Being a professional chef I understand textures and flavours well but when food becomes ketofriendly it’s really tough to make it super delicious with clear cut account of the macros and carb intake. I was craving for a pepperoni pizza but wanted to avoid the carbs that came with it so I came across KetoRoo Bakes and ordered their super thin crust pizza made out of almond flour. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavours. Had to call them to confirm whether this was actually a keto pizza. It was so so good. Highly recommended !! I have tried so many so called Keto places in Delhi NCR which always called their food/products as Keto & claimed to be following genuinely keto compliant ingredients-but fact of the matter is that they all have been just MOney making rackets!!
They openly lie and cheat their clients.
Ketoroo for a change comes as a pleasant surprise-it is Genuinely keto-I have tested my ketone levels after consuming theirs n other people’s product in the market.
Ketoroo food keeps my blood sugar n ketones in place-it has never thrown me out of ketosis.
So if u genuinely wanna eat keto(not low carb)-don’t trust anyone except them.
The others will lie and manipulate you to buy their stuff (and even advertise their food as Keto) buy pls use your brain n test those products for yourself-there are enough cheats in the market.
I would rather spend a little more n just go for Ketoroo n nothing else-cos for me my diet n health comes before anything else.

This restaurant is one of my go-tos but I have to say today I tried their Keto sushi and it is DELICIOUS. I’ve been really craving sushi but didn’t want the carbs and this was fantastic—tasted just like the real thing! They also sent the sushi thoughtfully packaged with an ice pack to keep the little pieces cool! Definitely give it a try!

So I have been ordering from this amazing restaurant ketoroo bakes ever since last year December..and well that says it all ..it’s any keto novices or keto lovers delight ...some of the things on their menu which are like my favourites are their onion capsicum mushroom pizza which even the non keto members of my family love...their dark chocolate cake is bomb 💣...which is unfortunately always out of stock on zomato 🙈..their breads which are such a steal! Another dessert which is totally worth trying is their cinnamon roll! They were even available in the lockdown ,with super hygienic double packaging..so great job team ketoroo bakes !!👌
This is probably the only outlet offering both ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat keto foods in the area. For anyone finding it difficult to overcome bread and dessert cravings on keto, it's a blessing that their breads/pizzas/desserts all taste like the real thing - just with minimal carbs! Overall, excellent menu, but pricing could be made more reasonable to suit regular customers.

I just wanted to give a suggestion for the cheesecake , if I remember correct , you used to bake mini cheesecakes earlier.
But since you’ve changed it to the jar I feel i have to dig in deep to get the base along with the cheese. The texture of the biscuit base gets lost as the layer of cream cheese is a lot , so it kind of misses the balance .
Taste wise its good . Hope something can be worked out for that.

Ordered the keto pepperoni pizza, amidst the lockdown was finding it very hard to continue keto. The Domino's everyday notification didn't exactly help. Inching closer to cheating on my diet, my love for pizza and the prolonged "social" distance from pizza, I found KetoRoo Bakes.
I live in West Delhi, which is super far off from the location of the restaurant, the staff however, was super cooperative, and managed to get it delivered to me in these unprecedented conditions, upon receiving the food, I was nothing but elevated to see my pizza. Upon tasting, I thought to myself if this is even keto, it tasted so good like an original carb loaded pizza.

Never thought that I will end up reducing weight by having so satiating Pizzas and Burgers, every day!😅
To be honest Keto is hard, sustaining it is even harder. With this in mind, for the past 2 weeks now, I have literally been living on the Pizzas and burgers ordered from them, not that I was doing anything different before except that it was usually from Dominoes or McDonald's ! 😅
But this time, I was really counting on the Low Carb ingredients of the stuff I ordered from them and today when I stepped in the weighing machine, I realised I was down by 4kgs.
2 weeks; 4kgs. 1 filling Pizza/Burger per day !😅 Why won't I be happy !😃
Also, I must mention, I constantly monitored my Ketosis Status throughout the day with the Keto Test Strips. Never even once in last 2 weeks, did it show I was out of it.

