I had chicken biriyani and chicken curry with roti it was so good and service is also good, staffs also very polite. And its very close to karol bagh metro station.
Best restaurant for budget and tasty foods if you are non veg lover then go for chicken biryani or else if you are a veg lover then go to dosas or south Indian thali
Good restaurant at affordable price list and near to karol bagh metro station, both the veg and non veg dishes are tasty then must have is Dosa’s and Chicken biriyani
Nearest metro karol bagh
Located in karol bagh.
Taste is good.
Service is good
Hygienic place
Cordial staff
Pocket friendly
Overall nice experience
This is located in the busiest market place, I have been here may times. The best dishes to try here is Pongal, vada, idly, set dosa and masala dosa , obviously thali (limited), my favourite one here is pongal with sambar. Apart from food the ambience is not upto the mark and service is too slow as there is less servers and if you go in the morning you have to Wait for few minutes to receive your order.
Good place to fullfill tummy with southy foood .
Pocket friendly.
Hygiene maintained average..
Service little bit slow.
Dosai and uttapam are delicious but idali not hot served.
One of the fine south indian restaurants in delhi....strongly recommended for tamil nadu people...to try south indian foods its one of the handpicked restaurant...
SYNC Connecting Cultures
+3.5
Crave for Proper South Indian Food @ a good price - this is the place to be. Although small & a bit cramped they have the expertise to savour your tastebuds with the finest Dosas, Parotas, Biryanis & yes ofcourse the Brahmin Coffee. They have two outlets - one specialising in Vegetarian Dishes & the other Non-Veg.
Anna mess is the one of the fine south India hotel in Karol Bagh , where dosa and non veg items are really awesome... Where everyone can afford to it but the price is too costly ....
I had tried chicken biryani.its really very good. The quality of biryani is almost equal to what Andhra Bhavan gives you..hmmm and chicken 65 was ok..
FABOULOUS FOOD I HAVE MOSTLY COME SUNDAYS ENJOY NON-VEG BIRYANI ETC EVEN RATES ARE ALSO VERY CHEAP. JUST ONE THING SOME TABLES ARE VERY DIRTY.
Good and tasty food at reasonable price.Uncle at the counter is very gentle and sober person. He takes immense pleasure to talk, serve and make the environment pleasurable for everyone.Very nice person.
Good place to get north and south Indian food. Staffs are very polite. Got served within 10 minutes of the order. Good hygienic place. Got felt like eating in south. Good taste and spicy. Staffs know know hindi and all the south Indian languages so it is easy to communicate. It is opened until 11 PM everyday. The prices are surpricingly very cheap. The location is also good because behind this is a big market
Nice South Indian especially Tamil Nadu food available here
We first thought that how the north Indian good will be .
But when we ordered paneer butter masala, it turned out good.
Freshly made roti containing good amount of butter😂will fill up your stomach.
Yes,it's a small place with a hot environment.
But the food turned out good.
So recommended
Take first left while walking into the karol bagh market.
The owners have a smiling face only for customers, not for other persons😌
It’s a Tamil restaurant. If your soul feels dead after having parathas for days together, this is the place you need to visit. Piping hot South Indian food. Owner is a friendly person who also provides hotels to stay at karol bagh and cab services too!
Just 5 min walk from Karol Bagh Metro station, South Indian (Tamil) restaurant where you can get the original taste of Biriyani which cost Rs.130 only, that too sufficient, varieties of Dosai, Vadai, Pongal, Meals are available with tasty Chicken, Mutton, Fish gravy and fries, several Chinese dishes too.. Small space but good service. Never you regret by the South Indian taste also you can get varieties of North India dishes too.(Refer menu card photo attached)
I had the real authentic experience of having a Telegu meal. The taste is really amazing and i have spent 5 years in Andhra Pradesh in India and can vouch for the taste being amazing and similar.
This place is good
As the pice is cheap and the quality of food is also Good and the taste is not exactly what you'll get in Kerala but it is Good and the price you are paying for that is justifiable, you'll get both VEG AND NON-VEG Food here and you can even avail the service of parcel i.e you can get it packed here and can have it on your own place and it is located in the Pooja Park area Exactly in front of VAJIRAM AND RAVI Building.
Overall I'am giving it a 4star Rating and I'll suggest it to you, yiu should try it out and give it a chance.
One of the Best South Indian restaurant in New Delhi., Situated in the heart of Karol Bagh very near to metro station and market., One must try their chicken Biryani and Dosa's,. But its a small outlet., if you are a group, then better takeaway
I only eat chicken briyani and sambhar rice which is tasty in here. But they fool sometimes by giving fried rice instead of veg briyani definitely because they didn't have that food that time. They will give anything they have in place of korma.
Mostly crowded and rest of the things are ok. If you are in hurry they will definitely take longer time that day. Lol
The restaurant is in the Karol Bagh Market Area! It's in North India run by a South Indian! If any people from Tamilnadu visiting delhi and you're tired of delhi food just visit there and enjoy the south Indian meal! Reasonable price and taste is also good! Try once!
Good place to have food. The quality of the food is good but the hygiene can be improved. Try the CHAACH Or butter milk. Affordable price. Surrounding's fine. The ambience can be improved.
South Indian Nonveg Restaurant just adjacent to Azmalkhan road , Karolbagh.
Typically Tamilnadu style Idli, Fosa, Vada, idly with chicken curry, mutton curry, fish curry meals, chicken curry meals, Biryani menus, etc.
Budget Restaurant and at a convenient location.
Most importantly the foods are prepared by south Indian women in homely style.
