This place always good I always go to dwarka branch but today went to janakpuri one, good ambiance best are the prices they good. But barahala is good to be only day time because evening is very busy,I prefer on day times and recommendations to visit in day time.

Recently ordered a tandoori chicken for having a quick bite in the evening via home delivery . The food was delivered on time and it was hot and fresh .It taste really good with all the added spices and variety of flavour .Overall had a good experience ordering the food from restaurant.
Few months back some old friends calling, wanted to meet up they asked me to join them at Barshala. Never heard about that place, went there meet them up at a very desi style bar type of a place . didn't spent so much time as i don't drink and i'm pure vegetarian ;) OVERALL what i seen a real time place for hardcore drinker at a very reasonable price.

Last night I went to barshala and that was my first time to that outlet, crowd is nice and the ambience was also good. Due to stock unavailability I able not to choose my favourite beer so I have to take miller ACE. Rest ciggi from outside should be allowed because sometime person may be having full box which he can’t through out. And best part is ID check for age verification I think it should be in every outlet and every bar.

It is like a official drinking place for all of us who sometimes is short of money and we need a place to sit. Just go there dont mess around with people as the crowd is pretty cheap order beer have food and enjoy getting tipsy and leave the place.

Have liquor at minimal prices without having to pay hefty taxes. They don't have any main course and the snacks are minimal. Basically a water hole with minimal chakna at very reasonable prices surely cheaper than MyBar,etc.
The place stands out in terms of service offering - good ambience to sit & drink with guy friends.

Not everything is meant for everyone, Barshala is branding of a place to sit with your office mates and have cheap liquour with decent bitings and definitely not a place to take your girl/female colleagues to as the crowd is on a little raw side, not my kind of place but some people may definitely like it - no harm in keeping an open mind about a concept branded and created for a different segment of customers.

Please visit the place if you want to drink not to experience the ambiance or service. You hardly see ladies visiting this place. People are loud and sometimes abusive, however they have good arrangement of security.

Now Delhi have his own ahaata like haryana, nice place for us for me it's very good because this place is very near for my home walking distance only 5min.
Pocket friendly bar you get the drink on the same price as on liquor shop. Food is also good we ordered panner and peanut masala nice taste price for food is also cheap.
I like this place now we have a place where we can sit with our friends and enjoy the drinks and nobody need to travel after drink. Highly recommend.

had drinks with some of my colleagues at barshala janak puri...I had the nakli bakra and salad - it was delicious. I enjoyed a drink at the bar. The service was excellent.

Pls understand that my 3.5 rating is for a typical customer who wants a cheap air conditioned place to drink. Or male friends. There wasn't a single female inside and hence ladies, pls stay away. Location is nice. I walked in and had a confusing look on my face so a staff member approached me. The rule is u pay for ur stuff n then get it delivered on the seat. Pretty cool cuz people can run away without paying. Went in for a bottle of Haywards, one chicken fingers and kurkure. Bill was abt 290. Shockingly low. Donno how they are earning. Staff is eager n helpful. Seating is average. But the motive is, if u want to drink next to a shop in a dark alley or in ur car, skip it n come here. Top marks for that. Chicken fingers (5 fingers for jUST 150) were hot n tasty with excellent green chutney.
Recommended place but for a limited set of customers. Hope u get my point.

Barshala is located at backside of district centre , Janakpuri near transport authority . This place is on the same lines of 'Ahaata' , though a bit modernised. They have super reasonable bar menu ,orders are prepaid , value for money food menu.
Its is definitely good alternative to dangerous 'Car-o-bar'.
Only bad thing about this place is that most of the time beer is not that cold , so you need to put ice cubes in beer , which I hate the most. Restaurant needs to work on this.

Good place to hangout. Rates are totally affordable and wide range of menu is available. You may find a bit of rush on weekends but its good on weekdays. You can reach here by all modes , metro or road.
Place is clean and tidy, staff is good. Service is also on average mark as sometime it takes time
This place is best in town for the cheap and best alcohol, this place serves alcohol at nominal rates with great food and snacks for the side.
The ambience is very good, this place opens at 11 am and close at 11:30 pm, it has many branches within Delhi itself.

Bar Shaala (Janakrpuri) was really pleasent and good. But sometime u faced issues regarding the staff as they are owner of everything and as customer you guys have to creep multiple time.
A peson whom I interacted ( Rahul singh) is very poltite and hellpimg im nature and rest of the staff have arrogance..
Washroom was not cleaned but good to go here , lovely experience.
And don't forget to take your ID proof.

I was at barshala on thursday at 7.30pm, and it was too crowded. No table are available for sitting. Drink available at lowest price. But not all brand are available so first ask them which one is available them place the order. Well its open till 12.30 so you can go there late night also when all thekas are closed.
An average but super economic place, strictly for guys. I didn't see a single female soul here on Sunday and I won't advice you to take girls here on weekends. The cheap alcohol attracts a lot of indecent crowd , so keep that mind. Helpful staff, happy environment.
