Good buffet spread. The variety of salads and cold cuts could be a bit more but the ambience and everything else was on point. Live counters were nice, missed seafood options though. Maybe tuna?
The rava dosa was very tasty and the hotel in itself is beautiful.

Buffet style dining at a very spacious restaurant. Food was good not great.
Service was little above average. Ambience was good though. I had gone for dinner, hustle bustle at that time was remarkable for a restaurant at this stature. I would recommend it if some one was in vicinity and asked me for a suggestion.
Visited the place for a food festival and was amazed by the variety of food and the ambience. They have various food fests going on through the year with delectable food to choose from and keep you coming back for more.

Re-visited this restaurant as Hotel Team called & ensured us that they have improved the sanitisation problem taking into account my last feedback.
And, yes they have truly improved.
They changed the dessert counter's place + no mosquito/ fly problem.
Highly impressed with the fact they took the feedback seriously & listen to their customers.
Overall food taste was remarkable+ good hygiene+ good hospitality.
Special mention to Mr. Sushil Kumar who made the effort to work on customer feedback. Well done! 👍🏻

Good Ambience+ good hospitality.
Had opted for Buffet dinner where Rajasthani Food was in specials.
However, there were Mosquitoes all around, in the seating area & at the dessert counter. For this, the hotel administration should immediately plan for some action plan.
Good, service and atmosphere is very good I like it. Only improvement is required is at parking area, a lift to ground will be helpful.
The food and service is top class. We are attended wraith a warmth and proper care was taken care off. Chef Vikas, chef ashish and Shashank were very courteous. You were pampered a lot and Will visit again.
It was nice Experience here. People enjoy food here. Sometime you do not find table here. Variety of food available . Very nice buffet. Good service and live station extra facility with good variety of juices. Preparation at live station should be made fast , This is no good holding plate and waiting for chapati or dosa.

Mosaic used to be the place I used to dine in at pre COVID,
And lately I was craving for food from Mosaic and while searching I found out that they're delivery at my place I took no time and placed my order for vegetarian thali.
I decided to go with it as it had a lot of options and it included my favourite dal makhni and kulcha.
I'm not sure whether they change their vegetables in the thali or no but for me personally the thali tasted on point each and every Sabji tasted really good had right amount of spices and last but not the least everything came fresh.
This Hotel and and the Restaurant specifically both are really good in my opinion, So if you're looking forward to dine in or getting your food delivered at home you can surely check this place out.

Breakfast at this place is world class! In last one week stayed at many hotels nothing like having fresh juice, pav bhaji here. Every item was very good, could taste all the flavors!
Atmosphere is very good, food, everything is very good like service, washroom, restrooms other facilities are perfect. If you looking for best hotels, restaurants then go with crowne plaza rohini is the best.
I was here to celebrate my birthday with family on two Saturdays. It was our third outing in last 2 years ever since the pandemic started. I spoke with Mr. Sushil regarding the booking and shared my apprehensions over the Covid protocols as we have been following everything very strictly. He ensured that over both the lunch buffets we were given a well sanitized and a separate area to accommodate all of us. Mr. Ashish Manav ensured the excellent service on 16th April and Mr. Manish Madhukar was kind enough to manage all the requests especially taking care of the senior citizens on 23rd April.

Food was amazing. Lot of choices for both vegetarians as well as non vegetarians. I have already visited twice in April and now planning for breakfast buffet in May.

It seems that July is the month for oriental cuisine. Over the last 2 weeks, I have eaten lot of oriental food and yet not been bored of it! That is the beauty of this cuisine!
Latest in the addition has been oriental food festival at Mosaic, Crown Plaza Rohini. This hotel has become my second home, as I am always comfortable and relaxed in the company of people around me. Food here tastes awesome – we call it Swad in Hindi and that’s what we all look forward to! Dining out has to be an experience in itself and people spend for pleasure, satisfaction and go out of their routine to enjoy. Hence, the experience has to be unique!
The array of satay was one of the highlight of the meal, so was the vegetarian dimsums. Both were delicious and I prefer them over non-veg. The prawn skewers were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection - neither chewy nor over cooked.
Slices of chicken tossed in black bean sauce, white sesame had the right balance, and you would love it too!
The main course was enjoyable! One of the best thing, that I like about this promotion, is that the focus is on indo-Chinese rather than authentic Chinese. You also need to keep your guest list and patrons in mind, when you are running your business. And we all love our Indian version of Chinese, don’t we?!!

So finally, I visited this place which is located near Rithala metro station in Crowne plaza. The aroma of this place is mesmerising and the sitting was ao comfortable that you would love to visit it again.
Earlier when they were serving the food was not hot, I requested the person who was serving and they replied, of course, we will do that with a smile.
The pizza was so delicious and the best thing was that it was made fresh.
They don't have many options in non-veg barbeque and also i dont love the kebab which they served.
The salad have an awesome variety which i really liked .
The non veg red sauce pasta was not at all delicious , actually too much tangy but on the other side of the coin, white sauce pasta was really delicious.
The non veg dimsum soup was really nice but veg potatoe soup was not tasty.
The desert section was superb and the presentation was upto the mark. The paan kulfi was so scrumptious that one should not missed it for sure.
The service by Bhawani , prakhar and kuber was stunning.
Have had 5-6 late night dinners and a couple of heavy breakfast at Mosaic inside Crowne Plaza Rohini and never had a bad experience. Each and every item they cook is fresh and delicious.
Staff is attentive and hygienic aspects are well taken care of. Ambience of the restaurant is good.
They organize different themes as per on-going festivals and change the restaurant elements accordingly.
In short, Mosaic is totally worth the visit.

These were great times at the Mosiac. Sakshi, Harshita, and Arpit made our check in (and stay) very nice, and Arpit - knowing that we were on our way to Agra made some great suggestions of what to see. Right after getting to know Ravi (trainer of the gym) Chikku at the fruit/veg drink bar would help me get my energy back with some great infused water. Must try – the sauna/steam room, and the buffet - breakfast, or dinner. At the dining area. Anita and Johnson really made us feel very welcome. Yogesh reminded me of what a man’s man looks like with his fantastic mustache. I have mustache goals - and Yogesh is my inspiration. 🤓 when coming or going, Ranjit and Bhodraj really made our storage and luggage movement extremely easy, and I’m so thankful that they were assisting us so intelligently and with such an understanding fashion when there were changes to be made. Meanwhile, our daughter took such a liking to Ishu - that had to name her Ishu Didi ☺️ … she was so friendly, and her energy/vibrations were so positive that our baby took a liking to her right away. She didn’t want to leave her arms at all - not for a second. The same thing happened with Aarti! What a great folks they have at this hotel. Go experience it for yourselves. Enjoy! 🙏🏿🇮🇳💫

Had a great time at the Crowne Plaza New Delhi, special mention for the Mosaic Restaurant where we had dinners and breakfasts. The food was excellent and the staff was amazing. Mempal, Mahek and the whole F&B team were very attentive and made sure we could navigate and try local cuisine. They made the experience all the more memorable.
