Following my 2 star review for the order dated 29th Sep, I was immediately contacted by the Pizza hut team to know what was wrong. After I gave them my feedback regarding the quality of the Pizza, they repeated my order and this time I must say, the quality was much better. The size as well as the cheesiness was as per expectation. Hope they maintain this quality in future as well. Really impressed with their responsiveness.
Great taste and ambience. I went there with my friend we had a great time. The atmosphere was chilled out. Great food and fine taste and the crisp of the pizza was awesome.

Its a outlet located in Mayur Vihar in star city mall .I was there with some of my friends.
We had veggie lover pizza which was so yummy which includes lots of veggies and lots of cheese.
Next on I also had tandoori paneer pizza which was so delicious with paneer cubes and lots of cheese.
It was my favourite among all.
Had a wonderful time there and loved this outlet.
I ordered the veggie lover pizza and cheese garlic bread from here. The food was great and the delivery was quick but the food wasn't warm enough. They didn't give enough seasoning packets either.. Just 2 so that was a bummer but otherwise the pizza was delicious and the cheese garlic bread is a must have 😍
Quality and delivery was good. I was expecting some tomato sauce atleast with it. Recommended for 2-3 person especially in snacks. Provide some extra cheese as compliment.
I went to this place today with my family and ordered the following:-
Sausage and chicken tikka pizza - medium size. I got 50% discount on it on my takeaway. I liked the pizza very much. It was having roasted chicken tikka pieces, which were so yum.
Choco volcano was full of molten Choco lava. It was fantastic.
Overall it was a fantastic experience.
Ordered tandoori paneer, Classic corn and veggie supreme pizzas. The pizzas were good in taste but were not good as dominos. Looking forward to more great pizzas.

Ordered a Veg Farmhouse medium pizza, the pizza was good however received a little late. But really loved it as it was served cheesy and soft.

Everything was really tasty. Food preparation and presentation was perfect. Ambience of outlet is good, food even taste more with good music. overall the experience is good visiting this outlet.
Pizza hut where you need to rush if you have the love for Italian cuisine. Pizzas here are cheese, love the pan base and cheese burst pizzas. Garlic bread sticks are good as well.
The ambience of this Pizza hut outlet is pretty cool. The staff was really friendly and the waiting time is not too much. Food was absolutely delicious and mouth watering. The bread and veggies used were fresh and the bread was also very crusty. Overall it was a very good experience for me and I would love to go back.
Nice range of pizzas, garlic breads, deserts. This outlet lives up to its name and their delivery is very fast aswell. Food delivered is always hot and fresh. Their crusts are very nice especially the stuffed crust. Staff is very sweet and helpful aswel
The base is best in class as of now, The sausages are really delicious.
Always prefer a Veg for two since it is worth the taste and money. And order the coke bottle separately to save squandering money. Just need to fasten the delivery.

