Food was good and delicious. But It would be little less spicy.

I've never been there but I've ordered food from there.... And the food surprised me..... I love the food like anything..... As my expectations was very low.... Later we ordered often.... I love shahi paneer, paneer butter masala & chole masala was ultimate..... Can give a try once... But they've apparently increase there price which may not so attractive but u can try once...
It was one of the best normal dinner I ordered online. The price was minimal and the quality was good. The punjabi daal tadka was nice as it was very different from the dal makhni we usually get. The food was light and delicious. Out of the outlets with reasonable prices this is the one I LL surely order again from
You don't hv to hv best of interiors to delight a customer. Punjabi express at Janakpuri is more like a Dhaba/take away counter with minimal seating. I hv taken away many of my meals from this place and today hv had a meal sitting there as well. For office fella working in Janakpuri District Centre this is a very good Hindustani meal option. I had been trying their Rajma roti/naan till I had their Dal tadka in my last to last meal and Daal actually made me have my today's meal. Though I had Rajma yet again. Owner is attentive to you and with limited manpower attends his guests personally and keeps an eye on your needs. Lastly, I'm writing this review to mention cleanliness of their kitchen. It is clean and operations look quite neat with 4 persons all the time inside. Kudos to this small setup which is not a brand and will never be but yer very clear about what it is offering.
