoy the lanterns.
As a veggie I am a bit apprehensive trying new cuisines but I was pleasantly surprised by the Tibetan food at Cafe Patta. Enjoyed the dimsums , spring rolls and soup. Especially loved the starter made with mock meat .. nice n hot n flavourful sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds. The Bao rolls with stew were good as well. Overall good food. The ambience was authentic, colourful , well lit for a Weekend brunch with friends and large tables as well. We enjoyed our outing to Champa Gali and especially food as the Patta cafe.
I am a huge momos fan and if you serve me then in authentic earthy boxes then nothing would make me more ecstatic. Every time I would reach out for a momo from that jute box I was dispatched to another space and time.
Amazing little place in Champa Galli. Honestly the best Datchi in Delhi. Love their frizzled pork as well. The thintuk is a must-have as well

The aura, (soothing music and ambiance) food and service makes your day/night better.
We ordered Mokthu momos and Phing 😋 after discussing it with the staff who was looking after us.
Our tummy was very happy to eat authentic tibetian cuisine.
We totally loved the authenticity of this place. 😍
This small Tibetian cafe serves the BEST Tibetian cuisine in affordable prices with the great hospitality.

A homely place that serves the best mouth watering tibetan food. Place is small but extremely pretty. I would surely recommend this place❤
Beyond excellent experience, warm hospitality, comfortable sitting arrangement indoor and outdoor both and food that’s sings flavours! This place a hidden gem in Champa gali, relatively newly opened but they come across with strong and promising flavours of Nagaland, Tibet and Nepal. A must try!
Patta Cafe serves Himalayan cuisines and we tried Tibetan food here. It was actually pretty good. Staff was friendly too. The space is a bit small and seats aren't very comfortable but I think that somewhat goes with the vibe. I'd recommend it.
This place is my absolute favorite and their attendee is super cute and nice. The food is amazing. Takes a little time but the food is absolutely worth the wait. I love their mokto soup, chilli chicken, veg spring roll and chicken chilli garlic noodles. Their Momo's are also worth a try. Everything here exceptionally too good.
1. The price is a little steep for the quantity.
2. Interior is nice but seats are not that comfortable.
3. Food was delicious.
4. Staffs were nice and friendly.
Though I was not completely satisfied with the quantity, I would recommend it to friends.
P.S. try their lemon coriander soup. It's very unique and original. Same goes with their ice tea.
Definitely worth a visit.
(I rank this place as one of the definite visits in Delhi)
I have been here twice and would love to go again and again.
So this place has a very genuine traditional Nepali/Tibetan style interiors.
Also apart from that the food is really authentic.
There are a lot of upscale coffee cafes and other places in Champa gali, but this place definitely stands out.
It is moderately priced (as compared to surrounding cafes)
It has very unique and authentic food.
The staff is so courteous.
Try anything you will not be dissapointed.
I personally like the momos (the soup could be better but okay)
The shavardama (or however it is spelled, you will know )
The Tibetan tea (OMG )
It's in top 10 places whr me and my frnds always want to go to try Himalayan and Tibetan and Nepali food .. Their food is always delicious and u also enjoy the colorful decor of this cafe with romantic music in Nepali or maybe English songs .. Go n spend ur evening at this beautiful place 😊
PS - my personal fav is Thakali <3 <3
Its quit good environment. In is cafe mostly non veg food available but some of have veg item with very good test. You must try paneer hot garlic.
I was dreaming about soup, finally I had one, very tasty 😋
The Cafe seems to be opening at 12:30.

Cozy little place with good fresh food. A good money to food portion ratio. Definitely recommended.
I love Patta Cafe. The staff is friendly and the food is authentic and delicious. The orders take a little too long to arrive but that's because they make everything fresh. It's a cute little eatery hidden in Champa Gali. A must visit .

If you love momos/Tibetian/Nepalese/NE Indian food. I would suggest you to try this place for sure. I can travel across Delhi for momos and I have tried almost all the big shot recommended places. Most of the places were disappointing (like dolma aunty momos)
Patta cafe really surprised me with the quality and taste of food. I loved each n every thing i ordered here. Try mokhtu momos (momos in clear soup), thupka (with homemade noddles). M sure u will thank me after trying :-p :-)
Momos are supposed to be generously stuffed, slightly flavoured steamed dumplings served with really hot chilly based chutney that adds all the flavour to the dish. Patta cafe serves such authentic momos. Please give this place a try😍
Great food, cozy, very friendly staff. Some of the food was rather spicy and the portions are very big. Highly recommend! Especially if you are looking for pork dishes.
Perfect place to hangout with your friend. Interior is very beautiful and feel like I am in Tibet.Best food in Champa Gali...and staff is very polite and nice.
Thank you PATTA for delicious food.
Good food. Healthy food ,specially love this tsampa shake. Good cafe.
I've been there with my friends once and I must say this cafe gives you feel of North-East. Their thukpa is a must try. And you can spend your time there in cozy environment reading some books too.