The one keto place I wish becomes a chain, because of how true it is to what it claims to be. It delivers what it promises. It is cheating, without cheating. The truest keto food restaurant I've come across so far.
First thing first i loved their concept of making their menu by keeping in mind about keto diet , for those dont know about it its a diet in which we eat moderate protein low carbs and high fat in order to loose your weight ,and achieve healthy diet .
So if you're following it , then this outlet has got your back you can order what not all of which are made for keto diet.
KetoRoo comes to the rescue whenever I crave anything sweet on my Keto journey. Their choco chip cookies are to die for and a staple for me to have with some BPC. :-). Have it and you will fall in love. The Brookie is also amazing and so is the keto mousse. I usually stock up on the pizza bases to quickly churn up pizzas.

Amazing food all around especially the pizza’s, breads, desserts and the poppers ! The owner and staff are very sweet and friendly. They always try to go the extra mile. I usually order from here at least once or twice a week.
A typical Goan keto breakfast:
Skinless pork sausage with cheese on KetoRoo Bakes flax seed toast.
The Goans know how to make the most scrumptious sausage: grainy and skinless and lightly flavoured. And this flax bread is totally the solid foundation to an awesome breakfast.
I carried two loaves of this bread to Goa from Delhi; froze one and used one for three days. Then the other, and this bread tastes lovely upon being toasted and treated with love. And of course the goodness of flax seeds and almond flour and all that jazz follows.

Actually I am on a diet and wanted to get a fit body. And it was my cheat day but still I wanted to eat something less fatty delicious snack. And in that wish Ketoroo helps me. They have a variety of range of pizzas which are healthy and has low fat because for their base they use almond flour instead of maida or atta. I ordered creamy paneer keto pizza and it was soo amazing and tasted heavenly good. Even cake cream and strawberries dessert jar was also so good and has low sugar which I desired for.
Love the food, my only go to keto place. Everything is tasty n healthy. A very interesting concept just the prices are a little to much. Extra brownie points for the tasty brownies🍪
I had Paneer tikka Pizza and Tea Cake. Both were worth it, as Pizza was cheesy and the thin crust added more deliciousness to it. And the Tea Cake was awesome too to satiate your hunger if you are having it with a Cup of tea. Wanted to update my review from last time. Hands down, till date the best customer service I ever experienced. What an amazing way to positively take criticism and work on it. So after I posted the review over the faulty loaf of bread, that I recieved a quick response from Roohan, who was nothing but gracious enough to send me the replacement with no extra cost. And I recieved the item (with a side order of brownie) on the same day itself. Was on an IF and broke it with the yummy cheesy bread! Just worth every penny... Those who are on keto, I must recommend this place for it's perfect quality and excellent customer service. First I would like to recommend this outlet for its quality of food served. It was very good. I just loved 3 cheese pizza. Cheese was flowing and I lovvvved it. It's garlic bread with cheese dip was one of the premium. It was a little crisp and awesome. Chicken salad sandwich filling was very delicious. It was fresh and properly tossed.

I had their pepperoni pizza, and tea cake for snacks yesterday. The packaging is good.
The tea cake was very moist and was delicious.
The pizza was to die for! So cheesy and had delicious pepperonis on top.

Food with no atta and no maida, grain free and sugar free where else can you get healthy and tasty pizzas like this. For calorie counters like me this is the best choice. The Paneer Tandoori Malai Pizza is my favourite and also I have tried Creamy Mushroom Pizza. Both are absolutely delicious.

Are you health counsious but still a foodie too? Then this joint is the perfect option for you as they provide loo carb options, sugar-free bakery items and most importantly they don't use white flour. Also if you are on a diet they have Keto meals too. Their menu is really elaborate and mouth watering. I personally tried their Keto Cheese Bread Loaf and Chicken Tikka Pizza and they were like super amazing. 1.Paneer Tandoori Malai Pizza
It had a thin crust topped with lots of cheese and chunks of tandoori paneer. It had a nice cheese flavour, the base was fresh and crunchy.
2. Tea Cake
A nice subtle sweet snack to go with a hot cup of coffee or tea. It was soft, fluffy and had a balanced flavor.
Overall, I had a good experience with Ketoroo Bakes. I would recommend the pizzas from this place.

