Scarlet - By Amuse House is nestled in Ansal Plaza, a once upon time popular mall. We went to the restaurant for my birthday during the day, even on a Sunday afternoon it was completely empty. The restaurant is beautifully designed and has a lovely outdoor space. It’s probably more popular during the evening time.

Mushroom Soup - The soup had a lovely mushroom flavour
Ceaser Salad - The salad had a light and nice dressing with crunchy salad leaves
Chicken Sheesh Tawook - Excellent preparation of the chicken, it was really succulent
Mushroom Bourek - This was the best dish on the table. Absolutely sensational
Chicken Bourek - Personally I preferred the Mushroom Bourek
Grilled Spatchcock - It was super spicy, the jus along with it was amazing but I felt the quantity was a little less for the price
Four cheese Risotto - The risotto was nice but there was nothing special about it
Spinach Crepe - One word - Yummmmmyyyyyy😋
Overall Verdict - The food was delicious and the service was great!! Definitely worth a visit

This place is in Ansal Plaza, the terrace is slightly less maintained than it should be but I have no complaints.
The food is great, it is sumptuous and hits just the right taste buds. From the presentation to the to the taste to the ingredients, everything is great. We ordred a Falafel platter, a Pizza and another dish that I can't quite recall — but everything was better than what we expected.
Since i went in the afternoon, the place may look more hip and beautiful during evening. They do have a huge and beautiful property. I just wish they had a separate and more hygienic washroom. It somtimes upsets me how cafes spend so much money in their food and decor, and seem to not care about the washrooms. :/

A place located in a dormant place called Ansal Plaza in South Extension. The place is hidden gem. I went there on my birthday with my friends. The experience there went above expectations.
We ordered Greek salad which was delicious and appetizing. Next was calamari, which made me eat seafood happily. Then we had mushroom risotto which again had amazing flavors. The staff was amazing and cooperative.

We have been to this place several times and love the open air ambiance. Food is outstanding, tried many dishes. Above all this, one of the things which brings us back to this place is the excellent hospitality of the staff specially Piyush with his extremely positive and customer centric approach. Cheers.

As we entered this restaurant, we were amazingly surprised by their plush couches in circular outdoor sitting area, which overlooked the garden and was complete with a bar at centre and DJ playing good music. If you are on a date, this is a good place to go where you can enjoy your dinner with the cool breeze under the moon. The staff is courteous, polite and have great recommendations. Food prices are slightly higher but you don't have to worry since they support Zomato Gold. They have happy hours from Monday to Thursday. We loved their Roasted Garlic Chicken Lasagna. Overall, experience was good and I highly recommend this place if you are in for good time.

This place looks lit in the dark but unfortunately the day I decided to visit, it was pouring. The indoor seating is pretty basic and nothing spectacular.
We ordered a pepperoni pizza(you can never go wrong with a pepperoni pizza) and Roasted chicken garlic lasagne. Lasagna was better than expected. Their service was pretty quick too.
I'd like to come here next time just for their outdoor seating experience and for their desserts.

We ordered a lasagna and a blueberry cheesecake. They were both absolutely amazing. Perfect place for a date. Definitely visiting again soon. The only problem was that the service was too slow.

It’s a pretty place in Ansal Plaza. Staff is friendly but service was a bit slow. I had to keep asking for my order. Food was tasty. It has a nice view. It’s a nice sit down place to have a nice dinner at.

Great Outside seating arrangements with mouthwatering food but the service was tad slow.
Had the service been great here, I would have surely enjoyed my time to the fullest, but nevertheless, the taste of the food covered it all.
Ordered whisky and Vodka accompanied with Grilled Chicken Bourak and Char-Grilled Chicken. Both items were insanely delicious.
Will again visit this place in a bit chilly season to relax and unwind me in a wonderful outdoor seating ambiance!
P.S. Maybe I was too hungry as the food arrived quite late, LOL!!!

It was better than my expectations , right from food to ambience . The roof top area is quite relaxing, also the view is great lavish green gardens . Music , service every thing was good also the indoors cafe area is good for clicking some nice pictures.
It’s a sweet kind of place located at one corner of Ansal Plaza.
Really courteous staff and the food is just finger licking.
Also maybe next time you can serve a little more quantity for non alcoholic drinks?
Ps: they have a rooftop area for sitting outside and enjoying your food :)

I LOVED THIS PLACE SO MUCH. I went on a date to Amuse House and I didn't have any presumptions before going. Surprisingly, I was very impressed by the location and the ambience. The area is HUGE and can house a lot of customers. The service was very helpful and the food was good. ❤️❤️
Quiet restaurant, loved the food. We had the risotto and a pasta dish. Both were vegetation and flavourful. Did not have the dessert so no comments.

It’s a great place to enjoy some great trendy tracks , soothing ambience , pleasant atmosphere overlooking sky and garden out there as place is set in open area , great meal , booze while having conversation with people you showed up there with as place is perfectly designed for dining , dancing and relaxing .. I absolutely loved this place. We ordered spicy pesto pizza with drinks. The think crust was perfectly made and topped with green capsicum and olives and rocket leaves. It was delicious and crispy. The service was quick and the servers were polite. I would love to visit this place again and try some other dishes.
This place is a gem in Ansal Plaza Mall, with great ambiance, prompt service, authentic food and some good hospitality.
We got an introductory offer of a beer bucket and a pizza only for 500 bucks, so that was a cherry on top on our scrumptious meal. We ordered three dishes :-
1: spaghetti with crab meat- creamy and cheesy spaghetti,though they didnt have crab meat, so we replace it with shrimps, and the chef was kind enough to do that.
2: spatchcock chicken- whole chicken grilled with perfection, went well with potato puree and grilled veggies.
3: slow cooked lamb- perfect balance of spices in gravy with tender pieces of lamb. Overall a good spicy dish for meat lovers.
Had a wonderful time here in big outdoor seating area, with some nice music.