Finally pizza after a long period of 3-4 years. Last time had pizza around 2013/14 from other outlets. Faced so much disappointment that didn't have one since then. But after a long interval, the wait had come to an end. Making pizza plans for 10 days and finally summed up at pizza hut. I had made only single time visit in my zomato career of >5 years. This visit was my second one and it went quite good. This outlet of Pizza Hut is situated on ground floor of Star city mall ( one of the famous mall in Mayur Vihar area ). Other than that, the mall is commonly known by the name "alcohol mall" by the localities. I went to this outlet on 17/march/2018 ( Saturday ) for pre-dinner. After completing my meal and spent a decent time with my friend I don't know why the rating of this place is on a lower scale. According to me, it must be of > 3.
Well, particulars of my review are as follows accompanied by photos of the same:-
We ordered:-
1 - Ultimate Chicken:-
( awesome pizza having different stuffing like chicken meatballs, chicken keema, chicken pepperoni. awesome in taste and delicious as heaven. Must try for all Non-Veggies)
2 - Paneer Vegorama:-
( As stated in the menus itself, it's new and spicy and got what expected. Delicious and mouthwatering stuffing. Blent of paneer, onion, capsicum, olives, made it even more delicious.)
3 - Garlic bread { spicy supreme }:-
( not much fascinating as tasted the same type of garlic bread in every corner of Delhi NCR region.)
4 - Spanish tomato Pasta
( As stated in their menus, it was newly introduced. Not being a big time fan of Red pasta, I didn't find anything fascinating about it.
5 - spicy baked chicken wings:-
( When ordering it, I thought I'd get tandoori chicken wings, but when I received it, get it with some gravy in it. When you are baking something, gravy shouldn't be there I suppose. But never the less, average experience.)
6 - Masala lemonades:-
( again soothing in these early summers but the thing disappoints me was the quantity they served for masala lemonades with the money they charged. Either they need to bring down the rate or increased the volume of the same.
**Coming to the assistance rendered by Pizza Hut staff:-
>AMBIANCE:- Above average ambiance. Nothing to define. When I went their, got seats of my choice, as very less crowd was there. In addition to that, the management needs to play some soft kinds of music in order to gear up the customers.
>SERVICE:- Service was quite good. Got our meal before the E.T.A. Other than this, this outlet of pizza hut is lacking behind the POS system. They have only one which created inconvenience to the customers lie ME of course.
>Quality of Food:- Very decent quality of food was delivered. Good marks for that. Pizza and garlic bread were tasty and crispy. Chicken wings were not as good as I expected.
>Quantity of food:-
( excellent in terms of quantity. Got what expected. Still, I'm not able to understand why the hell this outlet has such a low rating despite of providing such a good time ( at least to me ).
>Value for money:-
( I had paid around 1800 INR for:
- 1 medium nonveg pizza
- 1 medium veg pizza
- 1 garlic bread
- 1 pasta
- 1 chicken wings
- 2 masala lemonades
So, yes I'd say pizza hut is definitely value for money )

I once visited this outlet at the star city mall and recently home delivered the pizza.
My experience of visiting the place and having pizza was really good. But my experience of getting the pizzas home delivered was just above the average. The pizzas were only a little warm and their taste was kinda quite average.
The home delivery was done on time.

Recently visited the pizza hut in vicinity of my locality and tried the mocktails they serve. Of all of them, we tried the mojito blast and the chilli guava and I must say they both tasted better in all measures possible. While the mojito blast had frozen mojito with mint leaves and lemon , the chilli guava had guava punch with chilli flakes. Both of them are chilled beverages so sensitivity prone people choose before you order .
Ordered a Triple Treat Box recently and was amazed by the offerings as part of the package. I had a great time sharing this fantastic meal with my cousins. The Triple Treat Box is a fantastic value for money meal combo perfectly suitable for 3-4 people. And the best part is that you are allowed to choose two pizzas as per your own choice. Apart from the pizzas, the sides offered alongside are extremely mouth watering. Try one today if you haven’t already!

Paneer and Capsicum - This one is my all-time favourite pizza from pizza hut ... This pizzaa is soo good man. How anyone can miss it dude. When I got to pizza hut this is my must have pizza . The paneer being so so soft dissolving into my mouth. Crust was so soft and so better than dominos. Apt amount of cheese . Everything 5 on 5 .
Corn - this pizza was better than the capsicum one . But being non corn fan I really liked the pizza.
Onion - onions onions everywhere in the pizza . The pizza was good but not good as others above.
Atlast everything very good . had a wonderful meal :)

As we all know the standard of Pizza Hut this outlet passes all the benchmark. The atmosphere was soo good and the staff were friendly and polite. It was a good Place to eat pizza . I always loved Pizza Hut for its flavour and combos. Pizza's are a bit more expensive than Dominos but totally worth it.

I am a big fan of pizza hut and this branch of pizza hut is one of the best as they provide more fresh quality than other pizza huts. I used to eat pizza from the cannaught place pizza hut but from the past two months I have had a great experience with the mayur vihar branch. Believe me guys, they provide quality food and I am not degrading other branches of pizza hut but for me this branch is second best and the first one is on yamuna expressway and they both serve good quality of 🍕
I like this small outlet of pizza hut that has come by so close in acharya niketan market. I also prefer pizza hut over dominoes. My two pizzas were freshly baked and served. The chocolate volcano cake was also very good. Highly recommend this place.