This is the most heavenly Keto food I have had in years. The loaded garlic bread was to die for. Jalapeno poppers, being my favourite (Oh, how much I missed them on Keto!), with their rich and buttery taste sent me to a major food coma. I absolutely adored the Cinnamon roll which was extremely indulging with just the right balance of savoury and sweetness of the frosting.Yet to try their pizzas but I'm sure they'll be equally scrumptious. I can't even begin how amazing IS THIS FOOD! I was seriously loosing my appetite in keto. Being lactose intolerant takes the 'fun' out of Keto and so I decided to indulge as I followed Ketoroo on Instagram. The MINI PIZZA were GOD SENT! This is probably my most emotional review ever because the food literally has the FEELS.
The tea cake was another level of floating the lala land while still maintaining ketosis!
I have gone ahead to get almond coconut cookies, chocolate cookies, fudge brownies which are dairy free (butter is OK for me!) and everything puts you in meditative state.. I suddenly discovered what food coma feels like!

The macros are mentioned online, it would be ideal if I got a WhatsApp or a print out with my order which will help me plan my meals (still a beginner in keto game) and Ketoroo uses the best the best the best ingredients! I guess this place is a boon for all of us on keto or on an Atkins diet.I just came to know about this place last night and to my surprise they delivered these awesome home baked breads and tea cakes to break my monotony of eggs chicken mutton and so on.I ordered a vanilla tea cake (the portion size seems good) and I ordered a cheese bread loaf which I just had and couldn’t believe that I could be having this good tasting food on keto as well.For all those who say it’s expensive yes it’s a tad bit over our regular prices abut we have to understand that the ingredients used are expensive and it’s for our own weight loss and health so it’s definitely worth it.I m a new fan and I can’t wait to order more stuff once this gets over. Loved the personal touch of the owners as they explained me everything on phone very politely.All the best guys.

This was like god send for me. I have ordered multiple times till now and I really liked the onion capsicum paneer pizza. If you are on Keto, you'd be thrilled to eat their delicious food. It tastes so good and macro wise, it's all perfect. I have also tried their garlic bread, it's quite good for snacking.
So I'm basically what you would call a keto connoisseur at this point. The way KetoRoo Bakes is progressing, they are hands down top 5 keto food providers in the world and I've tried a lot all over the world!
Providing the macro info is really a plus point as it is really important for us on keto to keep within our limits and anyone on keto or not will absolutely love the food!

Tried a pizza for the first time during my keto. Zomato took around 1 hour to realise that they didn't have enough valets and eventually rejected the order. The pizza had been prepared by then. Upon following up with the restaurant, the owner gladly offered to deliver the food through their own valet. I was asked if I am okay eating the same pizza or need a fresh one (full marks for hospitality here). Cherry on top? I was delivered a tea cake with compliments too!! Having tried a lot of keto options I can say that ketoroo is probably the best keto food option in Delhi NCR with just the perfect macros be it desserts or mains.

I am a big big KetoRoo fan. I have tried the keto buns, 3 cheese pizza and eggless pizza bases from KetoRoo. The eggless pizza base is very yummy. Everytime we crave for pizza, we order KetoRoo bases because they are extremely delicious, healthy and filling. I love the pizza bases and keep ordering them every now and then. It makes being on a Keto diet so easy. Once you try KetoRoo for your diet, there is no going back!
Amazing is the word for Ketoroo. I have tried the pizzas, garlic bread, breads, cookies, cheesecakes, brownies. I can’t stress enough on how amazing the food is. Having said that, I am a huge huge fan of there dessert section. It’s so good that If I could I would order something from them everyday. The brownie was exceptionally good - so gooey so good. The owner is extremely sweet too so that’s another plus.

An awesome bakery! The loaded garlic bread is to die for!! Highly recommend this place to anyone on a ketogenic diet. Even the buns and bread 🥖 were very good. Just wish that the prices were a little lower!
Oh boy I love the pizza here! It's not easy to find keto food that you can trust. This is absolutely above board. I've tested my ketones after meals from KetoRoo Bakes and I remain in ketosis. I'm a keto health coach and I will not recommend anything that will throw any of my clients out of ketosis. When my clients have been really good and it's time for a treat, KetoRoo Bakes is where I send them. Macros are as spot on as the yumness of her bakes. Mind your carbs and enjoy!!!