Went here last week , they were having an introductory offer under which we got a veggie pizza and beer bucket and the pizza was really nice with thin crust and the ambiance feels soo good for evening hangout with friends they have inside sitting also but we prefer to sit outside and watch cricket.
I went to this place on weekend night with my group and bought deals. We got beers and veg pizza.. staff was courteous and very supportive. Pizza was good. Non veg dishes are must try! Ambience was too good! Outdoor seating was amazing and best suited if you're dating. The only thing I disliked is the music there! If you're looking for Bollywood night and need to dance then you might get disappointed here!
I went to the Amuse first time during the winters and multiple time since and I have to say that both the ambience and the food took me by surprise! Located in a spacious surrounding , it really gives you feel of a fine dining experience.
We had a great time at the place. We ordered onion rings and vegetariana pizza. Both these were delicious. We were served by Rohit. We were pleased with the service. Besides the food the ambiance of the place was also loud and great.

I went here to celebrate my birthday along with my friends. We totally loved the food & ambience. Staff is really nice & quick in service. Perfect for parties & romantic dinners. I would love to visit & recommend this place. Thumbs up👍🏻
Although I have had Hummus at so many different restaurants, no restaurant could satisfy my palate as much as Amuse House. This place is a no brainer for Mediterranean food. We had ordered their hummus with pita bread and lamb fatayer in their Mediterranean cuisine. Lamb fatayer was perfect and was served with hummus and a side salad! It just melted in my mouth. Some other dishes that we ordered from their menu were Peri peri chicken wings, smoked mushroom risotto and Smoked garlic chicken Lasagna. Was more than satisfied with everything that we had ordered.
We opted for their indoor seating area; it was quiet and the ambience was perfect. We were also greeted by the restaurant owner. One of us wanted to know if the meat is halal and we got to know all their meat is halal, which is perfect for those who eat only halal meat. Service was prompt and the staff was polite and professional. Loved the presentation of food. Had a great time at the restaurant and would love to visit again.

I went there on night of 13th may ... Their outdoor sitting is amazing you can enjoy that place with your friends or your soulmate. Staff was very helping and carrying smiles on their face one guy helped me out to find my new favourite dish named #shreddedspicedchicken we had pizza named some #chicken idk ice tea were amazing thanks to bar person who made that for us... Had the best time in Scarlet by amuse house. The ambience is so good that you forget you’re in Delhi and India.

A place with good ambience, we went for lunch. The only thing we were worried about was the fact that it was completely empty. Ignoring it, we ordered the Salsiccia and Chicken en Toast.
The latter was quite delicious and was something new for us. Shredded chicken was juicy and was perfectly blending well with the sauce and toast. Must try :)
The Pizza also was nice, thin crust and had a lot of toppings on it. We personally felt that it could've worked better with some more marinara sauce. :)

Its been several times that i have been to this place. I still remember the first time i visited this place and was amazed by the beauty of the restaurant, romantic terrace sitting, background songs with lovely decor and lights. They have amazing drinks and the food is delicious, staff are quite friendly and they make sure about your requirements. You can spend hours and hours as it is such a soothing place that you will not even get bored of sitting there. Amuse house is a must go place.
As the name suggests - the food in this place will totally leave you amused. Not the typical ‘nachos’ type of place. Rather the food is the real hero of the place.

We preferred to sit indoors (very pleasant interiors) since outdoors had loud music.
Mediterranean flavors were highly felt on the plate. Vegetarian options were limited, though tasty and of sufficient quantity.
Staff was very co-operative and considerate of needs.
We ordered three dishes as mentioned in the pictures attached.

Upon entering, we were impressed by the outdoor seating, it was perfect for a chilly winter afternoon.

Visited Amuse House this Friday, there outdoor seating is really nice with a big screen in front. They even put up the heater on which made the seating more comfortable.
O tried there artichoke & snow peas tajin in tomato sauce with rice, it had more of a Thai touch, the rice were also nicely prepared with amazing fragrance of herbs. The host was also very polite and courteous

It’s good to see enterprising entrepreneur Tushar with his first venture and Chef Arvind , a grounded and super talented chef (media shy too) serving some of the finest food from across the Mediterranean region. The pork belly that I had, was definitely one of the best in town. Food here is sublime and décor is impressive. It’s a must visit place if you are a true food lover. At the ground floor, they have an amazing party place. Do not miss to try hummus too - it’s the best in town. Last but not the least, you will not be able to resist their lamb chops - they are fantastic!

With a nice Al Fresco seating facing the plush greens of the Hudco place and mist coming out of the machine it feels so good in the outdoors. The indoors are also done aesthetically in soothing shades of cream.
The Chef is a Master in his art and has done working derstand with the food using different techniques of cooking like sous Vide, slow cooking etc.

Nice ambience place for young crowd. 1700 for drinks and snacks. Food was served too. Nonveg snacks we're good veg snacks we're ok. Didn't like taste of the food so much relished the cake served as desert.
