I love chicken, specially Kadhai chicken. While scrolling through various delivering restaurants, I ended up choosing food express.
I ordered ‘ one Kadhai chicken, 1 tandoori chicken, with some butter naan ‘ . And all of it was up to the mark.
First of all, the staff is very cooperative. Very very cooperative, I’d say.
Food was delivered on time, and was hot when delivered. Coming to the packaging, it was amazing.
Everything was tightly packed and sealed, and therefore was very clean.
And, lastly all of it tasted super good. Tandoori chicken was heavenly tasty! And Kadhai chicken was bit spicy, but was finger licking delicious.

I ordered veg Biryani and seriously it was one of the best biryani i have had till now. This outlet provides you the vest biryani in the east delhi i guess and you should definitely try this. I don't know about non veg Biryani but veg one was epic.

I tasted this kind of biryani for the first time. I order their half plate, which contained around 4 chicken pieces and an egg. The quantity was awesome compared to the price. The taste was one of its own; spicy and all flavoured. Loved it.
The paneer tikka had more tomatoes than onions though, but it was good.
We mostly order Non Veg from this place on family gatherings..
This time we tried this chicken tangri kebab which was too yumm as their other food..not too good in presentation but great in taste.. they were nicely roasted chicken leg pieces stuffed with creamy minced chicken..
They have nice variety of main course chicken items as well..

If you are a non veg lover then perhaps this is underdog of Non veg places in Delhi.
Forget Kake da hotel, Rajinder Dhaba, Gulati and Karim's. Being a nom veg lover tried most of the famous non veg points of Delhi but Food express yojna vihar beats all of them anyday.
Mughlai, Handi and Afghani - The best menus on the block. Have tasted them since last 8-10 yrs now and miss it once outside Delhi.
All those who go for big names in Delhi , try this one, once and you will never go to them again.
Slightly costly on pocket than many but above items are must try , others are not so great though in taste.
Rarely I give 5 stars for food and this would be on top of my 5 star list.