I ordered veg mushroom pizza and it was great experience. The place is a takeaway and the owner was helpful. Great experience and will try the non veg pizzas for sure. My suggestion would be to open up a place where one can dine in and get even fresher baked pizzas. Overall good experience and would recommend everyone on keto diet to give it a shot.
I ordered the pepperoni pizza it was amazing. Very heavy so ideally for two people. It was hot when it came and it didn’t even seem like the pizza had an almond flour base
The chocolate chip cookies were also warm when delivered and they melted in my mouth. the only thing about the cookies is that they left a sight bitter taste.
Overall really great experience with the pizza particularly for the people who are doing the Keto diet and are craving for some pizzas and don’t want to get off ketosis.
Just one request if you could add in the calories of the pizza if possible that would be great. This is a fantastic initiative and I was really craving for some junk food tonight but decided to order from here and satisfied my cravings!
An amazing place to try for keto friendly options. The owner/ baker is very courteous and helpful. She was quick and had some things ready when i called which i could just order and pick. I took a take-away option from their website with 10% discount and it was a lovely experience. I ordered loaded garlic bread, a bread loaf and a pizza base. By the time i managed to reach there and received my order, I couldn’t resist myself from trying that hot oven fresh garlic bread and i found it better than Domino’s. I would order again, just wish the prices were bit less. 😊
Brilliant pizzas, sandwiches, burgers, God I've tried almost everything on their menu.
The best part is that their team is adept at advising what I should order, keeping in mind my keto goals, and my net carb intake.
Also, they deliver everywhere, I order almost daily from Faridabad.
Side note: The desserts are mind numbing!

Never had a more delicious mutton steak or burger or sandwich in my life. I don’t do keto and I still order from here because the quality of their ingredients is just outstanding. It’s melt in your mouth stuff
The pizzas are so fulfilling, one will last you atleast 2 full meals. And the bread with a dollop of butter with chai is just heaven. I felt the ingredients were of much higher quality than other keto brands. You need to order in advance and delivery is the next day but one can get used to it esp when the taste is so good. Nothing tastes like cardboard.

Have been ordering from ketoroo since february '21 when i started keto. Love the food. Lots of variety , tasty food yet very low in carbs. Ideal for cuting down on carb consumption. I am a regular.
Really really really good food and more importantly eaten tension free as the macros are taken care of effortlessly. Tried many of the places for Keto products, got kicked out of Keto each time, but then #KetorooBakes was the game-changer. Never got kicked out of Keto even once and I literally lived off #KetoRooBake products on my Keto journey that began 2 months ago- losing 10Kg. I haven't reached my goal yet (5 more to go) and I look forward to completing the next 5 with you !

What A great FIND ! This place has the most amazing pizza ever . Of your not familiar with KETO or LCHF dieting you may not appreciate how great this place is.
My husband and I are bodybuilders and have a difficult time meeting our protein requirements whilst maintaining low carb intake .We found this on Zomato and each ordered a 10 inch pizza .
The pizza crust was hands down the best LC I have ever had , and the toppings were so fresh and creative . If you can manage to eat it in one sitting you will get
50 grams of protein !
I only ate half and can’t wait for lunch today to eat the rest . We also ordered their chocolate chip cookies . They we so moist and you won’t miss the flour in them at a all! A great way to reward yourself .
This place is expensive , but if you count the protein your getting vs the price it’s well worth it!

My small efforts to find genuine keto food stopped after visiting KETOROO.

I have tried so many so called Keto places in Delhi NCR which always called their food/products as Keto & claimed to be following genuinely keto compliant ingredients-but fact of the matter is that they all have been just MOney making rackets!!
They openly lie and cheat their clients.
Ketoroo for a change comes as a pleasant surprise-it is Genuinely keto-I have tested my ketone levels after consuming theirs n other people’s product in the market.
Ketoroo food keeps my blood sugar n ketones in place-it has never thrown me out of ketosis.
So if u genuinely wanna eat keto(not low carb)-don’t trust anyone except them.
The others will lie and manipulate you to buy their stuff (and even advertise their food as Keto) buy pls use your brain n test those products for yourself-there are enough cheats in the market.
I would rather spend a little more n just go for Ketoroo n nothing else-cos for me my diet n health comes before anything else.

Insane.Is.The.Word. Went on my first diet ever, and it was depressing as s*#+..... Untill I found Ketoroo Bakes. If you're a keto-er, or if you're just on a diet, you don't know what you're missing till you've tried their almond flour base Pizza. It's dieting, except more scrumptious than when you're not dieting.
It's so hard to find keto food in Delhi. And the keto things I've come across is either awful, stupidly expensive or I can't really trust the macros or ingredients.
But KetoRoo Bakes is different!! The food is gorgeous, very filling, super satisfying and all the while you're actually still sticking to your macros.
