This place has been one of the favourites since more than 2 decades. There is definitely a charm of this place for people of Delhi. Great food, warm place to visit, food options are immense and one can buy handicrafts, souvenirs and other things. Fruit beer is all time favourite and food across state stalls are great. Must visit.
A great place to shop for Indian handicrafts and handloom. Footfall of people is high though it adds to the vibrant atmosphere. Parking can be a problem. Better to take a cab and go. Carry a big bag for your shopping for convenience. Food stalls are there. The cultural performance usually in the evening by folk artists are a must watch.

I love this place. There are handicrafts from many states of India and food stalls run by respective state tourism boards. Things can’t get more authentic.
Also, this is a popular market for handicrafts. Visit this place on weekdays to beat the crowds and bargain heart fully.
Although on weekends you can attend music concerts here.
I’ve started a project wherein I plan to visit every state’s food stalls and have their authentic foods.
So far I visited Tamil Nadu’s , Jammu’s, Uttarakhand, Assamese, and Sikkim’s food stalls. And I loved Assamese thali most.

Shop with care , lot of room for bargaiing . With good bargaining skills one can purchase some items at as low as 25% of the quoted price. Some items are really worthy , one will appreciate artisan's skill and forget bargaining.
Generally the shopkeepers are comfortable showcasing items without pressure to buy. Reasonable amount of bargaining is there. The old brass item selection is amazing... With patience could get some quaint pieces. Madhubani art work...there is good choice..and of course footwear too. Very patient salespeople. Food stalls are not very great - both cleanliness and quality are suspect.
Dilli Haat is a beautiful and vibrant place that everyone should visit at least once. It is booming with the local artisans and the brilliant artists who exhibit their lovely art. You can get a wide range of home decor articles, clothes, footwear, accessories, stationery items, etc. However, the price is on the higher end considering the other markets but they have not compromised on the quality.
Dilli Haat also has various food items that belong to diverse states and cultures. Some of them are amazing but the rest of them are okay-ish.
All in all, you should experience it to have a delightful sight and a picturesque moment. The vibe is wholesome and exquisite.

Great place to experience a variety of Indian Cuisines from and handicrafts from different States of India. While buying, remember to bargain as most would quote 2X the actual price. Do try the Millets food experience centre. They serve amazing millet based dishes. Can be visited during the afternoon on weekends to avoid rush. Overall a fun-filled experience.

Nice place with variety of authentic Stuff, which is obviously a bit costly as they involve artistic work behind them. Even if you don't want to but anything still you can visit the place to have an experience plus restaurants are there incase you get hungry

Beautiful Collection and huge varieties of items found. Comparatively expensive, but price can be bargained and negotiated well. There are food stalls representing foods from different states of India. Can be very addictive, in terms of shopping experience.
Good place for shopping, especially for women. You will find a variety of traditional jewellery and garments. Apart from that, you will also find local food item stalls from almost every state in the country. It feels like a mini india. The stuff over here is a bit over priced, however it is worth visiting here.
