There are different sections and their experiences based on which I am giving this 4 Star rating, based on 6 days hospital stay of my close relative and the surgery performed.
* Single private room
Doctor's & treatment:
If you are looking for best Doctors and best in class treatment of the disease, i found this hospital at 5 star.
Special thanks to Dr C.S Agrawal (Neuro) and Dr.Manish Munjal (ENT) for their help and support.
Doctor's OPD appointment has online booking option, however be ready to wait 1-2 hours more than your scheduled time.
Admissions & Discharge processes:
Here I feel hospital lacks in number of staff available as well as staff behaviour; they are very rude and unsupportive, they often give reference to the IPC code for threatening them.
There was a time at discharge and lot of chaos, DMS was called and he came after numerous calls, but he could not support, a security guard came and helped ease the situation which DMS could have done.
Nurses & Ward support:
Nurses and ward support is really good, they are very empathetic and supportive, despite found them working overtime, still they are very prompt and helpful.
Cleaning, hygiene & maintenance
Hospital, rooms have been kept very well cleaned and hygiene, however Housekeeping need to be more prompt.
Need attention for items like Microwave, fan etc taped wire which could be fatal.
Pricing & Hospital tariffs:
As we all know, this Field is one of the most demanding & profitable business these days, still pricing, tariff etc are at medium range comparative to Medanta and bLK kapoor, which are very expensive
Facilities & Amenities:
Hospital has multiple floor parking available (11 floors), hence no problem of parking. (20rs per hour charge), 300 rs full day pass, also they have Valet parking available.
They have a canteen which is 24 hours operational and also deliver items without any extra cost to your room.
Subway, wholefood brands are also available with direct to room delivery option.
A big garden inside the hospital premises.
This hospital OPD Section is too good . And doctor are very knowledgeable and behaviour are also good and very neat and clean hospital some facility like 2 Wheeler and 4 Wheeler paid parking are available. My experience is good
I am undergoing treatment at SGRH, Delhi under Dr Nikhil Jhunjhunwala. I have undergone surgery last week and was discharged 2 days later. Undoubtedly, one of the best doctors available there. Everything at the hospital is well managed and systematic. The residents, nurses, ward staff members everyone is very helpful.
My recent visit to sir Ganga Ram hospital exceeded expectations. The staff's compassion and professionalism stood out. Clean facilities, attentive nursing, and seamless coordination. Highly recommend for top-notch healthcare.
Ganga ram hospital is one of the best hospitals in town. I went there for my grandmother's treatment. The doctor was too cooperative and the staff were great. They do respect the patient and treat them well.

One of the best hospitals in the Delhi/NCR region. It has a track record of successful surgeries and treatments in my family. The doctors here are specialised, experienced and experts in their field.
Being established for a long time and serving a large number of patients each day, the management in terms of the appointments and tests conducted is far better compared to other hospitals of the same size and reputation.
I highly recommend this place in case you need medical assistance.

I wanna heartily thanks the nurse ma’am there, if someone is reading this convey my sincere thanks to her. She was single handedly managing patients, Nurses deserve pay rise.
meanwhile 2 doctors sitting there like kings, laughing and not even cared about patients. Such an egoist personalities. Doctors always should be caring and smiling personality, I understand their hectic day but that’s what you’re meant for sir.
Also reduce this procedure of form filling and running between desks to desks, if someone’s in emergency how come you expect them to fill the form?
Thank You Nurse ma’am again. Non-Doctor staff was very supportive.
Humble suggestions to doctors, if there is a rush of patients, you can also be helping hand to nurses.

I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Vinod Malik, Dr Ashish , Dr Tanushree and the entire team of skilled professionals for a successful laparoscopic surgery I had 13th Nov . Thank you for taking out "mean , inflamed & angry appendix which you and team had to find ! I am very glad I was in your dexterous hands and experience of Dr Malik.
Undergoing surgery can be overwhelming and it can knock anyone off their feet , putting you in a stressful zone . However I was fortunate to be in a very capable hands of Nurse Shobha in SSRB building, she took control of my "nerves" , guided me very patiently with loads of care and she has a commitment to patient advocacy, expressing concern when was the family relative arriving for surgery consent . She was funny as well ❤️🩹. The pre-op team the empathetic nurses particularly one wearing pink overalls, made me feel really at ease by chatting and asking my choice of music to be played before the anesthesiologist put me to sleep before my laparoscopic appendix surgery. I do want to extend my special thanks to this beautiful lady for her sweet and reassuring presence, I do apologise for not remembering her name but she will know who she is if she reads this review . The outstanding aftercare provided by the nurses and support staff exceeded my expectations, as they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and my needs were met . It is an extremely tough job , it can be physically and mentally challenging but all did their best !! ! Last of all to the TP desk executives and billing the hub of hospital administrative activities, Every detail matters when serving the needs of anxious families and they just do that for you !!!! A big thank you for all the 😇 Angels ! God bless . It is one of the best hospitals in Delhi !!!
The expert panel of doctors and and the management of this hospital is top notch. Expect to shell out a bomb for premium services. They just need to work a bit on the parking. I know they have a 10 story parking and unfortunately that's also not enough! :(
But keeping that aside I believe that Ganga Ram is one of the best hospital in Delhi - NCR, if it is not the best.
