This place located near Jama Masjid. This place serves different type of sheermal. Sheermal or Shirmal is a saffron-flavored traditional flatbread from Greater Iran. It tasted sweet. They also serve biryani and other nonveg dishes.
Now this outlet was right next to rehmatullah named Qureshi and in brackets it mentioned rehmatullah hotel so it seemed fair to rate this as anyway I had good ratings.
So I ordered chicken korma with khamiri roti. Extremely fulfilling and very tasty. Pricing was good 55 for this meal.
They were serving poor people as well.
A child was serving us but we Indians are not unaware of child labour.
Best Hotel in terms of price to quantity to taste ratio .. food taste is comparable to a expensive hotel food taste . Sitting facility is also Decent .

If you compare it with the likes of Karims , Al jawahar this place is far far far better in terms of taste service and price .the only negative thing is the ambience which isn't really suited for family folks .
But bachelor's or people with friends should definitely headover here .

One of the best food place serve traditional Mughlai cuisine ‘ Nihari Mutton Korma Chicken Korma all are at there best and price was unbelievable very low as compare to quality. Owner of restaurant is also golden heart man par day almost more then 100 slum people take there meal free and food provide to them as a guest when you come out from restaurant feel good in mouth due to great test and heart is due to his noble deed.

The best place in Delhi if you want to have finger licking buff dishes. No other places comes close to this in terms of flavour or value for money. Definitely try the buff korma and the Nihari with the Dunlop or the sheer mal! One cannot absolutely go wrong with any of the dishes here, by far the most authentic mughlai experience. Mughlai food is incomplete without beef but a close ²nd is buff, make the most of it and relish the dishes at this joint!

One of oldest restaurants of Delhi. They have there own old recipe and it has a amazing essence. We had a mitha roti, I forgot the exact name. Then had chicken and a mutton dish. I didn't like the beef biriyani much 😒
Rehmatullah !!!!!!! A small shop with not so much variety of food but whatever they cook is finger licking good. I am a huge fan of Biryani and also cook at home. Their biryani is simply awesome.
Chiken nihari with fluffy khameeri roti is superb too.
Prices are very much pocket friendly.

Within the dingiest lanes of Chandni Chowk just beside the famous Karims lies this small shabby little known eatery. At the cheapest of prices you will get the best food possible. Mouth watering Nahari, tasty Shirmal takes the cake. Kebabs are also worth a try. Zero ambience and comfort. You go there only for the food. And it's absolutely worth it
We were on our food walk and decided to eat here. We ordered chicken korma and chicken bihari along with khamiri roti. Both dishes were nice and spicy. Chicken was fresh too. After our meal, we ordered sheermal and it was great too.
I just went randomly seeing the crowded entrance.Unlike AL-Jawahar and others which is well hyped. This place does not even had menu list.But the Food was to my surprise tasted far better than what it priced. The staffs were quite kind and when i went down to pay, it was damn cheap.. next time surely I'm gonna try sheermal worth visiting.

Best food and atmosphere in Old Delhi, India! We were looking for a halal place in Delhi and this restaurant right beside the majestic Jama Masjid was the best choice we made! Food was exceptionally tasty, employees were super well mannered and cooperative and it was also quite affordable. Definitely a must try if you visit Old Delhi. They are widely popular and often quite busy.
Hotel located at the Delhi Jama masjid food street. This place is famous for its authentic Mughal dishes. It's difficult to find the best one here. With the help of google map review I decided to eat from here. I tried their Malai chicken and Tandoor rotti. The taste is excellent. Quantity is good and budget friendly too. It's a crowded place and they have limited seating capacity. If you visit Jama Masjid, this is a must try food spot. This street is always noisy, so don't go to eat relaxed.

We had the most delicious and tasty meal in Delhi at this restaurant. It was served very quickly and the bill was way cheaper than the other restaurants around serving the same type of food. We had nehari, sheesh kebab (chicken), and roasted butter chicken. We will remember this lunch forever. 10/10
Superb food. Strong and delightful flavors. Clean place. The tandoori roti was baked perfectly and was the highlight of the meal for me. Make sure to order (at least one). The owner was extremely welcoming and struck up a great conversation with us. Don’t miss this place!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this hotel and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff and seated promptly at a cozy table by the window. The decor was charming, with rustic wooden accents and warm lighting that made me feel right at home.
The sweet dishes are so amazing! Gulab Janum and Khoya Jalebi are a must try!

The food was Delicious, the service they are doing is great. They even serve food for the needy through out the day without any charges, just hats off to them!!!!
Located at Jama Masjid market area in Delhi, it is believed to be one of the must visit restaurant for non veg eaters. Various meat korma, keema, Shirmal and tandoori are famous items but tastes are quite average in comparison to other food joints in that market. But I must say, their drinking water is so good and rate is cheap.

The food was *so enjoyable* and the owner kindly checked in on us. We were also very moved by the restaurant’s practice of feeding the poor free of charge, right in front of the restaurant. From the upstairs dining room we were fascinated to see the cooks making rotis and other foods below — try for a view of the tandoor. We had nihari, chicken biryani and rotis. This is a required experience when you’re visiting the Jama Masjid.

Went in during peak Ramzan season. Very much congested with patrons, but luckily got a table immediately, food was absolutely lip smacking and affordable. Everything from Korma to Butter Chicken to Biriyani was delicious. Service was fast and pin point. Would recommend the place for anyone looking for tasty and affordable meals in and around Jama Masjid.
The food tastes like original mughlai food. For authentic mughlai food, this is a must visit.

They even offer food for the hungry people sitting outside . You pay the shopkeeper for what food and no. Of hungry people you want to feed. An act of generosity nd kindness
