My favourite place to order chaaps especially malai Chaap and masala Chaap.
Prices are also not very high. And the taste is ultimate ππβ€
Paneer tikka. Here the beauty is the paneer well mixed in red dahi and well grilled which gives a wonderful taste. Well served with green chutney.
Amritsari chaap corner is the best chaap corner in Delhi, ultimate chaap, but sometime due to heavy orders, they helpless to deliver the food. Plz try malai chaap from his menu
Most awesome thing i had in last few months
This is located just next to punjabi rasoi.
And this place do not have its own seating place instead standing tables but this place is so crowdy coz of its taste. You can order anything here and u will enjoy it everytime.
Its malai chaap, achaari chaap and seekh kabab are the best.
This place serves the best chaap snacks in that area .
We had -
1) Tandoori chaap
2) Malai chaap
Both the dishes were good served with mint sauce and freshly cut onions.
The good thing about this place is it serves quarter dishes too , so if you wanna try variety of dishes with minimal quantity ,so that's an option and also this place is inexpensive.
No seating arrangement , only standing tables and the place is probably crowded .
Recently tried chaap roll from this place that was also good.
Must try for a change .
A great experience from my side .
Hi great test and enjoy many type of chaap masal chaap also good there is pickup point main road rohatak road and prize also good stuff chaap also good
I ate Malai Chaap here. It came with rumaali roti and was very tasty and crunchy. They donβt use cream in their dishes and use butter instead so the taste was different from many places. It was very affordable too. Their green mint sauce is so so so good. ♥οΈ♥οΈ
Iβve been going here from years . Their chaaps are just amazing . Itβs very crowded you can try any of their tandoor dishes. Masala chaap, malai chaap, achari chaap, paneer tikka with rumali roti.
Wow place. I am ad that they offered delivery thanx to zomato. Because i hate Swiggy. Masala and malai chap. Full butter wali shop. Avoid visiting there. Try getting it home
The food is super delicious the best place in delhi to eat chaap and that too in affordable prices its so good to eat here the chaap are different from other places love to eat here
You should try malai chaap and masala chaap with extra masala and Butter totally drool worthy and lip smacking taste
You can also try other items also. They are also good
"Amritsari chaap" a famous joint for variety of chaap in Karol Bagh. Visited almost after 2 years and consistency of taste remains same! And what we had :-
Stuff masala chaap
Veg seekh kabab
Malai chaap
I'd prefer veg seekh kabab.
Taste - 4/5
Service- 3/5
Ever since my first visit here almost 4 years back, the consistency of the chaap preparation remains good. Masala chaap is still the no. 1 item
It's a heaven for those who wish to taste the variety of flavors available in non-veg while being veg all the time. The best dishes I've ever tasted are the Seekh Kebab, Masala Chaap, Malai Chaap and Stuffed Masala Chaap. The Seekh Kebab Rolls are the hands-down winner with the great smoky taste and awesome wrapping that don't let you struggle to avoid any fall of portion. You can get 5 marks once you get enough space for people to stand and eat their order along with sustainable parking facility.
Amazing chaaps and tikkas!! A heaven for vegetarians!! Must try!! The soya malai chaap was yummy! And so was the veg seekh and tandoori aloo!!
Amazing food! Loved everything. Must tries - soya seekh kebab, malai chaap tikka and rolls, aloo tikka, EVERYTHING was just amazing.
A must visit! I couldn't imagine vegetarian food and soya could taste so good ππ»π
It was ok ok in taste serve cold soya chap
Need to improve on that pricing was ok
Behaviour of that guy sitting on counter was not good
π‘π‘π‘π‘
If u r a chaap freak and love to have vegetarian food then this place is for u guys only....I am visiting Amritsar chaap for quite some time and they have a good way for preparation....no place to sit so provides services in car itself...opening time is in evening since Marination takes some time....stuff chapp with romali roti is my fav...a must try
It is an on road shop near khalsa college. No parking facility. No sitting arrangement. Serve grilled items but veg only. Stuffed chaap is speciality and I tried this only. Very well grilled and crispy. Served with rumali roti. Prices are on higher side but do not mind if quality food is there. Known shop in this area. People says that their quality has degraded but I did not feel same. Service is slow. Ambience is not expected as it is just a small counter. Pp
Superb chaap amazing. I mean it was just osum!!!! Its a must visit place..... Everything was just perfect. Would love to go back again. The Malai chaap and the Paneer tikka was outstanding
What an experience it was! The paneer Tikka was amazingly super soft. Superb flavor in and out. Do not miss this place if you are at or around Karol bagh.
PS: Punjabi zaika which is right beside this place is not listed. Starter at Amritsari Chaap Corner and rest main course at Punjabi Zaika.
Had the chaap long back and liked it alot...the preparation was good...nicely marinated and served well...consider it as a street food restaurant...
it offers different types of chaap..do try
My brother forcefully took me to this place.
