Great food and very tasty

Just dropped here for Breakfast a year ago, A cold morning was getting older and bright that time making way for the Sun to shine overhead.
Shortening, A late Breakfast it was.
The simple reason to choose them was 'Dhaba' which will probably serve good paronthas.
After the meal, it was one of the best.

So this year too, they were obvious on Hit List(read wishlist) and this one with family.
Ordered Aloo Paronthas and Curd.
But they don't serve curd, only Butter. Sourced the Mother Dairy Curd from outside ourselves and they acknowledged it without a fuss.
Also, A Yellow Daal since curd may attack the throat leaving me 'out of order' for zomato.
Sizzling Tandoori aloo Paronthas melted the butter flooding the surface of Paronthas haphazardly.Without any second thought, they were directed towards stomach.
Aha! The Taste, Oh that crisp Tandoori paronthas just turned Soft in mouth, the sweet curd caging the parontha, yet the hot aloo & spices roaring cannot be missed.

The Aloo/Potatoes were mashed evenly and close to perfect. The Spices and Condiments were all same as usual, Salt, Pepper, Garam Masala etc. with no one overpowering or speaking off the lot to cater you but a real perfect blend of them. The Chilly Duty was assigned to Green Chilies only.

The Yellow daal, A tadka Daal to be written in short. Chana Daal a bit on Raw side so that you feel it crushing inside, which is taken and given a Tadka, Ghee/Ghiyo just a tad above the required, basic masalas, especially garam masala, again finely chopped green chilies for the chilly duty. This one was good on taste but may be passed as spicy for few. A Real Tadka Daal.

Some High Points
-> Ambience: This is economical Dhaba, does not serve eyes.
-> Service: Men are cooperative.
- Hygiene: just on par and upto Dhaba Standards, can be said as a downside relative to restaurants.
- Parking is problem as on Main Road.
- Noisy - thanks to Invisible doors and Honks.
- Get the Mineral Water.
- Rich on Spices and Chilies, close to authentic too.
- Onions and Chutneys were fresh, Onions were washed, a thing uncommon for dhabas.
- Least Pricing @ 100 per head.

Verdict: A Dhaba strictly not recommended for Regular Restaurant diners but certainly serves tasty food.

A Non veg foodies paradise. Kali mirch chicken is a must.

So much better than those roadside eateries. Jaha mitti pollution ke bich khana banta hai n log cars lga ke khade ho jaate hai khaane. Vo bhi tasteless khana. Pishorian has good food at very reasonable prices