The menu seemed alright so took a tikka and a chaap. Tikkas are good but the amount of fat dripping from the chaap was ewwww. Couldn't eat it, my mouth and hands became super oily.
Get it packed unless you have some kind of oil sucking ability.
its a good place for quick bite . we ordered malai chaap , masala chaap wth sum romali roti
malai chaap was good in taste
masala chaap was oily nd very spiccy
This is our go-to place every time we are in Karol Bagh. This place is a typical stand-n-eat kind of a place, so we mostly end up eating in the car.
We have tried so many things here, but my favorites are mushroom tikka and veg seekh with roomali roties.
Although the food is on the oily side, it's worth the calories!!
Total bill for two: Rs240
If you are a chap fan, this is the place!! By far the best chap in town. They dont have curry items and serve tandoori only, but I bet you can't stop having it. Apart from chap they also serve paneer tikka, seekh kabab (the best seekh kabab I have ever had), stuffed aaloo and mushroom tikka. And for vegetarians, it is heaven. Yes, it is pure vegetarian!!
Amritsar Chap at Karol Bagh is a good place to grab a quick bite. I have not had better Amritsari chaap than this before. Chaps were lip smacking. One thalli is sufficient for two people. I recommend all people to visit this place once.
This is my first review on Zomato and believe me when I say THIS PLACE SERVES THE BEST CHAAP IN DELHI..
On my friends recommendation I first tried their chaap in 2011 and since then I have been an avid consumer of their food. My personal favourite items are Malai chaap, seekh kebab, paneer tikka. Their malai chaap is unlike other chaap corners who put amul cream on their soya chaaps.
I would say if you love flavour in your food then this place serves the perfect combination of taste, spices and flavour.
Its a must visit place. The place is very good and service is quick. Not so costly and very hygienic. I would love to go here again. Variety is very good.
I have eaten here once. It was very oily, full of spices but surprisingly tasty. Good for a quick evening snack. I have never gone back but would not mind eating here again.
Mouth watering classy taste ... You try anything and it comes in an amazing new avatar compared to any other regular chapwaala in Delhi ... Must try ...
The oldest chaap centre... The quality n taste is the same always... No sitting place... Food is pretty decent... Stuffed chap, masala chaap must try
it was the first time I was trying a chaap and believe me when I say i regretted why I did not try Chaap earlier. We ordered a malai chaap and veg seekh kabab. both were delicious. Chaap has the right combination of spices and along with the chutney the taste is heavenly.
service is little slow which is understandable given the rush they have in evening.
This is the Best Chaap Joint. Try some masaala chaap you will love it. That's all I have to say about this place. Lack of space and slow service near dinner times made me rate it a little lower but the food won't let you down. :)
This is my anytime go to joint. You can have anything a chaap can be. Loads of variety and each has a distinctive taste. Mushroom tikkas are good too. I never miss the snacks from this joint whenever I visit my relatives in Karol bagh. There roomalis are though something which needs a bit improvement. Live the fact there is a other serious pure veg joint in the city serving delicious food.
Well this is surely place for vegetarians who have are always teased by their non-vegetarian friends for missing the ultimate delight of life:P and i guess all of them would agree to me..
Certainly if someone is looking for authentic tandoori snacks then they are at the wrong place coz all the stuff here is first prepared in tandoor n then almost fried in humungous quantities of butter and masala...which certainly poses a challenge for ur taste buds.
As far as the taste is concerned i don't think there is a better place for a veg. Seekh kebab (Amritsari style) in delhi.....n the chaaps too are just super crunchy n juicy and once again hard to find in delhi.
Yes i agree the staff can be inefficient at times....specially on tuesdays and weekends....but overall given that it's a roadside joint it certainly stands high in customer loyalty
Best malai chaap.. Seatings should be there.. Else it is the best.. really awesome..
Recommended for vegetarians and Tuesdays Thursdays??.
Oasam chaap I ever eat.one of the best chaap.specially malai chaap with rumali roti.pocket friendly nd best place with family nd frnds must go here
Went there on recommendation of one of vegetarian friend. This is small outlet with fixed 14 items in the menu.
Ordered malai chaap and masala chaap.
Have to say malai chaal was juicy, crispy and tasty.
Masala chaap was adequately spicy.
I personally found it better than wah ji wah Karol bagh.
In my view, these chaap can be best enjoyed at its place only and irony is the just three standing table. Somehow not a good place for family crowd but yes food can be enjoyed in own car.
My rating
Chaap 4 out of 5 ( malai chaap and masala chaap both were very good)
Locations 3 out of 5
Hygiene 4 out of 5
It a small chaap shop but with the number of people hovering around the shop, it'll be difficult to give it a miss. It has Nice chaaps. I Tried the grilled mushrooms, and loved them!
Worth a try!
